Only autocracies benefit from fully-fledged central bank digital currencies. I personally find it hard to understand. There are no real benefits in it for us, you and me nor necessary we have already a good functioning structure and not a third world country.

NWO or Globalist Call for a ‘Great Reset’

The authors argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders,” including the most marginalized and most vulnerable.

The authors, who include Christiaan van Veen, L.L.M., special advisor on new technologies and human rights to the United Nations, urged the human rights community and related civic society organizations to ensure that global decisions about the adoption of digital ID systems are not hastily made but are based on “serious evidence and analysis.”

Where digital ID systems threaten human rights, the NYU researchers said, such endeavors should be “stopped altogether.”

Who’s really profiting?

“Governments around the world have been investing heavily in digital identification systems, often with biometric components,” the authors said in a statement.

Digital ID systems that frequently collect biometric data — such as fingerprints, iris or other facial feature recognition — are being adopted to replace or complement non-digital government identification systems.

According to an Access Now special report, in India in October 2021, digital ID systems — or “Big ID programs” as Access Now called them — are being pushed by a market of actors who sell and profit from digital ID systems and infrastructure, often while endangering the human rights of the people they’re supposed to benefit.

The NYU researchers reached the same conclusion:

“The rapid proliferation of such systems is driven by a new development consensus, packaged and promoted by key global actors like the World Bank, but also by governments, foundations, vendors and consulting firms.”

Digital ID proponents argue the systems can contribute to inclusivity and sustainable development, with some going so far as to consider the adoption of digital ID systems a prerequisite for the realization of human rights.

But the NYU researchers said they believe the “ultimate objective” of digital ID systems is to “facilitate economic transactions and private sector service delivery while also bringing new, poorer, individuals into formal economies and ‘unlocking’ their behavioral data.”

“The promises of inclusion and flourishing digital economies might appear attractive on paper,” the researchers said, “but digital ID systems have consistently failed to deliver on these promises in real world situations, especially for the most marginalized.”

The authors added:

“In fact, evidence is emerging from many countries, most notably the mega digital ID project Aadhaar in India, of the severe and large-scale human rights violations linked to this model. These systems may in fact exacerbate pre-existing forms of exclusion and discrimination in public and private services. The use of new technologies may furthermore lead to novel forms of harm, including biometric exclusion, discrimination, and the many harms associated with ‘surveillance capitalism.’”

Christine Lagarde the current head of the EU central bank in Frankfurt the driving force behind it in Europe.

Each January the WEF host their annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. In 2014, Christine Lagarde, who was then the managing director of the IMF, called for a ‘reset ‘of monetary policy, the financial sector regulatory environment and structural reforms of global economies.

Lagarde was adamant that a reset was required ‘in the way in which the economy grows around the world‘. Fleshing this out, Lagarde cited the dangers to financial stability due to ‘bubbles developing here and there‘, the over 200 million globally who were unemployed and economic growth being too slow.

Despite these concerns, Lagarde’s view was that fiscal consolidation within national economies was still necessary in order to control spending and ensure the post 2008 ‘recovery‘.

In January 2019 I posted an article that went into detail about the monetary policy aspect of the ‘reset‘ promoted by Lagarde (Monetary Policy ‘Reset’: From Rhetoric to Actuality). I raised how at the time of Lagarde’s intervention the Federal Reserve were tapering their asset purchasing scheme (quantitative easing), introduced in the aftermath of the collapse of Lehman Brothers that triggered the 2008 financial crisis.

Come the end of 2014, the Fed had called a halt entirely to QE. A year later in December 2015, they began to raise interest rates for the first time in over a decade and would later go on to introduce an asset reduction programme where the central bank began to roll off assets from its balance sheet.

For Lagarde, international cooperation would be essential for a reset to succeed. Without nations cooperating, it would likely be fraught with instability and market turbulence. In an interview with Bloomberg at the time of the WEF meeting, Lagarde stressed the importance of the ‘medium term‘ when it came to achieving the reset:

The short term collides with the medium term but the question is to bring the medium term into the personal, political and corporate equation. And that’s the job of the IMF.

2015

Looking back, 2015 was a highly significant year that saw global planners state quite openly their ambitions for a New World Order to be implemented over the next decade and a half.

First came the unveiling of the United Nation’s derived Agenda 2030 in September, and with it seventeen main objectives known as the Sustainable Development Goals. Agenda 2030 was adopted by the 193 members of the UN, with adoption coinciding with the 70th anniversary of the institution’s existence.

Chief amongst the seventeen goals were to end poverty by 2030 and for there to be zero hunger. Action on climate change was also needed, as was the creation of sustainable cities and communities and good health and wellbeing (which the UN directly associate with vaccinating families).

Agenda 2030 replaced the Millennium Development Goals, which were introduced in 2000 and encompassed a series of targets to be completed by 2015. According to the UN, ‘enormous progress‘ had been made ‘but more needs to be done‘.

To get a sense of what the UN means by ‘more‘, when the Sustainable Development Goals were signed off Claire Melamed, who in 2015 was Director of the global think tank Overseas Development Institute, told the BBC:

If they’re going to be met we’re going to have to see huge amounts of money. We’re going to have see governments behaving in a completely different way. We’re going to have to see companies totally changing their business practices. It can be done, but the real question is whether we want to do it enough.

Melamed is now the Chief Executive Officer of Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data. Amongst the organization’s funding partners are the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which is a prominent organization in the drive for a vaccine to immunize people against Covid-19.

The authors of a New York University’s Center for Human Rights and Global Justice report on digital identity systems warned of “severe and potentially irreversible” human rights violations and argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders.”

The authors of a new report on digital identity systems warned “the actual and potential” human rights violations arising from the digital ID model can be “severe and potentially irreversible.”

The 100-page report — “Paving the Road to Hell? A Primer on the Role of the World Bank and Global Networks in Promoting Digital ID” — published by New York University’s (NYU) Center for Human Rights and Global Justice urged human rights organizations to heed the threats posed by a global push for digital IDs.

The NYU researchers said many proponents — including the World Bank — portray digital IDs as a means to achieving greater inclusivity and environmental sustainability when, in fact, the systems are likely to do just the opposite.

According to the report, the digital ID has been dressed up as an “unstoppable juggernaut and inevitable hallmark of modernity and development in the 21st century,” causing dissenting voices to be “written off as Luddites and barriers to progress.”

