While many of these efforts are taking place at the international level they will intimately involve powerful American federal agencies. American Commercial Banks and the Federal Reserve.

Late last month a bipartisan group of US senators introduced the financial technology protection act
which would quote create a working group tasked with studying how terrorists or other criminals might use cryptocurrencies and other Financial Technologies and create proposals for Congress and Regulatory Agencies aimed at countering these uses end quote.

This working group would be composed of Representatives of the US Treasury Department the financial crimes enforcement Network or finsen, the IRS, the office of foreign asset control the FBI the drug enforcement agency the Department of Homeland Security the Department of Justice the Department of
State and the CIA Black Rock and many different three-letter agencies that Whitney Webb did mention in this intro including the CIA and the IRS.
All working together on this act now I’ve done some research on this act and Whitney Webb is going to dive deeper into exactly what they are proposing to do but once again this is something that should be concerning to a lot of you guys.

Now you can see all of the different three-letter government federal agencies that are listed here
that are all part of this act you know and this does also include a number of different individuals appointed under the uh secretary for terrorism and financial intelligence to represent you know financial institutions a block blockchain intelligence companies and financial technology companies.

And what I found out after going through these individuals that are helping with this is in the crypto space there are even people that are under the scenes pretending like they are your friend saying they want decentralization but then reporting to the government on how they can start tracking all of your
transactions and Link everything to you with a digital ID.

So in summary we most definitely do have Snakes in the Grass which I am going to work on exposing in
this video a little bit later on down the road.

But first there is a lot that wab is talking about in this particular speech that I think a lot of us need to bring a lot more attention to. We need to expose Black Rock we need to expose these federal agencies there’s a lot of stuff they’re doing that they should not be doing so I need you guys to hit that like button and subscribe to show support to this channel.

uh should pay close attention to these developments as the doj in particular has attempted to paint Bitcoin as the payment of choice for well-known Terror groups like Isis and Al-Qaeda signaling
that this working group proposed by this bill will likely seek to specifically Target Bitcoin adding to this concern is the fact that a slew of race recent mainstream media reports which cite
Treasury and fencon officials. DOJ officials and CIA analysts have claimed that quote terrorists are turning to bitcoin and they’re learning fast that Bitcoin is the quote New Frontier in Terror financing and that quote Bitcoin is helping terrorists secretly fund their deadly attacks.
Even the prominent military Think Tank Rand Corporation has argued that Bitcoin and the dark web are
the newest terrorist threat.
Many of these entities particularly the US Department of Justice are also currently helping draft the UN’s new cyber crime treaty showing that there is currently a very Global effort to stomp out cyber
crime and alleged funding sources for cyber criminals however much like the words Terror and terrorist after 911 the terms cyber crime and cyber criminals are often very vaguely defined by these same
authorities.

Perhaps unsurprisingly many of the groups looking to allegedly combat cyber crime in the US and Beyond including the Department of Justice and the FBI are part of an international public private partnership housed within the world economic Forum that is seeking to Define these terms in unsettling ways.
Not only that but this group and its partner organizations are also seeking policy objectives that if widely implemented would treat Anonymous cryptocurrency transactions and specifically Bitcoin transactions involving mixers and Rel Related privacy tools as criminal.

They also without evidence assert that there is a direct link between an increase in the value of cryptocurrencies specifically Bitcoin and an increase in cybercriminal activity this public private partnership the we partnership against cyber crime or wpac is run by a Former Intelligence agent named tal Goldstein whose military career or Military Intelligence career rather was marked by his efforts to have intelligence agencies essentially fuse with private technology companies.

And his native Israel today WP pac’s members not only include the FBI the Department of Justice the US Secret Service and intelligence agencies of Israel and Britain.

They also include massive to Big to fail Banks like Bank of America and Santander as well as massive tech
companies like Amazon and Microsoft PayPal is also there so is the nonprofit that manages the Swift payment system.
In recent reports wpac has all alleged that there is a connection between the use of cryptocurrencies as well as cyber sorry privacy enhancing tools such as mixers and the incidents of cyber crime they
argue that quote cyber criminals abuse encryption cryptocurrencies and enmity services and other Technologies.

