The unveiling on June 3rd by the World Economic Forum of ‘The Great Reset‘ agenda appears on the surface to be a newly devised concept created directly in response to Covid-19. As it turns out the first soundings of a ‘reset‘ were actually made as far back as 2014.

To appreciate the significance of the WEF’s intervention, it is important first to recognise the years leading up to 2020 and how they laid the foundations for where we are today.

2014

Each January the WEF host their annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland. In 2014, Christine Lagarde, who was then the managing director of the IMF, called for a ‘reset‘ of monetary policy, the financial sector regulatory environment and structural reforms of global economies.

Lagarde was adamant that a reset was required ‘in the way in which the economy grows around the world‘. Fleshing this out, Lagarde cited the dangers to financial stability due to ‘bubbles developing here and there‘, the over 200 million globally who were unemployed and economic growth being too slow.

Despite these concerns, Lagarde’s view was that fiscal consolidation within national economies was still necessary in order to control spending and ensure the post 2008 ‘recovery‘.

In January 2019 I posted an article that went into detail about the monetary policy aspect of the ‘reset‘ promoted by Lagarde (Monetary Policy ‘Reset’: From Rhetoric to Actuality). I raised how at the time of Lagarde’s intervention the Federal Reserve were tapering their asset purchasing scheme (quantitative easing), introduced in the aftermath of the collapse of Lehman Brothers that triggered the 2008 financial crisis.

Come the end of 2014, the Fed had called a halt entirely to QE. A year later in December 2015, they began to raise interest rates for the first time in over a decade and would later go on to introduce an asset reduction programme where the central bank began to roll off assets from its balance sheet.

For Lagarde, international cooperation would be essential for a reset to succeed. Without nations cooperating, it would likely be fraught with instability and market turbulence. In an interview with Bloomberg at the time of the WEF meeting, Lagarde stressed the importance of the ‘medium term‘ when it came to achieving the reset:

The short term collides with the medium term but the question is to bring the medium term into the personal, political and corporate equation. And that’s the job of the IMF.

2015

Looking back, 2015 was a highly significant year that saw global planners state quite openly their ambitions for a New World Order to be implemented over the next decade and a half.

First came the unveiling of the United Nation’s derived Agenda 2030 in September, and with it seventeen main objectives known as the Sustainable Development Goals. Agenda 2030 was adopted by the 193 members of the UN, with adoption coinciding with the 70th anniversary of the institution’s existence.

Chief amongst the seventeen goals were to end poverty by 2030 and for there to be zero hunger. Action on climate change was also needed, as was the creation of sustainable cities and communities and good health and wellbeing (which the UN directly associate with vaccinating families).

Agenda 2030 replaced the Millennium Development Goals, which were introduced in 2000 and encompassed a series of targets to be completed by 2015. According to the UN, ‘enormous progress‘ had been made ‘but more needs to be done‘.

To get a sense of what the UN means by ‘more‘, when the Sustainable Development Goals were signed off Claire Melamed, who in 2015 was Director of the global think tank Overseas Development Institute, told the BBC:

If they’re going to be met we’re going to have to see huge amounts of money. We’re going to have see governments behaving in a completely different way. We’re going to have to see companies totally changing their business practices. It can be done, but the real question is whether we want to do it enough.

Melamed is now the Chief Executive Officer of Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data. Amongst the organisation’s funding partner’s are the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which is a prominent organisation in the drive for a vaccine to immunise people against Covid-19.

In December 2015, three months after the announcement of Agenda 2030, came the founding of the Paris Climate Agreement at the COP21 conference. The agreement ties directly into the United Nations and operates within the bounds of the UN’s Framework Convention on Climate Change, and was the first ever universal and legally binding agreement adopted on the subject.

To achieve the goals of the agreement, one of which is limiting global warming to below two degrees, ‘appropriate financial flows, a new technology framework and an enhanced capacity building framework will be put in place, thus supporting action by developing countries and the most vulnerable countries, in line with their own national objectives.’

So far, 189 countries have ratified the agreement out of 197 that were present at the Paris conference. In October 2016, the required threshold was reached for the accord to enter into force.

2016

With Agenda 2030 and the Paris Climate Agreement now set in motion, the World Economic Forum (which fully endorses the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals) ran with the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) as the theme for it’s annual meeting. I wrote about this in 2018 (Fourth Industrial Revolution: Mission Creep towards a New World Order – Part One) and picked up on how the executive chairman of the WEF, Klaus Schwab, described the impact that the Fourth Industrial Revolution would have on the world.

First, it would be all encompassing and involve all stakeholders of the global polity, meaning full engagement with the public and private sectors, academia and civil society. Some aspects to the revolution include disruption to jobs and skills, business disruption, innovation and productivity, agile governance and security and conflict.

Second, connecting through these areas are a whole raft of concerns which comprise the rise of blockchain technology, global governance, the future of enterprise, workforce and employment, the future of government, the future of production, sustainable development and social protection systems.

The revolution is dubbed as a digital revolution, one where the ‘fusion of technologies‘ embodying the physical, digital and biological spheres come together. Artificial intelligence, robotics, nano and bio technology are all part of the vision for 4IR.

Schwab made it very plain that the world can expect the revolution to be a ‘symbiosis between micro-organisms, the human body, the products people consume and the buildings we inhabit.’ One consequence of this is that human beings will no longer just be users of technology, rather they will start to converge with both the digital and biological worlds to become part of it. A second consequence is that every industry on the planet will be subjected to a degree of ‘disruption‘ as the 4IR advances, resulting in the systems of production, management and governance being transformed.

It does not stop there. Outside of jobs, human identity, privacy, notions of ownership, consumption patterns, the time devoted to work and leisure, how we develop as individuals and how we meet people and nurture relationships will all have to change to accommodate 4IR. Since the onset of Covid-19, many of these things have already undergone significant ‘disruption‘

Soon after the 2016 WEF meeting, the world experienced substantial geopolitical ructions with the UK voting to leave the European Union and Donald Trump being elected as the United States’ 45th President.

2019

Three years after they signalled major technological, political and societal change was coming, the World Economic Forum were back with a new theme – ‘Globalization 4.0: Shaping a New Architecture in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution‘. It was a subject I covered in an article published around the time (Why Dismissing Globalist Warnings as ‘Project Fear’ May Prove a Mistake).

Executive chairman Klaus Schwab was at it again, reiterating that ‘our systems of health, transportation, communication, production, distribution, and energy – just to name a few – will be completely transformed.’ Included in the breadth of transformation would be blockchain and distributed ledger technology, two fundamental components in the drive towards a global digital currency network.

In talking about ‘Globalization 4.0‘, Schwab described the present day as an ‘era of widespread insecurity and frustration‘, and went on to blame this environment for a rise in populism.

What Schwab did not make direct mention of is how a resurgence of protectionist tendencies was assisting the WEF in being able to push the argument for 4IR. The greater the level of global disunity, the more opportunity that groups like the WEF have in being able to cultivate the concept of a New World Order and convince people of its necessity. Globalization 4.0 is a facet of 4IR, a vision that Schwab is unreservedly committed to:

Globalization 4.0 has only just begun, but we are already vastly underprepared for it. Clinging to an outdated mindset and tinkering with our existing processes and institutions will not do. Rather, we need to redesign them from the ground up, so that we can capitalize on the new opportunities that await us, while avoiding the kind of disruptions that we are witnessing today.

‘Ready or not‘, Schwab warned, ‘a new world is upon us‘.

Five months on from the WEF meeting, the Bank for International Settlements introduced a new concept called the ‘BIS Innovation Hub‘, also known as ‘Innovation BIS 2025‘. This is a topic I have also written about previously (Innovation BIS 2025: A Stepping Stone Towards an Economic ‘New World Order’).

The BIS described the Hub as a medium term strategy consisting of three main elements:

Identify and develop in-depth insights into critical trends in technology affecting central banking

Develop public goods in the technology space geared towards improving the functioning of the global financial system

Serve as a focal point for a network of central bank experts on innovation

When launching the hub, BIS General Manager Agustin Carstens spoke of ‘reshaping the financial landscape‘ following ‘the scars left by the financial crisis‘. According to Carstens, now was the time to set about reforming the way that the central banking community operates.

When digging down into the BIS Innovation Hub, it becomes clear that at the core of the project is the creation of central bank digital currency (CBDC). In practice, this would mean the abolition of tangible assets such as banknotes and coins and see the creation of a new form of digital money issued by central banks.

Global payment systems are in the process of being reformed to accommodate the use of blockchain and distributed ledger technology, and central banks are now beginning to disseminate technological detail for how a CBDC could be issued.

As it stands, a volatile geopolitical climate, exacerbated by Covid-19 and the unproven fear that handling physical money could transmit the virus, is assisting the BIS in their ambitions for completely resetting how the general public will interact with central bank money over the coming years.

In a follow up article, we will look specifically at what the World Economic Forum have termed ‘The Great Reset‘and what exactly global planners are seeking to achieve.

‘Paving a Digital Road to Hell’: Digital ID Systems Could Lead to Severe, Irreversible Human Rights Violations

The authors of a New York University’s Center for Human Rights and Global Justice report on digital identity systems warned of “severe and potentially irreversible” human rights violations and argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders.”

The authors of a new report on digital identity systems warned “the actual and potential” human rights violations arising from the digital ID model can be “severe and potentially irreversible.”

The 100-page report — “Paving the Road to Hell? A Primer on the Role of the World Bank and Global Networks in Promoting Digital ID” — published by New York University’s (NYU) Center for Human Rights and Global Justice urged human rights organizations to heed the threats posed by a global push for digital IDs.

The NYU researchers said many proponents — including the World Bank — portray digital IDs as a means to achieving greater inclusivity and environmental sustainability when, in fact, the systems are likely to do just the opposite.

According to the report, the digital ID has been dressed up as an “unstoppable juggernaut and inevitable hallmark of modernity and development in the 21st century,” causing dissenting voices to be “written off as Luddites and barriers to progress.”

The authors argued for open debate “with full transparency and involving all relevant stakeholders,” including the most marginalized and most vulnerable.

The authors, who include Christiaan van Veen, L.L.M., special advisor on new technologies and human rights to the United Nations, urged the human rights community and related civic society organizations to ensure that global decisions about the adoption of digital ID systems are not hastily made but are based on “serious evidence and analysis.”

Where digital ID systems threaten human rights, the NYU researchers said, such endeavors should be “stopped altogether.”

Who’s really profiting?

“Governments around the world have been investing heavily in digital identification systems, often with biometric components,” the authors said in a statement.

Digital ID systems that frequently collect biometric data — such as fingerprints, iris or other facial feature recognition — are being adopted to replace or complement non-digital government identification systems.

According to an Access Now special report, in India in October 2021, digital ID systems — or “Big ID programs” as Access Now called them — are being pushed by a market of actors who sell and profit from digital ID systems and infrastructure, often while endangering the human rights of the people they’re supposed to benefit.

The NYU researchers reached the same conclusion:

“The rapid proliferation of such systems is driven by a new development consensus, packaged and promoted by key global actors like the World Bank, but also by governments, foundations, vendors and consulting firms.”

Digital ID proponents argue the systems can contribute to inclusivity and sustainable development, with some going so far as to consider the adoption of digital ID systems a prerequisite for the realization of human rights.

But the NYU researchers said they believe the “ultimate objective” of digital ID systems is to “facilitate economic transactions and private sector service delivery while also bringing new, poorer, individuals into formal economies and ‘unlocking’ their behavioral data.”

“The promises of inclusion and flourishing digital economies might appear attractive on paper,” the researchers said, “but digital ID systems have consistently failed to deliver on these promises in real world situations, especially for the most marginalized.”

The authors added:

“In fact, evidence is emerging from many countries, most notably the mega digital ID project Aadhaar in India, of the severe and large-scale human rights violations linked to this model. These systems may in fact exacerbate pre-existing forms of exclusion and discrimination in public and private services. The use of new technologies may furthermore lead to novel forms of harm, including biometric exclusion, discrimination, and the many harms associated with ‘surveillance capitalism.’”

The benefits of using digital ID are “ill-defined” and “poorly documented,” the NYU authors said.

“From what evidence does exist, it seems that those who stand to benefit most may not be those ‘left behind,’ but instead a small group of companies and governments,” they wrote.

They added:

“After all, where digital ID systems have tended to excel is in generating lucrative contracts for biometrics companies and enhancing the surveillance and migration-control capabilities of governments.”

More harm than good, especially for world’s most marginalized

The authors did four things in their report.

First, they examined the human rights impact of national digital ID systems and argued that a cost-benefit analysis of digital ID systems suggests they do more harm than good — especially for the world’s most marginalized individuals.

“Through the embrace of digital technologies, the World Bank and a broader global

network of actors has been promoting a new paradigm for ID systems that prioritizes what we refer to as ‘economic identity,’” the authors wrote.

They added:

“These systems focus on fueling digital transactions and transforming individuals into traceable data. They often ignore the ability of identification systems to recognize not only that an individual is unique, but that they have a legal status with associated rights.

“Still, proponents have cloaked this new paradigm in the language of human rights and inclusion, arguing that such systems will help to achieve multiple Sustainable Development Goals.”

The authors added:

“Like physical roads, national digital identification systems with biometric components (digital ID systems) are presented as the public infrastructure of the digital future.

“Yet these particular infrastructures have proven to be dangerous, having been linked to severe and large-scale human rights violations in a range of countries around the world, affecting social, civil, and political rights.”

Prioritizing ‘economic identity’

Next, the researchers looked at how an “identification for development” agenda driven by multiple global actors came into being.

They discussed the digital ID system called Aadhaar that is currently being tried out by the government of India and the digital ID system promoted by the World Bank — Identification for Development, commonly called the ID4D Initiative.

The ID4D Initiative draws inspiration from the highly criticized Aadhaar digital ID system in India.

In the Aadhaar system, individuals are voluntarily assigned a 12-digit random number by the Unique Identification Authority of India — a statutory authority backed by the government of India — that establishes the “uniqueness” of individuals with the help of demographic and biometric technologies.

This digital ID model, NYU report authors said, is dangerous because it prioritizes an “economic identity” for an individual.

The model is not about an individual’s identity alone, confirmed Joseph Atick, Ph.D., executive chairman of the influential ID4Africa, a platform where African governments and major companies in the digital ID market meet.

It’s about their economic interactions, Atick said.

The ID4D model “enables and interacts with authentication platforms, payments systems, digital signatures, data sharing, KYC systems, consent management and sectoral delivery platforms,” Atick announced at the start of ID4Africa’s 2022 annual meeting in mid-June, at the Palais de Congrès in Marrakesh, Morocco.

The authors of the NYU report criticized this model:

“The goal then, is not so much identity as it is identification. The three interlinked processes of identification, registration, and authorization are an exercise of power.

“Through this process, one actor acknowledges or denies another actor’s identity attributes. Individuals may be empowered through the process of identification, but such systems have long been used for the opposite purpose: to deny rights to certain groups and exclude them.”

Third, the authors assessed the nitty-gritty details of how the World Bank and its network of proponents of digital ID systems worked to implement an “identification for development” agenda around the globe.

They explained how the funding and governance of the ID4D Initiative operate, and claimed the World Bank and its corporate and governmental partners are “manufacturing consensus” by presuming that the shift to a digital ID model is inevitable, desirable and required for human progress.

But this “manufactured consensus” lacks a basis, they said.

“Concrete and robust evidence of the purported benefits associated with digital ID systems is rarely provided, it is merely asserted that digital ID will lead to inclusion and development,” the authors wrote.

3 steps privacy advocates can take

Finally, the authors outlined what human rights organizations and other civil society actors can do by highlighting three modes of action:

“Not so fast!” Organizations can demand that governmental adoption of digital ID systems not be rushed.

The authors wrote:

“Before any new or augmented digital ID systems are rolled out nationwide, it is vital to establish an evidence base and take all necessary steps to anticipate and mitigate possible harms in advance. Baseline studies, research into the specific context, cost-benefit analyses, value for money analyses, and impact assessments are necessary and should be demanded every step of the way.”

“Make it public.” The design and possible implementation of a digital ID system need to be thoroughly discussed in democratic forums, including public media and Congress or parliaments.

“Civil society organizations should demand openness with regard to plans, tenders, and the involvement of foreign governments and international organizations,” they said.

“We are all stakeholders.” While the World Bank presents itself as a respected advisor to governments who should be allowed to shape and create governments’ digital ID policies, it is only one actor.

“It is important to realize,” the authors wrote, “that, ultimately, everyone has a stake in systems of identification, digital or otherwise, which are essential to recognize individuals and effectuate their human rights.”

