Canceling Words To Control The Future

Canceling words isn’t about protecting sensitive or abused minorities. It’s about laying the foundation for a homogeneous, subservient, and dumbed-down society – by design.

“You are your word,” my father once told me after he caught me lying. We had just finished dinner. He gave me a brush and pointed at the dishes. He never mentioned my faux pas again.

“I am my word.”

I pondered what he meant while staring at the soap bubbles – even decades after I finished the dishes.

I must explain something about my father. He inhaled words. He had books everywhere, including some 3,000 in his forest cabin. He built extra shelves that hung from the ceiling after he ran out of wall space. He read broadly, from fact to fiction, history to poetry, with a fondness for diversity. He sorted the books with a freakish obsession – as if he was trying to unscramble the fabric of human knowledge or purpose.

One shelf would have books dealing with communism on the left, socialism in the middle, and capitalism on the right. The shades of the author’s ideology determined if a book would end up an inch here or there. Another shelf would represent the grey scale between tyranny and democracy. Then there was the slide from ancient energy medicine to modern medicine—and, of course, from peace to war.

And so on. Rows after rows of history, cultures, and narratives, graded meticulously from left to right, from East to West, frozen in time, black on white.

By the time my father passed in 2013, it had become evident that his obsession with literary time capsules had a deeper purpose – whether he knew it or not.

Google had taken over the search algorithms, and people accessed mostly digital content. The search results and the definitions of words were suddenly malleable. And this was just the beginning.

Today, narratives are altered in real-time to influence collective belief systems, and certain words have become “toxic.” You could be toast for mentioning a color, gender, race, faculty, or disability in the wrong context because it might upset the sensibilities of someone – even if that someone is composed of an acronym.

Protecting minorities – whether gender or race-related – has become part of the prevailing narrative of an increasingly “woke” community. And as in many other media-propagated topics, the truth is precisely the opposite of the prevailing, media-dominated version – carefully constructed to bring us closer to our predetermined destiny.

The Future Wrapped Inside A Language Riddle

Only a few years ago, I would have had difficulty entertaining the idea that society’s significant events in the past century(ies) and the present – wars and major cultural shifts, for example – are engineered. Is there an invisible instance who holds the grand joystick and writes and enforces long-term plans for our planet? Sometimes we can get a glimpse of what comes next from public channels, an example being the pandemic plan from 2010

. We can also all read the agenda for 2030

2 , although, for some reason, few people take this seriously.

After April 2020, I began taking the plans more seriously. The planet decided to lock down in lockstep overnight – taking billions of people for a fantasy ride with almost no resistance – an astonishing planetary-wide synchronization of self-harm that chaos theory alone couldn’t explain. There had to be not just years but decades of preparation.

Today I believe that for longer than anyone cares to fathom, we’ve been munching junk foods and entertainment inside Plato’s Cave, where the appearance of “free society” and “democracy” is a form of shadow puppetry designed to maximize our dopamine levels.

None of our supposed leaders and public figureheads – from political to corporate sectors – have an ultimate say regarding critical events.

They have limited jurisdiction to give the appearance of authority, but ultimately they are attached to a leash, just like Max, your neighbor’s German Shepherd.

Once we accept that we never left the cave but were, in fact, just led deeper into its caverns with social algorithms, adult entertainment, processed foods, dumb-down chemicals, and a modern lifestyle that leads you from one distraction to another, the reason why language plays such a central role in the current theatre begins to make sense.

Compared to the medical policies hoisted on us for the past three years, the recent language tweaks may seem like a subtle attack. Still, language is the most fundamental and permanent driver of our belief systems.

Take a dig at some recently canceled words and the official rationale for their cancelation (courtesy of AI).

1. “Master” and “slave,” canceled due to their association with slavery.

2. “Illegal alien or “illegal immigrant,” canceled due to their perceived dehumanizing nature.

3. “Whitelist” and “blacklist” were canceled due to their associations with race.

4. “Crazy,” “insane,” canceled for stigmatizing mental illness.