But failed to note that their use is hardly exclusive to criminals now I need to highlight a very specific part of this bill because it does provide a lot of context to what Whitney Webb is saying
here and how.

These Bad actors generally will use very open-ended descriptions of specific things in order to give
themselves a lot of power over the financial industry and of course digital Assets in this particular case.

Now one particular part of this uh Congress house bill that did pass in 2024 by the way in July is section three right here which is preventing Rogue and foreign actors from evading sanctions.

Now we can see right here that they are developing a strategy on how the United States will mitigate and prevent the illicit use of digital assets and other related emerging Technologies.

So they’re already developing a complete strategy in in order to basically Monitor and control digital assets like Bitcoin xrp or many others and this is concerning because the entire reason that these digital assets were created to begin with is because we wanted something a new monetary system that’s
separate from the government.

But the government understands this they understand that you know Bitcoin poses a massive threat to the United States of America and of course also you know the rest of the countries that they control.

And so they need to find a way to control it and so by saying things like they’re going to mitigate and prevent the illicit use of digital assets and other Related Technologies is uh is concerning right and now and there’s many members of Congress that have said on multiple different occasions that they
think that Bitcoin is good for nothing right it’s just used for money laundering and Drug trade and that’s the only type of people that use this cryptocurrency.

And so if their point of view is that that’s what everybody is doing with this crypto asset do we
really want these people to be the ones who are regulating it?

Most people that I know who are in cryptocurrency are the farthest thing from a criminal in fact
they are hardworking people that are so sick of the Federal Reserve printing trillions of dollars and completely devaluing their currency and they just want to be involved in a crypto asset or a monetary system that frankly cannot be manipulated right.
And so with that being said Bitcoin Supply is limited xrp Supply is limited you know exactly what
you’re getting into when you buy it and you don’t need to worry about some federal uh agency printing trillions of of whatever uh crypto asset completely nuking the value.

And so with that being said this is threatening to the government because their number one hidden taxation is indeed money printing.

So if you’re no longer holding and using the currency that they want you to use if they print the US dollar it’s not going to have the effect that they want cuz people are no longer transacting in it.

And what we’re starting to see is countries all across the world are starting to use Bitcoin instead of their native currencies because they’re sick of the United States being the Central Bank of the entire world who is issuing all of their currency.

They W have their own say on how much currency is issued and how they can manage their economies
and don’t want to be left holding the bag if the United States decides to print trillions of dollars and
completely tank their economy so with that in mind yeah it’s a giant power grab.

And we definitely should be just a little bit more concerned and privy to what they are trying to do here but I digress what newb does have some more important information regarding this.

So let’s get back to what she’s saying though. They refrain from naming any currency specifically the we has stated Elsewhere on its website that quote governments don’t like the fact that Bitcoin users are Anonymous and they have concerns over its use for criminal activity and money laundering adding
that their worries aren’t unfounded.

It’s important to point out that wpac doesn’t see cyber criminals just as those who may engage in hacks or financial Al motivated acts like ransomware attacks to wepack cyber criminals also include those who use Technologies to uphold terrorism and spread disinformation to destabilize governments and
democracies from that it seems that WPpac’s inclusion of disinformation as a type of cyber crime betrays an intention to develop policies that under the guise of combating cyber crime will instead promote
increased online censorship particularly of Independent Media.

In discussing Solutions wpac calls for the global targeting of infrastructures and assets deemed to
facilitate cyber crime including those which enable cybercriminal revenue streams which as we will see shortly refers to infrastructure that allows for more private cryptocurrency transactions and enables quote the promotion of illegal sites and the hosting of criminal content.

In another section the group discusses seizing the websites of cyber criminals as an attractive possibility given that wpac and its members like the FBI view disinformation as a form of cyber crime
this could potentially see Independent Media websites and the infrastructure that allows them to operate and finance their work like video sharing and payment platforms that do not censor emerge as targets.