They added:

“More and more organizations and experts are beginning to grapple with the rapid spread of digital ID around the world, from digital rights organizations to groups representing people with disabilities, and from experts working on social and economic rights to development economists.

“As this range of organizations grows, it will be crucial to share experiences, learn from one another, and coordinate advocacy.”

Human rights alliances can ‘reimagine’ the ‘digital future’

According to the report, multidisciplinary and geographically diverse alliances can not only help to ensure digital ID systems are not deployed “in the harmful ways described in this primer,” but can “also help reimagine what the digital future without the particular model of ID systems promoted by the World Bank and others could look like.”

They said:

“As digital ID systems are determining the shape of governments and societies as we hurtle into the digital era, questions as to their form and design — and their very existence in the first place — are critical.

“What alternative visions can we offer that will better safeguard human rights and preserve the gains of countless years of struggle to improve the recognition and institutionalization of rights?

“When we bring together actors who want a society where the human rights of every individual and group are protected, what kinds of digital ID systems might we imagine? How might digital ID systems be designed to truly promote human well-being?

“How would this alternative, rights-fulfilling vision differ from the economic, transactional identity described here, as promoted by the World Bank and others? Indeed, would we have digitalized identification systems at all?”

The authors did not provide answers to these questions.

Rather, they aimed to “bring together the excellent work that our partners, colleagues, and others have tirelessly undertaken around the world” and facilitate collaboration “to ensure that the future of digital ID enhances, rather than jeopardizes, the enjoyment of human rights.”

Only autocracies benefit from fully-fledged central bank digital currencies. I personally find it hard to understand. There are no real benefits in it for us, you and me nor necessary we have already a good functioning structure and not a third world country.

“Still, proponents have cloaked this new paradigm in the language of human rights and inclusion, arguing that such systems will help to achieve multiple Sustainable Development Goals.”

The authors added:

“Like physical roads, national digital identification systems with biometric components (digital ID systems) are presented as the public infrastructure of the digital future.

Prioritizing ‘economic identity’

Next, the researchers looked at how an “identification for development” agenda driven by multiple global actors came into being.

The ID4D Initiative draws inspiration from the highly criticized Aadhaar digital ID system in India.

This digital ID model, NYU report authors said, is dangerous because it prioritizes an “economic identity” for an individual.

It’s about their economic interactions, Atick said.

The authors of the NYU report criticized this model:

“The goal then, is not so much identity as it is identification. The three interlinked processes of identification, registration, and authorization are an exercise of power.

But this “manufactured consensus” lacks a basis, they said.

3 steps privacy advocates can take

Finally, the authors outlined what human rights organizations and other civil society actors can do by highlighting three modes of action:

“Not so fast!” Organizations can demand that governmental adoption of digital ID systems not be rushed.

The authors wrote:

“Make it public.” The design and possible implementation of a digital ID system need to be thoroughly discussed in democratic forums, including public media and Congress or parliaments.

“Civil society organizations should demand openness with regard to plans, tenders, and the involvement of foreign governments and international organizations,” they said.

“We are all stakeholders.” While the World Bank presents itself as a respected advisor to governments who should be allowed to shape and create governments’ digital ID policies, it is only one actor.

They added:

“As this range of organizations grows, it will be crucial to share experiences, learn from one another, and coordinate advocacy.”

Human rights alliances can ‘reimagine’ the ‘digital future’

They said:

“What alternative visions can we offer that will better safeguard human rights and preserve the gains of countless years of struggle to improve the recognition and institutionalization of rights?

The behavior of central bankers is rarely (if ever) given sustained coverage in the national press.

Outside of prominent economic channels, developments from within institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) are seldom remarked upon. Instead, attention is restricted to the latest round of political theatrics which serve to disguise the actions and intentions of globalist planners.

As the furor of Brexit gained in intensity last month, BIS General Manager Agustin Carstens gave a speech at the Central Bank of Ireland 2019 Whitaker Lecture.

Under the heading, ‘The future of money and payments’, Carstens mapped out what has been a long standing vision of globalists (NWO)- namely, to acquire full spectrum control of the international financial system through the gradual abolition of what Bank of England governor Mark Carney has called ‘tangible assets’ i.e. physical money.

The ‘future of money’ narrative is one that both the BIS and the IMF have been actively promoting since the advent of Brexit and Donald Trump’s presidency.

Central to the vision for a fully digitised global economy is the intent to reform national payment systems.

The UK uses the Real-time gross settlement (RTGS) system, which the majority of payments in Britain are facilitated through.

The Bank of England’s (BOE) Victoria Cleland has emphasized on numerous occasions that the ‘fundamental renewal’ of the system is being carried out through choice rather than necessity.

This would indicate that RTGS works fine in its current manifestation, but the BOE (along with the European Central Bank) have been tasked with assuming more control over their respective payment systems.

As Cleland has confirmed via several speeches, tests on a renewed RTGS have demonstrated that distributed ledger technology (DLT) has the capability to connect to it in the future.

Blockchain is a form of DLT, and by extension blockchain works in conjunction with cryprocurrencies like Bitcoin.

In February 2019, Cleland intimated that the previous intention to have finalized the RTGS reform by 2020 had been pushed back to 2025.

We are looking at 2025 for completion, with a number of transition states as we head to that.

What we want to achieve is more ambitious now, and we are doing some exciting work around innovation and looking at ways of bringing in participants.

The year 2025 is potentially significant as we will later look at.

Returning to Carstens speech at the Central Bank of Ireland, here he spoke of how the reform of payment systems have been ‘infrequent’ over the decades, with wholesale changes to the nature of money ‘even rarer’.

But now, attempts to create new forms of money or to engineer new ways to pay appear almost weekly.

The ‘new ways to pay’ is in part a reference to services such as TransferWise, who have pioneered the introduction of borderless accounts that allow people to hold up to forty currencies at once with the ability to convert them whenever desired.

New methods of payments such as this, which grew out of the 2008 financial crisis, bypass banknotes and coins altogether. Money can only be sent, received or converted electronically, unlike at high-street banks or travel bureaus which still offer physical cash.

TransferWise describe their service as showcasing ‘bank-level security, minus the banks’.

When it comes to ‘new forms of money’, Carstens explains that the current system of central banks issuing banknotes, and commercial banks providing electronic money, is being targeted for reform – in the shape of central bank digital currencies (CBDC’s).

A CBDC would allow ordinary people and businesses to make payments electronically using money issued by the central bank. Or they could deposit money directly in the central bank, and use debit cards issued by the central bank itself.

It becomes apparent that two tranches of reform – to payment systems and to how money is used – are in the process of being carried out simultaneously.

In previous articles I have talked about how globalists invariably utilize the vehicle of gradualism when it comes to implementing changes within the financial system.

The BIS themselves raised the subject in their final quarterly report of 2017.

When seeking to centralize economic power further, central banks work by stealth. It can take many years, even decades, for a plan to become reality.

In relation to CBDC’s, it is no surprise to see Carstens speak of banks opting to ‘tread cautiously into new territory’.

The monetary system is the backbone of the financial system. Before we open up the patient for major surgery, we need to understand the full consequences of what we’re doing.

Hackneyed metaphors aside, it is no secret that the only thing that preserves the current system of fiat currencies is the level of trust that you and I place in them.

But trust is not a physical construct. Rather, it is underpinned by belief.

As Carstens mentions, in an economic sense trust can be compromised by,

‘currency devaluations, hyperinflation, wide-scale payment system disruptions or bank defaults.’

The bigger picture begins to emerge when Carstens declares that the debate around CBDC’s is not to do with the technology involved, but,

‘partly about the potential decline in the use of cash.’

This is an exercise in perceptual management.

He wants the focus to be on the demise of physical assets rather than the digital transformation of how money functions. The idea is that the decline of cash be perceived as organic rather than premeditated.

Two variations of a CBDC are cited.

The first is a wholesale variant that would be used primarily for interbank payments.

The second is a retail CBDC which would be accessible to the public.

This could be based either on digital tokens or on accounts. That would mean that you and I could open bank accounts directly with the central bank.

As is often the case when powerful heads of institutions speak, the underlying agenda gradually finds its way through the flannel.

Like cash, a CBDC could and would be available 24/7, 365 days a year. At first glance, not many changes for someone, say, stopping off at the supermarket on the way home from work.

HE OR SHE WOULD NO LONGER HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING CASH. ALL PURCHASES WOULD BE ELECTRONIC.

This is confirmation that if CBDC’s are rolled out in the future, it would result in the abolition of physical money. Every penny you possess would be held within the financial system.

It does not end there:

From here, differences start to emerge. A CBDC is not necessarily anonymous, like cash. And unlike cash, it could pay or charge interest.

Let’s deal with each of those in turn.

For globalists to gain full control of the financial system, the ability of citizens to hold their money anonymously must end. The strawman arguments in favor of this happening have already been planted within the media – from illicit financing of terrorism to money laundering.

Concerted efforts are being made to encourage people to look upon those who prefer to deal in cash with suspicion.

When you narrow it down, being able to trace and track every single payment, which is currently not possible if you opt to pay with cash, is the goal here.

Therefore, eliminating the choice of using banknotes and coins is essential.

Equally disturbing is the use of interest rates under a CBDC system. Right now, if you hold physical money, it is not vulnerable to a fluctuation in rates. Money held in a bank account, however, is susceptible.

Even so, it can easily be transferred to one that offers a better rate or can ultimately be withdrawn altogether in favor of holding the money in your hand.

With CBDC’s, you would be locked in. Positive rates would continue to pay you interest. But what about if rates turned negative throughout the banking system? In this scenario you would be charged for holding your money with the bank, with no way of counteracting such measures.

In short, the loss of anonymity and exposure to negative rates would mean servitude to the banking system. Short of transferring assets into precious metals, it would leave citizens with no means of escape.

Carstens goes on to suggest that central banks could one day offer deposit accounts, bypassing traditional commercial banks.

If bank deposits shift to the central bank, lending would need to shift as well. The central bank would be taking on the lending business.

Using the scenario of customers opting to put money in a digital currency of a central bank, or directly into a deposit account, Carstens said:

It is not far-fetched to imagine that a premium would open up, where one euro of deposits in the commercial bank buys less than one euro’s worth of central bank digital currency.

Gauging the speech as a whole, these eventualities are dependent on the successful implementation of CBDC’s.

For that to happen, physical cash must gradually be eroded. Whilst central banks are working on concepts for a CBDC’s, they do not yet appear to be in a position to introduce them.

According to Carstens,

‘very few central banks think it is likely that they will issue a CBDC in the short to medium term.’

One of the reasons for this is that,

‘there is not yet a noticeable and widespread fall in the demand for cash.’

As I have documented elsewhere, cash usage is declining year on year but remains a popular form of payment.

How long before we reach an inflection point is unknown. What we do know is that the BIS measure the short-term plans for central banks at one to three years, with the medium term at one to six years.

Six years from now takes us to 2025 – the year that the Bank of England are targeting for the completion of reforms to the RTGS payments system.

As for the BIS, in a speech Carstens gave last month titled, ‘The new role of central banks‘, the institution is focused on a new BIS medium-term strategy called Innovation BIS 2025.

One element of this plan is for the establishment of,

‘a multidisciplinary Innovation Hub at the BIS in order to foster collaboration in innovation-related work, as well as a new unit which will undertake policy analysis and research on how key innovations and increased data availability should inform policy and shape central banks’ responses.’

Clearly, they are preparing for major changes to the financial system.

Rapped up in this BIS 2025 initiative is to process all ‘relevant implications of technological innovation’, such as distributed ledger technology. CBDC’s would inevitably be part of such innovation.

The warning signs are there for what globalists are planning. What Carstens outlined is where they want to take the financial system over the next decade.

But as the geopolitical climate becomes increasingly fractious, how many of us are listening…?

Globalization, former known as NWO but that name got discredited/changed. Globalization sound softer, closer to home.

Proven to be effective and now most Americans are no longer alarmed, because the business world uses this term on a daily basis, so it must not be so frightening.

African Union

The African Union was completed and signed into effect on July 11, 2000, by the 53 nations of Africa. This Union, like the European Union, has only one Peacekeeping force, one Central Bank, one Court of Justice, one currency, and so on. A carbon copy of the European Union.

American Union

The Elite plan to create the American Union by 2005. This will include all of the nations of North, Central and South America and the Caribbean Islands, and will function just like the present European Union, which was completed in the year 2000. There will be only one monetary system, one central bank, one (unelected) governing body, one military force, one judicial system, no borders, and no Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The Elite have invented a new term for expanded NAFTA, which they now call the FTAA, or Free Trade Area of the Americas. The Council of the Americas, at the Quebec City conference in March, 2001, stated very clearly that they plan to complete the FTAA by the year 2005.

Vice President Dick Cheney was thanked for his remarks at the Council of the Americas conference on May 6, 2002, by founder and Honorary Chairman, David Rockefeller. Cheney said that the FTAA would be completed by January, 2005.

It is obvious that they are really talking about the American Union which they plan to complete by January, 2005. That’s less than two years away, my friends. Just when are you planning to get concerned?

The American Union follows the second step, the African Union, in the Elite’s plan to control the entire world. Next will be the Asian Union, and the Soviet Union, all to be completed between the years 2010 and 2015. This is not my speculation, it’s their stated plans, as detailed in a UN document titled “Our Global Neighborhood“. All nations of the world will be included in the Global Union, except those nations dominated by Islam. Perhaps that is why the Elite are planning wars against the Islamic nations.

Chile

Chile will be the next nation absorbed by the (soon-to-be) American Union. It has long had a roundtable in operation, which is known as the Chilean Council of Foreign Relations. U.S. and Chilean representatives signed a Free Trade agreement June 6, 2003, with this treaty to be ratified on an up-or-down vote by the U.S. Senate sometime this year.

Central America

The nations of Central America (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica) are now negotiating with the U.S. for a Central America Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA), which is likely to be completed within the year 2003.

Venezuela

Since President Hugo Chavez took office on February 2, 1999, the common people of Venezuela have backed him and his reforms. Chavez insists on keeping more of the oil export profits in Venezuela, so that his nation can recover from its chronic financial problems. His strong will may just be a stumbling block to the completion of the American Union.

The CIA has backed coup attempts to oust this “radical” leader, and the public has turned out by the thousands to protest these attempts. The petroleum industry strikes are not strikes at all. Brazil

On December 13, 2002, Brazilian President Luis Inacio “Lula“ da Silva appointed international financier Hernando Meirelles as head of the Central Bank of Brazil. Meirelles was the former president of FleetBoston Financial Corp., and served as a director of David Rockefeller’s Council of the Americas.

Argentina

On December 26, 2002, Argentina’s Senate approved the appointment of Alfonso Prat-Gay as president of the Argentina’s Central Bank. Prat-Gay was formerly the head of emerging market research for J. P. Morgan Chase bank. David Rockefeller is Chairman of the bank’s International Advisory Committee.

Middle East Union

On May 9, 2003, President Bush outlined a plan to create a Free Trade Area between the U.S. and the countries of the Middle East. He said:

“So I propose the establishment of a U.S.-Middle East free trade area, to bring the Middle East into an expanding circle of opportunities, to provide hope for the people who live in that region.”

Jobs

When the President, or anyone else within the administration, says that they will create jobs as they implemented NAFTA, and will create CAFTA, the American Union, The Middle East Union, and so on, no member of the news media dare ask him where the jobs will be created. Obviously they will NOT be created within the borders of the United States.

The objective of the Elite is to send all manufacturing jobs from the U.S. to the nations around the world with the lowest labor rate, least environmental restrictions, and the least fringe benefits to the workers, even to prison laborers in China, who work for free.

The U.S. Union officials allow this to happen, because they have been made members of the secret Elite organization, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), and they do what they are told by the Elite.

Fast Track Legislation

On August 6, 2002, President Bush signed into law the Trade Act of 2002 (or fast track legislation). This is also referred to as Trade Promotion Authority (TPA). This means that he can complete the American Union on schedule, because Congress will now only be allowed an up or down vote on treaties that he presents.

The Elite will publicly shame and humiliate anyone in Congress who votes against their treaties. They have reduced their opposition greatly by making sure that Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, and Congressmen Earl Hilliard, and Bob Barr were defeated in recent primaries. They had already ousted Jim Trafficant earlier. Congressman Ron Paul is next on their list.

Senate Majority Leader

Now we really know why Senator Trent Lott was replaced. Not because he made an improper statement (and it was improper), but because he was NOT a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. The Elite need to do many things within the next two years in order to complete the American Union, so they MUST have one of their own heading the U.S. Senate.

