Dr. Hermann Oberth, who pioneered rocket design for the German Reich during World War II and later advanced rocket technology for the American manned space launches, cryptically stated,
Now 100 year ago in 1922 the decision make to produce the flying disk and spatter to be known as part of the UFO fleet.
“We cannot take the credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone; we have been helped.”
When asked by whom, he replied:
“The people of other worlds.”
Oberth’s fellow associate space pioneer, who also served the Third Reich, Werhner Von Braun, echoed similar knowledge of the extra-terrestrial reality when he stated in 1959,
“We find ourselves faced by powers which are far stronger than hitherto assumed, and whose base is at present unknown to us. More I cannot say at present. We are now engaged in entering into closer contact with those powers, and within six or nine months time it may be possible to speak with more precision on the matter.”

Just who were “the people of other worlds” that Dr. Oberth spoke of so blithely?
And were both of these esteemed German scientists making oblique reference to one of UFOlogy’s most pervasive and tantalizing ‘myths’ – the alleged link between the Third Reich of pre-World War II Germany and… EXTRATERRESTRIALS?
Following military defeat of the First World War, certain occult secret societies emerged in Germany intent upon discovering clues to the existence of ancient lost civilizations that once flourished on this planet; civilizations that reportedly possessed remarkable, almost magical technologies that allowed them mastery of the seas and the skies and even inter-stellar space travel.
Inspiration to rediscover such technologies were found in a novel published in 1871 by Rosicrucian author Edward Bulwer-Lytton, entitled, “THE COMING RACE“. Lytton tells the tale of an intrepid explorer who discovers an advanced race of humans living within a vast subterranean world who call themselves “Vril-ya”.
These beings had formerly been surface dwellers until a global catastrophe not unlike the Old Testament flood, forced them to take refuge deep in the Earth.
The survival of this marvelous society was facilitated by their application of a force they referred to as “Vril”.
“…An explanation of which I understood very little, for there is no word in any language I know which is an exact synonym for Vril. I should call it electricity, except that it comprehends in its manifold branches other forces of nature, to which in our scientific nomenclature, differing names are assigned, such as magnetism, galvanism, etc.
These people consider that in ‘vril’ they have arrived at the unity in natural energetic agencies, which has been conjectured by many philosophers above ground…”
It was supposed by some that Lytton’s book was not altogether a work of fiction, and in fact, he was privy to secrets that lost Lemurian and Atlantean artifacts still existed in clandestine caches hidden in the Gobi Desert and Tibet.
And indeed, ancient Sanskrit texts from India describe civilizations that flourished before the great flood that possessed technologies beyond the understanding of modern science.
The epic poem ‘Saramangana Sutradhara’, makes reference to the construction of amazing flying machines…
“Strong and durable must the body of the Vimana be made, like a great flying bird of light material. Inside one must put the mercury engine with its iron heating apparatus underneath.
By means of the power latent in the mercury, which sets the driving whirlwind in motion, a man sitting inside may travel a great distance in the sky.
The movements of a Vimana are such that it can vertically ascend, vertically descend, or move slanting forwards and backwards. With the help of machines, human beings can fly through the air and heavenly beings can come down to Earth.”
German oriental scholars and occultists regarded such ancient myths with complete seriousness and during the lull between the First and Second World War, diligent efforts were put forth by both the ‘Thule’ and the ‘Vril’ secret societies to transform these myths into a viable technological reality.
Mastery of an occult force such as ‘Vril’ would not only assure German technical dominance–it would ultimately liberate Germany from any crippling co-dependence upon the international petroleum cartels dominated by Germany’s conquerors–the United States and Britain.
Initiates of both the Thule and Vril societies were determined to develop an ‘alternative.
science’ and ‘alternative technologies’ based on principles possessed by the great ‘lost’ civilization of Atlantis:
“a spiritual ‘dynamo-technology’ superior to the mechanistic notions of modern science”.
Thus to rediscover this source of universal free-energy and make it readily available as a benefit to the modern world became their goal.
Thule member, Dr. W.O. Schumann of the Technical University in Munich, declared,
“In everything we recognize two principles that determine the events; light and darkness, good and evil, creation and destruction–as in electricity we know plus and minus. It is always; either–or…
Everything destructive is of Satanic origin, everything creative is divine… Every technology based on explosion or combustion has thus to be called Satanic. The coming new age will be an age of new, positive, divine technology… ”
Hence, the goal to harness ‘Vril’, Prana, the fundamental, limitless, cosmic life-force energy – a power source that would function harmoniously with our natural world – became an integral focus of these German secret societies.
The medium Maria Orsic was leader of the ‘Vrilerinnen’, the beautiful young ladies of the Vril Gesellschaft.
Characteristically they all wore their hair in long horse-tails, contrary to the popular short bobbed fashion of their day, claiming their long hair acted as cosmic antennas that helped facilitate their contact with extraterrestrials beings from beyond.
According to the legend of the German Vril society, a fateful meeting was held in 1919 at an old hunting lodge near Berchtesgaden, where Maria Orsic presented to a small group assembled from the Thule, Vril and Black Sun Societies, telepathic messages she claimed to have received from an extraterrestrial civilization existing in the distant Aldebaran solar system, sixty-eight light years away, in the Constellation of Taurus.
One set of Maria’s channeled transmissions was found to be in a secret German Templar script unknown to her. A second series of transmissions appeared to be written in an ancient eastern language, which Babylonian scholars associated with the Thule group,
recognized as ancient Sumerian.
Maria Orsic along with Sigrun, another of the Vril Society’s female mediums, began the task of translating these transmissions and discovered they contained instructions for building a circular flight machine.
However, it should be important to consider the possible motivation behind the Aldebaran civilization’s offer to assist the Vril Group and Germany.
Researcher Wendelle Stevens tells us that, rather than a militant gesture of aid to aggressive Nazis, the Aldebarans perceived an economic disparity in Earth cultures that fueled perpetual wars and conflict.
Tp alleviate this disparity the Aldebarans reasoned that by offering ‘free-energy’ technologies, used to create affordable mass transportation devices, a new innovative generation of industries, promoting prosperity and greater peaceful interaction between nations might result; thus diminishing violent wars.
Clearly such a plan resonated with members of both the Thule and Vril Societies and their dream for a utopian New World based on ‘alternative science’.
Upon studying these otherworldly, esoteric designs, Dr. W.O. Schumann and his associates from the University of Munich realized the channeling actually contained viable physics, and over the ensuing years construction was initiated to make this flying machine a reality.
By 1922 development of a working prototype was underway. Meanwhile, Germany saw the inception of the National Socialist Party and Adolph Hitler’s rise to power, fueled in part by the utopian visions of a new world order inspired by the Thule and Vril Societies.
By 1934, the first manned test flight of the RFZ-1 took place.
However, the results were less than auspicious. Flown by intrepid World War I ace, Lothar Waiz, the craft wobbled to altitude of 60 meters, and upon landing, the pilot, managed to escape from the craft just in time before it spun out of control, ripping to pieces like a drunken top. Before the end of that year a much improved version, the five meter RFZ-2, was test flown successfully and eventually flying disc development was taken over by Division SS E-IV of the Nazi military.
The fundamental physics were as simple as a child’s spinning gyroscope – circular discs spun in counter-rotation create an anti-gravity effect; an effect as timeless as that described by the Old Testament prophet Ezekiel and his ‘fiery chariot’–”a wheel within a wheel. ( Bible).

Had the Hebrew patriarch been witness to a flying machine from Aldebaran?
Contrary to his professed aim to create a world of cosmic harmony, Hitler sent his Panzer tanks and infantry into Poland in 1939, thus precipitating the altogether destructive Second World War.
And despite the fact that he also outlawed all secret societies in Germany, the Thule and Vril Gesellschafts maintained their autonomy, and development of Vril levitating saucer craft continued, despite funding competition from conventional Luftwaffe war-production imperatives. Aero-Technical Unit V-7 designed a number of hybrid saucers that combined both exotic anti-gravity and conventional turbojet propulsion systems, creating vertical lift craft that were essentially precursors to modern helicopters.
However, the distinctly separate SS E-IV Unit, bore the sole responsibility of developing Hitler’s dream of free-energy propulsion.
By 1941, the successful Vril-2 levitation craft was employed for transatlantic reconnaissance flights. The RFZ-2 craft employed the “Schumman-Levitator” drive for vertical lift and when activated, the craft displayed effects commonly described in many UFO accounts; blurring of visible contours, and luminous ionization colors relative to the craft’s engine acceleration; varying from orange to green, blue to white.
As well, the craft made radical 90 degree turns characteristic of UFO flight.
Tragically, the Reich diverted the peaceful intent of the Alebaran’s levitation technology, and following the success of the RFZ-2, a single pilot combat model was designed.
The advanced Vril-1 Fighter was capable of 12000 km/h with full speed right angle turns with no adverse G-effects on the pilot.
Since the craft flew in a self-contained envelope of its own gravitational field, the pilot experienced no sense of motion or inertia.
Subsequent levitation-craft advances between 1941 and 1944 spawned the “Haunebu” series, the ‘heavy hitters’ of Reich’s saucer fleet.
From what we do know now the anti gravity drive was and invention of Tesla and the knowledge stolen. Hitler realizing the importance of Tesla had him surrounded by a spy ring including his administrator.
Development of powerful tachyon magneto-gravitic drives – ”Thule-Tachyonators” (speculated to be large spheres of vertically rotating mercury) – allowed design of 75 foot diameter armored saucer ships equipped with armaments such as Panzer-tank cannon turrets mounted to the underside.
Other craft were equipped with klystron laser cannons.
By Christmas of 1943, medium Maria Orsic of the Vril Gesellschaft, claimed that subsequent transmissions from Aldebaran revealed there were two habitable planets orbiting that star and that the ancient Mesopotamian civilization of Sumeria was linked to earlier colonies of Aldebaran explorers.
The seers discovered that the Aldebaran written language was identical to that of the Sumerians and was phonetically similar to that of spoken German. It was also revealed that a ‘dimension channel’ or ‘worm-hole’ existed connecting our two solar systems.
Thus in January of 1944, possibly aware that Germany’s war efforts were faltering, Hitler and Himmler authorized an audacious plan to send a Vril-7 saucer ship into the dimensional channel, perhaps to secure assistance from the Aldebaran civilization.
The venture resulted in near disaster, the Vril-7 returned with its hull reportedly aged as if it had been flying for a hundred years and its surface damaged in several places.
Meanwhile, the Allies sampled an unpleasant taste of the deadly weapons potential of German saucers.
In 1944 a massive bombing raid was launched against the critical ball-bearing plant at Schweinfurt. Within a matter of hours a squadron of ten to fifteen Nazi discs managed to shoot down as many as one-hundred and fifty British and American bombers – one quarter of the entire bomber contingent.
Still, facing overwhelming odds, the crumbling Reich lacked sufficient saucer squadrons to turn the tide.
With the military fate of the Reich in doubt, an ambitious, energetic General rose within the SS inner circle elite to a level of power that rivaled perhaps that of even the Fuhrer himself.
Hans Kammler, a protégé’ of Heinrich Himmler, had earned a reputation with his skills
for rapid development and implementation of underground manufacturing facilities, and vast mobilization of slave labor consignments from concentration camps.
By 1945 Kammler had secured control over all top secret SS projects that were missile or ‘aircraft’ related.
Certainly Vril projects would have been one of his foremost priorities. Cunning and shrewd, Kammler easily bore the qualifications to master mind construction of ’special projects’ facilities at the South Pole.
And as of April 17, 1945, Kammler disappeared from Germany, presumably escaping capture aboard a lumbering, six engine Junkers 390 Amerika bomber, bound for an unknown destination.

Despite the Third Reich’s unconditional surrender in 1945, a potential Nazi threat still haunted Allied intelligence. Had the German High Command sacrificed its European operation to buy time for installation of a ‘fall-back’ position in the Antarctic, capable of launching future retaliations from its South Polar redoubt?
In January of 1947, an American military task force, complete with thirteen ships
including, an aircraft carrier, seaplanes, helicopters and 4000 combat troops was dispatched to the Antarctic under the command of Admiral Richard E. Byrd, for the stated purpose of ‘mapping’ the coastline. This task force was provisioned for an eight-month polar stay, but after eight weeks and an undisclosed loss of planes and personnel, Byrd withdrew his forces.
Rumor was, Byrd encountered overwhelming hostile action, he described as,
“fighters that are able to fly from one pole to another with incredible speed.”
He also intimated that he had in fact engaged a German contingent being assisted as well by an ‘advanced civilization’ with formidable technologies…
Whatever occurred with Byrd’s expedition at the South Pole remains shrouded in mystery since all reports, including Byrd’s personal log entries, remain classified.
Also, it should be noted that Operation High-Jump was originally organized by Secretary of the Navy, James Forrestal. But later, in 1949, Forrestal was sent to convalesce for a nervous breakdown at Bethesda Naval Hospital. However, after allegedly ranting to hospital staff about the Antarctic, UFOs and an underground Nazi city, Forrestal was denied all visitors and shortly thereafter, died in a fall from his hospital room window.
His death was labeled a ‘suicide’.
But again, considering the question posed at the outset of this essay, could the ‘advanced civilization’ suggested by Byrd be the same extraterrestrials alluded to by both Von Braun and Oberth? Could these “people of other worlds” be Germany’s mysterious allies from Aldebaran?
Such is the legend of ‘Vril’ and the Third Reich’s levitating disc projects.
Of course, had all discussion of ‘flying saucers’ ended in 1945 it would be perfectly simple to dismiss the whole myth as preposterous nonsense. However, as we well know, persistent reports of UFOs and circular flying craft have remained a ubiquitous enigma worldwide for all the decades since World War II. And as long as this mystery goes unanswered the riddle of Nazi saucers will remain an urgent paradox that spins a kaleidoscope of demanding questions.
Viewed from the aspect of classical physics, the whole myth is easily dismissed as fanciful rubbish; the fairy tale notions of occult channeling with space brothers from Aldebaran, and Nazis armed with flying saucers and ray-guns sounds like the most outrageous science fiction!
However, this same legend reconsidered from the radically altered view of Quantum physics takes on dramatic plausibility!
Was the Vril Society simply making practical application of the ‘Unified Field”?
Is Vril or “the unity in natural energetic agencies” that Edward Bulwer-Lytton described, far from pulp fiction, but a remarkably accurate description of zero-point energy that pervades the entire universe?
Did ancient lost civilizations of Earth share understanding with extraterrestrial civilizations among the stars that the universe is in fact a single consciousness and simultaneously an ocean of limitless energy?
Could it be that a handful of daring German visionaries discovered secrets of harnessing this energy?
And ultimately, who were the REAL victors in World War II?
Did a contingent of German physicists and engineers and military personnel successfully drop off the grid in 1945 and establish a new colony, totally self-sufficient and independent of the global petroleum cartels?
And are the fundamentals of free-energy production fully known and deliberately withheld, at the cost of destroying our environment, merely to serve the greed of multi-national Globalists?

And is this ‘free-energy’ propulsion the ultimate secret behind the UFO cover-up?
Of course, in the years immediately following World War II, the German saucer mystery compounded even more. In June of 1947 a private pilot named Kenneth Arnold reported a formation of nine shiny objects speeding along at an unprecedented speed of 1600 mph in the vicinity of Mt. Rainier, Washington.
In Arnold’s words, the craft flew “like a saucer would if you skipped it across the water.”
Hence the press seized upon his words and launched the public fascination with “Flying Saucers”. However, Arnold actually described the craft as more crescent shaped, like ‘flying wings’ – which coincidentally was another air form perfected by the German Horton Brothers, during the war.
It was suspected that captured German aircraft were being studied in a joint U.S./British facility in western Canada close to Washington state.
Four months later, in September of 1947, just eight months after Admiral Byrd’s aborted mission to the Antarctic, the Strategic Air Command undertook a detailed mapping and reconnaissance mission of the North Pole.
An extensive B-29 support base was established at Ft. Richardson, Alaska. But aside from cameras, these bombers were crammed with state-of-the-art, electromagnetic scanners, sensors and magnetic emissions detectors. And, just as Byrd described, ‘high speed craft capable of flying from pole to pole’, were again encountered at the Arctic as well. Debriefed flight crews reported seeing metallic vertical lift saucers parked on the ice packs, flying in and out of the water as well as dogging the B-29s.
All evidence, tapes, film canisters and documentation were immediately classified and rushed back to Washington D.C.
However, it should be noted that photographs of the little scout craft this alien flew show a design virtually identical to the German Haunebu II.
Though Adamski was later debunked as a fraud, reports of UFOs identical to the ‘Venusian scout ship’ continued to surface world wide.
One particular group was reported to be ‘Nordic’ looking and they offered Eisenhower Free-Energy technology in exchange for nuclear disarmament – Ike declined!
And as the story goes, these ‘Nordic’ ETs subsequently met with Pope Pius XII at the Vatican as well.
And of course it remains common knowledge that during the war Germany had cordial relations with Argentina and other Latin American countries, and by a curious coincidence even today UFOs are commonly reported the full length an breadth of
And yet, the riddle remains that, were the surviving modern remnants of the Third Reich to actually possess such vastly superior technology,
Why then would they not simply flex their muscle and conquer the world in one final swift stroke?
Or did they realize such a victory might ultimately be a futile gesture?
Suppose the Reich survivors learned from their Aldebaran mentors the secret the ancient Sumerians possessed – that, in a regular 3600 year cycle, the surface of planet Earth is devastated by the passing of a dwarf-star which is companion to our solar system.
And that this Dark Star was calculated once again to swing through the inner planets during the early years of the 21st Century.
Such a monumental event would grant the “Thousand Year Reich” a meager seventy year or so life span.
Thus might the Reich survivors not wisely choose to disappear from the surface world and develop hardened underground ’shelters’ in the remote wastes of Antarctica, patiently preparing to safely ride out the Dark Star’s passing?
Do we dare suppose that a contemporary generation of subterranean Reichskinder secretly continue to advance their limitless scientific wonders, content to allow the ignorant, expendable ’surface dwellers’ to choke in the poisoned atmosphere of their internal-combustion, junk-technology, automobiles, airplanes and industries?
Could it be that all the incredible levitating machines and free-energy technologies envisioned by the Thule and Vril Societies are being carefully held in reserve for the promised ‘New Age’; a future time when Earth has recovered from the agonies of its Dark Star’s encounter…?
We may discover the answers to these questions sooner than we realize!
Meanwhile, the quest to solve the mysteries of Nazi saucers and the secrets from Aldebaran, certainly has gained more relevance to our present world here in the first decade of the 21st Century. It seems an irony that, much like pre-World War II Germany, we find Western Civilization dangerously dependent upon foreign petroleum sources dominated by hostile Muslim nations.
This craft is delta shaped and capable of vertical lift, as well as all the other radical moves commonly associated with UFOs. This baby comes in two sizes, one 300 feet long and one 600 feet long. Its propulsion is described as “Magnetic Field Disruptor” [anti-gravity], created by spinning mercury plasma at 50,000 rpms, pressurized to 250,000 psi.
This reduces the craft’s gravitational mass by 89%. Multi-mode impulse rockets at each corner of the delta configuration supply the remaining 11% propulsion. Could this plane be the ugly stepchild of the Haunebu III??