The authors argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders,” including the most marginalized and most vulnerable.

Where digital ID systems threaten human rights, the NYU researchers said, such endeavors should be “stopped altogether.”

Who’s really profiting?

“Governments around the world have been investing heavily in digital identification systems, often with biometric components,” the authors said in a statement.

The authors added:

The benefits of using digital ID are “ill-defined” and “poorly documented,” the NYU authors said.

“From what evidence does exist, it seems that those who stand to benefit most may not be those ‘left behind,’ but instead a small group of companies and governments,” they wrote.

They added:

“After all, where digital ID systems have tended to excel is in generating lucrative contracts for biometrics companies and enhancing the surveillance and migration-control capabilities of governments.”

More harm than good, especially for world’s most marginalized

The authors did four things in their report.

First, they examined the human rights impact of national digital ID systems and argued that a cost-benefit analysis of digital ID systems suggests they do more harm than good — especially for the world’s most marginalized individuals.

“Through the embrace of digital technologies, the World Bank and a broader global

network of actors has been promoting a new paradigm for ID systems that prioritizes what we refer to as ‘economic identity,’” the authors wrote.

They added:

“These systems focus on fueling digital transactions and transforming individuals into traceable data. They often ignore the ability of identification systems to recognize not only that an individual is unique, but that they have a legal status with associated rights.

“Still, proponents have cloaked this new paradigm in the language of human rights and inclusion, arguing that such systems will help to achieve multiple Sustainable Development Goals.”

The authors added:

“Like physical roads, national digital identification systems with biometric components (digital ID systems) are presented as the public infrastructure of the digital future.

“Yet these particular infrastructures have proven to be dangerous, having been linked to severe and large-scale human rights violations in a range of countries around the world, affecting social, civil, and political rights.”

Prioritizing ‘economic identity’

Next, the researchers looked at how an “identification for development” agenda driven by multiple global actors came into being.

They discussed the digital ID system called Aadhaar that is currently being tried out by the government of India and the digital ID system promoted by the World Bank — Identification for Development, commonly called the ID4D Initiative.

The ID4D Initiative draws inspiration from the highly criticized Aadhaar digital ID system in India.

In the Aadhaar system, individuals are voluntarily assigned a 12-digit random number by the Unique Identification Authority of India — a statutory authority backed by the government of India — that establishes the “uniqueness” of individuals with the help of demographic and biometric technologies.

This digital ID model, NYU report authors said, is dangerous because it prioritizes an “economic identity” for an individual.

The model is not about an individual’s identity alone, confirmed Joseph Atick, Ph.D., executive chairman of the influential ID4Africa, a platform where African governments and major companies in the digital ID market meet.

It’s about their economic interactions, Atick said.

The ID4D model “enables and interacts with authentication platforms, payments systems, digital signatures, data sharing, KYC systems, consent management and sectoral delivery platforms,” Atick announced at the start of ID4Africa’s 2022 annual meeting in mid-June, at the Palais de Congrès in Marrakesh, Morocco.

The authors of the NYU report criticized this model:

“The goal then, is not so much identity as it is identification. The three interlinked processes of identification, registration, and authorization are an exercise of power.

“Through this process, one actor acknowledges or denies another actor’s identity attributes. Individuals may be empowered through the process of identification, but such systems have long been used for the opposite purpose: to deny rights to certain groups and exclude them.”

Third, the authors assessed the nitty-gritty details of how the World Bank and its network of proponents of digital ID systems worked to implement an “identification for development” agenda around the globe.

They explained how the funding and governance of the ID4D Initiative operate, and claimed the World Bank and its corporate and governmental partners are “manufacturing consensus” by presuming that the shift to a digital ID model is inevitable, desirable and required for human progress.

But this “manufactured consensus” lacks a basis, they said.

“Concrete and robust evidence of the purported benefits associated with digital ID systems is rarely provided, it is merely asserted that digital ID will lead to inclusion and development,” the authors wrote.

3 steps privacy advocates can take

Finally, the authors outlined what human rights organizations and other civil society actors can do by highlighting three modes of action:

“Not so fast!” Organizations can demand that governmental adoption of digital ID systems not be rushed.

The authors wrote:

“Before any new or augmented digital ID systems are rolled out nationwide, it is vital to establish an evidence base and take all necessary steps to anticipate and mitigate possible harms in advance. Baseline studies, research into the specific context, cost-benefit analyses, value for money analyses, and impact assessments are necessary and should be demanded every step of the way.”

“Make it public.” The design and possible implementation of a digital ID system need to be thoroughly discussed in democratic forums, including public media and Congress or parliaments.

“Civil society organizations should demand openness with regard to plans, tenders, and the involvement of foreign governments and international organizations,” they said.

“We are all stakeholders.” While the World Bank presents itself as a respected advisor to governments who should be allowed to shape and create governments’ digital ID policies, it is only one actor.

“It is important to realize,” the authors wrote, “that, ultimately, everyone has a stake in systems of identification, digital or otherwise, which are essential to recognize individuals and effectuate their human rights.”

They added:

“More and more organizations and experts are beginning to grapple with the rapid spread of digital ID around the world, from digital rights organizations to groups representing people with disabilities, and from experts working on social and economic rights to development economists.

“As this range of organizations grows, it will be crucial to share experiences, learn from one another, and coordinate advocacy.”

Human rights alliances can ‘reimagine’ the ‘digital future’

According to the report, multidisciplinary and geographically diverse alliances can not only help to ensure digital ID systems are not deployed “in the harmful ways described in this primer,” but can “also help reimagine what the digital future without the particular model of ID systems promoted by the World Bank and others could look like.”

They said:

“As digital ID systems are determining the shape of governments and societies as we hurtle into the digital era, questions as to their form and design — and their very existence in the first place — are critical.

“What alternative visions can we offer that will better safeguard human rights and preserve the gains of countless years of struggle to improve the recognition and institutionalization of rights?

“When we bring together actors who want a society where the human rights of every individual and group are protected, what kinds of digital ID systems might we imagine? How might digital ID systems be designed to truly promote human well-being?

“How would this alternative, rights-fulfilling vision differ from the economic, transactional identity described here, as promoted by the World Bank and others? Indeed, would we have digitalized identification systems at all?”

The authors did not provide answers to these questions.

Rather, they aimed to “bring together the excellent work that our partners, colleagues, and others have tirelessly undertaken around the world” and facilitate collaboration “to ensure that the future of digital ID enhances, rather than jeopardizes, the enjoyment of human rights.”

