Slavish addiction to technology can go drastically wrong.
For example, a corrupt alien bureaucracy will manipulate or commit heinous crimes. Then, in
order to mend the mood and outlook of those who do the crimes (i.e. an abduction/breeding
and manipulated conflicts scheme targeting a planet like Earth), the bureaucracy can set its
psychotronic technology so that it gives pleasure to those same criminals.
This helps keep them going at an industrial clip so that they experience less depression and
breakdown due to the disturbing nature of their work. If, for reasons of outward appearance,
the bureaucracy doesn’t want to use the psychotronics under official auspices, it can make
the hardware available to those who do the dirty work so that they can please themselves.

In fact, we sometimes see hybrids and IFSP aliens who who depend on technology in a
nearly addictive way. Assuming that narcotics are discouraged among aliens, what keeps
alien offenders going? Psychotronics seem to fit the bill, at least in part.
Psychotronics can be set to create feelings of wonder, awe, beauty, insular grandeur,
physical stimulation, social belonging, godliness, false spirituality, color, mood, and fear.
Such feelings are a recording of an event or stimulus that’s artificially replayed later –
borrowed from one context then sometimes replayed in a different person. Human
abductees have been traumatized then flooded with psychotronic propagandaThose who
might think technology is salvation need merely look through a telescope. The natural
variety of the cosmos suggests that technology isn’t prime; it’s only useful in limited ways. If
hyper-advanced aliens are correct, technology has been abused by some regimes, which
has required the alien majority to moderate them.
The most advanced societies live within a shared oneness, on a vast, universal scale,
always aware that a categorically more refined order may have preceded them and may yet
exist.
It’s a multi-dimensional continuity, not a mere singularity, although it relates to deeper,
negative/alternate cycling of all “black hole” singularities. As we see in the most moderate
hyperversals, humility is the lesson for all, no matter how advanced they may be. The more
sentient and spiritually awake they are, the less numerous they need to be.
Do aliens fear the consequences of violating others? In each case, you must study how they
define themselves and their involvements, and then you’ll see. Due to negative/alt. cycle
resonance, all that we do – every thought, deed and consequence – cycles back to us via the
inward pull and coherence of all quanta, gravity and energy.
Because the universe constantly cycles back into itself, vast information potential resonates
hyper-quickly within such curvature. Remote sensing and alien technology are premised on
the preservation of information in hyperspace.
Better yet, the universe is structured in a way that allows wrongdoers no possible escape
from their crimes. All pretensions to do so are meaningless and temporary because there’s a
precise, enduring record and determination in all that we do (the collective “we” is preferred
here, being the greater part of the relation).
The worst offenders want to think that all coherent resonance of consciousness ends at
body death.

However, since a precise sub-quantum record exists and is constantly cycling back into
itself, there can be no end to the consciousness that cycles back into us. That greater
cycling back into you is ALL of your energy, the basis for your memory and your continuity of
consciousness.
Offenders can’t simply paint themselves inside of one small shell or another (their body,
nationality, or alignment) because mind cycles both inwardly and far outwardly, forever, in
hyperspace.
Thought information is also retained in alien psychotronic systems, and even black holes are
thought to retain information that goes into them. The universe is all-Mass crimes are more
easily rationalized from a great distance.
When a large, multi-planetary population rationalizes crime in order to gain resources or
control over another people, that entire alien society comes into question. The more distant
and animal-like a target people seems, the more likely it is that crime may be tolerated in the
approach to a target people. Over time, various aliens have said that all biological beings
have needs and tend to coolly rationalize their ability to dominate and control.
The IFSP is but one example.

During the past one hundred years any theory of history or historical evidence that falls outside a pattern established by the American Historical Association and the major foundations with their grant-making power has been attacked or rejected — not on the basis of any evidence presented, but on the basis of acceptability of the argument to the so-called Eastern Liberal Establishment and its official historical line.

There is an Establishment history, an official history, which dominates history
textbooks, trade publishing, the media and library shelves. The official line
always assumes that events such as wars, revolutions, scandals,
assassinations, are more or less random unconnected events. By definition,
events can NEVER be the result of a conspiracy, they can never result from
premeditated planned group action.