Paving a Digital Road to Hell’: Digital ID Systems Could Lead to Severe, Irreversible Human Rights Violations?
The authors of a New York University’s Center for Human Rights and Global Justice report on digital identity systems warned of “severe and potentially irreversible” human rights violations and argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders.”
The authors of a new report on digital identity systems warned “the actual and potential” human rights violations arising from the digital ID model can be “severe and potentially irreversible.”
The 100-page report — “Paving the Road to Hell? A Primer on the Role of the World Bank and Global Networks in Promoting Digital ID” — published by New York University’s (NYU) Center for Human Rights and Global Justice urged human rights organizations to heed the threats posed by a global push for digital IDs.
The NYU researchers said many proponents — including the World Bank — portray digital IDs as a means to achieving greater inclusivity and environmental sustainability when, in fact, the systems are likely to do just the opposite.
According to the report, the digital ID has been dressed up as an “unstoppable juggernaut and inevitable hallmark of modernity and development in the 21st century,” causing dissenting voices to be “written off as Luddites and barriers to progress.”
The authors argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders,” including the most marginalized and most vulnerable.
The authors, who include Christiaan van Veen, L.L.M., special advisor on new technologies and human rights to the United Nations, urged the human rights community and related civic society organizations to ensure that global decisions about the adoption of digital ID systems are not hastily made but are based on “serious evidence and analysis.”
Where digital ID systems threaten human rights, the NYU researchers said, such endeavors should be “stopped altogether.”
Who’s really profiting?
“Governments around the world have been investing heavily in digital identification systems, often with biometric components,” the authors said in a statement.
Digital ID systems that frequently collect biometric data — such as fingerprints, iris or other facial feature recognition — are being adopted to replace or complement non-digital government identification systems.
According to an Access Now special report, in India in October 2021, digital ID systems — or “Big ID programs” as Access Now called them — are being pushed by a market of actors who sell and profit from digital ID systems and infrastructure, often while endangering the human rights of the people they’re supposed to benefit.
The NYU researchers reached the same conclusion:
“The rapid proliferation of such systems is driven by a new development consensus, packaged and promoted by key global actors like the World Bank, but also by governments, foundations, vendors and consulting firms.”
Digital ID proponents argue the systems can contribute to inclusivity and sustainable development, with some going so far as to consider the adoption of digital ID systems a prerequisite for the realization of human rights.
But the NYU researchers said they believe the “ultimate objective” of digital ID systems is to “facilitate economic transactions and private sector service delivery while also bringing new, poorer, individuals into formal economies and ‘unlocking’ their behavioral data.”
“The promises of inclusion and flourishing digital economies might appear attractive on paper,” the researchers said, “but digital ID systems have consistently failed to deliver on these promises in real world situations, especially for the most marginalized.”
The authors added:
“In fact, evidence is emerging from many countries, most notably the mega digital ID project Aadhaar in India, of the severe and large-scale human rights violations linked to this model. These systems may in fact exacerbate pre-existing forms of exclusion and discrimination in public and private services. The use of new technologies may furthermore lead to novel forms of harm, including biometric exclusion, discrimination, and the many harms associated with ‘surveillance capitalism.’”
The benefits of using digital ID are “ill-defined” and “poorly documented,” the NYU authors said.
“From what evidence does exist, it seems that those who stand to benefit most may not be those ‘left behind,’ but instead a small group of companies and governments,” they wrote.
They added:
“After all, where digital ID systems have tended to excel is in generating lucrative contracts for biometrics companies and enhancing the surveillance and migration-control capabilities of governments.”
More harm than good, especially for world’s most marginalized
First, they examined the human rights impact of national digital ID systems and argued that a cost-benefit analysis of digital ID systems suggests they do more harm than good — especially for the world’s most marginalized individuals.
“Through the embrace of digital technologies, the World Bank and a broader global
network of actors has been promoting a new paradigm for ID systems that prioritizes what we refer to as ‘economic identity,’” the authors wrote.
They added:
“These systems focus on fueling digital transactions and transforming individuals into traceable data. They often ignore the ability of identification systems to recognize not only that an individual is unique, but that they have a legal status with associated rights.
“Still, proponents have cloaked this new paradigm in the language of human rights and inclusion, arguing that such systems will help to achieve multiple Sustainable Development Goals.”
The authors added:
“Like physical roads, national digital identification systems with biometric components (digital ID systems) are presented as the public infrastructure of the digital future.
“Yet these particular infrastructures have proven to be dangerous, having been linked to severe and large-scale human rights violations in a range of countries around the world, affecting social, civil, and political rights.”
Prioritizing ‘economic identity’
Next, the researchers looked at how an “identification for development” agenda driven by multiple global actors came into being. The Cabal ( private multinational banks) network is now a vast and often unfathomable web of interconnecting secret societies, banks, businesses, political parties, security agencies, media owners, and so on”
They discussed the digital ID system called Aadhaar that is currently being tried out by the government of India and the digital ID system promoted by the World Bank — Identification for Development, commonly called the ID4D Initiative.
In the Aadhaar system, individuals are voluntarily assigned a 12-digit random number by the Unique Identification Authority of India — a statutory authority backed by the government of India — that establishes the “uniqueness” of individuals with the help of demographic and biometric technologies.
This digital ID model, NYU report authors said, is dangerous because it prioritizes an “economic identity” for an individual.
The model is not about an individual’s identity alone, confirmed Joseph Atick, Ph.D., executive chairman of the influential ID4Africa, a platform where African governments and major companies in the digital ID market meet.
It’s about their economic interactions, Atick said.
The ID4D model “enables and interacts with authentication platforms, payments systems, digital signatures, data sharing, KYC systems, consent management and sectoral delivery platforms,” Atick announced at the start of ID4Africa’s 2022 annual meeting in mid-June, at the Palais de Congrès in Marrakesh, Morocco.
The authors of the NYU report criticized this model:
“The goal then, is not so much identity as it is identification. The three interlinked processes of identification, registration, and authorization are an exercise of power.
“Through this process, one actor acknowledges or denies another actor’s identity attributes. Individuals may be empowered through the process of identification, but such systems have long been used for the opposite purpose: to deny rights to certain groups and exclude them.”
Third, the authors assessed the nitty-gritty details of how the World Bank and its network of proponents of digital ID systems worked to implement an “identification for development” agenda around the globe.
They explained how the funding and governance of the ID4D Initiative operate, and claimed the World Bank and its corporate and governmental partners are “manufacturing consensus” by presuming that the shift to a digital ID model is inevitable, desirable and required for human progress.
But this “manufactured consensus” lacks a basis, they said.
“Concrete and robust evidence of the purported benefits associated with digital ID systems is rarely provided, it is merely asserted that digital ID will lead to inclusion and development,” the authors wrote.
3 steps privacy advocates can take
Finally, the authors outlined what human rights organizations and other civil society actors can do by highlighting three modes of action:
“Not so fast!” Organizations can demand that governmental adoption of digital ID systems not be rushed.
The authors wrote:
“Before any new or augmented digital ID systems are rolled out nationwide, it is vital to establish an evidence base and take all necessary steps to anticipate and mitigate possible harms in advance. Baseline studies, research into the specific context, cost-benefit analyses, value for money analyses, and impact assessments are necessary and should be demanded every step of the way.”
“Make it public.” The design and possible implementation of a digital ID system need to be thoroughly discussed in democratic forums, including public media and Congress or parliaments.
“Civil society organizations should demand openness with regard to plans, tenders, and the involvement of foreign governments and international organizations,” they said.
“We are all stakeholders.” While the World Bank presents itself as a respected advisor to governments who should be allowed to shape and create governments’ digital ID policies, it is only one actor.
“It is important to realize,” the authors wrote, “that, ultimately, everyone has a stake in systems of identification, digital or otherwise, which are essential to recognize individuals and effectuate their human rights.”
They added:
“More and more organizations and experts are beginning to grapple with the rapid spread of digital ID around the world, from digital rights organizations to groups representing people with disabilities, and from experts working on social and economic rights to development economists.
“As this range of organizations grows, it will be crucial to share experiences, learn from one another, and coordinate advocacy.”
Human rights alliances can ‘reimagine’ the ‘digital future’
According to the report, multidisciplinary and geographically diverse alliances can not only help to ensure digital ID systems are not deployed “in the harmful ways described in this primer,” but can “also help reimagine what the digital future without the particular model of ID systems promoted by the World Bank and others could look like.”
They said:
“As digital ID systems are determining the shape of governments and societies as we hurtle into the digital era, questions as to their form and design — and their very existence in the first place — are critical.
“What alternative visions can we offer that will better safeguard human rights and preserve the gains of countless years of struggle to improve the recognition and institutionalization of rights?
“When we bring together actors who want a society where the human rights of every individual and group are protected, what kinds of digital ID systems might we imagine? How might digital ID systems be designed to truly promote human well-being?
“How would this alternative, rights-fulfilling vision differ from the economic, transactional identity described here, as promoted by the World Bank and others? Indeed, would we have digitalized identification systems at all?”
The authors did not provide answers to these questions.
Rather, they aimed to “bring together the excellent work that our partners, colleagues, and others have tirelessly undertaken around the world” and facilitate collaboration “to ensure that the future of digital ID enhances, rather than jeopardizes, the enjoyment of human rights.”

Aloha, I have discovered another informative article from the Canadian National newspaper. It’s a very interesting analysis by Pierre Bertrand of Gnostic views on extraterrestrial visitation. It certainly appears as though modern humans are not the first to have to contend with and understand the extraterrestrial presence, and the relationship with religious belief.
There’s much in the Gnostic view that is helpful in understanding the origins of modern religious belief systems that date back to Abraham and ancient Sumeria. What follows is going to be very controversial and upsetting to many in Judea-Christian-Islamic tradition. I have heard that Jimmy Carter backed off extraterrestrial disclosure when he learned about these kinds of ET-religious issues. Many issues below are worth pondering and shouldn’t be simply dismissed since the Gnostics were very influential until their suppression by the Nicene Council which established a Christian orthodoxy.

The Bible itself in pre-translated forms, as presented by Biblical scholars, actually contains specific warnings against these apparent Manipulative Extraterrestrials, who have apparently sought to control, exploit and oppress humanity, through mass-deception. However, translated forms of the Bible, including the notable King James Version, presumably directed by these reported manipulative entities, excluded the explicit warnings.