The behavior of central bankers is rarely (if ever) given sustained coverage in the national press.

Outside of prominent economic channels, developments from within institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) are seldom remarked upon. Instead, attention is restricted to the latest round of political theatrics which serve to disguise the actions and intentions of globalist planners.

As the furor of Brexit gained in intensity last month, BIS General Manager Agustin Carstens gave a speech at the Central Bank of Ireland 2019 Whitaker Lecture.

Under the heading, ‘The future of money and payments’, Carstens mapped out what has been a long standing vision of globalists (NWO)- namely, to acquire full spectrum control of the international financial system through the gradual abolition of what Bank of England governor Mark Carney has called ‘tangible assets’ i.e. physical money.

The ‘future of money’ narrative is one that both the BIS and the IMF have been actively promoting since the advent of Brexit and Donald Trump’s presidency.

Central to the vision for a fully digitised global economy is the intent to reform national payment systems.

The UK uses the Real-time gross settlement (RTGS) system, which the majority of payments in Britain are facilitated through.

The Bank of England’s (BOE) Victoria Cleland has emphasized on numerous occasions that the ‘fundamental renewal’ of the system is being carried out through choice rather than necessity.

This would indicate that RTGS works fine in its current manifestation, but the BOE (along with the European Central Bank) have been tasked with assuming more control over their respective payment systems.

As Cleland has confirmed via several speeches, tests on a renewed RTGS have demonstrated that distributed ledger technology (DLT) has the capability to connect to it in the future.

Blockchain is a form of DLT, and by extension blockchain works in conjunction with cryprocurrencies like Bitcoin.

In February 2019, Cleland intimated that the previous intention to have finalized the RTGS reform by 2020 had been pushed back to 2025.

We are looking at 2025 for completion, with a number of transition states as we head to that.

What we want to achieve is more ambitious now, and we are doing some exciting work around innovation and looking at ways of bringing in participants.

The year 2025 is potentially significant as we will later look at.

Returning to Carstens speech at the Central Bank of Ireland, here he spoke of how the reform of payment systems have been ‘infrequent’ over the decades, with wholesale changes to the nature of money ‘even rarer’.

But now, attempts to create new forms of money or to engineer new ways to pay appear almost weekly.

The ‘new ways to pay’ is in part a reference to services such as TransferWise, who have pioneered the introduction of borderless accounts that allow people to hold up to forty currencies at once with the ability to convert them whenever desired.

New methods of payments such as this, which grew out of the 2008 financial crisis, bypass banknotes and coins altogether. Money can only be sent, received or converted electronically, unlike at high-street banks or travel bureaus which still offer physical cash.

TransferWise describe their service as showcasing ‘bank-level security, minus the banks’.

When it comes to ‘new forms of money’, Carstens explains that the current system of central banks issuing banknotes, and commercial banks providing electronic money, is being targeted for reform – in the shape of central bank digital currencies (CBDC’s).

A CBDC would allow ordinary people and businesses to make payments electronically using money issued by the central bank. Or they could deposit money directly in the central bank, and use debit cards issued by the central bank itself.

It becomes apparent that two tranches of reform – to payment systems and to how money is used – are in the process of being carried out simultaneously.

In previous articles I have talked about how globalists invariably utilize the vehicle of gradualism when it comes to implementing changes within the financial system.

The BIS themselves raised the subject in their final quarterly report of 2017.

When seeking to centralize economic power further, central banks work by stealth. It can take many years, even decades, for a plan to become reality.

In relation to CBDC’s, it is no surprise to see Carstens speak of banks opting to ‘tread cautiously into new territory’.

The monetary system is the backbone of the financial system. Before we open up the patient for major surgery, we need to understand the full consequences of what we’re doing.

Hackneyed metaphors aside, it is no secret that the only thing that preserves the current system of fiat currencies is the level of trust that you and I place in them.

But trust is not a physical construct. Rather, it is underpinned by belief.

As Carstens mentions, in an economic sense trust can be compromised by,

‘currency devaluations, hyperinflation, wide-scale payment system disruptions or bank defaults.’

The bigger picture begins to emerge when Carstens declares that the debate around CBDC’s is not to do with the technology involved, but,

‘partly about the potential decline in the use of cash.’

This is an exercise in perceptual management.

He wants the focus to be on the demise of physical assets rather than the digital transformation of how money functions. The idea is that the decline of cash be perceived as organic rather than premeditated.

Two variations of a CBDC are cited.

The first is a wholesale variant that would be used primarily for interbank payments.

The second is a retail CBDC which would be accessible to the public.

This could be based either on digital tokens or on accounts. That would mean that you and I could open bank accounts directly with the central bank.

As is often the case when powerful heads of institutions speak, the underlying agenda gradually finds its way through the flannel.

Like cash, a CBDC could and would be available 24/7, 365 days a year. At first glance, not many changes for someone, say, stopping off at the supermarket on the way home from work.

HE OR SHE WOULD NO LONGER HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING CASH. ALL PURCHASES WOULD BE ELECTRONIC.

This is confirmation that if CBDC’s are rolled out in the future, it would result in the abolition of physical money. Every penny you possess would be held within the financial system.

It does not end there:

From here, differences start to emerge. A CBDC is not necessarily anonymous, like cash. And unlike cash, it could pay or charge interest.

Let’s deal with each of those in turn.

For globalists to gain full control of the financial system, the ability of citizens to hold their money anonymously must end. The strawman arguments in favor of this happening have already been planted within the media – from illicit financing of terrorism to money laundering.

Concerted efforts are being made to encourage people to look upon those who prefer to deal in cash with suspicion.

When you narrow it down, being able to trace and track every single payment, which is currently not possible if you opt to pay with cash, is the goal here.

Therefore, eliminating the choice of using banknotes and coins is essential.

Equally disturbing is the use of interest rates under a CBDC system. Right now, if you hold physical money, it is not vulnerable to a fluctuation in rates. Money held in a bank account, however, is susceptible.

Even so, it can easily be transferred to one that offers a better rate or can ultimately be withdrawn altogether in favor of holding the money in your hand.

With CBDC’s, you would be locked in. Positive rates would continue to pay you interest. But what about if rates turned negative throughout the banking system? In this scenario you would be charged for holding your money with the bank, with no way of counteracting such measures.