Earlier this month the FBI in coordination with the National Police of Ukraine did just this seizing nine
crypto exchanges the majority of which had Bitcoin or BTC in the domain name their crime offering quote Anonymous cryptocurrency exchange services to website visitors wipac further argues that quote
in order to reduce the global impact of cyber crime and to systematically restrain cyber criminals cyber crime must be confronted at its source course by raising the cost of conducting cyber crimes cutting the activities profitability and deterring criminals by increasing the direct risk they face and thin argues unsurprisingly that because the cyber crime threat is global in scope its solution must also be a
globally coordinated effort.

They say that the main way to achieve this involves quote harnessing the private sector to work side by side with law enforcement officials shocking wepac calls for this cooperation to take place even if it is not quote always aligned with existing legislative and operational Frameworks.

In other words they are saying this cooperation should be allowed to take place even if it is
illegal so how exactly do the members of wepac plan on confronting cyber crime at its source while they are tight lipped on exact measures. Another group they work closely with and that has considerable overlap with wepac has some ideas the financial services information sharing and Analysis Center or FS ISAC officially exists to quote help ensure the resilience and continuity of the Global Financial Services infrastructure and individual firms against acts that could significantly impact the sector’s
ability to provide services critical to the orderly function of the global economy.

In other words FS ISAC allows the Private Financial Services industry to decide on and coordinate sector-wide responses regarding how financial services are provided during and after a given crisis including a cyber attack or sector-wide concern over cyber crime.

Fsis saac was tellingly created in 1999 the same year that glass steagle was repealed, fsis sack uh their members include the biggest firms on Wall Street City Group Bank of America Wells Fargo and Morgan Stanley are among its members and much of their leadership contributes to works for or chairs committees and initiatives of the world economic Forum.

Including those focused on cyber crime and ransomware in 2021 fsis sac’s Global intelligence office released several predictions for 2021 and Beyond most of these predictions Express concern about a coming cyber Calamity though one prediction in particular in particular stands out that quote economic drivers towards cyber crime will increase fsis claims.
That the current economic situation created in the wake of covid related lockdowns will quote
make cyber crime an Ever more attractive alternative stating immediately afterwards that quote dramatic increases in cryptocurrency valuation will due Drive threat actors to conduct campaigns capitalizing on this market and so I hope it’s abundantly clear to all of you watching that a lot of these agencies
and the private sector combined are really not in our best interest to be working alongside.

In fact most of these people they’ll use whatever excuse they can in the book in order to get more
power over our lives and it’s time that we really start acting against this and ensuring that moving forward we do have the freedoms that cryptocurrency is trying to give us.

If cuz if we don’t talk about this if we don’t raise awareness if we don’t educate people about these bills which I know most of you disagree with and I frankly I believe most Americans if they really understood what they were about would also disagree with.

The issue with this is they keep passing they keep coming through and we keep giving the government more and more power over our lives in a way that’s not in our best interest.

Well most Americans have no idea what’s happening right now in New York City over the weekend.

The United Nations member states are gathering in the Big Apple at the UN headquarters for the
historic Summit of the future as they’re calling it.
Their intention at this Summit is to sign what’s being called The Pact for the future so these
globalists are getting together and signing something that perhaps you didn’t sign off on.
What’s actually in this PCT for the Future Let’s Ask uh Derek Bros investigative journalist from
the last American Vagabond who’s been in New York and covering what’s going on at the summit and is going to break this all down for us.

Now you’ve been covering this for a few months looking uh Derek at the previews the draft resolutions of
this uh pack for the future um why should we be concerned what these guys are voting on right now?
Yeah thank you for that Clayton so the reason Americans and really people all over the world
need to know about this is because and minor resistance way all of the major Nations you would
expect are on board uh the pack for the future is calling for a few main things the first part is to include uh an emergency platform and this emergency platform would allow un Secretary General Antonio Gutierrez to declare a an emergency at any point. It’s very similar to what we saw in the language
of the pandemic agreement the pandemic treaty that people were resistant but unfortunately there’s less awareness about .
What the language says specifically that if there are uh quote Global shocks which shock multiple
regions of the world then they could invoke this emergency platform which would give the UN more powers to act now.
What exactly would come from that we don’t know because unfortunately we have seen three drafts um that have been released previously the most recent one on August 27th.