These highly managed pools of knowledge are under elite ownership. These managed pools of knowledge are also collusively directed in the capitalist system, through formal educational systems, broad socialization, and interconnected mass-media organizations from television to the print media.
In reality, the spreaders of Christianity and “mainstream” science in the evolution of the industrialized West were pursuing a collective agenda, to maintain oppressive power, which required denying Extraterrestrial contact. The apparent conflict between “religion” and science, is a managed conflict and is a mass deception strategy through political theatre, which is orchestrated to give the appearance of an uncontrolled and critical debate. In reality, both sides of that debate are controlled by the same confederacy of elites, who are linked to the joint pursuit of ‘Empire’, through the opportunistic use of religion and science under capitalism. Blinding dogma about Extraterrestrials from religion to science
These “demonic consciousnesses” in the apparent view of the ancient Gnostics sought to pursue an apparent agenda of coercion and mass deception through blinding dogma. This blinding dogma is designed to mislead humanity away from understanding the God as the eternal light of being from within humanity, as manifested in part, by Mother Nature. Religious dogma further misleads humanity into believing in “religious saviours“.
By creating “religious saviours” as expressed in the apparent corrupting of the legacy of Jesus through ‘Christianity’, elites sought to dis-empower social responsibility among humanity for each other, in the context of social justice, and to turn them into people having “faith” in the guidance of society under oppressive elites.
The consciousness of Manipulative Extraterrestrials seeks to repress vital spiritual knowledge associated with acknowledging the existence of historical and on-going Extraterrestrial contact with humans. Gnostic warnings
Ancient versions of the Bible once contained warnings about Manipulative Extraterrestrials, and also acknowledgements of the inspiring messages of Ethical Extraterrestrials cited by the Gnostics.
The clique which sought to hijack the legacy of Jesus, in order to form a “Christian religion”, based around the Bible as its principal text, sought to ban messages, which Gnostics recognized.
This clique, sought to ban these messages, and to create a dogma which could be used to dis-empower “the masses”. In the process, this clique wanted to create dogma which would complement their pursuit of power, within the framework of what the Gnostics represent as an oppressive “false God“.
Jesus and other messengers as seeking to liberate humanity from the Old Testament “false God “
One of the most sensational ideas of the Gnostics, is that Jehovah, the Father God of the Judeo-Christian religion, was an Archon, or more specifically, an impostor deity, not to be confused with the true messengers of God, called Aeons, who inhabit the cosmic centre (galactic core). “Jehovah is said to be blind and mad, a demented alien who nevertheless has some God-like powers. Although he does not create the world we inhabit, he believes that he does. “Opening his eyes, the chief Archon saw a vast quantity of matter without limit, and he became arrogant, saying, “It is I who am God, and there is no other power apart from me.’ ” (The Reality of the Archons, NHC II, 4, 94.20). Of course, this is exactly what Yahweh-Jehovah says in the Old Testament. Yahweh-Jehovah could be viewed to embody as consciousness of materialism, related to self-absorbed venality, ego ,which separates humanity from appreciating their spiritual essence and vitality.” Fortunately, the Nag Hammadi cache, meagre as it is, contains quite a lot of clear information on the ArchonGod and his insidious tactics. In the Second Treatise of the Great Seth, an unnamed Gnostic Master says, “The Archons devised a plan about me, to release their error and their absurdity.” This line recalls Jacque Vallee‘s pithy comment on alien strategies in Messengers of Deception: “The way to a man’s belief is through confusion and absurdity.” Accordingly, “the Archons induce a false plan of salvation into the human mind as counterfeit of the true path of self-liberation we can take by developing our innate potential of Nous, “divine intelligence.” The denial of Extraterrestrial contact with humans by elites, is indeed an absurdity, with an apparent context of mass deception.
The Gnostic teacher, called Phoster or Illuminator, “openly ridicules Abraham, Moses and the prophets for accepting the ‘Archons’ as divine and putting faith in an impostor God who works against humanity. The Second Treatise says that the “doctrine of the aliens” is “a great deception upon the human soul, making it impossible for humans to find Nous, the self-liberating mind, and thus come to know true humanity.” The “doctrine of the aliens” as encompassing Christianity, Judaism, and Islam
What Gnostics meant by “the Doctrine of the Aliens” is the ensemble of beliefs at the core of Judaic and Christian religion — and, by extension, Islam. All three of the “great world religions” derive from the revered Patriarch Abraham, (thought to have lived around 1800 BCE). Because the history of the ancient Hebrews is taken as exemplary or symbolic of humanity as a whole, our species’ “sacred history” begins with Abraham, but Gnostics considered that Abraham was a dupe, the psychological “vector” for the intrusion of the Archons. In effect, Gnostics articulately and critically trashed the notion of a “Divine Plan” overseen by Jehovah, and exposed Judeo-Christian salvationism (the Redeemer Complex) as an extraterrestrial religious ideological system, alien to the Earth and hostile to human potential. Indeed, according to these scholars, in the compilation of the Bible, words like ‘messenger‘, referring to alien messengers were changed to ‘angel’, and words like ‘sky‘, referring to Jesus coming from the sky and outer space were changed to ‘heaven‘ in order to confuse and manipulate the masses around religious dogma managed by oppressive clerical elites, as emissaries to “Mammon”.
According to these critical historians, biblical texts critically reveal the spiritual, economic and political oppression of human beings to be the work of “evil alien Gods allied with earthly rulers.” It is this, “elemental human struggle against malevolent alien guided superpowers that is a central theme of the Bible [uncensored texts associated with the Bible].” Apparent ethically guided time-travelling Extraterrestrials appear to have sought to avoid the undermining and self-destruction of human civilizations by what are apparent Archon alien cults, called “religions“.
Who were the Gnostics in relation to spiritual knowledge and Extraterrestrials?
The Gnostics were a group which sought to resist the attempts by apparent manipulative Extraterrestrials to use the creation of institutionalized religions like Christianity, to deceive “the masses”. The Gnostics, “present a complete and coherent description of the origin and methods of an inorganic predatory species called ‘Archons’.” Religious manipulators responded to Gnostic resistance by trying to take over Gnostic philosophy, with the imposing of a complementing system of elitist dogma.
What is the source of Gnostic teachings? Gnosis, which is a Greek word, “is by definition a matter of knowing and not of believing. It is about enlightenment, not faith.” To seek out and attempt to evaluate and appreciate Gnostic accumulated knowledge and teachings is only the first step toward prospective critical enlightenment. Beyond that, we must confirm what they knew by our own resources, our own faculties. This is the perennial challenge of Gnosis, the living, ever-renewing cognition of the human spirit.” The experience of “Gnosis” reveals to the initiated the divine spark within, which inspired as appreciation of God, that expresses itself human sprit within us, and in the awe and beauty of nature around us. Gnostics could be viewed to be a form of scientist, free of the corresponding dogma of much of today’s prevailing corporate controlled scientific community, and who use those critical sensibilities to appreciate the complexity of reality, which holistically integrates appreciating the human spirit.
Although Gnostic texts describe firsthand encounters with ‘Archons’ who “abduct souls by night”, “their teachings do not emphasize physical threat. Rather, they warn that the Archons affect us most profoundly in our minds, especially through religious ideology, through beliefs about God and what God wants for us.” Gnostic disciples of Jesus do not deny the existence of Extraterrestrials like modern priests and ministers today. On the contrary, Gnostics not only acknowledge the existence of Extraterrestrials, including in particular, manipulative Extraterrestrials, but prescribe a method of defense. Manipulating the image of Jesus to complement racist colonial conquest
The image of Jesus was not only transformed into being a “saviour”, but also racially transformed to complement the image of the oppressors. Jesus, who had been represented as being a black Jew by early disciples of Jesus, was transformed into to being a ‘white’ Jew by modern Christianity, in order to complement the “whiteness” of colonial masters, who sought to conquer Africa and elsewhere, in behalf of an apparent “demonic consciousness”. In so doing, an apparent “demonic consciousness” sought to further appropriate the image of Jesus, toward a Euro-centric racist messianic message.
In the apparent Gnostic view, Churches within Christianity, represent manifestations of materialism to a “false God “, created through the deception of Manipulative Extraterrestrials which sought to deceive humanity into worshipping them.
Gnostic wisdom suggests that the “true” God of the universe is manifested in the pursuit of a consciousness associated with wisdom, peace, and love, and also on Earth by Mother Nature or ‘Sophia’.
Native-Canadians and other indigenous peoples throughout the world who carry ancient spiritual wisdoms associated with an empathy of God, have been and continue to be subjected to genocide by an apparent demonic consciousness which embodies in the apparent Gnostic view, a “false God “.
This apparent “false God ” is an apparent “demonic” deception, that aims to repress vital indigenous knowledge, which would liberate humanity from oppression.
Manipulative Extraterrestrials apparently seduced many humans away from warning humanity, by using ego-driven promises of helping them achieve “unlimited power” to elites on their planet, through the pursuit of greed, and technologies which could enforce social control on their planet.
The false manipulation of the legacy of Jesus into a “saviour complex”
It is apparent that Jesus along with other spiritual messengers of a consciousness of God, sought to spread a message that human beings are all sons and daughters of God, and should treat each other accordingly. Jesus was not a specific seeker of religious deification. Instead, apparently according to Gnostic-inspired banned Biblical references, mischievous elites under the apparent influence of Manipulative Extraterrestrials, sought to “deify” Jesus to further execute an agenda of religious havoc on Earth.
Therefore, the very efforts of Ethical Extraterrestrials to inspire an empowering human inner-spirituality, was apparently hijacked, by apparently falsely labelling Jesus as a “saviour”, by the very Manipulative Extraterrestrial influences which Ethical Extraterrestrials sought to countervail. In a Gnostic appreciative context, in association with broad elite social control, people were cajoled into believing in the idea of being “saved”, and then accepted into “heaven” by following the dogma laid out by religious elites.
Gnostics seem to suggest that Ethical Extraterrestrial “messengers” were time-travellers from a future space-time continuum who came to warn humanity on Earth of a path of oppression under the influence of Manipulative Extraterrestrials. These Ethical Extraterrestrials sought to apparently free humanity from religions systems created under the apparent influence of Manipulative Extraterrestrials that sought to deceive and oppress humanity.
Gnostics sought to inspire knowledge of God, which encompassed a knowledge of both Ethical and Manipulative Extraterrestrials. Manipulative Extraterrestrials along with humans seeking to advance their own greed-driven power agenda, sought to keep knowledge of God away from “the masses”. In the apparent view of Gnostics, these elites sought to repress this vital and empowering knowledge, through apparent Manipulative Extraterrestrial mass-deception techniques associated with the spread of dogma through “religion”, and the parallel spreading of ‘atheistic science’.
The Old Testament of the Bible presents human beings as having been created in the image of God. Critical awareness of the diversity of Extraterrestrials created by a cosmic awareness of God reveals that Genesis is apparently inaccurate. Gnostics appear to appreciate understanding the complexity of reality, which empowers humanity through critical knowledge of the universe, requires scientific study, inclusive of spiritual phenomenon.
In the apparent view of Gnostics, Christianity and official “science”, are created around a prism of Western dogma, which requires the denial of Extraterrestrials. Agenda 21 Is Globalization on Steroids
Koire was adamant that Agenda 21 (aka Agenda for the 21st Century) was the most crucial topic of our time, as it is:
“The inventory and control plan for all land, water, minerals, plants, animals, construction, means of production, food, energy, information — and all human beings in the world.”
This roadmap for global control and domination — global totalitarianism — was agreed to by 179 nations at the 1992 Sustainable Development conference in Brazil. Were Koire alive today, at the end of 2022, there’s no doubt she would have warned us all that Agenda 21 was now in the final implementation stages.
We’ve seen various facets of Agenda 21 being implemented throughout the last three years, under the cover of biosecurity and the global COVID-19 pandemic. The Green New Deal (Green Agenda), “Build Back Better,” the Fourth Industrial Revolution7 (the transhumanist movement) and The Great Reset, officially introduced by World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab and then-Prince Charles in June 20208 — these all exist to further and facilitate the implementation of Agenda 21.
What Is ‘Sustainable Development’ Really?
As noted by Koire, most people are under the illusion that “sustainable development” is about things like recycling and making sure there’s enough food and resources for an ever-expanding population. But no, that’s NOT what it’s actually about. “It’s about moving populations into concentrated city centers and clearing them out of rural areas,” Koire says.
It’s also a plan for robbing the lower and middle classes of their wealth and turning the global population into slaves under a digital dictatorship where all resources are controlled from the top. It’s globalization on steroids, and the greater the globalization, the fewer individual rights can exist.
Former Prime Minister of England, Margaret Thatcher, once gave the following warning:9 “When the state does everything for you, it will soon take everything from you — you will then have no basis for personal freedom, political freedom, or economic freedom.”
‘Community’ Is Not What You Think It Is
As explained by Koire, Agenda 21 is based on the ideology of “communitarianism,” which argues that “an individual’s rights should be balanced against rights of the community.”
We may agree with this, at least in part, because we think of “community” as something that we’re part of and have a responsibility to. However, “community” in the mind of the globalists is a construct made up of nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), corporations and government, which are to dictate what happens around the world.
“We, as individuals, have literally no influence, unless we are in agreement with it,” Koire says. “If you dissent against ‘the community’ [i.e., NGOs, corporations and government], against communitarian law or communitarian social tactics, you are rejected and basically made an outcast.”
So, to be clear, Agenda 21 and The Great Reset are based on an ideology that says individual rights must be balanced against the rights of NGOs, private corporations and governments. The word “balanced” is misleading, however, because “the community” is the decision-maker. Your only option is to submit to their rule or be expunged from society.
Attempt at Preventing Local Agenda 21 Implementation Failed
In 2013, Koire’s organization, the Post Sustainability Institute, sued to stop the Agenda 21 takeover of San Francisco, California. As reported by Off the Grid News at the time:10
“In the United States, more than 500 major- and moderate-sized cities are members of an international sustainability organization that reportedly supports the implementation of Agenda 21. A group known as the Post Sustainability Institute recently filed a lawsuit to stop a project, Plan Bay Area, which is a San Francisco-area long-range transportation and land-use/housing strategy that has a finish target of 2040.
According to the Plan Bay Area website, the goal is to ‘accommodate future population growth and reduce greenhouse gas emissions from cars and light trucks.’ That is done by building neighborhoods that are ‘within walking distance of frequent transit service’ and that offer ‘a wide variety of housing options’ and feature grocery stores, community centers, and restaurants.”
In the video, Koire explains what the Bay Area Plan is really trying to achieve. According to that plan, any future development in the San Francisco Bay area will be restricted to just 4% of the available land. All 101 cities and counties will be joined together, and all land use decisions will be made by an unelected board.
The ramifications this will have on land use, property values, businesses and the forced movement of people is “unfathomable,” Koire says. She likens it to a “concentration camp of the future,” where water and energy usage is monitored and restricted, and where access to nature and the land outside the city is denied. Sadly, after three years, they lost the case and the Bay Area Agenda 21 plan is still on track.11
The Importance of Taking Back Control Locally
Stopping the local adoption and implementation of Agenda 21 is a crucial tactic because, as she explains, “regionalization is the stepping stone to globalization, and globalization is the standardization of global systems.”
Unless systems are synchronized to work together, they cannot be centrally controlled. This is also what The Great Reset is all about — the harmonization and synchronization of systems, globally, to allow for central control of the whole world. The Great Reset is Agenda 21 under a different name.
And again, the global systems we’re talking about include the use of land, water, minerals, plants, animals and humans. It includes all types of construction, means of production, food, energy, information systems and education. ALL systems of the world are to be “harmonized” and brought under the control of a central entity.
Unless systems are synchronized to work together, they cannot be centrally controlled. This is also what The Great Reset is all about — the harmonization and synchronization of systems, globally, to allow for central control of the whole world. The Great Reset is Agenda 21 under a different name.
As noted by Koire, “The goal of Agenda 21 is one world government and total control from a central unit,” and the plan is being rolled out under the false premise that we have to implement all these changes in order to stop climate change.
Agenda 21 Goals Summarized
In summary, the goals of Agenda 21 and The Great Reset are to:
•Move ALL people into large cities where they can be easily controlled — The Great Reset plan is more specific, as it calls for people living in smart cities under 24/7 surveillance. The Fourth Industrial revolution adds another layer, as it calls for the merger of man with technology, so surveillance and control will occur down to the biological, mental and emotional levels.
•Destroy representative government and instead have unelected boards make all the decisions.
•Erase jurisdictional boundaries and national borders through regionalization (the European Union is an example of regionalization), and fascism, i.e., public-private partnerships — Public-private partnerships, or partnerships between corporations and government, cut voters out of the equation.
The “fascist community” (recalling the definition of both terms) want to be able to a) freely move workers across borders, b) freely move goods without regulations, and c) reduce wages. The easiest way to do all of that is to remove national borders.
The Three Pillars of Agenda 21
As explained by Koire, the three pillars of Agenda 21 are the three “E’s”:
Economy
Ecology
Equity (social equity)
As with the term “community,” most imagine they understand what the word “equity” means. They think it means there will be fair distribution of food, water, energy and so on. They think it’s about lessening the disparities between the rich and the poor. But again, they’re wrong.
Social equity involves “impoverishing huge portions of the population and bringing down developed nations,” Koire explains, adding, “Social equity is code for this movement [of people and goods] and reduction of the population.”
The three pillars, viewed as interconnected circles, are presented as the three areas that need to be balanced. But the “balance” spoken of is a communitarian balance. It’s not balance for the well-being of the people. The balanced center point is the area of centralized control, so that corporations and governments can exploit and control the people at will.
How to Fight Back
While we are moving toward a centralized totalitarian one world government, we are not there yet. We still have the ability to push back, by:
Refusing to cooperate with the rollout and implementation of Agenda 21 items, tyrannical overreaches and surveillance/control tools such as digital identity and programmable central bank digital currencies (CBDCs)
Widely exposing and discussing the totalitarian plan
Working together to defund these plans, especially local Agenda 21 plans
Helping your children understand that they’re being indoctrinated, from kindergarten through graduate school, to embrace and support their own demise
Standing up for personal rights and freedoms
Leadership Are Following a Script
Have you wondered why no one — with very few exceptions — in government, either locally or on the state or federal level, has apologized for any of their pandemic “mistakes”? Time and again, their assertions and promises have been proven wrong, yet no apologies have been forthcoming.12,13
Most are simply continuing as if none of their false statements and poor judgments ever happened. The reason they won’t admit that anything that happened during the pandemic was a mistake is because they knew it was all a lie from the start.
They were given a script and they followed that script. End of story. The script never made sense because it was a made-up narrative. Nothing was based on actual fact or real-world events. The script was created to give the illusion that the measures were necessary. In reality, the pandemic measures were a cover to push us into Agenda 21 and The Great Reset.
As the global systems are now falling apart due to those measures, the same villains are rolling out another narrative, another script, that says they’ll fix it. They’ll “build back better” and make everything equitable and green in the process. COVID was always about ushering in global totalitarianism.
The fly in the ointment was the fact that COVID was never as fatal as they tried to make it out to be and, over time, reality overtook the false narrative. Massive pushback against vaccine passports also hampered the takeover process, and now, Pfizer officials have driven the final nail into the coffin by admitting the COVID shots were never tested to see if they actually stopped infection and transmission, which was the sole basis for the passports.
Without the biosecurity justification, they’re back to pushing for digital identity, which was the next step in the digital enslavement process, but now large swaths of the population have caught on and know what they’re up to.
For example, well before the new Prime Minister of England, Rishi Sunak, took office, The National Pulse was reporting on his direct connections to a World Economic Forum partner company that pushes digital IDs and social credit scores.14 These kinks were perhaps divine intervention to prevent the whole world from falling into the trap.
The Administrative State Is a Major Part of the Problem
While many have hitched their hopes to a political change of guard, what most forget, or fail to understand, is that elected officials have nowhere near the power we expect them to have. As explained by The Epoch Times, the real power actually lies with the unelected administrators. That’s where the real cleanout needs to occur:15
“It’s rather obvious now that we’re dealing with a beast that includes media, technology, nonprofits, and multinational and international government agencies and all the groups they represent.

It starts with the permanent staff on Capitol Hill. It’s a tribe. They move from office to office. They all know each other and also the permanent staff of the bureaucracies who serve Congress, and they, in turn, have close relations with the permanent staff of the executive bureaucracies, who, in turn, have close relationships with the media and the corporate executives lobbying the member of Congress.
The naive people, no matter how well intended, are quickly surrounded. This is essentially what happened to Donald Trump. He figured that as president, he would be like a CEO, not just of all of government, but the whole country. Within months, he was shown otherwise …
This is precisely why there needs to be a focus as never before on the problem of the administrative state. It has to be penetrated and taken apart piece by piece.
That will involve not only constant investigations, but also courageous bills that seek not cuts but full-on defunding of whole agencies, one after another. That’s what it will require to make genuine change …
In the end, what’s more powerful than political changes and even election upheavals, which too often fail through subversion, are dramatic shifts in public opinion.
Every institution ultimately bends to that, which is why research, education, great journalism, and competent media outlets, plus friendship networks and community organizing, might actually be more foundational than elections. All of this has begun and it’s growing. Therein lies the real hope.”
Realize Where Your True Power Lies
Regardless of which party holds the power, please realize that your power as an individual lies in your own personal day-to-day decisions. Politicians say what is necessary to get elected, based on the polling of talking points. A politician’s public talking points constantly “evolve” and are rarely consistent with their actions that benefit their corporate sponsors.
Also realize that creating divisiveness among people is part of a carefully orchestrated plan that works in the oligarchy’s favor, so we really need to get smarter about how we engage in the political process and avoid falling for their carefully constructed and sophisticated strategies that limit us from achieving the changes we want and desperately need.
As long as we’re at each other’s throats, it distracts us from analyzing and addressing the underlying system that is creating the problems in the first place. So, let people have their opinion. Ultimately, controlling interests are writing the laws and paying the politicians to pass them. But knowledge is power, so use your knowledge to take control where it actually matters the most — locally.
The power of the individual is alive and well even in this deeply flawed system. It becomes yours by stepping OUTSIDE of the system with every decision and purchase you make. With every action you take, you also set the example for others to follow, thereby making you a change-agent within your own small circle of family, friends and acquaintances.
In the end, our collective actions will create the changes that are so desperately needed, and thinking locally will eventually have a global effect.
Remember, the industries that are currently buying our politicians and writing their own laws cannot maintain power without your ongoing financial support. While we may not have a significant choice in how our tax contributions are distributed to these industries through subsidies and contracts, we do have a very powerful influence by making responsible purchases each and every day.
Withdraw that support and you automatically redistribute financial power to a benevolent business aligned with your core principles. A perfect example of this is when you buy locally-grown foods from an organic farmer.
You’re empowering that farmer to continue growing foods for the community that support environmental regeneration and human health, and you’re disempowering the big junk food manufacturers that wield undue influence over agricultural policy. This is where your true power lies.
Food Independence Is the Key to Other Forms of Independence
It’s time to dissent, to step out of the globalist and federalist systems, starting with your food. If you cannot grow your own, then get to know the farmer that can. Keep your money in your community; the closer the better. Kissinger said it best:16
“Control oil and you control nations; control food and you control the people.”
If you don’t like the state of the nation (or the world), stop eating processed and ultraprocessed junk foods. Some may initially think this decision would have nothing to do with anything that is wrong in the world, but if you really give it some thought, you’ll realize that the more independence you gain with your food, the more independence you will create in other areas as well.
Because food is such a potent form of control, breaking that control mechanism will have a ripple effect that extends outward into many other industries and fields of activity, including the political arena.

(LifeSiteNews) – Speaking at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) CEO summit on November 18 in Bangkok, Thailand, French President Emmanuel Macron said that “we need a single global order” to deal with the current geopolitical tension between China and the West.
Macron made the plea in his keynote speech, “Navigating a Turbulent World,” asking, “Are you on the U.S. or the China side?”
The French leader said the world faced a turning point over three scenarios: the Russia-Ukraine war, climate change, and the confrontation of superpowers, namely China and the U.S.
He told the summit that countries must re-establish international rules and multilateralism in order to maintain global peace and stability.
The lead into his call for the “single global order” as his preferred response to international tension, he compared the major global powers to elephants in a jungle vying for dominance, no doubt appealing to the cultural importance of elephants in Thailand.
Macron described the U.S. and China as “two big elephants trying to become more and more nervous.”
“A dynamic balance is the best way for nations to avoid being forced to choose between superpowers,” he said.
“Countries have to pursue inclusive, sustainable development to address inequality and instability.”
The French president also called on business leaders to “recalibrate” the DNA of capitalism.

G20 Summit promotes international digital vaccine passports for ‘future pandemics’

BALI, Indonesia (LifeSiteNews) — In another step toward the creation of a new global order, world leaders at this year’s G20 Summit are throwing their support behind the adoption of an internationally recognized digital vaccine passport system to “facilitate seamless” movement during “future pandemics.”
“We acknowledge the importance of shared technical standards and verification methods, under the framework of the IHR (International Health Regulations, 2005), to facilitate seamless international travel, interoperability, and recognizing digital solutions and non-digital solutions, including proof of vaccinations,” reads the G20 Bali Leaders’ Declaration released yesterday.
“We support continued international dialogue and collaboration on the establishment of trusted global
digital health networks as part of the efforts to strengthen prevention and response to future
pandemics,
that should capitalize and build on the success of the existing standards and digital COVID-19 certificates,” the declaration adds.
In the next section of the declaration, the G20 leaders – who include Canada’s Justin Trudeau, America’s Joe Biden, China’s Xi Jinping, the United Kingdom’s Rishi Sunak and over a dozen others – explain how “the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transformation of the digital ecosystem and digital economy,” and that they “recognize the importance of digital transformation in reaching the SDGs (United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals).”
The G20’s so-called declaration seems to mirror the recommendations made during the B20 – the more private sector-oriented counterpart to the G20 – earlier this week.

In terms of policy ideas, nearly all the groups and initiatives focus on digitization efforts – including but not limited to central bank digital currencies, digital identification and digital health information – so-called climate change goals, which often includes the administration of abortion and contraceptives as a means of population control, as well as a restructuring of the capitalist system.

Some within this cabal, World Economic Forum (WEF) adviser Yuval Noah Harari being a notable example,1 are openly talking about the elite’s plan for a post-human society, which is precisely what it sounds like.
A world without real humans. A world where everyone is augmented with (and in the case of the lower class, controlled by) technology. A world without belief in a higher power than the programmers and inventors themselves.2 A world where robots do most of the labor, artificial intelligence makes most of the decisions, and augmented humans run the programming.
A world like that has no use for billions of people. In one interview,3 Harari discussed the Fourth Industrial Revolution (another term for transhumanism), noting that we’re now learning to “produce bodies and minds” (meaning augmented bodies, and cloud- and artificial intelligence-connected minds) and that one of the greatest challenges we face will be what to do with all the people that will become obsolete in the process.
The answer, Harari proposed, may lie in “a combination of drugs and computer games.” I don’t believe him for a second. Drugs and computer games have certainly been tools to distract and control the younger generations, but the future they’re envisioning has no room for nonproductive members.

COVID Jabs Serve a Greater Purpose
I believe the depopulation requirement of the transhumanist utopia is why just about every nation on the planet is refusing to address the extraordinary lethality of the COVID jabs.
Disability and life insurance claims have skyrocketed. Birth rates have plummeted, and miscarriages and excess mortality are through the roof, yet everyone keeps pushing the COVID jabs. It appears these effects are intentional, and the only way to make sense of this chilling reality is to understand that depopulation is a necessary element of the transhumanist agenda.
There are to be two classes — the augmented “have it all’s” and the controlled subclass. Augmentation of the subclass will be for control measures only, and that will probably include the ability to terminate the life of anyone perceived as having outlived their usefulness within the system.