In short, the loss of anonymity and exposure to negative rates would mean servitude to the banking system. Short of transferring assets into precious metals, it would leave citizens with no means of escape.

Carstens goes on to suggest that central banks could one day offer deposit accounts, bypassing traditional commercial banks.

If bank deposits shift to the central bank, lending would need to shift as well. The central bank would be taking on the lending business.

Using the scenario of customers opting to put money in a digital currency of a central bank, or directly into a deposit account, Carstens said:

It is not far-fetched to imagine that a premium would open up, where one euro of deposits in the commercial bank buys less than one euro’s worth of central bank digital currency.

Gauging the speech as a whole, these eventualities are dependent on the successful implementation of CBDC’s.

For that to happen, physical cash must gradually be eroded. Whilst central banks are working on concepts for a CBDC’s, they do not yet appear to be in a position to introduce them.

According to Carstens,

‘very few central banks think it is likely that they will issue a CBDC in the short to medium term.’

One of the reasons for this is that,

‘there is not yet a noticeable and widespread fall in the demand for cash.’

As I have documented elsewhere, cash usage is declining year on year but remains a popular form of payment.

How long before we reach an inflection point is unknown. What we do know is that the BIS measure the short-term plans for central banks at one to three years, with the medium term at one to six years.

Six years from now takes us to 2025 – the year that the Bank of England are targeting for the completion of reforms to the RTGS payments system.

As for the BIS, in a speech Carstens gave last month titled, ‘The new role of central banks‘, the institution is focused on a new BIS medium-term strategy called Innovation BIS 2025.

One element of this plan is for the establishment of,

‘a multidisciplinary Innovation Hub at the BIS in order to foster collaboration in innovation-related work, as well as a new unit which will undertake policy analysis and research on how key innovations and increased data availability should inform policy and shape central banks’ responses.’

Clearly, they are preparing for major changes to the financial system.

Rapped up in this BIS 2025 initiative is to process all ‘relevant implications of technological innovation’, such as distributed ledger technology. CBDC’s would inevitably be part of such innovation.

The warning signs are there for what globalists are planning. What Carstens outlined is where they want to take the financial system over the next decade.

But as the geopolitical climate becomes increasingly fractious, how many of us are listening…?

When President G.H.W. Bush used the term New World Order in several of his speeches, it aroused suspicion and concern among the public. So, the Elite selected a generic term “Globalization”

The Elite have covertly redefined the term conspiracy to imply that anyone who believes in conspiracies must be a kook, so they must disregard anything that these kooks say, because they are mentally deranged. This is not a conspiracy theory site.

Globalization, former known as NWO but that name got discredited/changed. Globalization sound softer, closer to home.

Proven to be effective and now most Americans are no longer alarmed, because the business world uses this term on a daily basis, so it must not be so frightening.

But, you cannot change a tiger’s stripes. We’re still talking about the New World Order. If you don’t know about the BB, CFR, and TC, or who are the members of these secret organizations, then you must have a copy of Who’s Who of the Elite.

The Elite have invented a new term for expanded NAFTA, which they now call the FTAA, or Free Trade Area of the Americas. The Council of the Americas, at the Quebec City conference in March, 2001, stated very clearly that they plan to complete the FTAA by the year 2005.

Vice President Dick Cheney was thanked for his remarks at the Council of the Americas conference on May 6, 2002, by founder and Honorary Chairman, David Rockefeller. Cheney said that the FTAA would be completed by January, 2005.

Two years ago at the Quebec Summit of the Americas, our presidents and prime ministers committed themselves to creating, by January 2005, a free trade area that would create greater prosperity for nearly 800 million people in 34 countries of our hemisphere. It is obvious that they are really talking about the American Union which they plan to complete by January, 2005. That’s less than two years away, my friends. Just when are you planning to get concerned?

The American Union follows the second step, the African Union, in the Elite’s plan to control the entire world. Next will be the Asian Union, and the Soviet Union, all to be completed between the years 2010 and 2015. This is not my speculation, it’s their stated plans, as detailed in a UN document titled “Our Global Neighborhood“. All nations of the world will be included in the Global Union, except those nations dominated by Islam. Perhaps that is why the Elite are planning wars against the Islamic nations.

Chile

Chile will be the next nation absorbed by the (soon-to-be) American Union. It has long had a roundtable in operation, which is known as the Chilean Council of Foreign Relations. U.S. and Chilean representatives signed a Free Trade agreement June 6, 2003, with this treaty to be ratified on an up-or-down vote by the U.S. Senate sometime this year.

Central America

The nations of Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica) are now negotiating with the U.S. for a Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), which is likely to be completed within the year 2003.

Venezuela

Since President Hugo Chavez took office on February 2, 1999, the common people of Venezuela have backed him and his reforms. Chavez insists on keeping more of the oil export profits in Venezuela, so that his nation can recover from its chronic financial problems. His strong will may just be a stumbling block to the completion of the American Union.

The CIA has backed coup attempts to oust this “radical” leader, and the public has turned out by the thousands to protest these attempts. The petroleum industry strikes are not strikes at all. Brazil

On December 13, 2002, Brazilian President Luis Inacio “Lula“ da Silva appointed international financier Hernando Meirelles as head of the Central Bank of Brazil. Meirelles was the former president of FleetBoston Financial Corp., and served as a director of David Rockefeller’s Council of the Americas.

Argentina

On December 26, 2002, Argentina’s Senate approved the appointment of Alfonso Prat-Gay as president of the Argentina’s Central Bank. Prat-Gay was formerly the head of emerging market research for J. P. Morgan Chase bank. David Rockefeller is Chairman of the bank’s International Advisory Committee.

Middle East Union

On May 9, 2003, President Bush outlined a plan to create a Free Trade Area between the U.S. and the countries of the Middle East. He said:

“So I propose the establishment of a U.S.-Middle East free trade area, to bring the Middle East into an expanding circle of opportunities, to provide hope for the people who live in that region.”

Jobs

When the President, or anyone else within the administration, says that they will create jobs as they implemented NAFTA, and will create CAFTA, the American Union, The Middle East Union, and so on, no member of the news media dare ask him where the jobs will be created. Obviously they will NOT be created within the borders of the United States.

The objective of the Elite is to send all manufacturing jobs from the U.S. to the nations around the world with the lowest labor rate, least environmental restrictions, and the least fringe benefits to the workers, even to prison laborers in China, who work for free.