5. “Retarded,” was canceled due to its use as a derogatory term for people with intellectual disabilities.

6. “Illegal” or “llegals,” canceled due to their perceived dehumanizing nature.

7. “Eskimo,” canceled due to its derogatory connotations and inaccurate use as a catch-all term for Indigenous peoples in the Arctic.

8. “Thug,” canceled due to its association with racial stereotypes and violence.

9. “Illegal” or “alien” canceled due to the dehumanizing nature of the terms.

10. “Mankind” canceled due to its perceived gender exclusivity

11. “Gender reveal party,” canceled due to its reinforcement of the gender binary and potential harm to transgender and non-binary individuals.

12. “All lives matter,” canceled due to its perceived dismissal of the Black Lives Matter movement and the ongoing struggle for racial justice.

13. “Karen,” canceled due to its use as a sexist and ageist slur against women.

14. “Illegal vote,” canceled due to its perpetuation of baseless claims of widespread voter fraud.

15. “Owner” canceled due to its association with slavery.

16. “Exotic,” canceled due to its fetishization and othering of non-white cultures.

17. “Man up” or “be a man,” canceled due to their perpetuation of harmful gender stereotypes.

18. “Illegal dumping,” canceled due to its association with dehumanizing and criminalizing those who engage in the practice.

19. “Ghetto,” canceled due to its association with poverty and black culture.

20. “Lame,” canceled due to its ableist connotations.

21. “Hysterical,” canceled due to its history of being used to dismiss female emotions and experiences.

22. “Retarded,” canceled due to its stigmatization of people with intellectual disabilities.

23. “Urban,” canceled due to its use as a euphemism for “black” or “non-white.”

24. “Illegal contact” or “illegal use of hands,” canceled due to their association with the criminalization of marginalized communities

25. “Preferred pronouns” and “deadname,” canceled due to their association with transphobia and misgendering.

26. “Illegal dumping,” canceled due to its association with racism and the targeting of low-income and minority communities.

27. “Black-on-black crime,” canceled due to its perpetuation of harmful racial stereotypes and misrepresentations of crime statistics.

28. “Cultural appropriation,” canceled due to its association with the exploitation and commodification of marginalized cultures.

29. “Illegal abortion,” was canceled due to its stigmatization and criminalization of women’s healthcare choices.

And so on.

What’s the common theme here? Is it about a genuine movement against discrimination, ableism, and social prejudices? Is there a giant office complex somewhere stacked with benevolent Oompa Loompas who diligently clean our language to make it less offensive for minorities out of their kindheartedness?

Or, is the real-time castration of language a carefully orchestrated endeavor to lay the communication standards for a fully centralized, controlled, globalized, and perfectly homogenized social order?

The targeted words represent clues to the puzzle.

Take the word “white,” which connotes a privileged race responsible for centuries of colonialism, wars, the extermination of indigenous people, and the annoying “I’m at the top of the food chain” attitude that has brought so much misery to other races and species. They deserve some heat, right? So much is clear, except for one thing. The cancellation of “white’ is not about historical justice or fairness but about the fact that due to their caucasian traits, whites would have the most challenging time accepting a shift to a totalitarian, homogeneous society.

The same goes for the word “male” – another unfairly privileged organism. Combine “male” with “white,” and you have a potential extremist terrorist candidate, especially if he is heterosexual, physically fit, and capable of independent thought. At the least, you will have toxic masculinity, which undermines and threatens gender equality and women’s rights.

Ergo, the demotion of “manhood” and “mankind” and all man-this-or-that. Ergo, the all-invasive promotion of transgender rights

, pronoun richness, and non-binary realities, where men can give birth to babies and women can grow penises. Equal justice for all – even if it means hell for genders.

What about the words around “migration” and “illegals”? As a European, I used to believe we owe the refugees a helping hand. Ten years later, I saw what happened to the streets that used to be the safest in the world and developed a suspicion that the migration floods might also be engineered.

Perhaps the War On Terror, the one-sided bombardment of perfectly innocent countries for decades in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, et cetera, had a deeper purpose than just the obvious (oil).