The perfect replacement is Senator William (Bill) H. Frist, who was made a member of the CFR just this year. Did they make him a member because they knew that he would be the likely replacement for Trent Lott? Very likely.

A friend of mine, who is a member of the European Parliament, was searching the records on the history of the formation of the EU, and found the following statement in one of these documents:

It will be difficult to achieve a political union without there being a perception of an external political threat. A “terrorist outrage” would contribute to the perception of an external political threat.

Is the current fear of terrorist what Kissinger was talking about? All of the evidence is not in yet linking the Elite to the Trade Center and Pentagon tragedies, but you can rest assured that they are using these crashes and terrorist threats to tighten up, and eliminate many of our rights that are guaranteed by our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The next step is to destroy the Second Amendment to our Constitution – our right to private ownership of firearms.

Bush had appointed Kissinger to head up the commission to investigate the 9-11 terrorism tragedy. However, he withdrew from this position when the law required that he reveal his customer list at Kissinger & Associates. Kissinger is under indictment from several nations for his past crimes, including Italy, Chile, Spain, France and possibly others. He cannot travel to these nations without being arrested and brought to trial.

We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.

Amendment II to the U.S. Constitution

A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

A major obstacle to the completion of the American Union is the fact that we have the right to private ownership of firearms. No dictator has ever taken control of his country without first confiscating the citizens guns. The Elite know this, so they have created the organization called “The Department of Homeland Security“, which was formed with the expressed purpose of defending this nation against terrorist attacks from the outside.

In reality, this is the beginning of a “police state”, which will be used to “handle” the militias that will protest the confiscation of firearms owned by Americans. Every time that a firearm is used in an incident, the mainstream news media, and several members of Congress, such as Senator Dianne Feinstein (BB & TC), demand that we have much more restrictive control of weapons.

Will we find out twenty years from now that the “DC-Area Sniper” was actually a member of one of the CIA’s black-operations organizations, or was under CIA mind control as he shot his victims? There is no doubt that Timothy McVeigh was under CIA mind control when he bombed the Alfred P. Murrah building 1995, in Oklahoma City (if he was actually the guilty person).

We now know that Oklahoma Governor Frank Keating’s brother, Martin Keating, wrote the manuscript of a novel in 1991 titled The Final Jihad, in which the terrorist who blew up a Federal building in OKC, was named “Tom McVey”. Was this the script for the actual bombing that took place in 1995?

Australia was once a penal colony for the British Empire, so many of the citizens of this nation are descendants of convicted criminals. Most U.S. citizens are not aware of the fact that Australia immediately outlawed private ownership of firearms after Martin Bryant, a so-called “mad murderer”, killed 35 and wounded another eighteen people on the public streets of Port Author, Tasmania, in April 28, 1996, using an AR-15, .223 cal. assault rifle.

Within twelve months after the outlawing of guns were passed by the Australian government, 640,381 guns were bought off the streets at the cost of over $500 million, Australian.

Twelve months later, a study was made of the effects of such radical gun control, with the following results:

Australia-wide, homicides are up 3.2%.

Australia-wide, assaults are up 8.6%.

Australia-wide, armed-robberies are up 44%.

In the state of Victoria, homicides-with-firearms are up 300%!

The steady decrease in homicides-with-firearms that occurred during the previous 25 years became an increase in the last 12 months.

There has been a dramatic increase in breakins-and-assaults-of-the-elderly.

At the time of the ban, the Prime Minister said “self-defense is not a reason for owning a firearm”.

From 1910 to present, homicides in Australia have averaged about 1.8-per-100,000 or lower, a safe society by any standard.

The ban has destroyed Australia’s standings in some international sport shooting competitions.

The membership of the Australian Sports Shooting Association has increased by 200% in response to the ban and in an attempt to organize against further controls, which are expected.

Australian politicians are on the spot and at a loss to explain why no improvement in “safety” has been observed after such monumental effort and expense was successfully expended in “ridding society of guns”. Their response has been to “wait longer”.

During the years 2001 and 2002, armed robberies, Australia wide, increased 34.1% over the period just before the elimination of private ownership of firearms.

Concentration Camps

The Elite have already established “concentration camps” on military bases in the U.S. to house the militia members and other protesting citizens once they have outlawed private ownership of weapons.

Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft’s announced desire for camps for U.S. citizens he deems to be “enemy combatants” has moved him from merely being a political embarrassment to being a constitutional menace.

Ashcroft’s plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him to order the indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens and summarily strip them of their constitutional rights and access to the courts by declaring them enemy combatants.

Martial Law

The Elite cannot accomplish their American Union (New World Order) without declaring Martial Law. In order to justify such a drastic measure, there must be a major crisis, such as a violent and widespread internal dissent or national opposition against a U.S. military invasion abroad, resistance to the outlawing of ownership of guns by U.S. citizens, or a major financial crisis.

We are now on the verge of all of the above, with the impending invasion of Iraq, constant demands for tighter gun control to stop terrorist acts, and the Wall Street melt down. Opponents of this action would without doubt file civil action to stop Martial Law from being enacted, which means that it would doubtlessly end up in the U.S. Supreme Court.

You might surmise then that this court would rule in our favor, until you learn that three sitting judges on this court are members of the CFR:

This is not a majority of the nine justices, so within the next three to twelve months at least two sitting justices will retire, giving President Bush the chance to nominate replacements from the CFR. You might say that the chances of this happening are slim, until you learn that during the last change in this court, on the short-list of five candidates, “only” CFR members were considered for the vacated position.

There is now a proposal to open all snail-mail sent to Congress, digitize it, and make it available to the recipient by E-mail. The stated purpose of doing this is to protect members of Congress from anthrax, and to save their staff time in opening the mail. The REAL reason is to snoop the correspondence to see what is inside.

All electronic means of correspondence are now being monitored by NSA’s operation ECHELON. Once they have digitized the snail-mail, there will be no secrets between members of Congress and their constituents. They now snoop every electronic transmission (fax, E-mail, telephone, Telex, radio, etc.) by the N.S.A.’s Operation ECHELON.

Now they are considering establishing a spy agency to monitor all U.S. citizens, just like the MI-5 spy agency does in Great Britain. This group of spooks will probably be positioned within the new Homeland Security Agency.

The Pentagon now has an operation called Total Information Awareness (TIA), which is made up of a bank of very powerful computers containing unbelievable amounts of information on US citizens. These computers track each persons credit card, airline ticket, and rental car transactions, passports, drivers licenses, and on and on.

The National Security Act of 1947 established the CIA, and prohibited it’s operations within the United States. However, the CIA was granted legal authority to spy on U.S. citizens by Executive Order 12333, dated Dec. 4, 1981, signed by Ronald Reagan.

This E.O. reads:

Article 1.8 (c) Conduct counterintelligence activities outside the United States and, without assuming or performing any internal security functions, conduct counterintelligence activities within the United States in coordination with the FBI as required by procedures agreed upon by the Director of Central Intelligence and the Attorney General;
Article (i) Conduct such administrative and technical support activities within and outside the United States as are necessary to perform the functions described in sections (a) through (h) above, including procurement and essential cover and proprietary arrangements.

Protect Our Borders

According to 2001 DOD Manpower Statistics, the following countries have over 500 US troops stationed within their borders: Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Serbia (including Kosovo), Spain, Turkey, U.K., Japan, South Korea, Bahrain, Diego Garcia, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. Since 2001, we have sent thousands of troops to Afghanistan and Iraq. The International Bankers use these troops to further their own interest.

In 1935, America’s most decorated military person was Brigadier General Smedley D. Butler, who said in his book, War is a Racket, that I say, “To Hell With War!”

He further proposed (page 60, War is a Racket) an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

1. The removal of members of the land forces from the continental limits of the United States… for any cause whatsoever is prohibited.

2. The vessels of the United States Navy, or of the other branches of the armed service, are hereby prohibited from steaming, for any reason whatsoever except on an errand of mercy, more than five hundred miles from our coast.

3. Aircraft of the Army, Navy and Marine Corps is hereby prohibited from flying, for any reason whatsoever, more than seven hundred and fifty miles beyond the coast of the United States.

Such an amendment would be absolute guarantee to the women of America that their loved ones never would be sent overseas to be needlessly shot down in European or Asiatic or African wars that are no concern of our people.

I absolutely support his proposal, but would add:

1st – Before U.S. Military forces are allowed to go beyond the above limits from Continental US shores they must have the specific approval of 75% vote of every member (not just present at the vote) of both houses of Congress, and the forces must be sent for a defensive reason only. They should not be off our shores more than three months without another vote of 80% of every member (not just present at the vote) of both houses of Congress.
2nd – Before the vote to send our military beyond these limits, each member of both houses of Congress must visit a Veterans Hospital within their district, or one nearest to their district, and spend at least five minutes interviewing at least the 50 of the worst cases of physical or mental injury in the hospital.

The only exception to these rules would be the military personnel required to protect U.S. Embassies and Consulates around the world.

Then all US military forces must be returned to US shores within six months of the passage of this amendment. Also, to keep these military forces busy, they must be stationed all along our borders with Mexico and Canada, for the purpose of keeping out illegal drugs and illegal aliens.

Nanobots

Now, you are going to say that I’ve really gone crazy! But what if the Elite invented a very small robot, or nanobot, and injected it into your bloodstream when you get your next injection, and when the time is right, they send a signal to your body activating these little devils to do their programmed duty? This duty could be either beneficial or detrimental – who knows?

Biological Threats

The U.S. president and his cronies keep talking about Iraq’s threats of weapons of mass destruction, including biological weapons. Possibly the greatest threat to human life is the coming use of top-secret gene-specific viruses being developed by the United States, Israel and several other nations.

The intent is to select certain ethnic groups and eliminate them by using these soon-to-be developed viruses. The entire black population in Africa might be eliminated so that the Elite could gain control of the vast mineral deposits within this continent. The non-Jewish people in and around Israel could be annihilated in one fell swoop by such viruses.

If Adolph Hitler were alive today, he would certainly want to use this technology to eliminate the non-Arian populations of the world.

Bohemian Club

Many of the Elite leaders are members of the Bohemian Club, who meet annually at the Bohemian Grove in Northern California, where they worship their Moloch, in the form of a giant concrete owl, as they march around the sacrificial table in their medieval robes, uttering their pagan chants.

Alex Jones secretly took a video camera into one of the Bohemian Grove meetings, and recorded a very disturbing ritual.

International Bankers as the Ruling Class

There are several terms used to describe those in the inner circle who direct the Elite, such as central bankers, international banking families, world banking cabal, and the like, but the two families who really are in charge are the Rockefellers, headed by David Rockefeller, and the Western European and United Kingdom’s House of Rothschild.

In 1998 the Rockefeller family was worth $11.48 trillion, and the Rothschild family was worth over $100 trillion. When they need money, they just print it. They create their money out of thin air, and it is backed by nothing. You cannot trade it in for gold or silver. These International bankers own the Central Banks in every nation in the world, except the so-called seven rogue nations. The U.S. State Dept. defines “rogue nations” as any nation that harbors of supports terrorists.

John F. Kennedy was our first Catholic President. Is it now inevitable that our next President will be a Jew? Is it coincidental that the majority of the Democratic candidates for President are Jews, or married to a Jew? The evidence is very clear:

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s parents original name was not Rodham, but was Rosenberg (Jewish).

Hillary Clinton keeps saying that she is NOT running for President in 2004, but why was she on all three “talking heads” interview shows the first Sunday of January? I believe that around mid-year (possibly sooner), that Wesley Clark will see that he cannot defeat Dean, so he will say that he will be glad to take the position of Vice President, if Hillary Clinton will be his running mate as Presidential candidate. Hillary will give her donkey-eating-cactus smile and say “Oh well, if I have no choice, I guess I will have to run, if you insist”. (“Don’t throw me into the briar patch Brer Rabbit.”)
Wesley Clark’s family last name was Nemerovsky , later changed to Kanne. His father and grandfather were Russian Jews (and very likely Khazarien Jews). His father died when he as 4-5 years old, and his mother married a man named Clark.
Gen. Wesley Kanne Clark was raised as a Protestant in Little Rock, Ark., where he was brought up by his mother and stepfather, Victor Clark. He was ignorant of his ancestry, which disappeared from his life with the death of his father, Benjamin Jacob Kanne when Wesley was 5 years old. Afghanistan

The Afghan war was for three reasons – banking, illegal drugs, and oil. The international bankers wanted to set up their own central bank in this nation, the CIA wanted control of the opium coming from this region, and the oil companies wanted to run pipelines from the Caspian Sea oil fields to China and to the South to salt water ports.

The Taliban would not allow any of this, so they had to go.

Iraq

I once lived about 300 miles South East of Bagdad for two years, so have some feel for the region, their mental attitudes, and the politics or the region. Saddam Hussein was an evil dictator, who was guilty of many atrocities against his own people and his neighbors. However, it was up to the Iraqi people to either put up with him, or replace him. It was extremely difficult to replace him, because anyone who dared to resist him was not only tortured and murdered, but his entire family more than likely would see the same treatment.

Former President G.H.W. Bush was once partners with Saddam in the oil business. Apparently Saddam snookered Bush in some oil deal, so Bush sent Ambassador April Glaspie in to tell Saddam that if he wanted to take a part, or all of Kuwait, that the U.S. would turn its head to the matter. He did just that, so Bush sent the troops in to destroy his military equipment and soldiers.

Now W. Bush is following in the tracks of his father along the same lines.

This time,

to gain control of the Iraqi oil

to establish a central bank in the nation

to protect Israel

to get the US citizen’s minds off the terrible economy and the creation of the American Union

Let’s not forget that every missile, bomb, bullet, and piece of military equipment expended in this battle must be replaced by the Elite-owned military/industrial complex.

All this is cloaked under the disguise of looking for weapons of mass destruction, but most of the world sees through this plot. So, your sons and daughters have been placed in harms way just to satisfy the international bankers. The Elite’s children will never go to war and be in harms way, because about 25-30 years ago the Elite had Congress to create an all-volunteer military. So, they have no qualms sending out troops all over the world to fight for the interests of the international bankers and oil Barons.

The U.S. force’s casualties continue to grow, but the loss of life, or the injury of just one person is too much to pay for the families of these brave warriors. We must all pray for the safe return of all of these courageous combatants.

The Elite will have our troops stationed in Iraq from now on, just as the situations in Korea, Haiti, Kosevo, and on and on.

Naturally the common people don’t want war … but after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship …

Syria

Now the war hawks in Washington are turning to Syria and Iran as perhaps their next targets of Imperialism.

Lawrence Eagleburger, who was US Secretary of State under George Bush Sr., told the BBC:

“If George Bush [Jr.] decided he was going to turn the troops loose on Syria and Iran after Iraq, that he would last in office for about 15 minutes. In fact if President Bush were to try that now even I would think that he ought to be impeached. You can’t get away with that sort of thing in this democracy.”

Wars

In 1953 Dwight Eisenhower, warned of failing to address the pressing social needs of the nation in deference to an uncontrolled arms build up.

He said:

“Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger, and are not fed, those who are cold, and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron.”

Oil & Gas

The world’s total oil reserves are around 928 billion barrels (Gb), with about 63% resting within the Middle Eastern nations. Saudi Arabia has about 280 Gb (about 25-30%) of this oil in its reserves, with about 8.3 million barrels a day (mbd) of production, while Iraq has about 102 Gb in reserve (or about 11% of the worlds total supply) and produces about 2 million barrels a day.

The typical cost to lift a barrel of oil to the surface in the Middle East is about $3.00 per barrel, while the cost to lift a barrel in Iraq is about $1.00 per barrel. According to Mike Ruppert, of “From The Wilderness” newsletter, the total world “conventional” production of oil peaked around the year 2000. As new wells are completed, many others are abandoned for lack of economic production.

The world’s consumption rate, in 2001, was 22 Gb/year, and the current discovery rate is about 6 Gb/year. There is no significant substitute for oil on the horizon. This means that whoever controls oil, controls the rest of the world. As the available supply diminishes, the price will climb (a simple supply/demand reality).

Global demand for oil is increasing by between 1.5 and 2 mbd each year, and could grow from the current 77 mbd to 120 mbd within the next 20 years. OPEC production is expected to grow from 28 mbd (in 1998), to 60 mbd by 2020. Saudi Arabia supplies around 1.7 mbd of the roughly 10 mbd imported into the U. S. at present, and sells its oil for about $1.00 per barrel less to the U.S. than it charges other nations of the world.

Russia is gaining on Saudi Arabia as the world’s greatest producer. In 1996 the Soviets production amounted to about 7 mbd, but just before the Soviet collapse, they produced around 12.5 mbd. The estimated Caspian Sea reserves have been disappointing after recent studies. There were a number of pipelines planned in order to deliver this oil to the consumers.