We are going to argue and present detailed precise evidence (including names, dates and places) that the only reasonable explanation for recent history in the United States is that there exists a conspiracy to use political power for ends which are inconsistent with the Constitution… If there can be a conspiracy in the market place, then why not in the political arena?

In July 1947, the radar at the Four Corners area in the southwestern United States effected and took down an alien disk. It was entirely an accident. The disk landed near Roswell, New Mexico. It was to be the first of two disks that would crash in that area. On board, scientists and military personnel found several dead alien beings. An immediate analysis of their species could not be determined, but the aliens had both reptilian and insect-like qualities. Also on board were found the remains of several military personnel.
As far as we know, this was the first major indication that human beings were being taken by an alien species. Within two years, the government would run into another case on the White Sands Missile Range where Sergeant John Louette would be abducted right in front of a witness by a disk that hauled him aboard with tentacle-like cables. His body was found three days later about ten miles from where he was taken. This is all described in the Grudge 13 report. In 1952, the government created several special agencies to help with the problem. The National Security Agency (NSA) was created especially to
deal with the aliens. Together with the NSA and the CIA, the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and Delta Security forces completely took over all aspects of alien and disk interaction.

One of the projects created in 1952 was Project Sigma, which was a joint NSA/CIA project that had as its objective communication with alien species.
The project was successful, and after communications sponsored through Project Plato (establish diplomatic relations), a meeting was held between elements of the US Government and the species known as the Greys on April 25, 1954 at 6 pm at Holloman AFBAt one of the meetings between the
government and the EBAN, as they called themselves, a treaty was negotiated. The government was aware that the EBAN had a part to play in both the mutilations and the abductions, and probably hoped to find a way to eventually stem the tide of these activities.

The EBAN told the government that their abductions of humans were for medical examination
purposes. It wasn’t until later that the government realized that the EBAN were lying to them.
It was estimated by scientists that the alien culture was at least 50,000 years ahead of ours. We even had our own scientists that were transferred to the alien world to study it.

Sometime after the government made the agreement with the aliens, they began to suspect that the aliens were abducting a larger number of people than reported to the NSC on the lists. The government wasn’t so concerned about the animal mutilations, only the actions that involved humans.

They also realized they had made an error in trusting the aliens and that they couldn’t do anything about it – yet anyway. A new, more disturbing rumor began to surface. It said that the government had already developed an anti-matter weapon at Los Alamo National Laboratories, and would detonate it above the surface of the Earth, killing all life and destroying the atmosphere and water if the Reptilians would not help us get rid of the Greys.

Evidently, other races use the Earth as a way station for natural materials and biological materials this was thought to be a good way to induce them to help us.
There is no word on what the reply might have been.
There is no doubt that the government policy of secrecy makes the “harvests” easier for the Greys. Governments, by definition, are supposed to protect the public welfare. Obviously, something went very wrong here, and it appears that the Nazi SS intelligence-based CIA had a lot to do with it.

One might note that alien related projects, such as those to test and fly captured alien disks and maintaining bases and “the other space program” require a lot of money. In 1949, there was virtually no heroin addiction in the United States.

Dr. Carl Jung, famous psychologist, wrote a letter to Major Keyhoe one time about the UFO problem. In it, he said, ” nothing helps rumors and panics more than ignorance. It is self-evident that the public ought to be told the truth”.

Even Abraham Lincoln had something to say about the American people and truth, “I am a firm believer in the people. If given the truth, they can be depended on to meet any national crisis. The great
point is to bring them the real facts.”

Colonel Wilson reports that, “the first successful U.S. antigravity flight took place July 18, 1971 at S-4,
Dreamland (Area 51), wherein light bending capabilities were also demonstrated to obtain total invisibility. Present at this flight were notables such as Admiral Bobby Inman (former National Security Agency director), who is now head of SAIC (Science Applications International, Incorporated)
in San Diego, CA, which makes the antigravity drives.”
Colonel Wilson also revealed that the recent announcement by Lockheed about an unmanned, electric-propulsion reconnaissance drone with short wings named “Dark Star,” was actually a “cover” project. The exotic technology being concealed is designated the X- 22A, and manufactured by the Lockheed Skunk Works at Helendale, CA. This craft is an operational, two-man, wingless antigravity vehicle. Its metallic structure in flight is hidden by an intense bluish-white light, which pulsates off and on at about two-second intervals.