The U.S. Union officials allow this to happen, because they have been made members of the secret Elite organization, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and they do what they are told by the Elite.

Fast Track Legislation

On August 6, 2002, President Bush signed into law the Trade Act of 2002 (or fast track legislation). This is also referred to as Trade Promotion Authority (TPA). This means that he can complete the American Union on schedule, because Congress will now only be allowed an up or down vote on treaties that he presents.

The Elite will publicly shame and humiliate anyone in Congress who votes against their treaties. They have reduced their opposition greatly by making sure that Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and Congressmen Earl Hilliard, and Bob Barr were defeated in recent primaries. They had already ousted Jim Trafficant earlier. Congressman Ron Paul is next on their list.

Senate Majority Leader

Now we really know why Senator Trent Lott was replaced. Not because he made an improper statement (and it was improper), but because he was NOT a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. The Elite need to do many things within the next two years in order to complete the American Union, so they MUST have one of their own heading the U.S. Senate.

The perfect replacement is Senator William (Bill) H. Frist, who was made a member of the CFR just this year. Did they make him a member because they knew that he would be the likely replacement for Trent Lott? Very likely.

Henry Kissinger is an inner-circle member of the Bilderbergs, Council on Foreign Relations, and Trilateral Commission, and a long-time right-hand-man of David Rockefeller, who aspires to be the Czar of the Global Union. Only Rockefeller has attended more Bilderberg meetings than Kissinger.

A friend of mine, who is a member of the European Parliament, was searching the records on the history of the formation of the EU, and found the following statement in one of these documents:

It will be difficult to achieve a political union without there being a perception of an external political threat. A “terrorist outrage” would contribute to the perception of an external political threat.

Terrorism

Is the current fear of terrorist what Kissinger was talking about? All of the evidence is not in yet linking the Elite to the Trade Center and Pentagon tragedies, but you can rest assured that they are using these crashes and terrorist threats to tighten up, and eliminate many of our rights that are guaranteed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The next step is to destroy the Second Amendment to our Constitution – our right to private ownership of firearms.

Bush had appointed Kissinger to head up the commission to investigate the 9-11 terrorism tragedy. However, he withdrew from this position when the law required that he reveal his customer list at Kissinger & Associates. Kissinger is under indictment from several nations for his past crimes, including Italy, Chile, Spain, France and possibly others. He cannot travel to these nations without being arrested and brought to trial.

Amendment II to the U.S. Constitution

A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

A major obstacle to the completion of the American Union is the fact that we have the right to private ownership of firearms. No dictator has ever taken control of his country without first confiscating the citizens guns. The Elite know this, so they have created the organization called “The Department of Homeland Security“, which was formed with the expressed purpose of defending this nation against terrorist attacks from the outside.

In reality, this is the beginning of a “police state”, which will be used to “handle” the militias that will protest the confiscation of firearms owned by Americans. Every time that a firearm is used in an incident, the mainstream news media, and several members of Congress, such as Senator Dianne Feinstein (BB & TC), demand that we have much more restrictive control of weapons.

Will we find out twenty years from now that the “DC-Area Sniper” was actually a member of one of the CIA’s black-operations organizations, or was under CIA mind control as he shot his victims? There is no doubt that Timothy McVeigh was under CIA mind control when he bombed the Alfred P. Murrah building 1995, in Oklahoma City (if he was actually the guilty person).

We now know that Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating’s brother, Martin Keating, wrote the manuscript of a novel in 1991 titled The Final Jihad, in which the terrorist who blew up a Federal building in OKC, was named “Tom McVey”. Was this the script for the actual bombing that took place in 1995?

Australia was once a penal colony for the British Empire, so many of the citizens of this nation are descendants of convicted criminals. Most U.S. citizens are not aware of the fact that Australia immediately outlawed private ownership of firearms after Martin Bryant, a so-called “mad murderer”, killed 35 and wounded another eighteen people on the public streets of Port Author, Tasmania, in April 28, 1996, using an AR-15, .223 cal. assault rifle.

Within twelve months after the outlawing of guns were passed by the Australian government, 640,381 guns were bought off the streets at the cost of over $500 million, Australian.

Twelve months later, a study was made of the effects of such radical gun control, with the following results:

Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2%.

Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6%.

Australia-wide, armed-robberies are up 44%.

In the state of Victoria, homicides-with-firearms are up 300%!

The steady decrease in homicides-with-firearms that occurred during the previous 25 years became an increase in the last 12 months.

There has been a dramatic increase in breakins-and-assaults-of-the-elderly.

At the time of the ban, the Prime Minister said “self-defense is not a reason for owning a firearm”.

From 1910 to present, homicides in Australia have averaged about 1.8-per-100,000 or lower, a safe society by any standard.

The ban has destroyed Australia’s standings in some international sport shooting competitions.

The membership of the Australian Sports Shooting Association has increased by 200% in response to the ban and in an attempt to organize against further controls, which are expected.

Australian politicians are on the spot and at a loss to explain why no improvement in “safety” has been observed after such monumental effort and expense was successfully expended in “ridding society of guns”. Their response has been to “wait longer”.

During the years 2001 and 2002, armed robberies, Australia wide, increased 34.1% over the period just before the elimination of private ownership of firearms.

Concentration Camps

The Elite have already established “concentration camps” on military bases in the U.S. to house the militia members and other protesting citizens once they have outlawed private ownership of weapons.

Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft’s announced desire for camps for U.S. citizens he deems to be “enemy combatants” has moved him from merely being a political embarrassment to being a constitutional menace.

Ashcroft’s plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him to order the indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens and summarily strip them of their constitutional rights and access to the courts by declaring them enemy combatants.

Martial Law

The Elite cannot accomplish their American Union (New World Order) without declaring Martial Law. In order to justify such a drastic measure, there must be a major crisis, such as a violent and widespread internal dissent or national opposition against a U.S. military invasion abroad, resistance to the outlawing of ownership of guns by U.S. citizens, or a major financial crisis.

We are now on the verge of all of the above, with the impending invasion of Iraq, constant demands for tighter gun control to stop terrorist acts, and the Wall Street melt down. Opponents of this action would without doubt file civil action to stop Martial Law from being enacted, which means that it would doubtlessly end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.

You might surmise then that this court would rule in our favor, until you learn that three sitting judges on this court are members of the CFR:

This is not a majority of the nine justices, so within the next three to twelve months at least two sitting justices will retire, giving President Bush the chance to nominate replacements from the CFR. You might say that the chances of this happening are slim, until you learn that during the last change in this court, on the short-list of five candidates, “only” CFR members were considered for the vacated position.