Those who refuse to look at these issues, however, cannot see it. Moreover, they cannot even imagine that something so diabolical could be true.

What Is the Internet of Bodies?
Just what is the IoB? The Rand corporation defines it as devices with computing capabilities that can communicate with internet-connected devices or networks that collect person-generated health and biometric data and/or can alter the function of the human body.4
The WEF has described it as an ecosystem of “an unprecedented number of sensors,” including emotional sensors, “attached to, implanted within, or ingested into human bodies to monitor, analyze and … modify human bodies and behavior.”5
Key words in that sentence include the stated goal to “modify human behavior.” The WEF doesn’t tell us who will be in charge of those modifications, but we can safely assume that it will be those who have something to gain from controlling other people’s actions and behaviors.
FDA Poised to Approve Implantable Biosensor
While all of this sounds like pure sci-fi, the U.S. Pentagon and Profusa Inc. have already developed an implantable biosensor that tracks chemical reactions inside your body, ostensibly to detect disease.6 As explained by Defense One, the biosensor consists of two parts:7
“One is a 3 mm string of hydrogel … Inserted under the skin with a syringe, the string includes a specially engineered molecule that sends a fluorescent signal outside of the body when the body begins to fight an infection.
The other part is an electronic component attached to the skin. It sends light through the skin, detects the fluorescent signal and generates another signal that the wearer can send to a doctor, website, etc. It’s like a blood lab on the skin that can pick up the body’s response to illness before the presence of other symptoms, like coughing.”
The sensor allows a person’s biology to be examined at a distance via smartphone connectivity, and Profusa is backed by Google, the largest data mining company in the world. Knowing that, it’s hard to imagine that your biological data won’t be used to boost Google’s profits and further totalitarian control through biosecurity.
Profusa was expecting to receive approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2021, but it doesn’t appear to have been approved yet. That said, the wheels of the approval process are in motion, so it’s only a matter of time.
Artificial Intelligence and the Internet of Bodies
In the video above, the Wilson Center NOW interviews Richard Solash, editor of The Wilson Quarterly, and Eleonore Pauwels, director of the Anticipatory Intelligence (AI) Lab with the Wilson Center’s Science and Technology Innovation Program, about the IoB and the role AI will play in the coming “algorithmic age.”
Pauwels makes it clear that one of the inescapable facets of the IoB is that we will be under constant assessment, “under measure of computation,” in every aspect of our lives, “from what you eat, whom you date, what you buy, how much energy you use” up to and including your vital signs and genetic data.
To explain the idea behind the IoB, she suggests you begin by thinking about how the Internet of Things work, all these smart devices that are connected not only to each other, but also to a wider network, where AI can analyze and optimize all those data.
Now, add to those networks health-monitoring devices, from wearables to implants, which will share your most private data. AI will then “analyze and optimize” those data as well, and while Pauwels doesn’t state that such optimization will be carried out automatically, without your knowledge, I see no reason to assume that that’s part of the plan.
Considering all of this, the biggest challenge, Pauwels says, will be to figure out how we can maintain control of our own futures and make sure AI is “shaped to our ideals.”
IoB Is Inseparable From the Eugenicist Transhumanist Agenda
While that warning sounds rational, just whose ideals are we talking about? To believe humanity in general will have any say in the matter is naïve. We cannot think about the IoB outside of, or separate from, the eugenicist transhumanist Great Reset.
The powers pushing the IoB forward are the same ones pushing for The Great Reset, and The Great Reset’s goal is to create a one world government using transhumanism as the platform for the control of the human mind and body.
There is no circumstance, that I can see in which the ideals of the AI will be any other ideal than that of the transhumanists, the eugenicists and The Great Resetters.
AI will make decisions based on its programming, and that programming is shaped and directed by the those who aim to rule everyone else. How can AI be shaped according to human-centric ideals when they’re being funded and developed by people looking forward to a post-human society?
Recognize the Bill of Goods
The only recourse, really, to maintain control of our futures, is to reject the IoB. Unfortunately, this will not be easy. Few are willing to forgo what they perceive as convenience, and fewer still really understand where it’s all leading to in the first place.
Perhaps the best we can do right now is educate ourselves and others about the end goals. A growing understanding that all this convenience will land us in a digital prison with no possibility of escape may be the only thing that can prevent it.
It’s worth remembering that if you give up your freedom, you also relinquish your ability to protect those you love. Your children can be taken from you if you disobey. Your spouse or parents can be injured or killed and you have no say in the matter.
Canada’s Euthanasia Laws Are Ripe for Abuse
Already, Canada offers euthanasia for a variety of conditions and situations, from long COVID8 and mental illness9 to hearing loss10 and poverty “that prevents living with dignity.”11

Considering Psychology Today has suggested anti-vaxxers may have a mental health problem, it’s not out of the realm of possibility to imagine a day when refusing a COVID booster puts you on a euthanasia list. For now, it’s supposedly voluntary, but we all know what a slippery slope that can be, especially when doctors are compensated for every patient they put six feet under.
In at least one case, family members have stated they suspect the patient may have been coerced or tricked into signing the euthanasia form.13 In 2018, an Ontario man with an incurable neurological disease released audio recordings of hospital staff trying to get him to agree to euthanasia, when what he wanted was assisted home care.14
Learn to Recognize Soft Coercion
For decades, we’ve embraced technologies with our mind set on convenience and/or safety. That’s always how they rope us in. That’s how they’ll lure us into embracing the IoB as well, digital identity and CBDC’s as well. We have to get smarter about this and start thinking long term, because those who want to enslave us sure do. They’re planning decades into the future.
The march toward CBDCs in the U.S. started last week when the the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Innovation Center, or NYIC, announced that it would be launching a 12-week proof-of-concept pilot for a central bank digital currency, or CBDC.15
It’s important to realize that we will lose everything worth living for if we continue down this path without privacy safeguards and personal autonomy rights in place. Even then it’s a risk, as few laws are foolproof. Just look at how the U.S. Constitution is being trampled, even though it’s supposed to be inviolable.
As long as the corrupting influence of the globalists remain, we can be sure that they’ll continue their efforts to hack our bodies and brains, and to come up with ways to eliminate those who oppose them.

The lead into his call for the “single global order” as his preferred response to international tension, he compared the major global powers to elephants in a jungle vying for dominance, no doubt appealing to the cultural importance of elephants in Thailand.
Macron described the U.S. and China as “two big elephants trying to become more and more nervous.”
“A dynamic balance is the best way for nations to avoid being forced to choose between superpowers,” he said.
“Countries have to pursue inclusive, sustainable development to address inequality and instability.”
The French president also called on business leaders to “recalibrate” the DNA of capitalism.

The black men were then actively prevented from obtaining treatment elsewhere as their bodies, and the bodies of their wives and children, were systematically ravaged by disease. The evil men who conceived that Nazi-style study justified their atrocity by alleging that scientists needed to learn how untreated syphilis progressed in the human body. For a period of forty years, between 1932 and 1972, the genocidal Tuskegee Study continued. It was not until 1972, when one newspaper finally had the courage to break the story to the public, that the Tuskegee Study was finally terminated.The Population Control Agenda
1934The original lesson about the infectious nature of these brain diseases (“mad cow disease” or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in cattle, and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) in humans) came from a 1934 vaccine catastrophe in the UK which brought scrapie, or “mad sheep disease”, to almost 5,000 out of 18,000 lambs within two years of their immunization against louping-ill virus infection. Tracing back, scientists discovered that the vaccine serum was prepared from a number of lambs whose dams had subsequently developed scrapie, but the significance of scrapie passing vertically from ewes to their lambs, and horizontally from lamb to lamb by virtue of the vaccine injections, was kept from international eyes by a series of egotistical carry-ons which prevented the data from reaching the pages of the scientific literature for a further 15 years.
1935The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of two decades, the U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency but failed to act since most of the deaths occurred within poverty-stricken black populations.
1935China established gun control. From 1948 to 1952, 20 million political dissidents, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1938Germany established gun control in 1938 and from 1939 to 1945, 6 to 7 million Jews, gypsies, homosexuals, the mentally ill, and 12 million Christians who were unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1939Margaret Sanger organized her “Negro project,” a program designed to eliminate members of what she believed to be an “inferior race.” Margaret Sanger justified her proposal because she believed that:”The masses of Negroes …particularly in the South, still breed carelessly and disastrously, with the result that the increase among Negroes, even more than among whites, is from that portion of the population least intelligent and fit…” 1940Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.
1941Japanese planes sprayed bubonic plague over parts of China. At least 5 separate instances of this occurring have been documented. In 1942 “bacterial bombs” were deployed on mainland China but these attacks were determined to be ineffective.
1942The United States (US) becomes aware of the Japanese efforts in Biological Warfare (BW) and decided to start its own program. These acts were not the only atrocities committed, however. The Japanese released thousands of plague infested rats prior to their surrender, with unknown consequences. They also tested on American POW’s during the war and the U.S. Government apparently knew about it, but did nothing (perhaps a worse atrocity). These people killed over 3000 POWs, including many Americans, in a variety of grisly experiments. What they did instead was to offer immunity to would-be war criminals in exchange for the information the Japanese learned from these experiments!
1942Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather than serve on active duty.
1942Great Britain was also developing a program in Biological Warfare (BW). The program focused on anthrax spores and their viability and “range of spread” when delivered with a conventional bomb. The fateful Gruinard Island off the coast of Scotland was chosen as the site for this testing. It was thought that it was far enough off the coast as too prevent any contamination of the mainland, which later turned out to be false. The data gathered from these experiments was used by both Great Britain and the U.S. to develop bombs that were better able to effectively disperse spores.
1943After an outbreak of anthrax in sheep and cattle in 1943 on the coast of Scotland that directly faced Gruinard, the British decided to stop testing. A tragic consequence of this testing is that even today Gruinard Island is contaminated with Bacillus anthracis spores. The original idea for decontamination was to start a brushfire that burned off the top of the soil and killed all traces of the organisms. Unfortunately, the spores unexpectedly embedded themselves in the soil so total decontamination of the island was/is impossible. As long as no ground is disturbed, we are supposedly safe, but birds that travel back and forth from mainland to island probably don’t know this!
1943Planning began in 1943 with the appointment of a special New York State Health Department committee to study the advisability of adding fluoride to Newburgh’s drinking water. The chairman of the committee was, again, Dr Harold C. Hodge, then chief of fluoride toxicity studies for the Manhattan Project. Subsequent members of the committee included Henry L. Barnett, a captain in the Project’s Medical Section, and John W. Fertig, in 1944 with the Office of Scientific Research and Development-the super-secret Pentagon group which sired the Manhattan Project. Their military affiliations were kept secret. Hodge was described as a pharmacologist, Barnett as a pediatrician. Placed in charge of the Newburgh project was David B. Ast, chief dental officer of the New York State Health Department. Ast had participated in a key secret wartime conference on fluoride, held by the Manhattan Project in January
1944, and later worked with Dr Hodge on the Project’s investigation of human injury in the New Jersey incident, according to once-secret memos.
1944A Manhattan Project memorandum of 29 April 1944 states:”Clinical evidence suggests that uranium hexafluoride may have a rather marked central nervous system effect… It seems most likely that the F [code for fluoride] component rather than the T [code for uranium] is the causative factor.” The memo, from a captain in the medical corps, is stamped SECRET and is addressed to Colonel Stafford Warren, head of the Manhattan Project’s Medical Section. Colonel Warren is asked to approve a program of animal research on CNS effects.”Since work with these compounds is essential, it will be necessary to know in advance what mental effects may occur after exposure… This is important not only to protect a given individual, but also to prevent a confused workman from injuring others by improperly performing his duties. The author of the 1944 CNS research proposal attached to the 29 April memo was Dr Harold C. Hodge – at the time, chief of fluoride toxicology studies for the University of Rochester division of the Manhattan Project.
1944When a severe pollution incident occurred downwind of the E.I. DuPont de Nemours Company chemical factory in Deepwater, New Jersey. The factory was then producing millions of pounds of fluoride for the Manhattan Project whose scientists were racing to produce the world’s first atomic bomb. The farms downwind in Gloucester and Salem counties were famous for their high-quality produce. Their peaches went directly to the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City; their tomatoes were bought up by Campbell’s Soup. But in the summer of 1944 the farmers began reporting that their crops were blighted: “Something is burning up the peach crops around here.” They said that poultry died after an all-night thunderstorm, and that farm workers who ate produce they’d picked would sometimes vomit all night and into the next day.”I remember our horses looked sick and were too stiff to work,” Mildred Giordano, a teenager at the time, told these reporters. Some cows were so crippled that they could not stand up; they could only graze by crawling on their bellies. The account was confirmed in taped interviews with Philip Sadtler (shortly before he died), of Sadtler Laboratories of Philadelphia, one of the nation’s oldest chemical consulting firms. Sadtler had personally conducted the initial investigation of the damage. The farmers were stonewalled in their search for information about fluoride’s effects on their health, and their complaints have long since been forgotten. But they unknowingly left their imprint on history: their complaints of injury to their health reverberated through the corridors of power in Washington and triggered intensive, secret, bomb program research on the health effects of fluoride.
1944U.S. Navy uses human subjects to test gas masks and clothing. Individuals were locked in a gas chamber and exposed to mustard gas and lewisite.
1945 MayNewburgh’s water was fluoridated, and over the next 10 years its residents were studied by the New York State Health Department.
1945-1955Much of the original proof that fluoride is safe for humans in low doses was generated by A-bomb program scientists who had been secretly ordered to provide “evidence useful in litigation” against defense contractors for fluoride injury to citizens. The first lawsuits against the American A-bomb program were not over radiation, but over fluoride damage, the documents show. Human studies were required. Bomb program researchers played a leading role in the design and implementation of the most extensive US study of the health effects of fluoridating public drinking water, conducted in Newburgh, New York, from 1945 to 1955. Then, in a classified operation code-named “Program F”, they secretly gathered and analyzed blood and tissue samples from Newburgh citizens with the cooperation of New York State Health Department personnel. The original, secret version (obtained by these reporters) of a study published by Program F scientists in the August 1948 Journal of the American Dental Association shows that evidence of adverse health effects from fluoride was censored by the US Atomic Energy Commission (AEC)-considered the most powerful of Cold War agencies-for reasons of “national security”. The bomb program’s fluoride safety studies were conducted at the University of Rochester-site of one of the most notorious human radiation experiments of the Cold War, in which unsuspecting hospital patients were injected with toxic doses of radioactive plutonium. The fluoride studies were conducted with the same ethical mindset, in which “national security” was paramount. Hitler claimed to have gotten his inspiration for the “final solution” from the extermination of Native Americans in the U.S.
1947By then, as the 1950s dawned, mad sheep disease was shown in the United States to jump the species barrier when a scrapie-infected food supplement brought a similar brain illness to farm-raised mink in 1947. By this stage, the medico-scientific fraternity was intensely preoccupied with another incurable brain illness, kuru, which had reached epidemic proportions amongst the Fore people living in the highlands of New Guinea. Anthropologists from the University of Adelaide unraveled a chain of events to trace the origin of kuru back to the reverent consumption of deceased tribal members’ bodies. Kuru was essentially eradicated by New Guinean authorities acting in 1959 on the anthropological clue to outlaw the eating of human flesh.
1947The CIA begins its study of LSD as a potential weapon for use by American intelligence. Human subjects (both civilian and military) are used with and without their knowledge.
1949U.S. Army begins 20 years of simulated germ warfare attacks against American cities, conducting at least 239 open air tests. see Chemtrail’s
1950 Sept. 20-26One of the biggest experiments involved the use of Serratia marcescens and bacillus globigi being sprayed over 117 square miles of the San Francisco area, causing pneumonia-like infections in many of the residents. The family of one elderly man who died in the test sued the government, but lost. To this day, syraceus is a leading cause of death among the elderly in the San Francisco area.
1950Department of Defense begins plans to detonate nuclear weapons in desert areas and monitor downwind residents for medical problems and mortality rates
1953U.S. military releases clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia. Their intent is to determine how efficiently they could disperse chemical agents. 1953CIA initiates Project MKULTRA. This is an eleven year research program designed to produce and test drugs and biological agents that would be used for mind control and behavior modification. Six of the subprojects involved testing the agents on unwitting human beings.
1955Another case was the joint Army-CIA BW test in 1955, still classified, in which an undisclosed bacteria was released in the Tampa Bay region of Florida, causing a dramatic increase in whooping cough infections, including twelve deaths.
1956The Soviet Union accused the U.S. of using biological weapons in Korea, which lead them to threaten future use of Chemical and Biological weapons. This changed the focus of the U.S. program to a more defensive one. Before this, the bulk of the research was based at Ft. Detrick and used “surrogate biological agents” to model more deadly organisms. Most of the offensive tests were based on “secret spraying” of organisms over populated areas. This program was (supposedly) shut down in 1969.
1956Cambodia established gun control. From 1975 to 1977, one million “educated” people, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated. 1956U.S. military releases mosquitoes infected with Yellow Fever over Savannah, Ga and Avon Park, Fl. Following each test, Army agents posing as public health officials test victims for effects.
1958LSD is tested on 95 volunteers at the Army’s Chemical Warfare Laboratories for its effect on intelligence.
1960The Army Assistant Chief-of-Staff for Intelligence (ACSI) authorizes field testing of LSD in Europe and the Far East. Testing of the European population is code named Project THIRD CHANCE; testing of the Asian population is code named Project DERBY HAT.
1963The mass vaccination campaigns of the 1950s and ’60s may be causing hundreds of deaths a year because of a cancer-causing virus that contaminated the first polio vaccine, according to scientists. Known as SV40, the virus came from dead monkeys whose kidney cells were used to culture the first Salk vaccines. Doctors estimate that the virus was injected into tens of millions during the vaccination campaigns, including several million in Canada, before being detected and screened out in 1963. Those born between 1941 and 1961 are thought to be most at risk of having been infected.

1965Aspartame is the technical name for the brand names, NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, and Equal-Measure. Aspartame was discovered by accident in 1965, when James Schlatter, a chemist of G.D. Searle Company was testing an anti-ulcer drug. Aspartame was approved for dry goods in 1981 and for carbonated beverages in 1983.

1965Prisoners at the Holmesburg State Prison in Philadelphia are subjected to dioxin, the highly toxic chemical component of Agent Orange used in Viet Nam. The men are later studied for development of cancer, which indicates that Agent Orange had been a suspected carcinogen all along.

Due to the vast number of people exposed it would virtually impossible to identify, let alone prove, and specific health problems resulting directly from this test.