Colonel Wilson also states that the mysterious Black Helicopters spotted around the
country are actually U.S. made antigravity craft, designated the XH-75D or “XH Shark”,
made by Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Corporation of San Diego. He says that many of these
XH-75Ds were assigned to the Delta/National Reconnaissance Organization Division which
retrieves crashed UFOs. Russia is reported to have its own anti- gravity vehicles.
Paul Stonehill, a Russian UFO investigator, reports that the Russians in April, 1988 started
using space-time-bending antigravity technology to do time travel. In June, 1997, a
Washington, DC-area intelligence official who has been quite reliable in the past, has
indicated that China has now acquired antigravity technology. There have been reports that
Nazi Germany obtained extraterrestrial technology from a crashed disc sometime during
World War Two. That technology was subsequently stolen by the Soviet Union at the end of
the war, but it wasn’t until the 1980’s that the Soviets were able to effectively back engineer
some of the technology for their own use.
While it is conceivable that mankind in the past achieved technology equivalent to modern
science, only to lose this knowledge in some cataclysmic event. The ancient writings of
these peoples state clearly that their knowledge was given to them by the gods, or sky
people. These sky people could very well be with us today, but instead of disguising
themselves as gods, we know them as the pilots of UFOs.

These UFO occupants wherever they come from, seem to be interested in seeding mankind
with new ideas and original thoughts. Unidentified flying objects seen in the 19th and early
20th century resembled the airships that would soon be developed by Earthly inventors. The
ghost rockets seen after World War Two bore a striking resemblance to the space rockets
built years later to finally send men off the surface of the planet.
Now the UFOs resemble silver discs and triangles, flying about with what appears to be anti-
gravity propulsion systems. Could this be the next major step in mankind’s technological
revolution?

When a large galaxy like Centaurus A merges with a spiral galaxy, there are likely trillions of
refugees who must flee radiation danger zones and find available planets to live on.
Under such circumstances, all populations in merging galaxies, and in some surrounding
galaxies, must limit their population growth because, on a predictable epic scale, galaxies
merge regularly. In Virgo, our next-door galaxy supercluster, galaxies are merging right now,
and many more formed Virgo’s numerous large elliptical galaxies.Meanwhile, in M83, a
galaxy right next to Centaurus A, Verdants apparently ignored the plight of their Centaurus A
neighbors.
Rather than limit their population numbers to an understandable 50 trillion or so, given their
security environment, Verdants went hog wild and actually grew their population many times
larger than what is safe and sustainable. Just when Centaurus A aliens needed help and
cooperation during the last 200 million years of their galaxy merger, Verdants defied
universal norms and grew to 500 trillion aliens. That simple, unadorned fact tells us
something is drastically, structurally wrong in Verdant society. When a population grows so
large and acquisitive, it tends to ignore the pleas of other aliens. A regime of 500 trillion
energy-demanding aliens doesn’t really think, in the human sense of carefully balanced
planning and analysis. Instead, it tends to lurch out in search of what it wants or needs,
without considering others’ rights. In that sense, the Verdant population is an essentially
faceless, unresponsive aggregate. When cited for violating the intergalactic ecology,
Verdants offer a variety of tacky excuses. For example, they pose the IFSP’s various
conscript planets as a kind of window dressing to cover for the Verdant population
explosion. Cases of the sort underscore the

habitable replacement planets. They don’t want unqualified upstarts to jeopardize the larger
ecology.Although sentient, some hyperversals appear to have engineered certain “emotional”
genes out of themselves, hence they can watch Verdants manipulate crimes against
humanity without feeling much.We’re now learning that vast numbers of hyper-advanced
aliens (hyperversals) manipulate and steer recently evolved aliens toward better ecology yet
sometimes make mistakes. For example, hyperversals and their genetically-engineered
intermediaries may assume that human error is genetically based, or that extremes of human
violence and greed represent solely human shortcomings. Meanwhile, we have evidence that
IFSP operatives have directly manipulated human events. As a result, mistakes are made and
people may suffer. This is an important aspect of human-hyperversal interactionsVerdants
reply that although their intervention may have ruined the gray planet, grays are now less
dangerous non-sexuals who “serve others,” rather than themselves. IFSP breeding and use
of gray survivors is a kind of pyramid scheme that depletes the universal ecology more than
would have happened had the gray planet survived.