Spying on U.S. Citizens

There is now a proposal to open all snail-mail sent to Congress, digitize it, and make it available to the recipient by E-mail. The stated purpose of doing this is to protect members of Congress from anthrax, and to save their staff time in opening the mail. The REAL reason is to snoop the correspondence to see what is inside.

All electronic means of correspondence are now being monitored by NSA’s operation ECHELON. Once they have digitized the snail-mail, there will be no secrets between members of Congress and their constituents. They now snoop every electronic transmission (fax, E-mail, telephone, Telex, radio, etc.) by the N.S.A.’s Operation ECHELON.

Now they are considering establishing a spy agency to monitor all U.S. citizens, just like the MI-5 spy agency does in Great Britain. This group of spooks will probably be positioned within the new Homeland Security Agency.

The Pentagon now has an operation called Total Information Awareness (TIA), which is made up of a bank of very powerful computers containing unbelievable amounts of information on US citizens. These computers track each persons credit card, airline ticket, and rental car transactions, passports, drivers licenses, and on and on.

The National Security Act of 1947 established the CIA, and prohibited it’s operations within the United States. However, the CIA was granted legal authority to spy on U.S. citizens by Executive Order 12333, dated Dec. 4, 1981, signed by Ronald Reagan.

This E.O. reads:

Article 1.8 (c) Conduct counterintelligence activities outside the United States and, without assuming or performing any internal security functions, conduct counterintelligence activities within the United States in coordination with the FBI as required by procedures agreed upon by the Director of Central Intelligence and the Attorney General;
Article (i) Conduct such administrative and technical support activities within and outside the United States as are necessary to perform the functions described in sections (a) through (h) above, including procurement and essential cover and proprietary arrangements.

Protect Our Borders

According to 2001 DOD Manpower Statistics, the following countries have over 500 US troops stationed within their borders: Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia (including Kosovo), Spain, Turkey, U.K., Japan, South Korea, Bahrain, Diego Garcia, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. Since 2001, we have sent thousands of troops to Afghanistan and Iraq. The International Bankers use these troops to further their own interest.

In 1935, America’s most decorated military person was Brigadier General Smedley D. Butler, who said in his book, War is a Racket, that I say, “To Hell With War!”

He further proposed (page 60, War is a Racket) an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

1. The removal of members of the land forces from the continental limits of the United States… for any cause whatsoever is prohibited.

2. The vessels of the United States Navy, or of the other branches of the armed service, are hereby prohibited from steaming, for any reason whatsoever except on an errand of mercy, more than five hundred miles from our coast.

3. Aircraft of the Army, Navy and Marine Corps is hereby prohibited from flying, for any reason whatsoever, more than seven hundred and fifty miles beyond the coast of the United States.

Such an amendment would be absolute guarantee to the women of America that their loved ones never would be sent overseas to be needlessly shot down in European or Asiatic or African wars that are no concern of our people.

I absolutely support his proposal, but would add:

1st – Before U.S. Military forces are allowed to go beyond the above limits from Continental US shores they must have the specific approval of 75% vote of every member (not just present at the vote) of both houses of Congress, and the forces must be sent for a defensive reason only. They should not be off our shores more than three months without another vote of 80% of every member (not just present at the vote) of both houses of Congress.
2nd – Before the vote to send our military beyond these limits, each member of both houses of Congress must visit a Veterans Hospital within their district, or one nearest to their district, and spend at least five minutes interviewing at least the 50 of the worst cases of physical or mental injury in the hospital.

The only exception to these rules would be the military personnel required to protect U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world.

Then all US military forces must be returned to US shores within six months of the passage of this amendment. Also, to keep these military forces busy, they must be stationed all along our borders with Mexico and Canada, for the purpose of keeping out illegal drugs and illegal aliens.

Nanobots

Now, you are going to say that I’ve really gone crazy! But what if the Elite invented a very small robot, or nanobot, and injected it into your bloodstream when you get your next injection, and when the time is right, they send a signal to your body activating these little devils to do their programmed duty? This duty could be either beneficial or detrimental – who knows?

Biological Threats

The U.S. president and his cronies keep talking about Iraq’s threats of weapons of mass destruction, including biological weapons. Possibly the greatest threat to human life is the coming use of top-secret gene-specific viruses being developed by the United States, Israel and several other nations.

The intent is to select certain ethnic groups and eliminate them by using these soon-to-be developed viruses. The entire black population in Africa might be eliminated so that the Elite could gain control of the vast mineral deposits within this continent. The non-Jewish people in and around Israel could be annihilated in one fell swoop by such viruses.

If Adolph Hitler were alive today, he would certainly want to use this technology to eliminate the non-Arian populations of the world.

Bohemian Club

Many of the Elite leaders are members of the Bohemian Club, who meet annually at the Bohemian Grove in Northern California, where they worship their Moloch, in the form of a giant concrete owl, as they march around the sacrificial table in their medieval robes, uttering their pagan chants.

International Bankers as the Ruling Class

There are several terms used to describe those in the inner circle who direct the Elite, such as central bankers, international banking families, world banking cabal, and the like, but the two families who really are in charge are the Rockefellers, headed by David Rockefeller, and the Western European and United Kingdom’s House of Rothschild.

In 1998 the Rockefeller family was worth $11.48 trillion, and the Rothschild family was worth over $100 trillion. When they need money, they just print it. They create their money out of thin air, and it is backed by nothing. You cannot trade it in for gold or silver. These International bankers own the Central Banks in every nation in the world, except the so-called seven rogue nations. The U.S. State Dept. defines “rogue nations” as any nation that harbors of supports terrorists.

Hillary Clinton keeps saying that she is NOT running for President in 2004, but why was she on all three “talking heads” interview shows the first Sunday of January? I believe that around mid-year (possibly sooner), that Wesley Clark will see that he cannot defeat Dean, so he will say that he will be glad to take the position of Vice President, if Hillary Clinton will be his running mate as Presidential candidate. Afghanistan

The Afghan war was for three reasons – banking, illegal drugs, and oil. The international bankers wanted to set up their own central bank in this nation, the CIA wanted control of the opium coming from this region, and the oil companies wanted to run pipelines from the Caspian Sea oil fields to China and to the South to salt water ports.