But as of this recording and as we’re going into the summit there has been no uh final version released to the public and I think this is being done on purpose.

So that’s one you know of the scary worrisome aspects is not even seeing what they potentially sign
even though we really have no say these people are unelected so they’re not even letting the public know what’s going on. But the versions We have seen before specifically state that there needs to be an emergency platform and when they talk about shocks this could include a new claimed pandemic this could include War economic turmoil um famine really it’s an endless obviously climate change is on that list but it’s a pretty end endless list of whatever they want to claim they then invoke this emergency
platform as part of the pack the future.
And then what comes next none of us really know but definitely what they are trying to do is to give the UN more power uh there’s discussions around un 2.0 that it’s time to remake the UN because you know we’re at the 80th anniversary we’re nearing the 80th anniversary of the UN.

And it’s just not doing what it used to do there’s also of course this whole thing is a major push
towards a global government they don’t like to use those terms they prefer multilateralism or Global governance but at the end of the day it’s the same thing.

It’s a more empowered un to act to compel Nations to do whatever they want and so we might see some major steps towards remaking the UN um this weekend as well and then the other important aspect that we can get into further is the financial aspect they keep discussing the need for a New Breton Woods moment.

And of course Breton Woods is the post World War II creation of the international monetary fund the
World Bank those are known as multilateral uh development Banks this language of the draft definitely says we need to empower and to increase and to transform form these multilateral development Banks and for those who know the history of this or if you’ve read John Perkins confessions of an economic
Hitman you know that those banks have been used to Rob and extort third world developing countries around the world for decades now and get them in debt and take their resources.

So they want to inject um you know more financial uh resources into this and part of that as
well is to transform the financial system in my view this is just another step of the great reset that we saw announced in 2020.

So many things to unpack here Derek. I want to T let’s touch on the financial piece of this I think you’re absolutely right about this as we see this past week of course the Fed rate Cuts in the United States this is the decline this is really to my mind.

The end of the brettonwoods agreement in a lot of ways uh you’re seeing of course the moves towards bricks currency right now, move away from the United States dollar as the hegemonic power, to
bully to use the IMF the World Bank uh to bully Nations around the world and a lot of countries have had enough of this and they’re moving away from this.

So it’ be interesting to see the players behind the scenes here at the United Nations who’s trying to push and make this push for uh maybe a Breton Woods agreement 2.0.

Is it the United States is it Russia is it Brazil is it the bricks Nations I think this is a really interesting piece of the puzzle here.

What do you make of that well you’re you’re correct on you know including the bricks conversation there because next month will be the bricks Summit which we should keep our eye on as well.

Itdoes seem from some of the players that there is an effort to push away from the US being the you know singular power driving force within the UN.

And depending on your perspective that might be a good or a bad thing um but I do think that part of this effort. There many of the discussions and the the conversations I’ve watched leading up to the summit have been about trying to give voice to other countries and you know that doesn’t inherently mean
anything negative per se.
But I do think it is a shift away from trying to have the us being the only controlling power
now of course if that goes toward W China being the controlling power then that could be problematic and uh you know I don’t think overall though whether it’s the UN or the US driving the vehicle or China driving the vehicle or Russia that it’s going to be good for the average person on the ground level well.
And the average person on the ground level when it comes to these crazy climate policies or whatever
lockdown procedures they want to put in place for their next pandemic piece of piece of the puzzle it’s only going to benefit the elites and we will all be screwed as a result of it.