At the 2003 World Economic Forum (WEF) meeting in Davos, Switzerland (held during January of each year for the past 33 years) the major oil company executives attending held private meetings to divide up Iraq’s oil after the invasion.

Bosnia
The war in Bosnia was simply to gain a possible route for an oil and/or gas pipeline from the Caspian Sea oil fields to the West to a salt water port.
Afghanistan
The war in Afghanistan was simply to establish a route for oil and/or gas from the Caspian Sea oil fields through Pakistan to a salt water port to the South, and oil and/or gas pipelines from these same fields to China.

Iraq
Iraq was invaded by U.S. forces on March 20, 2003, simply to gain control of its massive oil reserves and Iraq’s Central Bank. When Saddam Hussein says this, the Elite’s puppet news media scoff at him, and keep on demanding that the reason is to destroy his weapons of mass destruction.

Is it a coincidence that President Bush I and II, and Vice President Cheney are from the oil industry? In fact, G.H.W. Bush was partners with Saddam Hussein in the oil business before the Gulf War.

Skull & Bones Society

One stepping stone into these secret societies is the Skull & Bones Society at Yale University, as well depicted in the movie “The Skulls”. Who’s Who of the Elite names all of the members of this shadow government, and reveals where they work, the secret societies that they belong to, and their job titles, so that you can see the stranglehold that they have on our federal government, the mainstream news media, industry, labor unions, universities, foundations, the Supreme Court, and all facets of the financial world.

Senator Prescot Bush, President G.H.W. Bush and President G.W. Bush were all members of the Skull & Bones Society, a stepping stone into the main secret societies.

Freedom of the Press

BILL of Rights – 1st Amendment
Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

So, Congress cannot destroy freedom of the press, but the Elite can, and have done so since the beginning of the twentieth century. If they are to be successful in establishing their New World Order, or Global Union, in enhancing their wealth and securing this wealth, they must maintain absolute secrecy concerning their organizations and activities.

Therefore they must control the newspapers, news magazines and the television networks. Then, they must swear all their members to absolute secrecy. They can easily enforce this secrecy by threatening, or implying threats of, financial ruin to, and character destruction of, anyone who divulges the contents of any of their meetings, or discussing their activities.

Article II of the by-laws of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) states:

“It is an express condition of membership in the Council, to which condition every member accedes by virtue of his or her membership, that members will observe such rules, and regulations as may be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Directors concerning the conduct of Council meetings or the attribution of statements made therein, and that any disclosure, public, or other action by a member in contravention thereof may be regarded by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion as grounds for termination or suspension of membership pursuant to Article I of the by-laws.”

Is it not surprising then that the anchors of all of the major television networks remember this by-law very vividly as they report the daily “news”.

On this occasion they showed David Rockefeller shaking Secretary of State Colin Powell‘s hand after introducing him as the next speaker.

I watched CNN for the next 3-4 hours without seeing this event being covered. Some CNN executive saw this on his TV monitor, and probably ran to the control room and told them NOT to show this event. All mainstream news media have been carefully instructed to NEVER cover any event that David Rockefeller, or the Rothschild family are involved in. Now, I ask – why is this?

No Freedom of the Press

THE CONGRESSIONAL RECORD OF FEBRUARY 9, 1917 recorded these remarks by Congressman Oscar Callaway:

“In March 1915, the J.P. Morgan interests, the steel, shipbuilding, and powder interests, and their subsidiary organizations, got together 12 men high up in their newspaper world and employed them to select the most influential newspapers in the United States and sufficient number of them to control generally the policy of the daily press of the United States.

These 12 men worked the problem out by selecting 179 newspapers, and then began, by an elimination process, to retain only those necessary for the purpose of controlling the general policy of the daily press throughout the country. They found it was only necessary to purchase the control of the 25 greatest papers.

The 25 papers were agreed upon; emissaries were sent to purchase the policy, national and international, of these papers; an agreement was reached; the policy of the papers was bought, to be paid for by the month; an editor was furnished for each paper to properly supervise and edit information regarding the questions of preparedness, militarism, financial policies, and other things of national and international nature considered vital to the interests of the purchasers…This policy also included the suppression of everything in opposition to the wishes of the interests served.”

Media Giants

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has the task of protecting the public from monopolistic control of the mainstream news sources. Their rules, adopted between 1941 and 1975, were created to promote diversity of opinion in the media, encourage competition and prevent a few big companies from controlling what people see, hear and read. They have done just the opposite.

The Republican-controlled FCC relaxed those rules on June 2 with a 3-2 party-line vote by passing regulations encouraging dominance by just a few giants of the industry. At 5:14 PM, June 19, 2003, the Senate Committee voted to overrule new FCC Media Ownership Rules by the FCC. The proposal faces an uncertain fate in the full Senate, and stiff opposition in The House.

Voting Scams

Our current voting procedures are a sham. In an effort to speed up the vote counting process (or so “they” would like you to believe), they have, in most instances, gone to computer assisted voting. Once the votes have been digitized, they are easily manipulated, and in most cases a recount is impossible.

Legislative Oversight

Many of our nation’s problems are caused by the lack of adequate Legislative oversight. This failing has gotten worse since around 1980, and regardless of which party is in control.

Below are my suggestions of what they should be investigating:

Great Depression of 1929– The Federal Reserve System deliberately caused the ’29 depression by manipulating the U.S. money supply. From 1915 to early 1929, the money supply was very loose. You could get a loan to do almost anything. The Standard & Poor’s Index followed the same pattern during this same period. Both went into free-fall from ’29 to ’33. The Fed drastically tightened the money supply, and loans were almost unavailable, resulting in a panic. Unable to pay their massive debts, many committed suicide. Those who try to cover for the Fed say that the depression was caused by the Glass-Spiegal Act, which is far from the truth.
The Attack on Pearl Harbor– President Franklin D. Roosevelt knew that the Japanese Navy was heading for Hawaii twelve days before the attack on Pearl Harbor, and he failed to warn the military stationed on this island. His purpose was to create an excuse to declare war against Japan during WW-II.

The Vietnam War– The U.S. State Dept. said that at 3:40 a.m. EDT (3:40 p.m. Saigon time), August 2, 1964, the destroyer Maddox, on patrol in the Gulf of Tonkin, reported that it was “being approached by high speed craft with apparent intention of torpedo attack. Intend open fire in necessary self defense.” (Message 020740Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; Department of State, Vietnam Working Group Files: Lot 72 D 219, DeSoto Patrols, August) Twenty-seven minutes later, the Maddox reported that it was being attacked by three North Vietnamese patrol craft and had opened fire. (Message 020807Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; ibid.) In the ensuing engagement, the Maddox and aircraft from the U.S.S. Ticonderoga damaged two of the patrol craft, which retreated to the North, and left one dead in the water. Reports on the incident reached Washington shortly after 4 a.m. U. S. military escalation was justified on the basis of the Gulf of Tonkin attack against U. S. ships. We know today that this incident was fabricated purely to deceive the American people in order to win their support for additional military action.Expert witnesses – 1970–1971 Emmy Award winning, CBS’s “60 Minutes” anchor,– Morley Safer and his producer, Joe Wershba,blew the whistle on the phony Gulf of Tonkin attack tale, the start of the domino effect in Vietnam.
Operation Northwoods– March 13, 1962, L. L. Limnitzer, Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, proposed that a bevy of lies be spread upon the U.S. public to justify the invasion of Cuba. Typical lies that were to be spread:
1. “….We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba.
2. …We could blow up a drone (unmanned) vessel anywhere in Cuba waters
3. ….We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington. …We could sink a boatload of Cubans en route to Florida (real or simulated). ….Exploding a few plastic bombs in carefully chosen spots, the arrest of Cuban agents and the release of prepared documents substantiating Cuban involvement…
4. …Use of MIG type aircraft by US pilots could provide additional provocation. Harassment of civil air, attacks on surface shipping and destruction of US military drone aircraft by MIG type planes would be useful as complimentary actions. An F-86 properly painted would convince air passengers that they saw a Cuban MIG, especially if the pilot of the transport were to announce such fact.
5. … Hijacking attempts against civil air and surface craft could appear to continue as harassing measures condoned by the government of Cuba.
6. … It is possible to create an incident which will demonstrate convincingly that a Cuban aircraft has attacked and shot down a chartered civil aircraft…”
Luckily, this plan was shot down by President Kennedy before it could take place, but this was a clear example of the top military commander at the time, Limnitzer, losing control of his senses and risking war with the Russians.Expert witness– James Bamfordauthor of “Body of Secrets”
Assassination of President John F. Kennedy– This tragic murder directly involved Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, Director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover, and many other prominent men of the time. The Warren Commission was used to keep Congress from doing it’s own investigation.

The assassination of Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr.– The same people who planned the killings of the Kennedy brothers were also directly involved in the murder of King. J. The Gulf War– Ambassador April Glaspie told Saddam Hussein – “But we have no opinion on the Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait.” This was President George Herbert Walker Bush ’s direct invitation for Iraq to invade Kuwait, so that he could become a hero by saving Kuwait and Saudi Arabia from the invading Iraq army.

The definition of Treason is:

The offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power.

Before the federal elected officials take office, they must first swear the following oath:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of the President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

Therefore, anyone who is a federally elected official, and who violates this oath is very simply committing absolute TREASON. Then, if all of the above is true (and I absolutely believe it is true) , then we have hundreds within our federal government who are very clearly committing treason. Why is nobody charging them with treason? Why don’t you ask your elected officials this question.

INTRODUCTION

The Writer:

The first crude edition of this book was published in July 1993, under adverse conditions and pressure which had only recently subsided. At that time, I was attempting to ‘get back on my feet’ after a very intense six-year period of judicial abuse, which followed on the tail of a total of 17 years of judicial abuse. This particular abuse was instigated by the CIA in 1975, through various employees, dupes, and toadies, some of whom were New Mexico lawyers, judges, law enforcement personnel, and political party officials (Democrats and Republicans), ultimately acting under orders from the CIA, beginning George Bush’s advent as CIA director.

The word “Aryan” did not originally denote a race, but rather a religion. However, it later came to be misinterpreted as a race, by the leaders of neo-Pagan religious movements of the 20th century.

THE “MODERN ILLUMINATI” AND THE NAZIS

In 1776, Adam Weishaupt, a Bavarian Jesuit priest, and professor of Canon Law at Ingolstadt University, “reinstituted” the secret, “Illuminaten Orden”, infiltrating the Bavarian Masonic Lodges and instilling the Johanite Gospel, requiring a compulsory belief in “Almighty God”, and excluding Atheists and Jews, converting the lodges into instruments of mystical and racial control. Though declining in 1790, the Illuminati was still alive, resurging again in 1912, particularly in 1914 Austria, fabricating the pre-Nazi “Thule Society”, a “neo-Gnostic” racist group, teaching that “Aryan was good, and Semitic was evil”.

This was begun by Joseph Lanz von Liebenfel’s Ostara religion. Members were apparently unaware that they were worshippers of the “Easter Bunny”, and that they, as Germans, shared a common racial origin to many of the Jews. The program against Masonic acceptance of Atheists or Jews, eliminated their potential influence. The Illuminati had a secret world government plan, maintained by compartmentalization, implementing mystical and racial national concentrationism.

A ‘schism’ created between Christian (Prussian) Masons and Atheist and Jewish (and later Zionist-Atheist) Masons, was similar to the Lutheran Reformation, in which Martin Luther’s anti-Semitic book, entitled “The Jews in the Catholic Church”, isolated German Christians from the ideologically competitive ‘foreign’ influences of the Roman Catholic Church, by pointing out Jewish financial influence in Roman Catholicism.

During this time, the Illuminati made inroads in France, via the Jacobins and French Masonic Lodges, during Napoleonic regimes, and into Spain as the Alumbrados, who soon found themselves being sponsored by the Duke of Pachucua, a knight of the Spanish Royal Court, in Mexico. This eventually gave rise to the Penitentes in Mexico and the North American Southwest, in which secret members became known as “Pachucos”, named for their earlier official sponsorship by the Duke of Pachucua, and their American origins in the Mexican state of Pachucua.

Like the Thuggees of Asia, some Pachucos were required to perform certain criminal acts, and openly wore tatoos on their bodies, later concealed in the folds of their hands, after the F.B.I. outlawed them, declaring them criminal and subversive. As a boy, I knew many of them.

According to one of my uncles, a 32nd Degree Mason, and a Catholic, of “Cajun” origin (who was never excommunicated for his Masonic activity), the American Masonic Lodges refused to accept French Masons into American Lodges, after the time of the Marquis de Lafayette (a friend of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson, converted to Masonry by Jefferson), because of the infiltration of the French Masonic Lodges by the Illuminati.

When it went out the door with the expulsion of the Emperor Maximilian, the Napoleonic Austrian puppet government of Mexico left behind the Mexican National Anthem, Under the Double Eagle (Unter den Doppel Adler), an Austrian march (written by Richard Wagner, the German composer) referring to the “double eagle”, a symbol which can be found before 655 A.D. on a gold and enamel purse cover from the Sutton Hoo Ship Burial (now in the British Museum).

The emblem was carried by German and Austrian Christian Knights Templars, during their crusades against the Muslims, and is a Masonic symbol often seen on Shriner rings. The symbol had already found its way into the Roman Empire during the days of the emperor Trajan, when Germanic slave-artisans from the north were imported to decorate Roman architecture and monuments. The double eagle became popular during the time of the first ‘Holy Roman’ emperor, Constantine Porphyrogenesis (“Born of the Purple”), the son of a German officer in the Roman Legions from Trier, and a Hungarian mother.

When my ancestors, the Fosters and the Richardsons, brought the Mexican Napoleonic-dictator, Generalissimo Santa Anna, before General Sam Houston, after his capture at the Battle of San Jacinto, they first tried to hang him, until they saw the double-eagled Masonic ring on his finger. Instead, they sent him back home via Washington, where the Mexicans eventually decapitated him, double eagle and all. The ring showed his membership in the Jacobin/Alumbrado lodge of the Napoleonic regimes. Sam Houston was a direct descendant of Phillip II of Spain, and according to the Templars, Jesus Christ.

John Baptiste Lamy, Jesuit Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe, refused the Holy Sacraments to Penitentes, unless they swore an oath disavowing the Penitente/Pachuco secret sect. Lamy excommunicated those who refused, thereby also stealing much of the lands of their “brotherhood”, El Rancho de Nuestro Senora de La Luz (The Ranch of Our Lady of Light), and several others, the titles to which were granted to their predecessors-in-title, by the “pre-Napoleonic/Illuminati”

(Alumbrado-influenced) Spanish king, Phillip II, who was also a Hapsburg (from the House of Esterhazy [”East-Hare”, or “Osiris”, whose ‘house’ was at Busiris, in the Sixth Nome of Lower Egypt]). The Penitentes represented a “fundamentalist schism” to the Illuminati that Bishop Lamy knew and loved so well and represented a threat to the exclusivity of secret control by the Jesuit Order, which is jealously intolerant of any secret organization other than itself, in any territory it controls.

The “Penitentes” represented an undisciplined, unexpected, and intolerable branch of the Illuminati, which had fused its elements with those of Native American Indian populations and had to be “pruned back” by the Jesuit Order in the 19th century, and by the F.B.I. in the 1950s. Some have even said that J. Edgar Hoover was a Jesuit priest.

Figuring into all this was the “Holy Grail” and the “Golden Cup Ceremony”. Its earliest known pre-Christian origin seems to be from Indo-Sumerian traditions, which related to the Uralo-Altaic-speaking tribes in Western Siberia, from which the Schythians (Scot-Irish), Turks, Koreans, Japanese, Finns, Celts, Sumerians, Hittites, Minoans, Britons, Saxons, and many other tribes descended.

Incorrectly thought by some to be Buddhist, it was actually practiced by the more ancient, pre-Buddhist, Bonpas religion, of Tibet, which worshipped “black magic” and “Kali Ma” [”Bloody Mother”, the “Goddess of Chaos”], with obvious affiliation to the Thuggee cult, the Society of Assassins, and the Death’s Head S.S. Black Order [”Schwartze Korps”]).

The Bonpas, Thuggees and Assassins believed in a “collective consciousness”, and that, as the population of the world increased, this collective consciousness was “weakened” by being shared by too many people. In service to “Bloody Mother” (“Kali Ma” or Kali Matrakis), they believed in killing as many people as possible—preferably everyone—so as to strengthen the “collective consciousness”. Unlike the S.S., Bonpas, Assassins and Thuggees wore white robes with red sashes. (In one photo however, Hermann Goering can be seen wearing a white SS uniform with a white belt having a thin red line on it.)