The Taliban would not allow any of this, so they had to go.

Iraq

I once lived about 300 miles South East of Bagdad for two years, so have some feel for the region, their mental attitudes, and the politics or the region. Saddam Hussein was an evil dictator, who was guilty of many atrocities against his own people and his neighbors. However, it was up to the Iraqi people to either put up with him, or replace him. It was extremely difficult to replace him, because anyone who dared to resist him was not only tortured and murdered, but his entire family more than likely would see the same treatment.

Former President G.H.W. Bush was once partners with Saddam in the oil business. Apparently Saddam snookered Bush in some oil deal, so Bush sent Ambassador April Glaspie in to tell Saddam that if he wanted to take a part, or all of Kuwait, that the U.S. would turn its head to the matter. He did just that, so Bush sent the troops in to destroy his military equipment and soldiers.

Now W. Bush is following in the tracks of his father along the same lines.

This time,

to gain control of the Iraqi oil

to establish a central bank in the nation

to protect Israel

to get the US citizen’s minds off the terrible economy and the creation of the American Union

Let’s not forget that every missile, bomb, bullet, and piece of military equipment expended in this battle must be replaced by the Elite-owned military/industrial complex.

All this is cloaked under the disguise of looking for weapons of mass destruction, but most of the world sees through this plot. So, your sons and daughters have been placed in harms way just to satisfy the international bankers. The Elite’s children will never go to war and be in harms way, because about 25-30 years ago the Elite had Congress to create an all-volunteer military. So, they have no qualms sending out troops all over the world to fight for the interests of the international bankers and oil Barons.

The U.S. force’s casualties continue to grow, but the loss of life, or the injury of just one person is too much to pay for the families of these brave warriors. We must all pray for the safe return of all of these courageous combatants.

The Elite will have our troops stationed in Iraq from now on, just as the situations in Korea, Haiti, Kosevo, and on and on.

Syria

Now the war hawks in Washington are turning to Syria and Iran as perhaps their next targets of Imperialism.

Lawrence Eagleburger, who was US Secretary of State under George Bush Sr., told the BBC:

“If George Bush [Jr.] decided he was going to turn the troops loose on Syria and Iran after Iraq, that he would last in office for about 15 minutes. In fact if President Bush were to try that now even I would think that he ought to be impeached. You can’t get away with that sort of thing in this democracy.”

Wars

In 1953 Dwight Eisenhower, warned of failing to address the pressing social needs of the nation in deference to an uncontrolled arms build up.

Oil & Gas

The world’s total oil reserves are around 928 billion barrels (Gb), with about 63% resting within the Middle Eastern nations. Saudi Arabia has about 280 Gb (about 25-30%) of this oil in its reserves, with about 8.3 million barrels a day (mbd) of production, while Iraq has about 102 Gb in reserve (or about 11% of the worlds total supply) and produces about 2 million barrels a day.

The typical cost to lift a barrel of oil to the surface in the Middle East is about $3.00 per barrel, while the cost to lift a barrel in Iraq is about $1.00 per barrel. According to Mike Ruppert, of “From The Wilderness” newsletter, the total world “conventional” production of oil peaked around the year 2000. As new wells are completed, many others are abandoned for lack of economic production.

The world’s consumption rate, in 2001, was 22 Gb/year, and the current discovery rate is about 6 Gb/year. There is no significant substitute for oil on the horizon. This means that whoever controls oil, controls the rest of the world. As the available supply diminishes, the price will climb (a simple supply/demand reality).

Global demand for oil is increasing by between 1.5 and 2 mbd each year, and could grow from the current 77 mbd to 120 mbd within the next 20 years. OPEC production is expected to grow from 28 mbd (in 1998), to 60 mbd by 2020. Saudi Arabia supplies around 1.7 mbd of the roughly 10 mbd imported into the U. S. at present, and sells its oil for about $1.00 per barrel less to the U.S. than it charges other nations of the world.

Russia is gaining on Saudi Arabia as the world’s greatest producer. In 1996 the Soviets production amounted to about 7 mbd, but just before the Soviet collapse, they produced around 12.5 mbd. The estimated Caspian Sea reserves have been disappointing after recent studies. There were a number of pipelines planned in order to deliver this oil to the consumers.

At the 2003 World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland (held during January of each year for the past 33 years) the major oil company executives attending held private meetings to divide up Iraq’s oil after the invasion.

Bosnia
The war in Bosnia was simply to gain a possible route for an oil and/or gas pipeline from the Caspian Sea oil fields to the West to a salt water port.
Afghanistan
The war in Afghanistan was simply to establish a route for oil and/or gas from the Caspian Sea oil fields through Pakistan to a salt water port to the South, and oil and/or gas pipelines from these same fields to China.

Iraq
Iraq was invaded by U.S. forces on March 20, 2003, simply to gain control of its massive oil reserves and Iraq’s Central Bank. When Saddam Hussein says this, the Elite’s puppet news media scoff at him, and keep on demanding that the reason is to destroy his weapons of mass destruction.

Is it a coincidence that President Bush I and II, and Vice President Cheney are from the oil industry? In fact, G.H.W. Bush was partners with Saddam Hussein in the oil business before the Gulf War.

Skull & Bones Society

One stepping stone into these secret societies is the Skull & Bones Society at Yale University, as well depicted in the movie “The Skulls”. Who’s Who of the Elite names all of the members of this shadow government, and reveals where they work, the secret societies that they belong to, and their job titles, so that you can see the stranglehold that they have on our federal government, the mainstream news media, industry, labor unions, universities, foundations, the Supreme Court, and all facets of the financial world.

Freedom of the Press

BILL of Rights – 1st Amendment
Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

So, Congress cannot destroy freedom of the press, but the Elite can, and have done so since the beginning of the twentieth century. If they are to be successful in establishing their New World Order, or Global Union, in enhancing their wealth and securing this wealth, they must maintain absolute secrecy concerning their organizations and activities.

Therefore they must control the newspapers, news magazines and the television networks. Then, they must swear all their members to absolute secrecy. They can easily enforce this secrecy by threatening, or implying threats of, financial ruin to, and character destruction of, anyone who divulges the contents of any of their meetings, or discussing their activities.

Article II of the by-laws of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) states:

“It is an express condition of membership in the Council, to which condition every member accedes by virtue of his or her membership, that members will observe such rules, and regulations as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors concerning the conduct of Council meetings or the attribution of statements made therein, and that any disclosure, public, or other action by a member in contravention thereof may be regarded by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion as grounds for termination or suspension of membership pursuant to Article I of the by-laws.”