So I was going through the draft resolution of the August 28th most recent draft resolution
of this pact uh for the future and of course they want to accelerate the Paris climate Accords agreement trying to push for this reduction of 1.5 degrees C even though there’s zero evidence uh that that would in fact be bad for the Earth.
In fact zero evidence that we’re even going to hit a uh sort of a disastrous moment we have this world
Doomsday Clock that that um the King King Charles stood behind and rolled out that in like 7 years or whatever we’re going to hit doomsday if we don’t get back this 1.5° C so they want to accelerate that plan for all of us.
What will that mean I mean what will that mean for the average person traveling carbon passports like what is your carbon footprint oh you’ve traveled too much this month that’s what that’s where my mind goes I think that’s absolutely where this is going Clayton.
You know and you mentioned King Charles well I should remind everybody that back when he was Prince Charles in 2020 he was part of the initial announcement of the great reset as well as the head of
the IMF uh this is as I said just a continuation of those same policies and climate change the climate narrative absolutely factors into this.

I’ll also mention that some of the key players behind this who are going to be present um would include the world economic Forum as well as the club of Rome.
They have been calling for the UN to declare a planetary emergency as part of the Pact for the future at the summit of the future again we haven’t seen the final language to know if that is going to be included in there we know there’s a discussion of an emergency platform but the club of Rome has been calling for a declaration of a planetary emergency since at least 2019 before Co even happened.

They’ve been through the various funding mechanisms there’s an organization called the stemson
center which is funded by the Rockville foundation and the Gates Foundation and others the climate governance commission all these bodies have been calling on the UN to declare a planetary emergency at the sum of the future.
That to me is the biggest concern I don’t know if it’s going to happen just yet but they absolutely are trying to say look we’re already in that state of emergency go ahead declare it now and then again who
knows what powers they try to grab once that happens.

You sort of hinted at some of those things carbon wallets limiting of movement and limiting of what you can put on your dinner plate things like that we know those things have been discussed and on the table I fear thatif this does go forward and of course you know there’s not too many people paying attention to this.
I’m searching every single day even in the corporate media it’s almost as if they don’t want to even talk about it until it’s done so the public doesn’t have a chance to sort of and push back um but that’s part of why I’m going to New York City to be there live in person reporting.

I will actually be able to be inside the UN building for at least two days I did get access and
we’re going to be rallying outside the building but I think it’s purposely being downplayed and ignored except for those sort of key players who are kind of already in that world but the public at large has no idea this is even happening.

Well hopefully we can bring some awareness to this a few days ahead of this uh this Summit in New York City um over the weekend.
I’ll get you out of here on this D which is the pandemic piece of this so we talk about so the
global Health Emergency they going to declare a Global Financial emergency they’ll uh declare a a global uh you know environmental emergency and then of course they’ll declare a global pandemic emergency.

For new lockdown procedures and all of this and this is why they were keeping of course the who’s
latest pandemic treaty quiet you know and we weren’t out allowed to see draft resolutions and changes to the who pandemic treaty ahead of time right.
It was sort of like almost released right at the day they were voting on these things so we didn’t get Advanced copies for a lot of these things because they were deeply troubling and deeply worrying.

Do you think that’s what’s going on here as it relates to Global Health Emergency absolutely I think it’s the same tactics that they are trying to keep it under wraps um and you know thankfully there is as I kind of alluded to earlier some push back from some of the developing nations.

I wouldn’t say they have the same concerns we have but there definitely are developing nations
uh Cuba and some African nation that I’ve seen who have spoken up and say we’re being totally ignored our voices are not being uh heard on this now.

That doesn’t mean they’re not going to sign but I do think that this late release of the draft if we even see the final version before it’s signed is so that there can’t be enough uh time for people to kind of put up resistance.

And organize against it and I do want to mention this just for anybody at home who is maybe feeling disempowered and wants some solutions I’m going to be in New York City with an activist named Dan
Aston Gregory who’s coming out from the UK he’s a great guy he runs the organization called freeh Humanity.
People can go to freeh humanity.org packed forth future and there’s just a simple petition that they’ve put together more than a petition it’s a call to action and just calling for organizations journalists uh media Outlets Etc individuals to put their name down and say we don’t consent to this.
We you know we don’t abide by whatever the UN signs that’s something people can get behind they can put a little action the other thing I’ll just mention briefly.