In 747 A.D., Padmasambava brought Buddhism to Tibet. He supposedly killed or drove all the Bonpas out, but they just went “underground”—figuratively and literally. Padmasambava “ceremonially” incorporated the main idea of the Bonpas—the Doctrine of the Non-Ego—into Buddhism. The original ceremony of the Bonpas, entailed actual cannibalism, in which the hearts of sacrificial victims were eaten, and their blood drank in the Dance of the Red Tiger Devils}0 The Buddhists however reject actual cannibalism.

The “Holy Grail” or “Golden Cup” myth survived in Germany through the Nibelungenlied (the bloody pan-Germanic epic, in which Attila the Hun is believed to be the wise old uncle). Descended from Tibetan and Uralo-Altaic/Sumerian origins, the Golden Cup myth eventually became associated with the libation cup of the Celto-Nordic peoples. As explained in Plato’s Timaeus, the ten Gods of Atlantis commenced their gatherings by collecting the blood of a young bull in the golden cup. This is evidenced by the two beautiful, Late Minoan, golden Vaphio Cups, found in the Peloponnese, upon which are depicted several ancient Minoan “cowboys” lassoing young bulls.

The Golden Cup, or Holy Grail, eventually became the double symbol of “knowledge”, and of “pure blood”, in the diseased minds of Nazi theorists. Among Heinrich Himmler’s list of required reading for S.S. initiates, was Crusade Against the Grail and Lucifer’s Court in Europe, by Otto Rahn, Colonel, S.S., a member of a society called the “Ahnenerbe”.

“Lucifer” (meaning “Light-Hare”, from “Luci-“ + “-fer”) identified the Illuminati (and Naziism/Trilateralism) as an “Osirian” cult, with the “Holy Grail” (Golden Cup and bulls) as one of their sacred myths.

In the 7th century, A.D., the Christian Holy Byzantine Emperor, Justinian, drove 40,000 Mithraists (worshippers of Osiris) into a hippodrome in Asia Minor, and exterminated them. Justinian married a dancer, Theodora, whom he met at the Circo Massimo in Rome. Over 1300 years later, Hitler also married a dancer, Eva Braun. Justinian reinstituted “proskynesis” (the Roman salute, “Hail, Caesar!”). (Incidentally, Caesar, Kaiser, and Czar mean “Goose-Hare”, in reference to the Sun-Goose…Isis…and the Sun-Hare…Osiris.) Hitler did likewise. Hitler and the Thule society eclectically copied the fanaticism of early Christianity, and several secret societies, combined with the aggressive expansionism and organization of the Roman state.

The Ahnenerbe Society (“Society for the Study of Ancestral Heritages”, i.e., Indo-Germanic racial research), was supposedly racio-theological in nature. In Jan., 1939, Ahnenerbe was incorporated into the S.S., and already had fifty branches, led by Prof. Wust, teacher of Sanskrit at Munich University. Meetings of the general staff of the S.S. began with Yoga and a Bonpas/Bhuddist “Sesshin”. The Ahnenerbe, which maintained constant contact with Tibetan Bonpas lamas, also contained the mystical Black Order (“Schwartze Korps”), the S.S. “inner circle”. Ahnenerbe’s general manager, S.S. Colonel Wolfram Sievers, was hung by the Tribunal at Nuremberg.

Ironically, a majority of the ancient “Sea People” tribes from whom many of the Israelites under Solomon’s short-lived 10th century, B.C. democracy derived, were originally “Aryans”, both in terms of race, and in terms of the worship of Osiris. This is confirmed by the word “Israel”, meaning “East-Sungod-Hare” (“Is-“ = “east”; “-ra-“ = “sun-god”; “El” = the Babylonian Saturn [”Sa-“ = “sun”; “-turn” = “hare”]), related also to the Ural (“Hare-El”) mountains, and Mt. Elbruz (“El’s Burg” or “El’s Mountain”, in the Ukraine) a couple of the ‘Aryan’ ancestral regions.

The upshot of this tangled, mystical baggage, collected by various confused segments of the human race, is that “racio-religions” are one of the many excuses that “races” or “tribes” have used for exterminating one another, or even themselves, hi the Illuminati, we meet ourselves coming back, because both Hitler, the Austrian, and Einstein, the Jew, were members of it.

The Trilateral Commission (The “Three-Sided Commission”, in reference to the triangle) IS the Illuminati. The triangle with the “all-seeing eye of God”, is the triangular top of the pyramid with the eye, as seen on the dollar bill. It was used in the 1937 Los Alamos “p2” project, by von Braun. It is also a Masonic and Rosicrucian symbol. Originally, it was the eye of Ra-Bel or Ba’al (Ba’ + El), the Sun God, and of Osiris, symbolized by the “Apis Bull at Memphis”, with the sun disk on its head, which is the “golden calf mentioned in the Old Testament. Since the ‘Osirian’ Ba’alamites were still the religious leaders of so many of the Israelites, the Rabbis created a ‘new’ religion, in which the “old gods” were disavowed (or rather recreated in disguised new forms).

More specifically, the “modern Illuminati” is a secret group of world power mongers, whose title suggests that they are “illuminated” (i.e., possessed of some special or great “mystical secrets” or “wisdom of the ages”, which we normal individuals do not possess). This is a bunch of crap, because David Rockefeller and his clique have no greater knowledge than you or I, except for the criminal knowledge that any gang of “Thuggees” have.

The Illuminati have knowledge concerning the technological secrets which they have stolen and secreted away from the world, to maintain their dictatorship by secret economic control, and to protect their secret resources from the threat of advanced technology which could free the people of the world from their control. This is not “higher” knowledge, but “lower knowledge”.

Osiris (“The Beautiful Hare”), as a sun god, originally represented sunlight, and later “knowledge”. This was reflected in Greece and Rome by Helios or Prometheus (“Pro-Mithraist”) the “…bringer of light and knowledge…”. To fundamentalist Christians, this was evil, because it was the same as Adam’s eating of the apple, and “…partaking of the tree of knowledge…”, which “…took away man’s innocence…”(i.e., ignorance). The fact that an evil group calls itself “The Illuminated Ones”, claiming “higher knowledge”, does not make real knowledge evil, but good. That is what this book is all about. What is truly evil, is stealing and hiding technological knowledge created by individuals for the good of themselves and a civilized human race.

The evil “Set” (brother of Osiris) was obviously related to the origin and namesake for the Judeo-Christian “Satan” (“Sa-“ = “sun”; “-tan” = “dawn”), which was synonymous to the Minoan Minotaur (“Min-“ = “A-min” [”East-Min”, or “Amon”, the Memphis fertility goat-god], combined with “-taur” [”bull/hare”], to form a fertility goat-god/Apis Bull/Hare/sun-god which roamed about the Labyrinth, tormenting the damned sent there, beneath the isle of Thera (“She-hare”, the Minoan name for “Ashera”, a form of Astoreth, the female flying [Canaanite] form of Osiris).

This was the derivation for the Christian “Purgatory”. The “immaculate conception” of Christ, is similar to the ancient myth in which Isis (sister and wife of Osiris) “immaculately” conceived of Osiris, and gave birth to Horus, while Osiris was entrapped by Set in a knot in the trunk of a Tamarisk tree which was used as a roof support for the house of the King of Byblos. This ancient story originated in Western Siberia with the Uralo-Altaics, as a mating of the Sun-Hare, Osiris (“Heru-“) and the Sun-Duck, Isis (“-Khuti”), giving birth to the Sun-Hawk, Horus (“Heru-Khuti”, or “Hare-Duck”!).

George Bush and the rest of the Trilateralists would clearly like to force all of us to believe in their “god”, whoever or whatever that is, and we are just no damned good unless we do. Again, the upshot of all this is that we’re swimming in mythological garbage here, and we simply cannot allow ourselves or anyone else to predicate our political decisions on their personal, mystical, subjective religious concepts, and should settle only for government by reason, rather than a dictatorship based on “faith” in someone’s personal or mass religious mythology.

The kind of thinking behind the Ahnenerbe/Nazi madness, could just as well have supported a movement by neo-Pagan “Aryans” (i.e., German Safartic {i.e., “Aryan”} Jews) to use a holocaust of their own making, based upon similar religious horse shit, as a pretext to “purify their race”, by exterminating what they might have decided were “non-Semitic” Aryans, such as Gypsies, Khazars, Germans, or other Asiatic peoples who had converted to Judaism, rather than to have been born into it, via some of the “tribes” delineated by the post-Solomonic Rabbis, after the 10th century B.C. creation of the ancient kingdom of Israel.

By such thinking, they could have exterminated the Christians, as “non-Semitic, heretical Jews”. The prejudice of German Jews toward Asiatic Jews is well-known in some quarters, as reported by Meyer Levin (author of Compulsion, a true story about some murderers on a cross-country killing spree), during his promotion of The Diary of Anne Frank, when German Jews tried to take away the manuscript because Levin happened to be of Asiatic origin, and not pro-Communist.

The astonishing conclusion from all this, is that the modern Illuminati are a group of powerful and wealthy coercive monopolists—actually unfit and incompetent business men and industrialists—who sustain their power and wealth as a group, through theft of advanced technology, and concealment of it through mystical “mind control”-type manipulation of society. If known to the general public, this technology would break the coercive monopoly, and reduce things to the normal realm of capitalist competition and survival of the fittest.

For this reason, this book is the greatest threat to Illuminati power ever seen, because it discloses the technological secrets and true origin of the flying saucer, as their best kept secret, and makes the construction of a flying saucer a possibility for anyone having competent technological skills and wishing to build their own.

EINSTEIN WAS A NEW-AGER

The work of Albert Einstein is useful to the Trilateral Commission, not only for its fuzzy thinking, but also because of its support for the Big Bang, and other Big Lies of Big Science.

Einstein was undoubtedly a great mathematician, but metaphysically and epistemologically, he was an idiot.

Einstein was philosophically an existentialist, religiously a Cabbalist, and epistemologically a Platonist. It is odd that the “Father of Existentialism”, Edmund Husserl, had two main students, Jean-Paul Sartre, a Zionist, and Martin Heidegger, a Nazi. Einstein was a follower of the former, and Hitler was deified by the latter. Einstein’s theories were influenced by the Kabballah as well as existentialism, which relies upon a Platonist epistemology—one based upon Plato’s Cave Analogy, which holds that our knowledge of reality is like that of an observer in a cave, outside of which a caravan passes between a fire, also outside the cave, and a wall inside the cave, casting a shadow of the caravan on the wall; according to the analogy, we cannot know reality, but see only a “shadow” of it. In keeping with this cave analogy, Einstein continually referred to what he called an “apparent effect”, as if his eyes and senses were unreliable tools of cognition or means for acquisition of any valid facts about reality.

Einstein applied his peculiar existentialist and Platonist epistemological and metaphysical misconceptions to physics, thus protracting many cognitive mistakes into this supposedly “exact science”. His fundamental errors included his fictitious concept of time, caused by his Platonist epistemology. The existence of what he referred to as a space-time continuum concept, was a begged question.

He said that space is curved, attempting to attribute a geometric configuration or “grain” to unarticulated space. He was so subjective, that he thought what he called an “apparent effect” (his subjective manifestation of Plato’s cave analogy), affected the whole universe, in a giant contradiction, based on the Platonist concept that man could not know reality or the nature of it, but only an “apparent effect” or “shadow” of it, which existentially had no relation to what anyone else knew or perceived. So why did he even bother to say it?

In reality, “Time” is a fiction created by man, to measure the rate at which events occur in the universe, and to interrelate them to each other within the spatial context on and around our earth, as it moves through space, and to measure cyclical movements having distinct relationships to all other events, particularly the movement of our planet in the solar system.

A specific “time” is marked by a fictionalized, ‘frozen moment’ or position in space, in respect to a particular cyclical measurement of the clock and the calendar—two mathematical computers used to measure “time”. Our earth moves around the sun, while our solar system moves around our galaxy, which in turn moves around the edge of the Milky Way, which in turn moves around the outer reaches of the Magellanic Clouds. Our earth and everything on it, and everything else in the universe, can never be in the exact same place ever again. Any rational person should be able to see why “time travel” is a physical and metaphysical impossibility. But, if you can be tricked by the Illuminati into believing it is possible, then you can be tricked into believing any other Big Lie they arbitrarily choose to tell you.

In reality, we can know that, by the nature of reality, all events always occur in the instant present, and are irretrievably locked into their contexts in respect to all other events occurring at that same instant, throughout the universe, whether we are aware of them or not. References to “the future” or “the past” are purely fictitious, though we may reconstruct events as they occurred in the past intellectually. Single events cannot be displaced out of their contexts, without reference to their relationship to the rest of the universe at the time they occurred.

‘Time travel’ is also an epistemological impossibility, because a jump forward or backward in the fiction of “time”, would require a physical jump of the whole universe from one configuration in one place, to another configuration, at a far distant place, instantly. This is too much to ask of the universe, just to satisfy the subjective, psychological whims of an Einstein. Only the present exists, forever, and reality is everything occurring or existing in that same, instant present, everywhere. We can know the nature of reality, without having to know all of its events and minute features.

Of the two epistemologies, the Illuminati propagate the Platonist one (and Einstein’s theory of subjective ‘time travel’ and the ‘fourth dimension’, etc.), because it supports the complete upheaval of a rational, Aristotelian epistemology based on the primacy of the senses as valid tools of cognition, and supports the mystical Platonist epistemology based on faith, which allows the public to be misled by, and to accept the Big Lie. The Big Bang cosmography is only a cosmological extension of this Big Lie.

The laws of physics are determined only by a true philosophically sound reasoning process. Einstein’s fundamentally subjective and unsound reasoning errors were responsible for the wrongness of his theories, which could not be corrected by all his mathematical mumbo-jumbo. His peculiar metaphysical aberrations were manifested in his well-known formula, purporting to show the interconvertibility of “energy” and “mass”, as follows: “E = MC²” (“Energy [the ability to do work] equals mass times the velocity of light, squared”).

The formula ‘equivocated’ an abstract concept (the “ability to do work”) with the manifestation of a physical concretion (“mass”) multiplied times the velocity of light, squared. This was sort of like saying something like “work equals a rock times the velocity of light, squared.” The formula doesn’t say how much work can be done, or anything else, for that matter.

“Energy” E, is the “ability to do work”, while the “velocity of light” (“C”), is the velocity at which electromagnetic radiation is said to be transmitted from one point in space to another. To equivocate the abstract concept of “energy”, with mass times the square of the velocity of light, can be considered as of an attempt to explain how much work a particular mass might accomplish, measured by the quanta of radiation it might hypothetically be converted into, as a “non-inertial” form of dynamic energy stored in electromagnetic radiation in space, as well as a measure of how much potential electromagnetic energy is stored in a particular quantum of mass, but it just isn’t true.

Einstein’s contradictory theory presupposes that mass is not “energy”, since, only during some non-spontaneous process of interconversion of mass into radiant energy, or radiant energy into mass, could “work be done”. Mass appears impertinent, and “C = E/R” (Tesla’s equation, which excludes mass) appears true, saying that, at C, Energy E, is divided by resonant frequency R. ‘Massless’ radiant energy, or “cosmic radiation”, is dynamic energy stored in transit in space, by the vibrations of the ether. I define space as a volume, which is never empty, but contains an ether, and omnidirectionally interpenetrating radiant energy, of many frequencies.

The energy level of radiant energy is determined by its frequency. This radiant energy is the ZPR.

An interesting aspect of Tesla’s equation, is that while the resonant frequency, R, divides the quanta of energy, E, at the velocity of light, C, the reactance of the electromagnetic radiation varies as the fourth power of the frequency; the higher the frequency, the higher the reactance. This means that “p2” is more effective at higher frequencies, since the time lag between changes in charge and current distribution in the dipole, is enhanced by the limitations of C.

This permits the dipole to continue to “shake out” charges on the peak negative pole, both during and between negative peaks. At 3/8th wavelength tuning, the positive and negative wave components cross and neutralize one another at the neutral pole, between the negative peaks at the opposite pole. The principle that the negative pole will continuously shoot out negative charges is also effective at ¼ wavelength tuning, with the exception that the opposite pole will be peak positive rather than neutral.

Unlike Einstein, Tesla believed that the velocity of particles were not limited by C, and even advanced examples in which he asserted that particles had exceeded C, because the speed at which they were propelled by light depends on the voltage and frequency of the radiation. Mass or radiation in themselves do not represent “energy”, since “work” requires the application of force to mass, which is ignored in the Einstein equation, but was automatically assumed by Tesla, who knew that space is full of potential energy.