More than a million civilians are exposed when army scientists drop light bulbs filled with the bacteria onto ventilation grates. It would appear that the CIA’s drug testing continued throughout the 1970s since, “A CIA memo dated March 8,
1971, indicates that a backlog of more than twenty-six thousand drugs had been acquired ‘for future screening'”
1968 – 69The Hong Kong flu, which was influenza A type H3N2, killed over 30,000 people in the U.S. alone. That was a fortuitous learning event for some because it taught them that the flu could still conceivably be used to wipe out a population. But at the same time, it pointed out the need to precondition the populace so that those who might normally be resistant could be rendered susceptible. Hence the development of the vaccine program and the aerial spraying procedures to condition the population. The purpose of the chemicals in the chemtrail’s is to help the viral envelope fuse with lung cells, permitting easier penetration and infection.
1969At a House Appropriations hearing, the Defense Department’s Biological Warfare (BW) division requested funds to develop through gene-splicing a new disease that would both resist and break down a victim’s immune system.”Within the next 5 to 10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective micro-organism which could differ in certain important respects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious diseases.” The funds were approved. AIDS appeared within the requested time frame, and has the exact characteristics specified.
1970Uganda established gun control. From 1971 to 1979, 300,000 Christians, unable to defend themselves, were rounded up and exterminated.
1972The World Health Organization (W.H.O.) published a similar proposal:”An attempt should be made to ascertain whether viruses can in fact exert selective effects on immune function, e.g., by …affecting T cell function as opposed to B cell function. The possibility should also be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages more or less selectively the cells responding to the viral antigens.”(Bulletin of the W.H.O., vol. 47, p 257- 274.) This is a clinical description of the function of the AIDS virus.
1972It was discovered that black children as young as age five were having psychosurgery performed on them at the University of Mississippi in Jackson in order to control “hyperactive” and “aggressive” behavior. Their brains were being implanted with electrodes that were heated up to melt areas of the brain that regulate emotion and intellect. When we first opposed these experiments, and eventually stopped them, we did so despite resistance from organized psychiatry and the research community.
Mid-1970’sThe incidence of AIDS infections in Africa coincides exactly with the locations of the W.H.O. smallpox vaccination program in the mid-1970’s (London Times, May 11, 1987). Some 14,000 Haitians then on UN secondment to Central Africa were also vaccinated in this campaign. Personnel actually conducting the vaccinations may have been completely unaware that the vaccine was anything other than what they were told.
1975Two neuroscientists, Laura and (the late) Eli Manuelides, from Yale University in the US, went on to illustrate by 1975 that injections of human blood, like injections of brain taken from kuru and CJD victims, transmitted the disease across the species barrier to laboratory animals. Their prophetic, but unheeded, message implied that blood was the vehicle that carried the agent of CJD around the body until it chanced upon an hospitable residence like the brain. This meant that the blood route was the key to the transmission of CJD from a primary host to a secondary host.
1975The virus section of Fort Detrick’s Center for Biological Warfare Research is renamed the Fredrick Cancer Research Facilities and placed under the supervision of the National Cancer Institute (NCI) . It is here that a special virus cancer program is initiated by the U.S. Navy, purportedly to develop cancer-causing viruses. It is also here that retrovirologists isolate a virus to which no immunity exists. It is later named HTLV (Human T-cell Leukemia Virus).
On October 5, 1976…just as the so-called “SWINE FLU” inoculation program was getting under way, news reports suddenly told us that we were experiencing fallout from an alleged Chinese atmospheric nuclear blast on September 26. Oddly enough, the initial reports about this came from the East Coast, especially Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Connecticut; but certain areas of the Pacific Northwest were soon mentioned as being affected too. We were told that radioactive iodine-131 was showing up in milk at various locations; but we were also assured, as we invariably are whenever any radioactive hazard appears, that there was really no danger. In the days that followed we continued to hear about the supposed Chinese fallout, but other things probably seemed even more worrisome. For example, elderly people began dying of heart attacks shortly after taking swine flu shots, causing widespread alarm at first. But the Government quickly assured us that their deaths didn’t really matter at all, that they would have died anyway; and the swine flu inoculation program went right back into high gear.Dr. Peter Beter
1976The joint KGB-CIA chemical warfare experimentation program began in Philadelphia at the American Legion Convention. A convenient test group was assembled, and it was exploited. Data was desired for the effects of a formulation of the new family of poisons on older men in particular, and the American Legion Convention was chosen as the perfect target. Aerosol spray cans containing poisoned room freshener were used to selectively saturate the atmosphere of the Legionnaires. Afterwards the special spray cans were taken from the hotel, leaving the city by airplane from a small airport on the northwest side of Philadelphia. August 1976About a month after the Legionnaire episode, and had quite a different purpose; and so a different poison formula was used. Plutonium was again an ingredient, as it is in the entire line of chemical warfare agents now being tested; but this time the formula was designed for very rapid effect with the victims receiving a massive dose. On a day late in August two Air Force C-141 Starlifter transport aircraft that were preparing to leave McGuire Air Force Base in New Jersey on flights over the Atlantic were sabotaged by the placement in their cockpits of concealed canisters of poison gas, rigged so that the gas would be released in flights without being detected. The two planes left McGuire at nearly the same time, and crashed within hours of one another when approaching separate destinations in Greenland and England. The very next day, with the wreckage of the aircraft hardly cooled, a Pentagon spokesman said, quote:”Sabotage does not appear to be a factor. It’s not even being considered as a factor.” Officials also said there was no apparent connection between the crashes. Apparently leaving the same Air Base at practically the same time and then crashing almost simultaneously without warning is not supposed to suggest the possibility of anything but coincidence. No doubt it is also coincidence that McGuire Air Force Base, the origin of these two strange fatal flights, is right next door to Fort Dix where the whole swine flu cover-up scare originated!Dr. Peter Beter
1976Nobel Prize went to American scientist Carleton Gajdusek for his experiments demonstrating that injections of kuru brain (1967) and CJD brain (1969) reproduced similar illnesses in chimpanzees.
A striking feature of AIDS is that it’s ethno-selective. The rate of infection is twice as high among Blacks, Latinos and Native Americans as among whites, with death coming two to three times as swiftly. And over 80% of the children with AIDS and 90% of infants born with it are among these minorities. “Ethnic weapons” that would strike certain racial groups more heavily than others have been a long-standing U.S. Army BW objective. The “discovery” of the AIDS virus (HTLV3) was announced by Dr. Robert Gallo at the National Cancer Institute, which is on the grounds of Fort Detrick, Maryland, a primary U.S. Army biological warfare research facility.
1977Senate hearings on Health and Scientific Research confirm that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969. Some of the areas included San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis.
1978The Hepatitis B vaccine study appears to have been the initial means of planting the infection in New York City. The test protocol specified non-monogamous males only, and homosexuals received a different vaccine from heterosexuals. At least 25-50% of the first reported New York AIDS cases in 1981 had received the Hepatitis B test vaccine in 1978. By 1984, 64% of the vaccine recipients had AIDS, and the figures on the current infection rate for the participants of that study are held by the U.S. Department of Justice, and “unavailable.”
1978-1987Even as the understanding of spongiform encephalopathy increased, various human pituitary hormone programs in countries such as Australia, France, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and United States were attracting hefty government sponsorships. Few of the programs’ stalwarts caught on to the implications of the Manuelides’ experiments, and unsuccessful attempts between the years of 1978 and 1987 to filter the CJD agent out of the pituitary hormones being injected into unsuspecting short-statured children and infertile women were left to one of this era’s rare visionaries, British scrapie expert Alan Dickinson. At about the same time, a British Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution in 1979 raised the possibility that the unregulated cycling of protein-rich sheep remains back into animal feed might spread scrapie to cattle, as it had done to farm mink in the US three decades beforehand, via the oral route.
1979There was an explosion at a Soviet plant in Sverdlosk and an outbreak of anthrax followed. At the time, all accusations of BW research were vigorously denied by Soviet officials, with the explanation that anthrax outbreaks can occur naturally and that the explosion was merely a coincidence.
1979 JuneA well-dressed, articulate stranger visited the office of the Elberton Granite Finishing Company and announced that he wanted to build an edifice to transmit a message to mankind. He identified himself as R. C. Christian, but it soon became apparent that was not his real name. He said that he represented a group of men who wanted to offer direction to humanity, but to date, almost two decades later, no one knows who R. C. Christian really was, or the names of those he represented. Several things are apparent. The messages engraved on the Georgia Guidestones deal with four major fields:(1) Governance and the establishment of a world government,(2) Population and reproduction control,(3) The environment and man’s relationship to nature, and(4) Spirituality.In the public library in Elberton, I found a book written by the man who called himself R.C. Christian. I discovered that the monument he commissioned had been erected in recognition of Thomas Paine and the occult philosophy he espoused. Indeed, the Georgia Guidestones are used for occult ceremonies and mystic celebrations to this very day. 1981Aspartame was invented by the G D Searle Co. acquired by Monsanto in 1985. For 16 years FDA refused to approve it until 1981 when Commissioner Arthur Hayes overruled the objections of a Public Board of Inquiry and the protests of the American Soft Drink Association and blessed it. The tests submitted by Searle were so bad the Department of Justice, initiated prosecution of Searle for fraud. Then the defense lawyers hired the prosecutors, Sam Skinner and Wm. Conlon, and the case expired when the statute of limitations ran out. Aspartame/Nutrasweet, a toxin that blinds, drops intelligence, eradicates memory, grows brain tumors and other cancers, brings fatigue. Depression, ADD, panic, rage, paranoia, diabetes, seizures, suicide and death. This toxin is supported by unlimited advertising and the manufacturers pay off the American Diatetics Association, the American Diabetics Association, the AMA, and whomever else, to convince us its safe as rain. These lies are backed by a Federal Bureaucracy knowing it may kill your child, but the bureaucrat who approved the poison got a fat job as have many of his successors. Suppose this government watchdog, ignoring thousands of consumer complaints, has become an Attack Dog protecting corporate corruption. 1987Department of Defense admits that, despite a treaty banning research and development of biological agents, it continues to operate research facilities at 127 facilities and universities around the nation.
1989During which time the number of French children at risk of growth-hormone-related CJD had practically doubled, the first French children fulfilled that tragic legacy. In 1993, those responsible for this travesty were threatened with manslaughter charges. By 1997, France had half of the world’s 100-plus cases of pituitary hormone-related CJD.
1990More than 1500 six-month old black and Hispanic babies in Los Angeles are given an “experimental” measles vaccine that had never been licensed for use in the United States. CDC later admits that parents were never informed that the vaccine being injected to their children was experimental. 1991Although the general elitism of human-pituitary programs restricted this brand of medical madness to North America, Europe and Australasian, Third World children and women did not altogether escape the insanity of applying Frankenstein medicine to social conditions. A medical report in 1991 linked the CJD death of a young Brazilian man, like those of five youthful New Zealand men and women, with a childhood treatment involving pituitary growth hormone obtained from the US. Unfortunately, the fate of women in Mexico City whose breasts were injected with US pituitary hormones in an appalling experiment to increase the volume of milk in lactating mothers (some already pregnant again) will probably never be known.
1992It was discovered the federal violence initiative – the federal government’s agency – wide plan to go into America’s inner cities to experiment on children in the hope of finding genetic and biological causes for violence. We opposed this program as racist and abusive of children. Our efforts led to the cancellation of this program. It also led the chief sponsor of the program, psychiatrist Frederick Goodwin, to resign from his post as director of NIMH and to leave a career in the government. The fenfluramine studies at Columbia and Queens College are part of the violence initiative. They were created under its umbrella before it was cancelled. They confirm our fears that while the public aspects of the violence initiative were withdrawn, the actual individual projects continue unabated.
1992Boris Yeltsin confirmed that anthrax was being researched at Sverdlosk and vowed to stop all “Soviet” BW research. 1994One has only to learn what really happened to the Christians in Rwanda between April and July of 1994 to imagine what may lie in store for Christians here in America at some time in the not-too-distant future. After the Christian Tutsis had been disarmed by governmental decree in the early 1990s, Hutu-led military forces began to systematically massacre the defenseless Christians. The massacre began in April 1994 and continued until July 1994. Using machetes rather than bullets, the Hutu forces were able to create a state of abject fear and terror within the helpless Christian population as they systematically butchered hundreds of thousands of them. The United Nations immediately convened hearings on the genocide taking place in Rwanda, but Madeline Albright, the American Ambassador to the United Nations, argued strenuously that neighboring African nations should not be allowed to intervene until the “civil war had come to an end.” In reality, of course, there was no civil war since those being slaughtered had no weapons with which to defend themselves; it was simply a matter of mass murder. In addition to blocking intervention by neighboring nations, Madeline Albright also insisted that the word “genocide” must not be used, and that the United Nations forces stationed in Rwanda were not to be allowed to intervene. In the three months that followed, between one-half and three-quarters of a million Christians were systematically dismembered, hacked to death, and slaughtered in the bloody carnage that ensued. Tens of thousands of Christians were murdered in their churches; tens of thousands more were murdered in their hospitals and in their schools. On several occasions, United Nations soldiers stationed in Rwanda actually handed over helpless Christians under their protection to members of the Hutu militia. They then stood by as their screaming charges were unceremoniously hacked to pieces. At the end of the carnage, in late July 1994, the American government rewarded the Hutu murderers with millions of dollars in foreign aid. Incorporated into its molecular structure is 40 percent of the HIV protein coat, indicating that it had been man-made. 1995The University of Rochester’s classified fluoride studies, code-named “Program F”, were started during the war and continued up until the early 1950s. They were conducted at its Atomic Energy Project (AEP), a top-secret facility funded by the AEC and housed at Strong Memorial Hospital. It was there that one of the most notorious human radiation experiments of the Cold War took place, in which unsuspecting hospital patients were injected with toxic doses of radioactive plutonium. 1996, 27 June without public notice, the FDA removed all restrictions from aspartame allowing it to be used in everything, including all heated and baked goods. The truth about aspartame’s toxicity is far different than what the NutraSweet Company would have you readers believe. 1996A new scientific paper dealing with a meta-analysis of 23 different scientific studies on the relationship between first-trimester abortions and breast cancer was published in a British medical journal. That study clearly demonstrated a higher incidence of breast cancer in women who had had first-trimester abortions. In response to that publication, the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Cancer Society (ACS), and pro-abortion/population-control advocates joined together in an unholy alliance to attack the conclusions of the authors, and to block all efforts to disseminate that information to American physicians.
1997 OctoberSpeaking from Washington, DC, Nobel Prize winner for discovering the role of molecules known as “prions” in the invariably fatal brain illnesses such as “mad cow disease” or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) in cattle, and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) in humans, Dr Stanley Prusiner from the University of California predicted that the first drug therapy, which would not necessarily be a cure for BSE or CJD, was at least five years away. At the same time, on the opposite side of the Atlantic, the post-mortem of Chris Warne, a 36-year-old fitness fanatic from Derbyshire, England, revealed that he was the 21st victim of the new variant of CJD which had spread from BSE-infected cattle to humans via the food chain. Only 18 months earlier, a British House of Commons admission that BSE-infected meat had probably caused the CJD deaths of 10 youthful Britons left the British meat industry in tatters.Since then, the history of BSE has gradually unfolded to reveal a brain-dead imperialism, one which, while blinded by its own arrogant greed to inflate market profits, has treated public and, indeed, world health with gay abandon. Formerly a rare disease which affected less than one per million in most countries, one worst-case scenario predicts that BSE-infected meat will push the incidence of CJD in humans to claim 10,000 British lives by the year 2000, and a further 10 million by the year 2010. Another predicts that half the British people, some 30 million, will be left brain-dead by CJD. As Chris Warne’s mother commented, her son was a health-conscious sportsman, but “after winning medals in March, by July he couldn’t stand on his feet, and by October he was gone”. Researchers at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (or USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick in Frederick MD have reconstructed and modified the H1N1 Spanish Flu virus, making it far more deadly than it ever was back when it was responsible for the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed over 20 million worldwide and over 500,000 here in the US.
FRANCE is facing a new health scandal following allegations that the prestigious Pasteur Institute willfully ignored warnings that up to 600 children were being injected with cancerous hormones. The disclosures that children may have been put at risk emerged during a new investigation into the link between the growth hormones and Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), which caused a major scandal when acknowledged in the Nineties . So far, 74 children have died of CJD after being treated with growth hormones extracted from the bodies of victims of neurological illnesses in the Eighties.
That scandal and the contaminated blood affair in which 4,000 people were infected with HIV through unscreened blood transfusions – despite the availability of an American test for the virus – have contributed to France’s acute sensitivity on health issues. When the contaminated blood affair came to trial in 1998 , it was alleged that authorization for the American test was withheld to give the institute time to develop a rival French test.
The latest claims suggest that in 1985 the institute sold a batch of growth hormone to French hospitals without waiting for safety checks which showed the batch to have cancer marker cells at five times the permitted limit for use. The unveiling on June 3rd by the World Economic Forum of ‘TheGreat Reset‘ agenda appears on the surface to be a newly devised concept created directly in response to Covid-19. As it turns out the first soundings of a ‘reset‘ were actually made as far back as 2014.
To appreciate the significance of the WEF’s intervention, it is important first to recognise the years leading up to 2020 and how they laid the foundations for where we are today.
2014
Each January the WEF host their annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. In 2014, Christine Lagarde, who was then the managing director of the IMF, called for a ‘reset‘ of monetary policy, the financial sector regulatory environment and structural reforms of global economies.
Lagarde was adamant that a reset was required ‘in the way in which the economy grows around the world‘. Fleshing this out, Lagarde cited the dangers to financial stability due to ‘bubbles developing here and there‘, the over 200 million globally who were unemployed and economic growth being too slow.
Despite these concerns, Lagarde’s view was that fiscal consolidation within national economies was still necessary in order to control spending and ensure the post 2008 ‘recovery‘.
In January 2019 I posted an article that went into detail about the monetary policy aspect of the ‘reset‘ promoted by Lagarde (Monetary Policy ‘Reset’: From Rhetoric to Actuality). I raised how at the time of Lagarde’s intervention the Federal Reserve were tapering their asset purchasing scheme (quantitative easing), introduced in the aftermath of the collapse of Lehman Brothers that triggered the 2008 financial crisis.
Come the end of 2014, the Fed had called a halt entirely to QE. A year later in December 2015, they began to raise interest rates for the first time in over a decade and would later go on to introduce an asset reduction programme where the central bank began to roll off assets from its balance sheet.
For Lagarde, international cooperation would be essential for a reset to succeed. Without nations cooperating, it would likely be fraught with instability and market turbulence. In an interview with Bloomberg at the time of the WEF meeting, Lagarde stressed the importance of the ‘medium term‘ when it came to achieving the reset:
The short term collides with the medium term but the question is to bring the medium term into the personal, political and corporate equation. And that’s the job of the IMF.
2015
Looking back, 2015 was a highly significant year that saw global planners state quite openly their ambitions for a New World Order to be implemented over the next decade and a half.
First came the unveiling of the United Nation’s derived Agenda 2030 in September, and with it seventeen main objectives known as the Sustainable Development Goals. Agenda 2030 was adopted by the 193 members of the UN, with adoption coinciding with the 70th anniversary of the institution’s existence.
Chief amongst the seventeen goals were to end poverty by 2030 and for there to be zero hunger. Action on climate change was also needed, as was the creation of sustainable cities and communities and good health and wellbeing (which the UN directly associate with vaccinating families).
Agenda 2030 replaced the Millennium Development Goals, which were introduced in 2000 and encompassed a series of targets to be completed by 2015. According to the UN, ‘enormous progress‘ had been made ‘but more needs to be done‘.
To get a sense of what the UN means by ‘more‘, when the Sustainable Development Goals were signed off Claire Melamed, who in 2015 was Director of the global think tank Overseas Development Institute, told the BBC:
If they’re going to be met we’re going to have to see huge amounts of money. We’re going to have see governments behaving in a completely different way. We’re going to have to see companies totally changing their business practices. It can be done, but the real question is whether we want to do it enough.
Melamed is now the Chief Executive Officer of Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data. Amongst the organisation’s funding partner’s are the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which is a prominent organisation in the drive for a vaccine to immunise people against Covid-19.
In December 2015, three months after the announcement of Agenda 2030, came the founding of the Paris Climate Agreement at the COP21 conference. The agreement ties directly into the United Nations and operates within the bounds of the UN’s Framework Convention on Climate Change, and was the first ever universal and legally binding agreement adopted on the subject.
To achieve the goals of the agreement, one of which is limiting global warming to below two degrees, ‘appropriate financial flows, a new technology framework and an enhanced capacity building framework will be put in place, thus supporting action by developing countries and the most vulnerable countries, in line with their own national objectives.’
So far, 189 countries have ratified the agreement out of 197 that were present at the Paris conference. In October 2016, the required threshold was reached for the accord to enter into force.
2016
With Agenda 2030 and the Paris Climate Agreement now set in motion, the World Economic Forum (which fully endorses the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals) ran with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) as the theme for it’s annual meeting. I wrote about this in 2018 (Fourth Industrial Revolution: Mission Creep towards a New World Order – Part One) and picked up on how the executive chairman of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, described the impact that the Fourth Industrial Revolution would have on the world.
First, it would be all encompassing and involve all stakeholders of the global polity, meaning full engagement with the public and private sectors, academia and civil society. Some aspects to the revolution include disruption to jobs and skills, business disruption, innovation and productivity, agile governance and security and conflict.
Second, connecting through these areas are a whole raft of concerns which comprise the rise of blockchain technology, global governance, the future of enterprise, workforce and employment, the future of government, the future of production, sustainable development and social protection systems.
The revolution is dubbed as a digital revolution, one where the ‘fusion of technologies‘ embodying the physical, digital and biological spheres come together. Artificial intelligence, robotics, nano and bio technology are all part of the vision for 4IR.
Schwab made it very plain that the world can expect the revolution to be a ‘symbiosis between micro-organisms, the human body, the products people consume and the buildings we inhabit.’ One consequence of this is that human beings will no longer just be users of technology, rather they will start to converge with both the digital and biological worlds to become part of it. A second consequence is that every industry on the planet will be subjected to a degree of ‘disruption‘ as the 4IR advances, resulting in the systems of production, management and governance being transformed.
It does not stop there. Outside of jobs, human identity, privacy, notions of ownership, consumption patterns, the time devoted to work and leisure, how we develop as individuals and how we meet people and nurture relationships will all have to change to accommodate 4IR. Since the onset of Covid-19, many of these things have already undergone significant ‘disruption‘
Soon after the 2016 WEF meeting, the world experienced substantial geopolitical ructions with the UK voting to leave the European Union and Donald Trump being elected as the United States’ 45th President.
2019
Three years after they signalled major technological, political and societal change was coming, the World Economic Forum were back with a new theme – ‘Globalization 4.0: Shaping a New Architecture in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution‘. It was a subject I covered in an article published around the time (Why Dismissing Globalist Warnings as ‘Project Fear’ May Prove a Mistake).
Executive chairman Klaus Schwab was at it again, reiterating that ‘our systems of health, transportation, communication, production, distribution, and energy – just to name a few – will be completely transformed.’ Included in the breadth of transformation would be blockchain and distributed ledger technology, two fundamental components in the drive towards a global digital currency network.
In talking about ‘Globalization 4.0‘, Schwab described the present day as an ‘era of widespread insecurity and frustration‘, and went on to blame this environment for a rise in populism.
What Schwab did not make direct mention of is how a resurgence of protectionist tendencies was assisting the WEF in being able to push the argument for 4IR. The greater the level of global disunity, the more opportunity that groups like the WEF have in being able to cultivate the concept of a New World Order and convince people of its necessity. Globalization 4.0 is a facet of 4IR, a vision that Schwab is unreservedly committed to:
Globalization 4.0 has only just begun, but we are already vastly underprepared for it. Clinging to an outdated mindset and tinkering with our existing processes and institutions will not do. Rather, we need to redesign them from the ground up, so that we can capitalize on the new opportunities that await us, while avoiding the kind of disruptions that we are witnessing today.
‘Ready or not‘, Schwab warned, ‘a new world is upon us‘.
Five months on from the WEF meeting, the Bank for International Settlements introduced a new concept called the ‘BIS Innovation Hub‘, also known as ‘Innovation BIS 2025‘. This is a topic I have also written about previously (Innovation BIS 2025: A Stepping Stone Towards an Economic ‘New World Order’).
The BIS described the Hub as a medium term strategy consisting of three main elements:
Identify and develop in-depth insights into critical trends in technology affecting central banking
Develop public goods in the technology space geared towards improving the functioning of the global financial system
Serve as a focal point for a network of central bank experts on innovation
When launching the hub, BIS General Manager Agustin Carstens spoke of ‘reshaping the financial landscape‘ following ‘the scars left by the financial crisis‘. According to Carstens, now was the time to set about reforming the way that the central banking community operates.
When digging down into the BIS Innovation Hub, it becomes clear that at the core of the project is the creation of central bank digital currency (CBDC). In practice, this would mean the abolition of tangible assets such as banknotes and coins and see the creation of a new form of digital money issued by central banks.
Global payment systems are in the process of being reformed to accommodate the use of blockchain and distributed ledger technology, and central banks are now beginning to disseminate technological detail for how a CBDC could be issued.
As it stands, a volatile geopolitical climate, exacerbated by Covid-19 and the unproven fear that handling physical money could transmit the virus, is assisting the BIS in their ambitions for completely resetting how the general public will interact with central bank money over the coming years.

