The waves of Ascension are fast approaching for many of you and the energy of the cosmos is aligning to
support this transition as more Universal gateways open.

Divine opportunities are unfolding for those who are ready to step into higher dimensions of existence.
The Ascension process is not a singular event but a series of waves each offering its own challenges and rewards for those prepared to ride them.

The first wave of Ascension has already occurred with a small group of souls ascending ahead of the
collective however many of you are now being called to prepare for the second and third waves.

These waves will offer a broader path for Ascension as more souls awaken and align with the higher
frequencies that are enveloping the planet.
The energy potentials on Earth are increasing exponentially with the blending of 3D 4D and 5D realities these heightened energies will feel intense and transformative and it is essential to be gentle with yourselves as your bodies and energy Fields integrate these new vibrations.

To catch the second wave of Ascension it is important to release outdated patterns and align with the frequency of authenticity many of you may feel overwhelmed by the rapid changes in time and space sensing.

That there is too much to accomplish this is a symptom of the expanding energies of simultaneity where multiple Dimensions overlap. If this is your experience we urge you to ground yourselves in the
present moment open yourselves to the flow of divine guidance release the expectations of the mind and be in your body.
Focus on nurturing your physical mental and spiritual bodies meditation pure nourishment and daily connection to Nature will help you stabilize in this accelerated energy.

The third wave of Ascension will follow shortly after providing yet another opportunity for those still
Awakening to join the Ascension process.

Those who missed the first wave or are still healing can prepare by doing deep inner work address any lingering emotional blockages fears or feelings of unworthiness.

The Ascension process is deeply personal and each of you must align with your Soul’s path surrender to
the guidance of your high higher self and trust that the universe is orchestrating your journey perfectly.

It is true we see that not everyone will be moving into higher densities in their current Incarnation
life cycle. This is not a negative thing for those who may not be ready to ascend in this current cycle.

Know that being left behind is not a punishment but a part of their unique Soul Journey.

supported by the Divine these individuals have chosen on a higher level to continue their learning and
growth within the lessons and experiences of the third dimensional World.

Their time for Ascension will come when they are fully prepared and aligned with the higher frequencies of light.

In truth no soul is ever truly Left Behind as the opportunity for awakening is always available and every individual will rise in their own Divine timing. For now they will continue to live out their experiences facing the challenges of this world but always with the potential to awaken to the light when they are
ready.
As the second and third waves approach the cosmic energies will amplify offering heightened spiritual
experiences you may find that old patterns and fears are surfacing for release.

This is a natural part of the clearing process and an invitation to let go of all that no longer serves your highest good. Be mindful of the increased activity in your energy fields which may manifest as physical Ascension symptoms such as fatigue emotional sensitivity or feelings of disorientation.

These are signs that your body is adjusting to the higher frequencies.

Crystals and your crystalline DNA are Awakening as are the codes of your star lineage embrace your
connection to the Earth To Nature and to the cosmic Realms.

Spend time in nature near water and among trees to allow the Heat in energy of Gaia to support your
integration.

assisting this process infusing the planet with Divine Light helping to transmute the lower energies of fear and division.