The odd paradox under Einstein’s theory is that radiation traveling through space would do no “work”, and therefore could not be “energy”. The only way light could be energy, would be if, as Einstein said, “it gets tired”, in which case some of the force originally emitted at its source, is transferred to, and does work on, some of the ‘space’ (the ether) through which it is transmitted, but this case contradictorily requires the existence of something Einstein denied, the ether. His statement concerning “light fatigue” was inconsistent to his equation saying that ‘space’ has no mass, and thereby agreed with Tesla’s equation, which was not plagued by this inconsistency, since it concerns only dynamic force in radiant form, as an “ability to do work”.

Another major difference between Tesla and Einstein, was that Tesla conceived the so-called “atomic energy” possessed by an atom, as radiant force being transmitted into an “atomic reaction” by the cosmos. It may be for this reason that the “Tokamak” and other “fusion” reactors, using a “magnetic bottle” to contain their reactions, produce no network.

The extremely strong magnetic fields must create impenetrable barriers blocking reactions between the “atomic fuel”, and the “outer cosmos” (i.e., occluding the ZPR). Like obsolete nuclear fission reactors, “fusion” reactors are intentionally designed as dangerous, behemoth structures, to be operated only by a corporate/state socialist (“competition-prohibited”), Trilaterals’ power company, providing little competitive threat to conventional hydrocarbon-fueled generators.

Einstein’s equation excluded resonance, as the time-relative distribution of force in light per distance. The radiant energy stored in space is relative to voltage, which in turn relates to the frequency of the radiation, and the time it takes for it to be transmitted from its point of emission to its point of “reconversion” into inertia, momentum, or heat, or its expenditure on the ether, as it in turn is converted into mass. Mass has inertial characteristics which are not reflected, because the laws of inertia are said not to apply to electromagnetic radiation, which is 1040 times stronger than the gravitational interaction.

This implies that energy, like time, may not exist, but is only a convenient fiction, since inert, static mass does no work, and neither does radiation while in transit in space. The equations of Tesla and Einstein are in direct conflict, because Tesla’s equation is consistent with the universe as a dynamic, ever-changing, eternal, infinite perpetual-motion system,

while Einstein’s equation describes the universe as a finite, temporary, Big Bang-type event, expanding from an ultimate, fictitious, ‘original explosion’, which is continually winding down.

Of the two equations/metaphysics, the Illuminati naturally prefer the latter, since it supports their sales at the gas pump, and the suppression of flying saucer technology via their Big Lie Program.

Energy can only be expressed in reality, during “changes in form”. Of the two equations, only Tesla’s equation can be correct, since it is the only one taking resonance into account, which is the rate per second at which electromagnetic oscillations or “beats” occur. Without oscillations, nothing is converted in form. The frequency of electromagnetic radiation is the “beats per second”, and the level of “force” or “voltage” at which work is done. The more beats per second, the greater the work. Before 1902, Tesla already had numerous patents for the use of “radiant energy”, both from “synthetic sources” and from “the natural media” of the universe.

The Nazis and the Trilateralists stole Tesla’s flying saucer invention, and the U.S. government helped them take it to Germany, and now conceal it from us.

Nikola Tesla was an Atheist/humanist, who detested mysticism, Einstein, Communism, and the Nazis.

Einstein’s beliefs were consistent with the Nazis, Communists, Trilateralists, and the U.S. government. A naive Tesla tried to warn the U.S. government about German militarism before WW I, and was naturally ignored, because the Illuminati already had a big new war planned, and intended to make billions selling munitions. Meanwhile, Communism—an experiment in world slavery created by the Illuminati, as a mystical religion based on the worship of the “collective consciousness”, accepted on faith rather than reason—came into existence, failed, and has finally collapsed, after murdering off literally hundreds of millions of people, in service to “Kali Ma”.

This shows how heinous, criminal conduct often originates with the Illuminati’s appeal to “faith, rather than reason”, as a means of mind control, inevitably followed by mass murder. I have a dream that some day the United States will truly separate the “state” from “religion” and mysticism, whether that of the Illuminati, Christians, Masons, Buddhists, Bonpas, Moslems, Jews, Communists, New Agers, “Scientologists”, “Environmentalists”, or “Synergists”.

In 1979, I went to the National Security Resources Study Center (now The J. Robert Oppenheimer Research Center), at Los Alamos, which was opened to the public in Oct., 1977 by President Jimmy Carter (whom I had met in Savannah, in October, 1974, during his campaign for governor of Georgia). I sought basic information on hydrogen, and could not find it, but what I did find was astounding.

Though simple data on hydrogen was ‘unavailable’, I discovered the plans for the hydrogen bomb! I also discovered the inadvertent “glossed” references to Lorentz’ purported measurements concerning the excess positive charge of the hydrogen nuclear proton, and his postulate concerning the electrical cancellation of gravity. When I requested a “bibliography on Tesla” from the librarian, she said “…all information on Tesla is classified”.

On my return to Santa Fe that evening, at a restaurant, I angrily proclaimed my disgust with the research facility, to a student from Harvard sitting next to me, for refusing my request for Tesla information, while making the plans for the hydrogen bomb available to me. The Harvard student went to Los Alamos, photo-copied the hydrogen bomb plans, and published a pamphlet on them at Harvard, creating a sizeable controversy. The center was almost since closed down.

Edward Teller, “Father of the H-Bomb”, declared in 1979 that all secret information possessed by the government belonged to us, because we had paid for it, and that it should be made available to us from one year of the government’s ‘acquisition’ of it. The H-bomb plans were probably intentionally planted by the Illuminati, to punish and scapegoat Teller, and to ‘justify’ increased “security measures”, for the ulterior purpose of continued government suppression of other, beneficial energy secrets, having nothing to do with war or “terrorism”.

Nikola Tesla originally intended to give his flying saucer invention to the Geneva Convention, for use in the prevention of war.

He was disillusioned when the League of Nations fell apart and began to conceal his discoveries. Tesla died a pauper in 1943, and the government illegally confiscated all his known papers. Today those scientific papers (over 80 large trunks, around a box carload), are stored in secret vaults at Los Alamos, still classified, over 56 years later. The main reason for the continued secrecy is the flying saucer, as well as things which we can only imagine.

In the end, the Illuminati perpetuate their power through mysticism, exploiting the interplay between Judaism, as the precursor to Christianity, and Christianity, as a heretical offshoot of Judaism. Naziism, an Illuminati “synthesis”—a slop-pot of the concepts of the Bonpas, Templars, Gnostics, Christians, Jews, and Mithraists—could never last, but accelerated the work of scientists working for the governments of the world and produced a lot of discoveries in a very short time, for the Illuminati to steal and hide, or use to keep us in control.

But it’s not nearly as low as the beef production at White Oaks Pastures, which uses regenerative farming practices to produce natural beef products

If a plant-based, GE meat alternative is not enough of a science fiction adventure, consider the “meat” scientists are growing from stem cell cultures in the lab. Some see these alternatives as the lesser of two evils, but when holistic herd management improves the environment, your best choice is to seek food from natural sources

The junk food industry has a new product they are offering in exchange for your health and finances. Using strategies to position it as a healthy alternative for natural meat, the industry’s fake meat is just another name for ultraprocessed food, full of genetically engineered (GE) and pesticide-laden ingredients designed to look as much like meat as possible.

In an effort to get you hooked on it, it’s marketed as healthier and better for the environment — which may lead you to believe you’re eating good food while protecting your local air and water supplies. The manufacturers are so intent on mimicking foods found in nature that they’ve even genetically engineered “blood” for their fake meat products.¹

Food critics² are divided on the taste, with some finding the texture pleasing, but not tasting like a burger. Others say that only when the burger is piled high with caramelized onions, vegan mayo and mashed avocado, does the flavor likely approximate meat.

When it comes to organic offerings, food manufacturers would like you to believe they can improve on nature but, historically, this has been nearly impossible to achieve. Ultraprocessed foods have contributed to the obesity epidemic,³ rising rates of cardiovascular disease and an increased risk of all-cause mortality.⁴

If you think ultraprocessed foods are only found in the junk food aisle, though, it may surprise you to learn that, according to Current Developments in Nutrition, many foods you eat most likely include fake meat ingredients:⁵

“Besides salt, sugar, oils, and fats, ingredients of ultra-processed foods include food substances not commonly used in culinary preparations, such as hydrolyzed protein, modified starches, and hydrogenated or interesterified oils.

Additives whose purpose is to imitate sensorial qualities of unprocessed or minimally processed foods and their culinary preparations or to disguise undesirable qualities of the final product, such as colorants, flavorings, nonsugar sweeteners, emulsifiers, humectants, sequestrants, and firming, bulking, de-foaming, anticaking, and glazing agents.”

Health Is Not Driving a Meat Makeover

The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada warns you should not be swayed by deceptive marketing tactics using words such as “healthy” and “natural”⁶ when you make food choices. Unfortunately, it appears that some consumers believe the advertising promises.

While called a plant-based meat alternative, Beyond Burgers and Impossible Burgers are an ultraprocessed conglomeration of chemicals, concocted by pulling protein from soy and a few other processed concentrates. Amy Keating, registered dietitian and Consumer Reports nutritionist, commented:⁷

“… while its starting materials may be plants, the main ingredients are all highly processed concentrates, oils, and flavors. If you want the health benefits of plants, eat them as whole foods with their nutrients and fiber naturally present.”

Adding to the discussion, both Impossible Burger and Beyond Burger have nearly the same amount of total fat and calories as real beef burgers. In addition, both also have much more processed sodium added. As a reporter at NBC News so succinctly pointed out:⁸

“If eating more realistic fake meat was about health, the offerings would be far lower in salt content, contain fewer calories and have a bit less dietary fat. None of them do, because the point was never to live up to the marketing of healthier eating. It was to simply act as a smooth replacement for the meat we worried about eating in our day-to-day lives.”

The fake meat industry is riding the coattails of the real risk that concentrated animal feeding operations (CAFOs) pose to the environment and to human health. However, fake meat manufacturers have turned to the laboratory to boost profits and drive sales rather than support sustainable and environmentally-friendly real food production.

Chemical-Packed Fake Meat Contains GE Blood

After they mimicked the look and texture of meat, manufacturers gave consumers the taste and color of blood using a compound produced by genetically engineered yeast cells.⁹ The compound is called soy leghemoglobin, coming from the roots of the soybean plant. On a chemical level, it’s similar to the heme iron molecule found in mammal blood and it adds some of the texture and bloody look of an all-beef patty.

But manufacturing it to scale is impossible with just soybeans — it takes one full acre of soybeans to produce 1 kilo of leghemoglobin.¹⁰ Plus, it requires genetic work in the lab to insert the soy leghemoglobin into engineered yeast cells. During the fermentation process, the GE yeast produces large quantities, in addition to dozens of other proteins.

Impossible Burger’s scientists fed the leghemoglobin to rats for 28 days to determine the risk of allergic reaction or toxicity. Dana Perls, from Friends of the Earth, pointed out that the rats exhibited alterations in blood chemistry, which the company did not follow up on.¹¹

Unfortunately, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration only requires research by the manufacturer to determine food safety and has not conducted any independent tests.¹²

Michael Hansen, Ph.D., Consumer Reports senior scientist, notes there is no long-term data demonstrating the effect of soy-like hemoglobin in humans.¹³ The process of manufacturing the compound yields at least another 45 by-product proteins, also consumed with the leghemoglobin.¹⁴

The FDA has classified the Impossible Burger as generally recognized as safe using data provided by the University of Nebraska and the University of Wisconsin.¹⁵ Other experts are not convinced.

According to the Center for Food Safety, 94% of the soybean crops grown in the U.S. are genetically altered.¹⁶ And, Hansen¹⁷ warns there are not enough data to determine human safety when consuming chemical compounds, as these compounds are produced from genetically altered yeast harvested from genetically altered soybeans.

Marketing Tactics Used to Convince Consumers

As I’ve written before, junk food is based on junk science, or information aimed at driving profits at the expense of your health. The fake meat industry has taken a page from other corporate interests such as the sugar and tobacco industries. You may have noticed a cycle some producers have used, beginning with hype and marketing and often ending up in a revelation, sometimes years later, that the products are not as healthy as you were told.

The cycle is lucrative and makes more money for companies than subsequent lawsuits drain. Vaping products, opioids, sugar-based products, traditional cigars and cigarettes and junk foods are just a few examples of items that haven’t lived up to the hype and marketing strategies. Meanwhile, millions — if not billions — flow into manufacturers’ pockets.

One of the claims from the fake meat industry, as an example, is that their products are sustainable and leave a smaller carbon footprint than that of traditional beef productions.

When compared to CAFO facilities, where animals are often treated inhumanely, the waste damages to air and water supplies and the administration of antibiotics that contribute to widespread antibiotic resistance, they may have something to complain about. However, moving from one broken system to another is never the answer.

Regenerative Farms Produce Clean, Healthy Environments

To help them “prove” they have a better carbon footprint than live animal farms, Impossible Burger enlisted the help of Quantis, a group of scientists and strategists who help their clients take actions based on scientific evidence.¹⁸ Beyond Meat commissioned the University of Michigan¹⁹ to conduct an assessment and compare the environmental impact of their production to that of typical beef production in the U.S.

The results were similar for both companies. According to the executive summary²⁰ published on the Impossible Foods website, their product reduced environmental impact between 87% and 96% in the categories studied, including global warming potential, land occupation and water consumption.

In response, White Oak Pastures in Bluffton, Georgia, commissioned the same analysis by Quantis²¹ and published a 33-page study showing comparisons of White Oaks Pastures emissions against conventional beef production.

While the manufactured fake meat reduced its carbon footprint up to 96% in some categories, White Oaks had a net total emission in the negative numbers as compared to CAFO produced meat.²² Yes, negative. Also of note, emissions for producing beef at White Oaks Pastures was much lower than the average production of soybeans, the base for plant-based burgers and leghemoglobin.²³

Quantis also found that White Oaks Pastures beef falls within and even below the range of production of other types of protein sources, including beef, pork, chicken and soybeans. Additionally, emissions by White Oaks Pastures included a large negative soil carbon sequestration, which I’ve explained in many articles is essential to protecting against air pollution and climate change.²⁴

Speaking to Consumer Reports, Friends of the Earth’s Perls added that the hype and advertising around alternatives to natural meat will distract from finding better solutions to environmental problems, and noted the true cost of producing fake meat cannot be known until it’s being produced on a large scale.²⁵

These costs include damage to your health as well as to the environment. “Rather than creating new products that require more energy, more money, and more processed chemicals, why not invest in a truly sustainable system …” Perls said.²⁶

‘Plant-Based’ Not Enough — Others ‘Growing’ Meat in Labs

If eating plant-based, GE grown meat alternatives laced with heme molecules to mimic the presence of blood is not enough of a science fiction adventure, consider the fact that scientists in Tel Aviv are “growing” meat in the lab from stem cell cultures.²⁷

A CBS News crew traveled to Tel Aviv to report on the story and had to sign a waiver to be able to taste the “meat.” CEO of Aleph Farms, Didier Toubia, told the crew he believes they can produce meat efficiently, more sustainably and in a healthier fashion than what has been traditionally offered.²⁸

When the CBS reporter commented on the “delicate portion” of meat served to him, appearing in the video to be no more than a thinly-sliced, 1-inch square, the scientist cooking the “meat” said:²⁹ “Well, just to get this portion is a lot of work.”

To get their product, the researchers have to extract stem cells from chicken and change the mix of protein. Then, they have to direct the cell growth, and it’s all a slow, involved process. Several other companies are jumping on the bandwagon, though, including Memphis Meats and Mosa Meats for beef and chicken, and Finless Foods and Wild-Type for fish.³⁰

Memphis Meats’ leadership believes their controlled production environment may reduce the risk of bacterial contamination. But Hansen, a senior scientist at Consumer Reports,³¹ points out that “bacterial contamination can occur” in laboratory environments and that “antibiotics are often needed to curb bacterial growth in cultured cell products form drug companies.”

At this point, lab-produced meat is not available for sale. Kate Krueger, Ph.D., a New York-based research director focused on cellular agriculture, says it may be “four to six years before ‘ground’ meats are available and a decade or more before we see cuts like steaks,” in the grocery store.³²

Choose Grass Fed, Not Genetically Altered Food

Although many see lab-created meat substitutes as the lesser of two evils when compared to the CAFO meat that’s currently dominating the market, altering the natural order of the lifecycle is not the answer. Analyses on regenerative agriculture have demonstrated holistic herd management as having a positive impact on the environment and producing healthy meat and dairy products.