‘Paving a Digital Road to Hell’: Digital ID Systems Could Lead to Severe, Irreversible Human Rights Violations
The authors of a New York University’s Center for Human Rights and Global Justice report on digital identity systems warned of “severe and potentially irreversible” human rights violations and argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders.”
The authors of a new report on digital identity systems warned “the actual and potential” human rights violations arising from the digital ID model can be “severe and potentially irreversible.”
The 100-page report — “Paving the Road to Hell? A Primer on the Role of the World Bank and Global Networks in Promoting Digital ID” — published by New York University’s (NYU) Center for Human Rights and Global Justice urged human rights organizations to heed the threats posed by a global push for digital IDs.
The NYU researchers said many proponents — including the World Bank — portray digital IDs as a means to achieving greater inclusivity and environmental sustainability when, in fact, the systems are likely to do just the opposite.
According to the report, the digital ID has been dressed up as an “unstoppable juggernaut and inevitable hallmark of modernity and development in the 21st century,” causing dissenting voices to be “written off as Luddites and barriers to progress.”
The authors argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders,” including the most marginalized and most vulnerable.
The authors, who include Christiaan van Veen, L.L.M., special advisor on new technologies and human rights to the United Nations, urged the human rights community and related civic society organizations to ensure that global decisions about the adoption of digital ID systems are not hastily made but are based on “serious evidence and analysis.”
Where digital ID systems threaten human rights, the NYU researchers said, such endeavors should be “stopped altogether.”
Who’s really profiting?
“Governments around the world have been investing heavily in digital identification systems, often with biometric components,” the authors said in a statement.
Digital ID systems that frequently collect biometric data — such as fingerprints, iris or other facial feature recognition — are being adopted to replace or complement non-digital government identification systems.
According to an Access Now special report, in India in October 2021, digital ID systems — or “Big ID programs” as Access Now called them — are being pushed by a market of actors who sell and profit from digital ID systems and infrastructure, often while endangering the human rights of the people they’re supposed to benefit.
The NYU researchers reached the same conclusion:
“The rapid proliferation of such systems is driven by a new development consensus, packaged and promoted by key global actors like the World Bank, but also by governments, foundations, vendors and consulting firms.”
Digital ID proponents argue the systems can contribute to inclusivity and sustainable development, with some going so far as to consider the adoption of digital ID systems a prerequisite for the realization of human rights.
But the NYU researchers said they believe the “ultimate objective” of digital ID systems is to “facilitate economic transactions and private sector service delivery while also bringing new, poorer, individuals into formal economies and ‘unlocking’ their behavioral data.”
“The promises of inclusion and flourishing digital economies might appear attractive on paper,” the researchers said, “but digital ID systems have consistently failed to deliver on these promises in real world situations, especially for the most marginalized.”
The authors added:
“In fact, evidence is emerging from many countries, most notably the mega digital ID project Aadhaar in India, of the severe and large-scale human rights violations linked to this model. These systems may in fact exacerbate pre-existing forms of exclusion and discrimination in public and private services. The use of new technologies may furthermore lead to novel forms of harm, including biometric exclusion, discrimination, and the many harms associated with ‘surveillance capitalism.’”
The benefits of using digital ID are “ill-defined” and “poorly documented,” the NYU authors said.
“From what evidence does exist, it seems that those who stand to benefit most may not be those ‘left behind,’ but instead a small group of companies and governments,” they wrote.
They added:

More harm than good, especially for world’s most marginalized
First, they examined the human rights impact of national digital ID systems and argued that a cost-benefit analysis of digital ID systems suggests they do more harm than good — especially for the world’s most marginalized individuals.
“Through the embrace of digital technologies, the World Bank and a broader global
network of actors has been promoting a new paradigm for ID systems that prioritizes what we refer to as ‘economic identity,’” the authors wrote.
They added:
“These systems focus on fueling digital transactions and transforming individuals into traceable data. They often ignore the ability of identification systems to recognize not only that an individual is unique, but that they have a legal status with associated rights.
“Still, proponents have cloaked this new paradigm in the language of human rights and inclusion, arguing that such systems will help to achieve multiple Sustainable Development Goals.”
The authors added:
“Like physical roads, national digital identification systems with biometric components (digital ID systems) are presented as the public infrastructure of the digital future.
“Yet these particular infrastructures have proven to be dangerous, having been linked to severe and large-scale human rights violations in a range of countries around the world, affecting social, civil, and political rights.”
Prioritizing ‘economic identity’
Next, the researchers looked at how an “identification for development” agenda driven by multiple global actors came into being.
They discussed the digital ID system called Aadhaar that is currently being tried out by the government of India and the digital ID system promoted by the World Bank — Identification for Development, commonly called the ID4D Initiative.
In the Aadhaar system, individuals are voluntarily assigned a 12-digit random number by the Unique Identification Authority of India — a statutory authority backed by the government of India — that establishes the “uniqueness” of individuals with the help of demographic and biometric technologies.
This digital ID model, NYU report authors said, is dangerous because it prioritizes an “economic identity” for an individual.
The model is not about an individual’s identity alone, confirmed Joseph Atick, Ph.D., executive chairman of the influential ID4Africa, a platform where African governments and major companies in the digital ID market meet.
It’s about their economic interactions, Atick said.
The ID4D model “enables and interacts with authentication platforms, payments systems, digital signatures, data sharing, KYC systems, consent management and sectoral delivery platforms,” Atick announced at the start of ID4Africa’s 2022 annual meeting in mid-June, at the Palais de Congrès in Marrakesh, Morocco.
The authors of the NYU report criticized this model:
“The goal then, is not so much identity as it is identification. The three interlinked processes of identification, registration, and authorization are an exercise of power.
“Through this process, one actor acknowledges or denies another actor’s identity attributes. Individuals may be empowered through the process of identification, but such systems have long been used for the opposite purpose: to deny rights to certain groups and exclude them.”
Third, the authors assessed the nitty-gritty details of how the World Bank and its network of proponents of digital ID systems worked to implement an “identification for development” agenda around the globe.
They explained how the funding and governance of the ID4D Initiative operate, and claimed the World Bank and its corporate and governmental partners are “manufacturing consensus” by presuming that the shift to a digital ID model is inevitable, desirable and required for human progress.
But this “manufactured consensus” lacks a basis, they said.
“Concrete and robust evidence of the purported benefits associated with digital ID systems is rarely provided, it is merely asserted that digital ID will lead to inclusion and development,” the authors wrote.
3 steps privacy advocates can take
Finally, the authors outlined what human rights organizations and other civil society actors can do by highlighting three modes of action:
“Not so fast!” Organizations can demand that governmental adoption of digital ID systems not be rushed.
The authors wrote:
“Before any new or augmented digital ID systems are rolled out nationwide, it is vital to establish an evidence base and take all necessary steps to anticipate and mitigate possible harms in advance. Baseline studies, research into the specific context, cost-benefit analyses, value for money analyses, and impact assessments are necessary and should be demanded every step of the way.”
“Make it public.” The design and possible implementation of a digital ID system need to be thoroughly discussed in democratic forums, including public media and Congress or parliaments.
“Civil society organizations should demand openness with regard to plans, tenders, and the involvement of foreign governments and international organizations,” they said.
“We are all stakeholders.” While the World Bank presents itself as a respected advisor to governments who should be allowed to shape and create governments’ digital ID policies, it is only one actor.
“It is important to realize,” the authors wrote, “that, ultimately, everyone has a stake in systems of identification, digital or otherwise, which are essential to recognize individuals and effectuate their human rights.”
They added:
“More and more organizations and experts are beginning to grapple with the rapid spread of digital ID around the world, from digital rights organizations to groups representing people with disabilities, and from experts working on social and economic rights to development economists.
“As this range of organizations grows, it will be crucial to share experiences, learn from one another, and coordinate advocacy.”
Human rights alliances can ‘reimagine’ the ‘digital future’
According to the report, multidisciplinary and geographically diverse alliances can not only help to ensure digital ID systems are not deployed “in the harmful ways described in this primer,” but can “also help reimagine what the digital future without the particular model of ID systems promoted by the World Bank and others could look like.”
They said:
“As digital ID systems are determining the shape of governments and societies as we hurtle into the digital era, questions as to their form and design — and their very existence in the first place — are critical.
“What alternative visions can we offer that will better safeguard human rights and preserve the gains of countless years of struggle to improve the recognition and institutionalization of rights?
“When we bring together actors who want a society where the human rights of every individual and group are protected, what kinds of digital ID systems might we imagine? How might digital ID systems be designed to truly promote human well-being?
“How would this alternative, rights-fulfilling vision differ from the economic, transactional identity described here, as promoted by the World Bank and others? Indeed, would we have digitalized identification systems at all?”
The authors did not provide answers to these questions.
Rather, they aimed to “bring together the excellent work that our partners, colleagues, and others have tirelessly undertaken around the world” and facilitate collaboration “to ensure that the future of digital ID enhances, rather than jeopardizes, the enjoyment of human rights.”
If they think overpopulation is a problem, why INSIST that everyone get vaccinated to save lives? Why not just let us die naturally? They are contradicting themselves.

Each January the WEF host their annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. In 2014, Christine Lagarde, who was then the managing director of the IMF, called for a ‘reset ‘of monetary policy, the financial sector regulatory environment and structural reforms of global economies.
Lagarde was adamant that a reset was required ‘in the way in which the economy grows around the world‘. Fleshing this out, Lagarde cited the dangers to financial stability due to ‘bubbles developing here and there‘, the over 200 million globally who were unemployed and economic growth being too slow.
Despite these concerns, Lagarde’s view was that fiscal consolidation within national economies was still necessary in order to control spending and ensure the post 2008 ‘recovery‘.
In January 2019 I posted an article that went into detail about the monetary policy aspect of the ‘reset‘ promoted by Lagarde (Monetary Policy ‘Reset’: From Rhetoric to Actuality). I raised how at the time of Lagarde’s intervention the Federal Reserve were tapering their asset purchasing scheme (quantitative easing), introduced in the aftermath of the collapse of Lehman Brothers that triggered the 2008 financial crisis.
Come the end of 2014, the Fed had called a halt entirely to QE. A year later in December 2015, they began to raise interest rates for the first time in over a decade and would later go on to introduce an asset reduction programme where the central bank began to roll off assets from its balance sheet.
For Lagarde, international cooperation would be essential for a reset to succeed. Without nations cooperating, it would likely be fraught with instability and market turbulence. In an interview with Bloomberg at the time of the WEF meeting, Lagarde stressed the importance of the ‘medium term‘ when it came to achieving the reset:
The short term collides with the medium term but the question is to bring the medium term into the personal, political and corporate equation. And that’s the job of the IMF.

Looking back, 2015 was a highly significant year that saw global planners state quite openly their ambitions for a New World Order to be implemented over the next decade and a half.
First came the unveiling of the United Nation’s derived Agenda 2030 in September, and with it seventeen main objectives known as the Sustainable Development Goals. Agenda 2030 was adopted by the 193 members of the UN, with adoption coinciding with the 70th anniversary of the institution’s existence.
Chief amongst the seventeen goals were to end poverty by 2030 and for there to be zero hunger. Action on climate change was also needed, as was the creation of sustainable cities and communities and good health and wellbeing (which the UN directly associate with vaccinating families).
Agenda 2030 replaced the Millennium Development Goals, which were introduced in 2000 and encompassed a series of targets to be completed by 2015. According to the UN, ‘enormous progress‘ had been made ‘but more needs to be done‘.

Fintech – The BIS has Vision for Central Bank Digital CurrenciesThe BIS is a policy-making central bank to all the central banks of the world, and there is no doubt that it is planning to restructure the entire global financial system (Fintech) to enable the Sustainable Development economic system, aka Technocracy.
The behavior of central bankers is rarely (if ever) given sustained coverage in the national press.
Outside of prominent economic channels, developments from within institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) are seldom remarked upon. Instead, attention is restricted to the latest round of political theatrics which serve to disguise the actions and intentions of globalist planners.
As the furor of Brexit gained in intensity last month, BIS General Manager Agustin Carstens gave a speech at the Central Bank of Ireland 2019 Whitaker Lecture.
Under the heading, ‘The future of money and payments’, Carstens mapped out what has been a long standing vision of globalists (NWO)- namely, to acquire full spectrum control of the international financial system through the gradual abolition of what Bank of England governor Mark Carney has called ‘tangible assets’ i.e. physical money.
The ‘future of money’ narrative is one that both the BIS and the IMF have been actively promoting since the advent of Brexit and Donald Trump’s presidency.