On this occasion they showed David Rockefeller shaking Secretary of State Colin Powell‘s hand after introducing him as the next speaker.

I watched CNN for the next 3-4 hours without seeing this event being covered. Some CNN executive saw this on his TV monitor, and probably ran to the control room and told them NOT to show this event. All mainstream news media have been carefully instructed to NEVER cover any event that David Rockefeller, or the Rothschild family are involved in. Now, I ask – why is this?

No Freedom of the Press

THE CONGRESSIONAL RECORD OF FEBRUARY 9, 1917 recorded these remarks by Congressman Oscar Callaway:

“In March 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder interests, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in their newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press of the United States.

These 12 men worked the problem out by selecting 179 newspapers, and then began, by an elimination process, to retain only those necessary for the purpose of controlling the general policy of the daily press throughout the country. They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of the 25 greatest papers.

The 25 papers were agreed upon; emissaries were sent to purchase the policy, national and international, of these papers; an agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit information regarding the questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies, and other things of national and international nature considered vital to the interests of the purchasers…This policy also included the suppression of everything in opposition to the wishes of the interests served.”

Media Giants

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has the task of protecting the public from monopolistic control of the mainstream news sources. Their rules, adopted between 1941 and 1975, were created to promote diversity of opinion in the media, encourage competition and prevent a few big companies from controlling what people see, hear and read. They have done just the opposite.

The Republican-controlled FCC relaxed those rules on June 2 with a 3-2 party-line vote by passing regulations encouraging dominance by just a few giants of the industry. At 5:14 PM, June 19, 2003, the Senate Committee voted to overrule new FCC Media Ownership Rules by the FCC. The proposal faces an uncertain fate in the full Senate, and stiff opposition in The House.

Voting Scams

Our current voting procedures are a sham. In an effort to speed up the vote counting process (or so “they” would like you to believe), they have, in most instances, gone to computer assisted voting. Once the votes have been digitized, they are easily manipulated, and in most cases a recount is impossible.

Is this how the Elite have swung the 2002 Federal elections to favor the Republicans? Now they control the White House, The Senate and the House of Representatives.

Legislative Oversight

Many of our nation’s problems are caused by the lack of adequate Legislative oversight. This failing has gotten worse since around 1980, and regardless of which party is in control.

Below are my suggestions of what they should be investigating:

Great Depression of 1929– The Federal Reserve System deliberately caused the ’29 depression by manipulating the U.S. money supply. From 1915 to early 1929, the money supply was very loose. You could get a loan to do almost anything. The Standard & Poor’s Index followed the same pattern during this same period. Both went into free-fall from ’29 to ’33. The Fed drastically tightened the money supply, and loans were almost unavailable, resulting in a panic. Unable to pay their massive debts, many committed suicide. Those who try to cover for the Fed say that the depression was caused by the Glass-Spiegal Act, which is far from the truth.
The Attack on Pearl Harbor– President Franklin D. Roosevelt knew that the Japanese Navy was heading for Hawaii twelve days before the attack on Pearl Harbor, and he failed to warn the military stationed on this island. His purpose was to create an excuse to declare war against Japan during WW-II.

The Vietnam War– The U.S. State Dept. said that at 3:40 a.m. EDT (3:40 p.m. Saigon time), August 2, 1964, the destroyer Maddox, on patrol in the Gulf of Tonkin, reported that it was “being approached by high speed craft with apparent intention of torpedo attack. Intend open fire in necessary self defense.” (Message 020740Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; Department of State, Vietnam Working Group Files: Lot 72 D 219, DeSoto Patrols, August) Twenty-seven minutes later, the Maddox reported that it was being attacked by three North Vietnamese patrol craft and had opened fire. (Message 020807Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; ibid.) In the ensuing engagement, the Maddox and aircraft from the U.S.S. Ticonderoga damaged two of the patrol craft, which retreated to the North, and left one dead in the water. Reports on the incident reached Washington shortly after 4 a.m. U. S. military escalation was justified on the basis of the Gulf of Tonkin attack against U. S. ships. We know today that this incident was fabricated purely to deceive the American people in order to win their support for additional military action.Expert witnesses – 1970–1971 Emmy Award winning, CBS’s “60 Minutes” anchor,– Morley Safer and his producer, Joe Wershba,blew the whistle on the phony Gulf of Tonkin attack tale, the start of the domino effect in Vietnam.
Operation Northwoods– March 13, 1962, L. L. Limnitzer, Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, proposed that a bevy of lies be spread upon the U.S. public to justify the invasion of Cuba. Typical lies that were to be spread:
1. “….We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba.
2. …We could blow up a drone (unmanned) vessel anywhere in Cuba waters
3. ….We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington. …We could sink a boatload of Cubans en route to Florida (real or simulated). ….Exploding a few plastic bombs in carefully chosen spots, the arrest of Cuban agents and the release of prepared documents substantiating Cuban involvement…
4. …Use of MIG type aircraft by US pilots could provide additional provocation. Harassment of civil air, attacks on surface shipping and destruction of US military drone aircraft by MIG type planes would be useful as complimentary actions. An F-86 properly painted would convince air passengers that they saw a Cuban MIG, especially if the pilot of the transport were to announce such fact.
5. … Hijacking attempts against civil air and surface craft could appear to continue as harassing measures condoned by the government of Cuba.
6. … It is possible to create an incident which will demonstrate convincingly that a Cuban aircraft has attacked and shot down a chartered civil aircraft…”
Luckily, this plan was shot down by President Kennedy before it could take place, but this was a clear example of the top military commander at the time, Limnitzer, losing control of his senses and risking war with the Russians.Expert witness– James Bamfordauthor of “Body of Secrets”
Assassination of President John F. Kennedy– This tragic murder directly involved Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, Director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover, and many other prominent men of the time. The Warren Commission was used to keep Congress from doing it’s own investigation.

Treason

The definition of Treason is:

The offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power.

Before the federal elected officials take office, they must first swear the following oath:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Therefore, anyone who is a federally elected official, and who violates this oath is very simply committing absolute TREASON. Then, if all of the above is true (and I absolutely believe it is true) , then we have hundreds within our federal government who are very clearly committing treason. Why is nobody charging them with treason? Why don’t you ask your elected officials this question.

The Truth