Ultimately, fake food contributes to the rising number of people who suffer from health conditions related to the foods they eat, such as diabetes, heart disease and obesity. For health reasons, ecological reasons and your future, I recommend skipping meat alternatives and opting for real beef raised using regenerative farming practices.

When you do shop for meat, look for a local organic farmer or Demeter (biodynamic) and American Grassfed Association (AGA) certifications on the meat. These accreditations designate foods produced under high-quality, sustainable and environmentally sound practices.

Astaxanthin — the “king of the carotenoids” — is a naturally occurring compound in certain microalgae and seafood. As its health benefits have become more widely known, the market for this antioxidant powerhouse has expanded into a mega industry expected to reach $4.75 billion by 2028.¹

Now used in multiple industries including food, nutrition and animal feed, most astaxanthin is produced synthetically from petroleum derivatives.² This type of astaxanthin should be avoided.

If you want real astaxanthin, it must be straight from the source, which is the Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae. This type of algae produces the antioxidant once its water supply dries up, and it goes into survival mode to protect itself from sunlight, ultraviolet radiation and low nutrition.³

Now, however, biotech companies are attempting to capitalize on the superiority of natural astaxanthin by creating genetically engineered (GE) varieties that — although far from natural — can be claimed as such on the label.

Lab-Made Astaxanthin Marketed as ‘Natural’ and ‘Clean’

Willow Biosciences is working on the commercial development of astaxanthin made from GE yeast. In October 2022, the biotechnology company announced it had started yeast strain optimization and process development toward that end, calling the GE astaxanthin “the next functional ingredient” in their product portfolio.⁴

Yet, despite its origins in a laboratory, Willow is intending to market the product as a natural alternative to chemically produced astaxanthin. In a press release, Peter Seufer-Wasserthal, Willow’s interim president and chief executive officer, stated:⁵

“Astaxanthin meets all the criteria for development using our fully integrated FutureGrownTM technology platform. It has a large addressable market, with the majority of product currently supplied being chemically produced using a petroleum feedstock.

Willow offering a natural, clean, sustainably produced product allows not only penetration of the current large volume market, but expansion of the market for human health & wellness, where there is currently no high-purity, cost effective bio-based product available.”

Astaxanthin is widely used as an additive in animal feed, and Willow appears to be targeting that market, which accounts for the majority of astaxanthin sales globally.⁶ In addition, they’re intending to market their GE FutureGrownTM Astaxanthin as a misleadingly “more natural” option for use in food, nutrition and cosmetics.

According to Willow, “With global consumer expectations shifting to healthier, more natural sources of functional ingredients, Willow believes its FutureGrownTM Astaxanthin will be welcomed by the market, and in high demand.”⁷ A proof of concept has already been completed, with development underway.

‘Precision Fermentation’ Means Genetically Engineered

Willow has previously used microbial fermentation to produce cannabinoids but abandoned that project for now due to regulatory and pricing hurdles. Their new cash cow is GE astaxanthin, and that’s where they’re focusing their efforts. Billing its products as “the next generation of nature,”⁸ the biotech firm describes its platform this way:⁹

“Using the instructions contained in the genes of plants, we can produce the same compounds at higher purity, speed, consistency, and cost-effectiveness, but smaller environmental impact than traditional agriculture practices. Our innovative research platform reinvents the production of molecules for global pharmaceutical, health and wellness, and consumer packaged goods industries.”

The production uses microorganisms to create fake GE astaxanthin in a process known as “precision fermentation.” When you read about their process, it’s easy to see that there’s nothing “natural” about it. But notice how they greenwash it to make it sound like it’s a step-up from nature. Here’s how Willow explains it on their website:¹⁰

“01: Plant Biotech — Nature’s instructions for producing plant-derived molecules are encoded in the plant’s genome. We follow nature’s lead by identifying the genes responsible for their production.

02: Biosynthesis — We transfer that genetic information into yeast, transforming the yeast host into an extraordinary miniature factory. The process is economical and meticulously monitored to ensure quality.

03: Yeast Fermentation — Combining low-cost inputs with our optimized yeast strains in a fermentation vessel results in an ideal manufacturing platform. Unlike plant-based production which can take months, our process takes just days.

04: Purification — Our production technology produces target molecules that are identical to those produced in plants, but free of the pesticides, waxes, and heavy metals often found in plant feedstocks.”

‘Natural’ Designation Allowed in GE Astaxanthin

What is perhaps most disturbing about the use of precision fermentation is that companies are allowed to claim that it’s natural. Metabolic engineering is a major subset of precision fermentation, which involves methods such as next-generation sequencing, high-throughput library screening, molecular cloning and multiomics “to optimize microbial strains, metabolic pathways, product yields, and bioprocess scale-up.”¹¹ Sounds just like something down on the farm, doesn’t it?

The yeast strains used by Willow are genetically engineered. So why won’t their astaxanthin have to carry a bioengineered label in the U.S.? Seufer-Wasserthal told Food Navigator-USA, “We are using genetically engineered strains, because only those will allow getting to the economics needed in a reasonable timeframe. Downstream processing and product purification will remove all DNA and protein to nondetectable levels allowing ‘natural’ designation.”¹²

Fake Meat Products Also Made from GE Yeast

Astaxanthin is just one product using this type of precision fermentation technology. Soy leghemoglobin,¹³ or heme, which is used in Impossible Foods’ fake meat products, is another. Originally, Impossible Foods harvested leghemoglobin from the roots of soy plants, but deemed that method unsustainable.

Instead, they turned to genetic engineering, which they use to insert the DNA from soy plants into yeast, creating genetically engineered (GE) yeast with the gene for soy leghemoglobin.¹⁴

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved soy leghemoglobin in 2019, prompting the Center for Food Safety (CFS) to file a lawsuit challenging the approval, which they called “unusually rapid”¹⁵ and risky for public health.

In 2021, the federal appeals court in San Francisco upheld the FDA’s approval, which allowed Impossible Burgers to hit grocery stores across the U.S.¹⁶ Humans have never before consumed GE heme. To be clear, while Impossible Foods refers to it as “heme,” technically plants produce non-heme iron, and this is technically GE yeast-derived soy leghemoglobin.¹⁷

Heme iron only occurs in meat and seafood. Impossible Foods’ GE heme is used in “substantial quantities” in their fake meat burgers as a color additive that makes the product appear to “bleed” like real meat.

Further, more than 12 yeast proteins also exist in the GE heme, the health effects of which are unknown. Because color additives in food are not a substantively beneficial addition but rather are used only to improve aesthetics, they’re supposed to be held to a higher standard of safety for approval compared to other food additives.

This wasn’t done, according to CFS, which called the FDA’s approval of GE heme as a color additive “unlawful.”¹⁸ Dana Perls, from Friends of the Earth, pointed out that study rats exhibited alterations in blood chemistry after being fed leghemoglobin, which the company did not follow up on.¹⁹

Consumer Reports senior scientist Michael Hansen added that there are no long-term studies of soy leghemoglobin in humans, even though the process to make it creates other proteins as byproducts, which are also consumed and in need of further evaluation.²⁰ Even the FDA has raised concerns over the soy leghemoglobin in the Impossible Burger being a possible human allergen.²¹

I Scream, You Scream, We All Scream for — Fake Ice Cream

Perfect Day is another company that’s using GE organisms to make fake food. In this case, Trichoderma reesei fungus is used to produce synthetic versions of the dairy proteins casein and whey.²² Perfect Day was founded in 2014 by two vegan bioengineers looking for a better-tasting animal-free “milk”.²³ The company states it’s producing real milk proteins — identical to what cows produce,²⁴ but even though it may be molecularly identical, it’s far from the same.

The process to make lab-grown, animal-free milk proteins is far from natural but, like Willow, Perfect Day is trying to get around that, describing their process as “solving our biggest problems through precision fermentation:”²⁵

“Microflora are tiny microorganisms that do powerful things, like nourishing trees and helping our own bodies digest. We’ve given them the precise DNA sequence that serves as a blueprint for how to make cow whey protein, the thing that makes milk taste, whip, and swirl like milk. Getting this DNA blueprint requires no animal involvement at all.”

Instead, they use GE fungi microflora. It’s quite telling that, while the healthiest dairy products come from grass fed cows that are integrated into their surrounding environment, Perfect Day’s fake milk proteins can only be produced in a system “without ever touching an animal.”²⁶

Similarly, Imagindairy company used a $13 million seed investment to commercialize the production of animal-free milk proteins. The CEO of the company believes the market is looking for more fake food based on animal-free proteins.²⁷

The production also uses precision fermentation, with the company boasting that this specific process does not require a cow. Instead, the DNA blueprint given to the microorganisms is produced by software. The microflora are added to a tank with water, nutrients and sugar. Since the organisms have the DNA blueprint, during fermentation they produce the two proteins.

The scientists then separate the proteins from the microflora, after which it is filtered, purified and dried. The resulting powder can be used to make milk, cream cheese, yogurt and cheese — with no cow in sight.

A New World of Fake Food

Fake food is all the rage, being championed by the technocratic elite eager to take control of the food supply. The EAT Forum, cofounded by the Welcome Trust, developed a Planetary Health Diet²⁸ designed to be applied to the global population. It entails cutting meat and dairy intake by up to 90%, replacing them largely with foods made in laboratories, along with cereals and oil.

Their largest initiative is called FReSH, which aims to transform the food system by working with biotech and fake meat companies to replace whole foods with lab-created alternatives. In other words, once tech giants have control of meat, dairy, cereals and oils, they will be the ones profiting from and controlling the food supply.

Private companies that control the food supply will ultimately control countries and entire populations. Biotech will eventually push farmers and ranchers out of the equation and will threaten food security. Ultimately, the work being done in the name of sustainability and saving the planet will give greater control to private corporations.

The solution is to stick to real food and support the farmers who are still producing it — especially those using regenerative, biodynamic and/or grass fed farming methods. Regarding astaxanthin, skip varieties produced synthetically or using GE yeast. As for astaxanthin, there are several foods that contain generous amounts, including wild-caught Alaskan salmon, trout, krill or krill oil, shrimp and crayfish.²⁹

If you choose to go the supplement route, I strongly recommend those made from the Haematococcus pluvialis microalgae, not the ones made from petrochemicals or GE yeast. This ensures you’re getting the benefits the antioxidant is known for without the risks of GMOs or petrochemicals.

A band of criminals got together a century ago and decided they were going to own the world, hold all of the power, create and hoard all of the money, and keep everyone on a constant spin cycle to fool them.
Not only were they going to construct it as they saw fit, but they were going to build the most elaborate enslavement system this world has ever seen – one that gives them full immunity, allows them to operate outside the law entirely, and they were going to do it without anyone realizing it until it was too late.
These self-imposed “rulers” believe themselves to be untouchable, have created documents stating as much, and are laughing at humanity as people move about their lives unaware of this elaborate scheme.
This is the story that needs to be shared with the world and with every state legislator who should move immediately to create independence from the Federal Reserve system and Central Banks and
enforce our Constitution and financial management laws to protect sovereignty at the state and local level.
This dualistic world they have created goes far beyond what most have imagined. It’s not so much that these individuals and organizations are “above the law,” as it is that they are operating entirely outside of the law and have granted themselves permission to do so by executive orders, treaties, and the creation of BIS. The structure they have created is much like a pyramid scheme in a sense.
The Control Framework
At the top of the ivory tower, sit BIS, the Bank for International Settlements, with sovereign immunity. When carrying out specific activities under BIS, this immunity extends to its members, which is made up of 63 global central banks and monetary authorities, the Federal Reserve System, plus insurers, and payment systems through their subsidiary, that BIS deems “systemically important institutions.”
This should include steps to recapture monies illegally stolen, to prevent current and future illegal expenditure of our tax monies and to end sovereign immunity privileges that have been used to engage in systematic criminal activities and racketeering. They do not operate above the law, they operate entirely outside of the law.
As if that’s not bad enough, it gets worse. The U.S. has given 76 public international organizations immunities, privileges, and tax exemptions dating back to 1946, just 10 years after BIS expanded its immunities with The Hague Convention of 1936. In addition, some of these organizations have added immunities through treaties.
Underneath that layer, there are hundreds of NGOs, corporations, and universities that operate with and through these international organizations who hold immunities and privileges – some of whom have signed agreements and NDAs, others have been given immunity by extension.
The process is quite simple. The money essentially gets laundered through the organizations and banks which have little level of transparency or accountability, and spread across multiple countries, making it that much easier to achieve.
But it doesn’t end there. In addition to immunities enjoyed by these banks and organizations, Bill Gates’ GAVI also enjoys immunities and privileges. Of course, the World Bank serves on the board, manages their finances, and is the trustee, who enjoys an extensive amount of immunities and privileges to all five arms of the World Bank Group.
Couple that with the release of liability to big pharma when it comes to vaccines, and this is a recipe for disaster. Even CERN holds international immunity status, separately from the lists provided in this report.
At the bottom of this pyramid are civilians who pay in taxes, abide by a set of laws that the others never have to concern themselves with, and who have naively believed that these organizations and banks are operating in their best interest, while they squander away trillions of dollars to build a human enslavement system, and big Gov funnels them taxpayer dollars. This is how they’ve managed to do it for so long, without fear or conscience.
What’s important to recognize about these specific organizations, is the fact that they cover nearly every industry. In other words – those behind these organizations and banks are the future rulers of the world if they are not stopped. Their framework is already in place.
What must be done to stop this band of criminal characters who masterminded how to create special privileges for themselves, outside of the system, signed some pieces of paper, and declared they have immunity to steal people’s hard-earned money?
International Organizations Immunities Act (IOIA) of December 29, 1945
Almost immediately after World War II, Congress passed the International Organizations Immunities Act, which was signed into law on December 29, 1945. This established immunities, privileges, and tax exemptions for international organizations that might not be considered international organizations under the rules of international laws, such as the Global Fund, for example.
What defines a qualifying “international organization”? The IOIA states: “For the purposes of this title, the term “international organization” means a public international organization in which the United States participates pursuant to any treaty or under the authority of any Act of Congress authorizing such participation or making an appropriation for such participation …”
Once the IOIA was passed, it was by the authorization of the President(s) to grant these privileges to international organizations by executive order. The President also has the authority to condition, limit, or revoke the designation. Whereas, there have been a few that received limited privileges, there does not seem to be any that have been revoked, with exception of organizations that dissolved.
However, in 1983 President Ronald Reagan extended additional immunities from lawsuits and prosecution to Interpol, and in 2009, President Barack Obama granted additional benefits.
The IOIA states that “International organizations … shall enjoy the same immunity from suit and every form of judicial process as is enjoyed by foreign governments, except to the extent that such organizations may expressly waive their immunity.” This gave them absolute immunity. In 1976, the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act was passed which created some restrictions on immunities, but the IOIA seemed to have remained vague on the matter.
When it comes to immunities and privileges, there are countries who grant them to international organizations under their own criteria and rules, there are headquarters agreements that provide additional immunities and privileges, and there are international treaties that also grant immunities and privileges.
A single organization could have one, two, or all three at the same time. As an example, the Global Fund has privileges by the U.S., and international treaties with multiple countries, while having additional immunities in Switzerland, including a headquarters agreement. In other words, they are protected to the hilt.
Immunities, Privileges, and Tax Exemptions Enjoyed by IOIA Status
Note that in this Act, as well as treaties, they often say, “unless immunity is waived,” and what they mean by that is that the internal heads of the organization determine whether they wish to waive immunity so that a particular legal case may see the light of day in court, outside of the organization using its internal council for any such debates or legal action.
Unless something so outrageous happened, such as an employee murdering another employee, it would be unlikely that any organization would waive their immunity rights to settle disputes on their own.

Additional Organizations With Immunity by Treaties and/or No Liability Laws
GAVI The Vaccine Alliance
GAVI, founded in 2000 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, with UNICEF, the World Bank Group, and WHO listed as partners, was originally hosted by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), meaning it was granted immunities and privileges through this hosting relationship.
When UNICEF no longer hosted GAVI, it became a foundation and an international institution under Swiss law, and was given privileges and immunities in Switzerland on January 1, 2009, that equate to those the UN enjoys. In fact, GAVI was the first international institution to receive recognition under the new Host State Act in Switzerland.
Yes, this is the same GAVI that has contracted with most of the world to help rollout Covid jabs, and the same GAVI who has received billions in funding from the U.S. government over the past two decades.
As an added bonus, the U.S. decided to create the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in 2019 to finance the private sector in healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure. Just this May, GAVI and DFC partnered to create the COVAX Rapid Financing Facility, providing up to $1 billion to unleash more Covid jabs.
The World Bank, whose branches all receive outrageous immunities and privileges, is coincidentally GAVI’s trustee, manages their finances, and holds several seats on the board.
The Global Fund was founded in 2000 by Bill & Melinda Gates, Kofi Annan, Amir Attaran, and Jeffrey Sachs, and was launched in 2002. They ran a similar scheme. They established as a foundation under Swiss Law as well. In an agreement with the WHO providing a Secretariat for the Global Fund, it extended the WHO’s immunities and privileges to the Global Fund.
At the same time GAVI received privileges and immunities in Switzerland, the Global Fund ended their agreement with the WHO on the same day. That said, as seen in the list above, the Global Fund was already receiving immunities and privileges by the U.S. and had already obtained them from Switzerland as well. It didn’t take long for them to convince other jurisdictions to grant them similar immunities.
They are not the only ones who have benefited from extended immunities. Much more on this coming up in part 2.