Central to the vision for a fully digitised global economy is the intent to reform national payment systems.
The UK uses the Real-time gross settlement (RTGS) system, which the majority of payments in Britain are facilitated through.
The Bank of England’s (BOE) Victoria Cleland has emphasized on numerous occasions that the ‘fundamental renewal’ of the system is being carried out through choice rather than necessity.
This would indicate that RTGS works fine in its current manifestation, but the BOE (along with the European Central Bank) have been tasked with assuming more control over their respective payment systems.
As Cleland has confirmed via several speeches, tests on a renewed RTGS have demonstrated that distributed ledger technology (DLT) has the capability to connect to it in the future.
Blockchain is a form of DLT, and by extension blockchain works in conjunction with cryprocurrencies like Bitcoin.
In February 2019, Cleland intimated that the previous intention to have finalized the RTGS reform by 2020 had been pushed back to 2025.
We are looking at 2025 for completion, with a number of transition states as we head to that.
What we want to achieve is more ambitious now, and we are doing some exciting work around innovation and looking at ways of bringing in participants.
The year 2025 is potentially significant as we will later look at.
Returning to Carstens speech at the Central Bank of Ireland, here he spoke of how the reform of payment systems have been ‘infrequent’ over the decades, with wholesale changes to the nature of money ‘even rarer’.
But now, attempts to create new forms of money or to engineer new ways to pay appear almost weekly.
The ‘new ways to pay’ is in part a reference to services such as TransferWise, who have pioneered the introduction of borderless accounts that allow people to hold up to forty currencies at once with the ability to convert them whenever desired.
New methods of payments such as this, which grew out of the 2008 financial crisis, bypass banknotes and coins altogether. Money can only be sent, received or converted electronically, unlike at high-street banks or travel bureaus which still offer physical cash.
TransferWise describe their service as showcasing ‘bank-level security, minus the banks’.
When it comes to ‘new forms of money’, Carstens explains that the current system of central banks issuing banknotes, and commercial banks providing electronic money, is being targeted for reform – in the shape of central bank digital currencies (CBDC’s).
A CBDC would allow ordinary people and businesses to make payments electronically using money issued by the central bank. Or they could deposit money directly in the central bank, and use debit cards issued by the central bank itself.
It becomes apparent that two tranches of reform – to payment systems and to how money is used – are in the process of being carried out simultaneously.
In previous articles I have talked about how globalists invariably utilize the vehicle of gradualism when it comes to implementing changes within the financial system.

When seeking to centralize economic power further, central banks work by stealth. It can take many years, even decades, for a plan to become reality.
In relation to CBDC’s, it is no surprise to see Carstens speak of banks opting to ‘tread cautiously into new territory’.
The monetary system is the backbone of the financial system. Before we open up the patient for major surgery, we need to understand the full consequences of what we’re doing.
Hackneyed metaphors aside, it is no secret that the only thing that preserves the current system of fiat currencies is the level of trust that you and I place in them.
But trust is not a physical construct. Rather, it is underpinned by belief.
As Carstens mentions, in an economic sense trust can be compromised by,
‘currency devaluations, hyperinflation, wide-scale payment system disruptions or bank defaults.’
The bigger picture begins to emerge when Carstens declares that the debate around CBDC’s is not to do with the technology involved, but,
‘partly about the potential decline in the use of cash.’
This is an exercise in perceptual management.
He wants the focus to be on the demise of physical assets rather than the digital transformation of how money functions. The idea is that the decline of cash be perceived as organic rather than premeditated.
Two variations of a CBDC are cited.
The first is a wholesale variant that would be used primarily for interbank payments.
The second is a retail CBDC which would be accessible to the public.
This could be based either on digital tokens or on accounts. That would mean that you and I could open bank accounts directly with the central bank.
As is often the case when powerful heads of institutions speak, the underlying agenda gradually finds its way through the flannel.
Like cash, a CBDC could and would be available 24/7, 365 days a year. At first glance, not many changes for someone, say, stopping off at the supermarket on the way home from work.
HE OR SHE WOULD NO LONGER HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING CASH. ALL PURCHASES WOULD BE ELECTRONIC.
This is confirmation that if CBDC’s are rolled out in the future, it would result in the abolition of physical money. Every penny you possess would be held within the financial system.
It does not end there:
From here, differences start to emerge. A CBDC is not necessarily anonymous, like cash. And unlike cash, it could pay or charge interest.
Let’s deal with each of those in turn.
For globalists to gain full control of the financial system, the ability of citizens to hold their money anonymously must end. The strawman arguments in favor of this happening have already been planted within the media – from illicit financing of terrorism to money laundering.
Concerted efforts are being made to encourage people to look upon those who prefer to deal in cash with suspicion.
When you narrow it down, being able to trace and track every single payment, which is currently not possible if you opt to pay with cash, is the goal here.
Therefore, eliminating the choice of using banknotes and coins is essential.
Equally disturbing is the use of interest rates under a CBDC system. Right now, if you hold physical money, it is not vulnerable to a fluctuation in rates. Money held in a bank account, however, is susceptible.
Even so, it can easily be transferred to one that offers a better rate or can ultimately be withdrawn altogether in favor of holding the money in your hand.
With CBDC’s, you would be locked in. Positive rates would continue to pay you interest. But what about if rates turned negative throughout the banking system? In this scenario you would be charged for holding your money with the bank, with no way of counteracting such measures.
In short, the loss of anonymity and exposure to negative rates would mean servitude to the banking system. Short of transferring assets into precious metals, it would leave citizens with no means of escape.
Carstens goes on to suggest that central banks could one day offer deposit accounts, bypassing traditional commercial banks.
If bank deposits shift to the central bank, lending would need to shift as well. The central bank would be taking on the lending business.
Using the scenario of customers opting to put money in a digital currency of a central bank, or directly into a deposit account, Carstens said:
It is not far-fetched to imagine that a premium would open up, where one euro of deposits in the commercial bank buys less than one euro’s worth of central bank digital currency.
Gauging the speech as a whole, these eventualities are dependent on the successful implementation of CBDC’s.
For that to happen, physical cash must gradually be eroded. Whilst central banks are working on concepts for a CBDC’s, they do not yet appear to be in a position to introduce them.
According to Carstens,
‘very few central banks think it is likely that they will issue a CBDC in the short to medium term.’
One of the reasons for this is that,
‘there is not yet a noticeable and widespread fall in the demand for cash.’
As I have documented elsewhere, cash usage is declining year on year but remains a popular form of payment.
How long before we reach an inflection point is unknown. What we do know is that the BIS measure the short-term plans for central banks at one to three years, with the medium term at one to six years.
Six years from now takes us to 2025 – the year that the Bank of England are targeting for the completion of reforms to the RTGS payments system.
As for the BIS, in a speech Carstens gave last month titled, ‘The new role of central banks‘, the institution is focused on a new BIS medium-term strategy called Innovation BIS 2025.
One element of this plan is for the establishment of,
‘a multidisciplinary Innovation Hub at the BIS in order to foster collaboration in innovation-related work, as well as a new unit which will undertake policy analysis and research on how key innovations and increased data availability should inform policy and shape central banks’ responses.’
Clearly, they are preparing for major changes to the financial system.
Rapped up in this BIS 2025 initiative is to process all ‘relevant implications of technological innovation’, such as distributed ledger technology. CBDC’s would inevitably be part of such innovation.
The warning signs are there for what globalists are planning. What Carstens outlined is where they want to take the financial system over the next decade.
But as the geopolitical climate becomes increasingly fractious, how many of us are listening…?
So, the Elite selected a generic term “Globalization” to use, and now Americans are no longer alarmed, because the business world uses this term daily, so it must not be so frightening istead of New World Order and it did work.
The conspiracy facts are that Elite inner circle members of the Bilderbergs (BB), Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and Trilateral Commission (TC) are conspiring to politically and economically dominate the entire world under their New World Order, more recently called Globalization, or Global Union, Global Economy, Global Order, Global Environment, and like terms.
When President G.H.W. Bush used the term New World Order in several of his speeches, it aroused suspicion and concern among the public. So, the Elite selected a generic term “Globalization”
The Elite have covertly redefined the term conspiracy to imply that anyone who believes in conspiracies must be a kook, so they must disregard anything that these kooks say, because they are mentally deranged. This is not a conspiracy theory site.
Globalization, former known as NWO but that name got discredited/changed. Globalization sound softer, closer to home.
Proven to be effective and now most Americans are no longer alarmed, because the business world uses this term on a daily basis, so it must not be so frightening.
But, you cannot change a tiger’s stripes. We’re still talking about the New World Order. If you don’t know about the BB, CFR, and TC, or who are the members of these secret organizations, then you must have a copy of Who’s Who of the Elite.

African Union
The African Union was completed and signed into effect on July 11, 2000, by the 53 nations of Africa. This Union, like the European Union, has only one Peacekeeping force, one Central Bank, one Court of Justice, one currency, and so on. A carbon copy of the European Union.
American Union
The Elite plan to create the American Union by 2005. This will include all of the nations of North, Central and South America and the Caribbean Islands, and will function just like the present European Union, which was completed in the year 2000. There will be only one monetary system, one central bank, one (unelected) governing body, one military force, one judicial system, no borders, and no Constitution and Bill of Rights.
The Elite have invented a new term for expanded NAFTA, which they now call the FTAA, or Free Trade Area of the Americas. The Council of the Americas, at the Quebec City conference in March, 2001, stated very clearly that they plan to complete the FTAA by the year 2005.
Vice President Dick Cheney was thanked for his remarks at the Council of the Americas conference on May 6, 2002, by founder and Honorary Chairman, David Rockefeller. Cheney said that the FTAA would be completed by January, 2005.
It is obvious that they are really talking about the American Union which they plan to complete by January, 2005. That’s less than two years away, my friends. Just when are you planning to get concerned?
The American Union follows the second step, the African Union, in the Elite’s plan to control the entire world. Next will be the Asian Union, and the Soviet Union, all to be completed between the years 2010 and 2015. This is not my speculation, it’s their stated plans, as detailed in a UN document titled “Our Global Neighborhood“. All nations of the world will be included in the Global Union, except those nations dominated by Islam. Perhaps that is why the Elite are planning wars against the Islamic nations.

Chile
Chile will be the next nation absorbed by the (soon-to-be) American Union. It has long had a roundtable in operation, which is known as the Chilean Council of Foreign Relations. U.S. and Chilean representatives signed a Free Trade agreement June 6, 2003, with this treaty to be ratified on an up-or-down vote by the U.S. Senate sometime this year.
Central America
The nations of Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica) are now negotiating with the U.S. for a Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), which is likely to be completed within the year 2003.
Venezuela
Since President Hugo Chavez took office on February 2, 1999, the common people of Venezuela have backed him and his reforms. Chavez insists on keeping more of the oil export profits in Venezuela, so that his nation can recover from its chronic financial problems. His strong will may just be a stumbling block to the completion of the American Union.
The CIA has backed coup attempts to oust this “radical” leader, and the public has turned out by the thousands to protest these attempts. The petroleum industry strikes are not strikes at all. They are lock-outs by the oil industry managers, in order to try to embarrass President Chavez, and to turn the public against him. (http://www.narconews.com/)
Brazil
On December 13, 2002, Brazilian President Luis Inacio “Lula“ da Silva appointed international financier Hernando Meirelles as head of the Central Bank of Brazil. Meirelles was the former president of FleetBoston Financial Corp., and served as a director of David Rockefeller’s Council of the Americas.
Argentina
On December 26, 2002, Argentina’s Senate approved the appointment of Alfonso Prat-Gay as president of the Argentina’s Central Bank. Prat-Gay was formerly the head of emerging market research for J. P. Morgan Chase bank. David Rockefeller is Chairman of the bank’s International Advisory Committee.
Middle East Union
On May 9, 2003, President Bush outlined a plan to create a Free Trade Area between the U.S. and the countries of the Middle East. He said:
“So I propose the establishment of a U.S.-Middle East free trade area, to bring the Middle East into an expanding circle of opportunities, to provide hope for the people who live in that region.”
Jobs
When the President, or anyone else within the administration, says that they will create jobs as they implemented NAFTA, and will create CAFTA, the American Union, The Middle East Union, and so on, no member of the news media dare ask him where the jobs will be created. Obviously they will NOT be created within the borders of the United States.
The objective of the Elite is to send all manufacturing jobs from the U.S. to the nations around the world with the lowest labor rate, least environmental restrictions, and the least fringe benefits to the workers, even to prison laborers in China, who work for free.
The U.S. Union officials allow this to happen, because they have been made members of the secret Elite organization, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and they do what they are told by the Elite.
Fast Track Legislation
On August 6, 2002, President Bush signed into law the Trade Act of 2002 (or fast track legislation). This is also referred to as Trade Promotion Authority (TPA). This means that he can complete the American Union on schedule, because Congress will now only be allowed an up or down vote on treaties that he presents.
The Elite will publicly shame and humiliate anyone in Congress who votes against their treaties. They have reduced their opposition greatly by making sure that Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and Congressmen Earl Hilliard, and Bob Barr were defeated in recent primaries. They had already ousted Jim Trafficant earlier. Congressman Ron Paul is next on their list.
Senate Majority Leader
Now we really know why Senator Trent Lott was replaced. Not because he made an improper statement (and it was improper), but because he was NOT a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. The Elite need to do many things within the next two years in order to complete the American Union, so they MUST have one of their own heading the U.S. Senate.
The perfect replacement is Senator William (Bill) H. Frist, who was made a member of the CFR just this year. Did they make him a member because they knew that he would be the likely replacement for Trent Lott? Very likely.

A friend of mine, who is a member of the European Parliament, was searching the records on the history of the formation of the EU, and found the following statement in one of these documents:
It will be difficult to achieve a political union without there being a perception of an external political threat. A “terrorist outrage” would contribute to the perception of an external political threat.
Terrorism
Is the current fear of terrorist what Kissinger was talking about? All of the evidence is not in yet linking the Elite to the Trade Center and Pentagon tragedies, but you can rest assured that they are using these crashes and terrorist threats to tighten up, and eliminate many of our rights that are guaranteed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The next step is to destroy the Second Amendment to our Constitution – our right to private ownership of firearms.
Bush had appointed Kissinger to head up the commission to investigate the 9-11 terrorism tragedy. However, he withdrew from this position when the law required that he reveal his customer list at Kissinger & Associates. Kissinger is under indictment from several nations for his past crimes, including Italy, Chile, Spain, France and possibly others. He cannot travel to these nations without being arrested and brought to trial.
We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.

Gun Regulation Amendment II to the U.S. Constitution
A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
A major obstacle to the completion of the American Union is the fact that we have the right to private ownership of firearms. No dictator has ever taken control of his country without first confiscating the citizens guns. The Elite know this, so they have created the organization called “The Department of Homeland Security“, which was formed with the expressed purpose of defending this nation against terrorist attacks from the outside.
In reality, this is the beginning of a “police state”, which will be used to “handle” the militias that will protest the confiscation of firearms owned by Americans. Every time that a firearm is used in an incident, the mainstream news media, and several members of Congress, such as Senator Dianne Feinstein (BB & TC), demand that we have much more restrictive control of weapons.
Will we find out twenty years from now that the “DC-Area Sniper” was actually a member of one of the CIA’s black-operations organizations, or was under CIA mind control as he shot his victims? There is no doubt that Timothy McVeigh was under CIA mind control when he bombed the Alfred P. Murrah building 1995, in Oklahoma City (if he was actually the guilty person).
We now know that Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating’s brother, Martin Keating, wrote the manuscript of a novel in 1991 titled The Final Jihad, in which the terrorist who blew up a Federal building in OKC, was named “Tom McVey”. Was this the script for the actual bombing that took place in 1995?
Australia was once a penal colony for the British Empire, so many of the citizens of this nation are descendants of convicted criminals. Most U.S. citizens are not aware of the fact that Australia immediately outlawed private ownership of firearms after Martin Bryant, a so-called “mad murderer”, killed 35 and wounded another eighteen people on the public streets of Port Author, Tasmania, in April 28, 1996, using an AR-15, .223 cal. assault rifle.
Within twelve months after the outlawing of guns were passed by the Australian government, 640,381 guns were bought off the streets at the cost of over $500 million, Australian.
Twelve months later, a study was made of the effects of such radical gun control, with the following results:
Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2%.
Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6%.
Australia-wide, armed-robberies are up 44%.
In the state of Victoria, homicides-with-firearms are up 300%!
The steady decrease in homicides-with-firearms that occurred during the previous 25 years became an increase in the last 12 months.

There has been a dramatic increase in breakins-and-assaults-of-the-elderly.
At the time of the ban, the Prime Minister said “self-defense is not a reason for owning a firearm”.
From 1910 to present, homicides in Australia have averaged about 1.8-per-100,000 or lower, a safe society by any standard.
The ban has destroyed Australia’s standings in some international sport shooting competitions.
The membership of the Australian Sports Shooting Association has increased by 200% in response to the ban and in an attempt to organize against further controls, which are expected.
Australian politicians are on the spot and at a loss to explain why no improvement in “safety” has been observed after such monumental effort and expense was successfully expended in “ridding society of guns”. Their response has been to “wait longer”.
During the years 2001 and 2002, armed robberies, Australia wide, increased 34.1% over the period just before the elimination of private ownership of firearms.
Concentration Camps
The Elite have already established “concentration camps” on military bases in the U.S. to house the militia members and other protesting citizens once they have outlawed private ownership of weapons.

Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft’s announced desire for camps for U.S. citizens he deems to be “enemy combatants” has moved him from merely being a political embarrassment to being a constitutional menace.
Ashcroft’s plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him to order the indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens and summarily strip them of their constitutional rights and access to the courts by declaring them enemy combatants.
Martial Law
The Elite cannot accomplish their American Union (New World Order) without declaring Martial Law. In order to justify such a drastic measure, there must be a major crisis, such as a violent and widespread internal dissent or national opposition against a U.S. military invasion abroad, resistance to the outlawing of ownership of guns by U.S. citizens, or a major financial crisis.
We are now on the verge of all of the above, with the impending invasion of Iraq, constant demands for tighter gun control to stop terrorist acts, and the Wall Street melt down. Opponents of this action would without doubt file civil action to stop Martial Law from being enacted, which means that it would doubtlessly end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.
You might surmise then that this court would rule in our favor, until you learn that three sitting judges on this court are members of the CFR:

This is not a majority of the nine justices, so within the next three to twelve months at least two sitting justices will retire, giving President Bush the chance to nominate replacements from the CFR. You might say that the chances of this happening are slim, until you learn that during the last change in this court, on the short-list of five candidates, “only” CFR members were considered for the vacated position.
Spying on U.S. Citizens
There is now a proposal to open all snail-mail sent to Congress, digitize it, and make it available to the recipient by E-mail. The stated purpose of doing this is to protect members of Congress from anthrax, and to save their staff time in opening the mail. The REAL reason is to snoop the correspondence to see what is inside.
All electronic means of correspondence are now being monitored by NSA’s operation ECHELON. Once they have digitized the snail-mail, there will be no secrets between members of Congress and their constituents. They now snoop every electronic transmission (fax, E-mail, telephone, Telex, radio, etc.) by the N.S.A.’s Operation ECHELON.
Now they are considering establishing a spy agency to monitor all U.S. citizens, just like the MI-5 spy agency does in Great Britain. This group of spooks will probably be positioned within the new Homeland Security Agency.
The Pentagon now has an operation called Total Information Awareness (TIA), which is made up of a bank of very powerful computers containing unbelievable amounts of information on US citizens. These computers track each persons credit card, airline ticket, and rental car transactions, passports, drivers licenses, and on and on.

The National Security Act of 1947 established the CIA, and prohibited it’s operations within the United States. However, the CIA was granted legal authority to spy on U.S. citizens by Executive Order 12333, dated Dec. 4, 1981, signed by Ronald Reagan.
This E.O. reads:
Article 1.8 (c) Conduct counterintelligence activities outside the United States and, without assuming or performing any internal security functions, conduct counterintelligence activities within the United States in coordination with the FBI as required by procedures agreed upon by the Director of Central Intelligence and the Attorney General;
Article (i) Conduct such administrative and technical support activities within and outside the United States as are necessary to perform the functions described in sections (a) through (h) above, including procurement and essential cover and proprietary arrangements.
Protect Our Borders
According to 2001 DOD Manpower Statistics, the following countries have over 500 US troops stationed within their borders: Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia (including Kosovo), Spain, Turkey, U.K., Japan, South Korea, Bahrain, Diego Garcia, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. Since 2001, we have sent thousands of troops to Afghanistan and Iraq. The International Bankers use these troops to further their own interest.
In 1935, America’s most decorated military person was Brigadier General Smedley D. Butler, who said in his book, War is a Racket, that I say, “To Hell With War!”
He further proposed (page 60, War is a Racket) an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
1. The removal of members of the land forces from the continental limits of the United States… for any cause whatsoever is prohibited.
2. The vessels of the United States Navy, or of the other branches of the armed service, are hereby prohibited from steaming, for any reason whatsoever except on an errand of mercy, more than five hundred miles from our coast.
3. Aircraft of the Army, Navy and Marine Corps is hereby prohibited from flying, for any reason whatsoever, more than seven hundred and fifty miles beyond the coast of the United States.
Such an amendment would be absolute guarantee to the women of America that their loved ones never would be sent overseas to be needlessly shot down in European or Asiatic or African wars that are no concern of our people.
I absolutely support his proposal, but would add:
1st – Before U.S. Military forces are allowed to go beyond the above limits from Continental US shores they must have the specific approval of 75% vote of every member (not just present at the vote) of both houses of Congress, and the forces must be sent for a defensive reason only. They should not be off our shores more than three months without another vote of 80% of every member (not just present at the vote) of both houses of Congress.
2nd – Before the vote to send our military beyond these limits, each member of both houses of Congress must visit a Veterans Hospital within their district, or one nearest to their district, and spend at least five minutes interviewing at least the 50 of the worst cases of physical or mental injury in the hospital.
The only exception to these rules would be the military personnel required to protect U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world.
Then all US military forces must be returned to US shores within six months of the passage of this amendment. Also, to keep these military forces busy, they must be stationed all along our borders with Mexico and Canada, for the purpose of keeping out illegal drugs and illegal aliens.
Nanobots
Now, you are going to say that I’ve really gone crazy! But what if the Elite invented a very small robot, or nanobot, and injected it into your bloodstream when you get your next injection, and when the time is right, they send a signal to your body activating these little devils to do their programmed duty? This duty could be either beneficial or detrimental – who knows?

The U.S. president and his cronies keep talking about Iraq’s threats of weapons of mass destruction, including biological weapons. Possibly the greatest threat to human life is the coming use of top-secret gene-specific viruses being developed by the United States, Israel and several other nations.
The intent is to select certain ethnic groups and eliminate them by using these soon-to-be developed viruses. The entire black population in Africa might be eliminated so that the Elite could gain control of the vast mineral deposits within this continent. The non-Jewish people in and around Israel could be annihilated in one fell swoop by such viruses.
If Adolph Hitler were alive today, he would certainly want to use this technology to eliminate the non-Arian populations of the world.

Many of the Elite leaders are members of the Bohemian Club, who meet annually at the Bohemian Grove in Northern California, where they worship their Moloch, in the form of a giant concrete owl, as they march around the sacrificial table in their medieval robes, uttering their pagan chants.
There are several terms used to describe those in the inner circle who direct the Elite, such as central bankers, international banking families, world banking cabal, and the like, but the two families who really are in charge are the Rockefellers, headed by David Rockefeller, and the Western European and United Kingdom’s House of Rothschild.
In 1998 the Rockefeller family was worth $11.48 trillion, and the Rothschild family was worth over $100 trillion. When they need money, they just print it. They create their money out of thin air, and it is backed by nothing. You cannot trade it in for gold or silver. These International bankers own the Central Banks in every nation in the world, except the so-called seven rogue nations. The U.S. State Dept. defines “rogue nations” as any nation that harbors of supports terrorists.

John F. Kennedy was our first Catholic President. Is it now inevitable that our next President will be a Jew? Is it coincidental that the majority of the Democratic candidates for President are Jews, or married to a Jew? The evidence is very clear:
Hillary Rodham Clinton’s parents original name was not Rodham, but was Rosenberg (Jewish).

While Mrs. Clinton has been the subject of at least three book-length biographies and numerous newspaper and magazine profiles, the colorful story of the first lady’s grandmother, a feisty woman who carried the name Della Rosenberg, has until now been unknown even to many of Mrs. Clinton’s closest friends.
After the Forward asked about the matter this week, Mrs. Clinton said through a spokesman that she had “very fond memories” of Max Rosenberg. Two members of the Rosenberg family told the Forward this week that Mrs. Clinton remained in contact with her half-aunt Adeline until Adeline’s death last year.
Hillary Clinton keeps saying that she is NOT running for President in 2004, but why was she on all three “talking heads” interview shows the first Sunday of January? I believe that around mid-year (possibly sooner), that Wesley Clark will see that he cannot defeat Dean, so he will say that he will be glad to take the position of Vice President, if Hillary Clinton will be his running mate as Presidential candidate. Hillary will give her donkey-eating-cactus smile and say “Oh well, if I have no choice, I guess I will have to run, if you insist”. (“Don’t throw me into the briar patch Brer Rabbit.”)
Wesley Clark’s family last name was Nemerovsky , later changed to Kanne. His father and grandfather were Russian Jews (and very likely Khazarien Jews). His father died when he as 4-5 years old, and his mother married a man named Clark.
Gen. Wesley Kanne Clark was raised as a Protestant in Little Rock, Ark., where he was brought up by his mother and stepfather, Victor Clark. He was ignorant of his ancestry, which disappeared from his life with the death of his father, Benjamin Jacob Kanne when Wesley was 5 years old. He learned of his ethnic background when he was in his 20’s and embraced the discovery, according to several family members.
In the late 1890’s, Jacob Nemerovsky, the general’s grandfather, fled Russia in fear for his life during one of the episodic pogroms against Jews. Howard Dean’s wife’s maiden name is Dr. Judith Steinberg (obviously Jewish), and he is raising his children in the Jewish religion.
John Kerry’s is a practicing Catholic but his Grandfather lived in the Czech Republic and his name was Fritz Kohn, a Jew, who changed his name to Kerry in 1902. Kerry’s wife’s name is Teresa Heinz (sometimes a Jewish name). Teresa Heinz is the widow of Pennsylvania Sen. John Heinz, who died in a plane crash. She inherited his family fortune (Heinz 57 catsup) and has lived in Pittsburgh for 27 years.
Teresa Heinz Kerry has been named Carlow College’s National Woman of Spirit. Afghanistan
The Afghan war was for three reasons – banking, illegal drugs, and oil. The international bankers wanted to set up their own central bank in this nation, the CIA wanted control of the opium coming from this region, and the oil companies wanted to run pipelines from the Caspian Sea oil fields to China and to the South to salt water ports.
The Taliban would not allow any of this, so they had to go.
Iraq
I once lived about 300 miles South East of Bagdad for two years, so have some feel for the region, their mental attitudes, and the politics or the region. Saddam Hussein was an evil dictator, who was guilty of many atrocities against his own people and his neighbors. However, it was up to the Iraqi people to either put up with him, or replace him. It was extremely difficult to replace him, because anyone who dared to resist him was not only tortured and murdered, but his entire family more than likely would see the same treatment.
Former President G.H.W. Bush was once partners with Saddam in the oil business. Apparently Saddam snookered Bush in some oil deal, so Bush sent Ambassador April Glaspie in to tell Saddam that if he wanted to take a part, or all of Kuwait, that the U.S. would turn its head to the matter. He did just that, so Bush sent the troops in to destroy his military equipment and soldiers.
Now W. Bush is following in the tracks of his father along the same lines.
This time,
to gain control of the Iraqi oil
to establish a central bank in the nation
to protect Israel
to get the US citizen’s minds off the terrible economy and the creation of the American Union
Let’s not forget that every missile, bomb, bullet, and piece of military equipment expended in this battle must be replaced by the Elite-owned military/industrial complex.
All this is cloaked under the disguise of looking for weapons of mass destruction, but most of the world sees through this plot. So, your sons and daughters have been placed in harms way just to satisfy the international bankers. The Elite’s children will never go to war and be in harms way, because about 25-30 years ago the Elite had Congress to create an all-volunteer military. So, they have no qualms sending out troops all over the world to fight for the interests of the international bankers and oil Barons.
The U.S. force’s casualties continue to grow, but the loss of life, or the injury of just one person is too much to pay for the families of these brave warriors. We must all pray for the safe return of all of these courageous combatants.
The Elite will have our troops stationed in Iraq from now on, just as the situations in Korea, Haiti, Kosevo, and on and on.

Now the war hawks in Washington are turning to Syria and Iran as perhaps their next targets of Imperialism.
Lawrence Eagleburger, who was US Secretary of State under George Bush Sr., told the BBC:
“If George Bush [Jr.] decided he was going to turn the troops loose on Syria and Iran after Iraq, that he would last in office for about 15 minutes. In fact if President Bush were to try that now even I would think that he ought to be impeached. You can’t get away with that sort of thing in this democracy.”
Wars
In 1953 Dwight Eisenhower, warned of failing to address the pressing social needs of the nation in deference to an uncontrolled arms build up.

This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Oil & Gas
The world’s total oil reserves are around 928 billion barrels (Gb), with about 63% resting within the Middle Eastern nations. Saudi Arabia has about 280 Gb (about 25-30%) of this oil in its reserves, with about 8.3 million barrels a day (mbd) of production, while Iraq has about 102 Gb in reserve (or about 11% of the worlds total supply) and produces about 2 million barrels a day.
The typical cost to lift a barrel of oil to the surface in the Middle East is about $3.00 per barrel, while the cost to lift a barrel in Iraq is about $1.00 per barrel. According to Mike Ruppert, of “From The Wilderness” newsletter, the total world “conventional” production of oil peaked around the year 2000. As new wells are completed, many others are abandoned for lack of economic production.
The world’s consumption rate, in 2001, was 22 Gb/year, and the current discovery rate is about 6 Gb/year. There is no significant substitute for oil on the horizon. This means that whoever controls oil, controls the rest of the world. As the available supply diminishes, the price will climb (a simple supply/demand reality).
Global demand for oil is increasing by between 1.5 and 2 mbd each year, and could grow from the current 77 mbd to 120 mbd within the next 20 years. OPEC production is expected to grow from 28 mbd (in 1998), to 60 mbd by 2020. Saudi Arabia supplies around 1.7 mbd of the roughly 10 mbd imported into the U. S. at present, and sells its oil for about $1.00 per barrel less to the U.S. than it charges other nations of the world.
Russia is gaining on Saudi Arabia as the world’s greatest producer. In 1996 the Soviets production amounted to about 7 mbd, but just before the Soviet collapse, they produced around 12.5 mbd. The estimated Caspian Sea reserves have been disappointing after recent studies. There were a number of pipelines planned in order to deliver this oil to the consumers.
At the 2003 World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland (held during January of each year for the past 33 years) the major oil company executives attending held private meetings to divide up Iraq’s oil after the invasion.
Bosnia The war in Bosnia was simply to gain a possible route for an oil and/or gas pipeline from the Caspian Sea oil fields to the West to a salt water port.
Afghanistan The war in Afghanistan was simply to establish a route for oil and/or gas from the Caspian Sea oil fields through Pakistan to a salt water port to the South, and oil and/or gas pipelines from these same fields to China. (http://www.worldpress.org/specials/pp/pipelines.htm)
Iraq Iraq was invaded by U.S. forces on March 20, 2003, simply to gain control of its massive oil reserves and Iraq’s Central Bank. When Saddam Hussein says this, the Elite’s puppet news media scoff at him, and keep on demanding that the reason is to destroy his weapons of mass destruction.

Freedom of the Press
BILL of Rights – 1st Amendment Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
So, Congress cannot destroy freedom of the press, but the Elite can, and have done so since the beginning of the twentieth century. If they are to be successful in establishing their New World Order, or Global Union, in enhancing their wealth and securing this wealth, they must maintain absolute secrecy concerning their organizations and activities.
Therefore they must control the newspapers, news magazines and the television networks. Then, they must swear all their members to absolute secrecy. They can easily enforce this secrecy by threatening, or implying threats of, financial ruin to, and character destruction of, anyone who divulges the contents of any of their meetings, or discussing their activities.

An example of how the Elite deny us the facts was during the 32nd Washington Conference of the Council of the Americas, held May 5 – 7, 2002. I was watching CNN at the beginning of the hour when they show brief 1-2 second snippits of what will be covered in the following hour. On this occasion they showed David Rockefeller shaking Secretary of State Colin Powell‘s hand after introducing him as the next speaker.
I watched CNN for the next 3-4 hours without seeing this event being covered. Some CNN executive saw this on his TV monitor, and probably ran to the control room and told them NOT to show this event. All mainstream news media have been carefully instructed to NEVER cover any event that David Rockefeller, or the Rothschild family are involved in. Now, I ask – why is this?
THE CONGRESSIONAL RECORD OF FEBRUARY 9, 1917 recorded these remarks by Congressman Oscar Callaway:
“In March 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder interests, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in their newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press of the United States.
These 12 men worked the problem out by selecting 179 newspapers, and then began, by an elimination process, to retain only those necessary for the purpose of controlling the general policy of the daily press throughout the country. They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of the 25 greatest papers.
The 25 papers were agreed upon; emissaries were sent to purchase the policy, national and international, of these papers; an agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit information regarding the questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies, and other things of national and international nature considered vital to the interests of the purchasers…This policy also included the suppression of everything in opposition to the wishes of the interests served.”
Media Giants
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has the task of protecting the public from monopolistic control of the mainstream news sources. Their rules, adopted between 1941 and 1975, were created to promote diversity of opinion in the media, encourage competition and prevent a few big companies from controlling what people see, hear and read. They have done just the opposite.
The Republican-controlled FCC relaxed those rules on June 2 with a 3-2 party-line vote by passing regulations encouraging dominance by just a few giants of the industry. At 5:14 PM, June 19, 2003, the Senate Committee voted to overrule new FCC Media Ownership Rules by the FCC. The proposal faces an uncertain fate in the full Senate, and stiff opposition in The House.

Voting Scams
Our current voting procedures are a sham. In an effort to speed up the vote counting process (or so “they” would like you to believe), they have, in most instances, gone to computer assisted voting. Once the votes have been digitized, they are easily manipulated, and in most cases a recount is impossible.
Is this how the Elite have swung the 2002 Federal elections to favor the Republicans? Now they control the White House, The Senate and the House of Representatives.
Was Senator Paul Wellstone‘s death an accident? Many, including some members of Congress, are concerned. If you have not learned it by now, there are many in our elected offices who will do ANYTHING to reach their goals, or to protect their interests.
Many of our nation’s problems are caused by the lack of adequate Legislative oversight. This failing has gotten worse since around 1980, and regardless of which party is in control.
Below are my suggestions of what they should be investigating:
Great Depression of 1929– The Federal Reserve System deliberately caused the ’29 depression by manipulating the U.S. money supply. From 1915 to early 1929, the money supply was very loose. You could get a loan to do almost anything. The Standard & Poor’s Index followed the same pattern during this same period. Both went into free-fall from ’29 to ’33. The Fed drastically tightened the money supply, and loans were almost unavailable, resulting in a panic. Unable to pay their massive debts, many committed suicide. Those who try to cover for the Fed say that the depression was caused by the Glass-Spiegal Act, which is far from the truth.
The Attack on Pearl Harbor– President Franklin D. Roosevelt knew that the Japanese Navy was heading for Hawaii twelve days before the attack on Pearl Harbor, and he failed to warn the military stationed on this island. His purpose was to create an excuse to declare war against Japan during WW-II. Expert witness– Gregory Douglas,author of “Gestapo Chief”
The Vietnam War– The U.S. State Dept. said that at 3:40 a.m. EDT (3:40 p.m. Saigon time), August 2, 1964, the destroyer Maddox, on patrol in the Gulf of Tonkin, reported that it was “being approached by high speed craft with apparent intention of torpedo attack. Intend open fire in necessary self defense.” (Message 020740Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; Department of State, Vietnam Working Group Files: Lot 72 D 219, DeSoto Patrols, August) Twenty-seven minutes later, the Maddox reported that it was being attacked by three North Vietnamese patrol craft and had opened fire. (Message 020807Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; ibid.) In the ensuing engagement, the Maddox and aircraft from the U.S.S. Ticonderoga damaged two of the patrol craft, which retreated to the North, and left one dead in the water. Reports on the incident reached Washington shortly after 4 a.m. U. S. military escalation was justified on the basis of the Gulf of Tonkin attack against U. S. ships. We know today that this incident was fabricated purely to deceive the American people in order to win their support for additional military action.Expert witnesses – 1970–1971 Emmy Award winning, CBS’s “60 Minutes” anchor,– Morley Safer and his producer, Joe Wershba,blew the whistle on the phony Gulf of Tonkin attack tale, the start of the domino effect in Vietnam.
Operation Northwoods– March 13, 1962, L. L. Limnitzer, Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, proposed that a bevy of lies be spread upon the U.S. public to justify the invasion of Cuba. Typical lies that were to be spread:
“….We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba.
…We could blow up a drone (unmanned) vessel anywhere in Cuba waters
….We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington. …We could sink a boatload of Cubans en route to Florida (real or simulated). ….Exploding a few plastic bombs in carefully chosen spots, the arrest of Cuban agents and the release of prepared documents substantiating Cuban involvement…
…Use of MIG type aircraft by US pilots could provide additional provocation. Harassment of civil air, attacks on surface shipping and destruction of US military drone aircraft by MIG type planes would be useful as complimentary actions. An F-86 properly painted would convince air passengers that they saw a Cuban MIG, especially if the pilot of the transport were to announce such fact.
… Hijacking attempts against civil air and surface craft could appear to continue as harassing measures condoned by the government of Cuba.
… It is possible to create an incident which will demonstrate convincingly that a Cuban aircraft has attacked and shot down a chartered civil aircraft…”

Henry Kissinger has attended most of the Bilderberg Conferences, and is a long-time member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and Trilateral Commission.
It is absolutely necessary that both houses of Congress hold extensive hearings on the above, as soon as possible, and before the United States becomes the second phase of Globalization – the American Union.
Treason
The definition of Treason is:
The offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power.
Before the federal elected officials take office, they must first swear the following oath:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
Therefore, anyone who is a federally elected official, and who violates this oath is very simply committing absolute TREASON. Then, if all of the above is true (and I absolutely believe it is true) , then we have hundreds within our federal government who are very clearly committing treason. Why is nobody charging them with treason? Why don’t you ask your elected officials this question.
The Truth
We have been lied to constantly by our government officials and the Elite owned news media, so we do not know what, or who, to believe any more. There are untold instances of this deceit, but an excellent example is the fact that we did not really send our astronauts to the moon during the Apollo 11 mission.
It was simply a massive hoax to deceive the entire world, perhaps to show that we had beat the Russians in the outer-space-game. There are a number of VHS video tapes on the market that prove this hoax, beyond a shadow of a doubt.