Big Pharma
As reported in Corey’s Digs report on Measles, Masterminds, and Millions, big pharma was granted full immunity from lawsuits for injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines, back in 1986 when the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program was created.
Just to be clear, all big pharma, GAVI, WHO, all five World Bank arms, and the Global Fund all hold immunities. Does anyone believe they are concerned about over 1.6 million cases of jab injuries and deaths reported to VAERS since 1986, when none of them would be held accountable, and taxpayer dollars will pay out anyone who receives minimal compensation?
Remember, most of them have these immunities on an international scale. And people wonder why they walk around fearless, while expanding on “population control” goals.
CERN: The European Organization for Nuclear Research
Formed in 1954, and headquartered in Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, CERN scientists want to figure out “what the universe is made of and how it works.” While they fire up their 17-mile long Hadron Collider to study particles and probe dark matter and celebrate with incredibly bizarre satanic ritual ceremonies, they too enjoy immunity and privileges.
“The Protocol recognizes … the organization’s capacity to contract, to acquire and to dispose of movable and immovable property and to participate in legal proceedings … Among other things, the new recognition means that our pension fund – which is an integral part of CERN without a legal status of its own – can now enter into investment operations in markets that were previously hard to access.” – Eva-Maria Groniger-Voss, CERN Legal Counsel
As of March, 2004, CERN gets to enjoy additional immunities, operating outside of its host states of Switzerland and France, to the other member states of their organization.
CERN operates with 23 member states, with additional states holding observer status, and a large number of non-member states with international cooperation agreements with CERN. Observer status and non-member status of the Russian Federation was removed on March 8, 2022.
The Protocol also grants them immunity from jurisdiction of the national courts. Of course, personnel who have claims against the organization need to submit them to the International Labour Organization, who also holds international immunity status. Immunity from jurisdiction is also extended to personnel, and exempts them and their family members from income tax and immigration restrictions. CERN has over 9,000 scientists.
The Bank for International Settlements (BIS): Immunity and Beyond
The Bank for International Settlements was established in Basel, Switzerland in 1930. It is an international financial institution owned by central banks and serves as a bank for central banks, in addition to acting as an agent or trustee with international financial transactions. It’s made up of members of central banks and monetary authorities, including the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
BIS is governed by a Board of Directors. In fact, Jerome H. Powell serves on the Board. BIS operates with sovereign immunity, and according to their website, some of these immunities not only extend to BIS members under specific activities, but also extend to “systemically important institutions,” which is likely the insurers, and payment systems.
There are currently 63 member banks and monetary authorities, plus their subsidiary members under the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI). They also have innovation hubs for CBDCs.
In the agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and BIS, a few of the immunities breakdown as follows:
Article 12-15, 18: Immunity for members of the board of directors, officers, bank staff, representatives of (non-)member banks and ‘experts’, including inviolability of all documentation.
Article 24: Immunity of premises.
Essentially, what this means, is that there is absolutely no transparency, traceability, or accountability for where funds are being moved.
The fact that some of these immunities extend to members and appear to extend to “systemically important institutions” by BIS, comes as no surprise. Separately, as seen in the list above on International Organizations with immunity, we know that the following 13 financial institutions do have immunities under the International Organizations Immunities Act:
In 2005, Bill H.R. 3269 was introduced by Congress to amend the International Organization Immunities Act to include the Bank for International Settlements under the Act. Whereas, it passed the House, it never made it out of the Senate.

BIS created a subsidiary called the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI), whereby the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is a member, along with 91 other deposit insurers. The U.S. Treasury, International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank are a few of the partners of IADI.
August 22, 2019
BlackRock’s white paper on “Going Direct” reveals that the central bank is moving funds directly into the hands of public and private sector spenders (meaning equity investors), in a laundering scheme. The plan injected more than $5 trillion into the U.S. financial system. The following month, the U.S. Federal Reserve began a repo loan bailout program by “Going Direct” to the trading houses on Wall Street, and in March 2020, hired BlackRock to help implement the “Going Direct” plan.

It’s Time to Close the Laundromat
Now that the ah ha moment has taken effect, contemplate how many thousands of NGOs and corporations have operated with and through this vast field of immunity, this untraceable and unaccountable land that knows no boundaries. There is no red tape within this realm – only dystopian fantasies they wish to fulfill as they pick off the feeders to serve their future dreamworld.
Just imagine walking through life knowing that you are untouchable, and consider the euphoria these power-hungry individuals steep in. Seduced by darkness and void of conscience, they continue to roll forward with their agendas, as everyone sits by praying for a miracle.
These are groups of men and women who masterminded a plan to take global control of the world’s money and weaponize it against everyone. The plotting began a century ago, and it’s far past time to foil their plan.
The John Birch Society recently published a couple of brilliant ideas as one way to combat this tyranny. They explain that state governments have an obligation to make all unconstitutional federal actions unenforceable, or null and void, and lay out two ways of accomplishing this when it comes to federal spending.
1)Enact an Escrow Law — They suggest that state legislatures should enact a “State Sovereignty and Federal Tax Funds Act,” known as an “escrow” law. Federal taxes would be required to go into a special fund controlled by the state government.
Once they calculate the actual constitutional federal spending, the state would only send that percentage of funds to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Remaining funds would go toward state expenditures that were reliant on federal funding, or be returned to taxpayers.
They point out that this would save taxpayers a considerable amount of hard-earned money because they estimate that 80% of federal spending is unconstitutional. This would protect the state and the people, while putting the federal government in check. They also point out that this bill has been introduced in five states in previous years, but has yet to be enacted into law, which is critical right now in order to gain the upper hand.
2)Nullify the Federal Reserve — Here, they argue that the Federal Reserve is unconstitutional and has created a monopoly on currency. They illustrate how 42 states have enacted legislation to abolish or curtail sales taxes on precious metals, which is a big step toward treating them as legal tender.
Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming are leading the pack by reaffirming the validity of gold and silver as legal tender to compete against Federal Reserve Notes. Texas opened a state precious-metals depository, and Tennessee has enacted legislation to study creating its own depository.
These are great steps in the right direction, but as the John Birch Society points out, state governments must enforce the Constitution’s Gold and Silver Clause (Article I, Section 10), which declares that “No State shall … make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.”
The bottom line is that states had better stop taking federal financial assistance which locks them into the rules and stipulations the government attaches to those funds, and they had better start holding them accountable, severing ties, and fulfilling their obligations to the people of their state, or these thieves will continue to thrive until they bleed everyone dry.
People, on the other hand, had better start paying attention to who they are doing business with, where they are banking and investing, why cash is so important to stay out of their system, and why everyone must get this information in the hands of their legislators immediately. Trillions of dollars have moved from the people, through the IRS and big Gov, and straight into their hands.

This is a call to action, and people need to work together to strategize, make moves, and confront this enslavement scheme everyone has fallen prey to. Additional Organizations with Immunity by Treaties and/or No Liability Laws

GAVI The Vaccine Alliance

GAVI, founded in 2000 by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, with UNICEF, the World Bank Group, and WHO listed as partners, was originally hosted by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), meaning it was granted immunities and privileges through this hosting relationship.

When UNICEF no longer hosted GAVI, it became a foundation and an international institution under Swiss law, and was given privileges and immunities in Switzerland on January 1, 2009, that equate to those the UN enjoys. In fact, GAVI was the first international institution to receive recognition under the new Host State Act in Switzerland.

Yes, this is the same GAVI that has contracted with most of the world to help rollout Covid jabs, and the same GAVI who has received billions in funding from the U.S. government over the past two decades.

As an added bonus, the U.S. decided to create the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in 2019 to finance the private sector in healthcare, energy, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure. Just this May, GAVI and DFC partnered to create the COVAX Rapid Financing Facility, providing up to $1 billion to unleash more Covid jabs.

The World Bank, whose branches all receive outrageous immunities and privileges, is coincidentally GAVI’s trustee, manages their finances, and holds several seats on the board.

The Global Fund was founded in 2000 by Bill & Melinda Gates, Kofi Annan, Amir Attaran, and Jeffrey Sachs, and was launched in 2002. They ran a similar scheme. They established as a foundation under Swiss Law as well. In an agreement with the WHO providing a Secretariat for the Global Fund, it extended the WHO’s immunities and privileges to the Global Fund.

At the same time GAVI received privileges and immunities in Switzerland, the Global Fund ended their agreement with the WHO on the same day. That said, as seen in the list above, the Global Fund was already receiving immunities and privileges by the U.S. and had already obtained them from Switzerland as well. It didn’t take long for them to convince other jurisdictions to grant them similar immunities.

They are not the only ones who have benefited from extended immunities. Much more on this coming up in part 2.

Big Pharma

As reported in Corey’s Digs report on Measles, Masterminds, and Millions, big pharma was granted full immunity from lawsuits for injuries and deaths resulting from vaccines, back in 1986 when the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program was created.

Just to be clear, all big pharma, GAVI, WHO, all five World Bank arms, and the Global Fund all hold immunities. Does anyone believe they are concerned about over 1.6 million cases of jab injuries and deaths reported to VAERS since 1986, when none of them would be held accountable, and taxpayer dollars will pay out anyone who receives minimal compensation?

Remember, most of them have these immunities on an international scale. And people wonder why they walk around fearless, while expanding on “population control” goals.

CERN: The European Organization for Nuclear Research

Formed in 1954, and headquartered in Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, CERN scientists want to figure out “what the universe is made of and how it works.” While they fire up their 17-mile long Hadron Collider to study particles and probe dark matter and celebrate with incredibly bizarre satanic ritual ceremonies, they too enjoy immunity and privileges.

“The Protocol recognizes … the organization’s capacity to contract, to acquire and to dispose of movable and immovable property and to participate in legal proceedings … Among other things, the new recognition means that our pension fund – which is an integral part of CERN without a legal status of its own – can now enter into investment operations in markets that were previously hard to access.” – Eva-Maria Groniger-Voss, CERN Legal Counsel

As of March, 2004, CERN gets to enjoy additional immunities, operating outside of its host states of Switzerland and France, to the other member states of their organization.

CERN operates with 23 member states, with additional states holding observer status, and a large number of non-member states with international cooperation agreements with CERN. Observer status and non-member status of the Russian Federation was removed on March 8, 2022.

The Protocol also grants them immunity from jurisdiction of the national courts. Of course, personnel who have claims against the organization need to submit them to the International Labour Organization, who also holds international immunity status. Immunity from jurisdiction is also extended to personnel, and exempts them and their family members from income tax and immigration restrictions. CERN has over 9,000 scientists.

The Bank for International Settlements (BIS): Immunity and Beyond

The Bank for International Settlements was established in Basel, Switzerland in 1930. It is an international financial institution owned by central banks and serves as a bank for central banks, in addition to acting as an agent or trustee with international financial transactions. It’s made up of members of central banks and monetary authorities, including the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.

BIS is governed by a Board of Directors. In fact, Jerome H. Powell serves on the Board. BIS operates with sovereign immunity, and according to their website, some of these immunities not only extend to BIS members under specific activities, but also extend to “systemically important institutions,” which is likely the insurers, and payment systems.

There are currently 63 member banks and monetary authorities, plus their subsidiary members under the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI). They also have innovation hubs for CBDCs.

In the agreement between the Swiss Federal Council and BIS, a few of the immunities breakdown as follows:

Article 12-15, 18: Immunity for members of the board of directors, officers, bank staff, representatives of (non-)member banks and ‘experts’, including inviolability of all documentation.

Article 24: Immunity of premises.

Essentially, what this means, is that there is absolutely no transparency, traceability, or accountability for where funds are being moved.

The fact that some of these immunities extend to members and appear to extend to “systemically important institutions” by BIS, comes as no surprise. Separately, as seen in the list above on International Organizations with immunity, we know that the following 13 financial institutions do have immunities under the International Organizations Immunities Act:

In 2005, Bill H.R. 3269 was introduced by Congress to amend the International Organization Immunities Act to include the Bank for International Settlements under the Act. Whereas, it passed the House, it never made it out of the Senate.

Catherine Austin Fitts of The Solari Report, Patrick Wood, and John Titus, have all covered the immunities with BIS and Central Banks and their findings thus far, so rather than regurgitate their solid work on this, it is all linked below. That said, there are a few additional points that need to be made in regard to some key timing elements.

BIS created a subsidiary called the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI), whereby the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is a member, along with 91 other deposit insurers. The U.S. Treasury, International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank are a few of the partners of IADI.

August 22, 2019
BlackRock’s white paper on “Going Direct” reveals that the central bank is moving funds directly into the hands of public and private sector spenders (meaning equity investors), in a laundering scheme. The plan injected more than $5 trillion into the U.S. financial system. The following month, the U.S. Federal Reserve began a repo loan bailout program by “Going Direct” to the trading houses on Wall Street, and in March 2020, hired BlackRock to help implement the “Going Direct” plan.

It’s Time to Close the Laundromat

Now that the ah ha moment has taken effect, contemplate how many thousands of NGOs and corporations have operated with and through this vast field of immunity, this untraceable and unaccountable land that knows no boundaries. There is no red tape within this realm – only dystopian fantasies they wish to fulfill as they pick off the feeders to serve their future dreamworld.

Just imagine walking through life knowing that you are untouchable, and consider the euphoria these power-hungry individuals steep in. Seduced by darkness and void of conscience, they continue to roll forward with their agendas, as everyone sits by praying for a miracle.

These are groups of men and women who masterminded a plan to take global control of the world’s money and weaponize it against everyone. The plotting began a century ago, and it’s far past time to foil their plan.

The John Birch Society recently published a couple of brilliant ideas as one way to combat this tyranny. They explain that state governments have an obligation to make all unconstitutional federal actions unenforceable, or null and void, and lay out two ways of accomplishing this when it comes to federal spending.

1)Enact an Escrow Law — They suggest that state legislatures should enact a “State Sovereignty and Federal Tax Funds Act,” known as an “escrow” law. Federal taxes would be required to go into a special fund controlled by the state government.

Once they calculate the actual constitutional federal spending, the state would only send that percentage of funds to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Remaining funds would go toward state expenditures that were reliant on federal funding, or be returned to taxpayers.

They point out that this would save taxpayers a considerable amount of hard-earned money because they estimate that 80% of federal spending is unconstitutional. This would protect the state and the people, while putting the federal government in check. They also point out that this bill has been introduced in five states in previous years, but has yet to be enacted into law, which is critical right now in order to gain the upper hand.

2)Nullify the Federal Reserve — Here, they argue that the Federal Reserve is unconstitutional and has created a monopoly on currency. They illustrate how 42 states have enacted legislation to abolish or curtail sales taxes on precious metals, which is a big step toward treating them as legal tender.

Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming are leading the pack by reaffirming the validity of gold and silver as legal tender to compete against Federal Reserve Notes. Texas opened a state precious-metals depository, and Tennessee has enacted legislation to study creating its own depository.

These are great steps in the right direction, but as the John Birch Society points out, state governments must enforce the Constitution’s Gold and Silver Clause (Article I, Section 10), which declares that “No State shall … make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts.”

The bottom line is that states had better stop taking federal financial assistance which locks them into the rules and stipulations the government attaches to those funds, and they had better start holding them accountable, severing ties, and fulfilling their obligations to the people of their state, or these thieves will continue to thrive until they bleed everyone dry.

People, on the other hand, had better start paying attention to who they are doing business with, where they are banking and investing, why cash is so important to stay out of their system, and why everyone must get this information in the hands of their legislators immediately. Trillions of dollars have moved from the people, through the IRS and big Gov, and straight into their hands.

This spin cycle needs to come to an end. The Sound Money Defense League is a good source for information on state laws with precious metals and up-to-date news and insights on the financial moves being made.

This is a call to action, and people need to work together to strategize, make moves, and confront this enslavement scheme everyone has fallen prey to.