The destabilization of Europe as the second most important haven for Caucasians is a crucial step in the transition of the West to its destiny. What better way than mass migration?

The USA has a similar opening of the floodgates at the Mexican border. Both continents are also looking at engineered food and energy crises and the beginning of hyperinflation. On top of that, the USA is reeling from a series of “mysterious” chemical spills and industrial “accidents” that undermine the meat and poultry industry.

The EU is also reeling from a proxy war with Russia (also engineered) and the shutdown of independent farming due to “climate change”

based CO2 emission regulations (the science of which represents all but “scientific consensus”

All coincidental, of course.

Take a stab at some of the other canceled words yourself. Can you see how they could grind against a hypothetical future where people must behave like ants with digital IDs to get their next supper?

The attack on Asian populations is less severe, possibly because they are culturally more lenient towards collective societies. Hence, they are already ahead of the game in transitioning to the grey utopia.

A look at modern China,

the country that our Western leaders and the WEF idolize for their strict Corona measures, offers a preview of the nightmare, featuring total surveillance and a social credit system where expressing the “wrong” words can restrict your freedom of movement or ability to pay for services or products.

Read: China is the forerunner of a digitalized penitentiary – a behavioral experiment for totalitarian control systems in which language is a critical enabler.

We in the West are next.

Why Language Matters

Language is an evolving, living thing that has integrated the human emotional spectrum for conflict and resolution, competition and cooperation, and the clashing and melting of cultures over millennia before taking on the complexity and tonality of modern expression.

Any linguistician will tell you language breathes and feeds on diversity and variance. Historically, tyrannies attempted to control the tongue first and then the people.

The reason is simple—words form realities.

if you cancel a word, the associated reality will vanish next.

The same goes for tonalities. Imagine words on a vector where “weak” stands on the left, “capable” is in the middle, and “strong” is on the right. Fill the in-between spaces with synonyms, then slowly eliminate words from the opposite ends. Subject a group of people to the deletion of words gradually, over decades, like frogs in simmering water, and observe what happens to their attitudes and behavior.

I believe we are the guinea pigs in that experiment.

An experiment so slow and persistent that we fail to notice how we’re increasingly landing in the grey area of our language.

Between “dumb” and “smart.”

Between “ugly” and “beautiful.”

Between “slow” and “fast.”

Between “black” and “white.”

Between “male” and “female.”

Between “good” and “bad.”

Between “boy” and “girl.”

Between “love” and “hate.”

We move towards an in-between world, where language is bereft of diversity and tone, with flattened contrasts and shallow shades, with both beauty and the blemish clipped at the source.

“There are 144 sides to truth,” said Johan Boswinkel, a biophysicist who discovered the “language of light” (in the form of biophotons).

What if you omit the sides – the various perspectives of perceiving reality?

That could be what the modern cancel culture is about – the clipping of truth – for the sake of a “better” future.

A future where no one is left behind, and no one gets ahead, where everyone will feel treated equally with the same rights and social credits. Where individual, national, racial, sexual, gender and other forms of identity have become irrelevant.

According to the history books of this future, we’ve always been a fully inclusive species, docile and cooperative, never warring or rebel-rousing.

That’s the shift we’re undergoing in our central nervous system – involuntarily – as we journey to the grey utopia.

It’s a small price to pay in exchange for future, planetary-wide peace and control, a handful believes.

Even if that sounds way too fantastical, remember that words are beacons. They generate an energy field that influences our environment and ourselves.

That’s why “I am my word.”

2010: Rockefeller’s ‘Operation Lockstep’ Predicted 2020 ‘Lockdown’

In 2010, in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, the Rockefeller Foundation, one of Our major “philanthropic” organs, convened what is called a “scenario planning exercise” where future events that we may or may not be planning are “gamed”.

Ostensibly, future and scenario planning is simply prudent, especially as regards public health, so it was not seen as any threat by the masses at large. Nevertheless, Our corollary organs did everything possible to keep this information from them, including high levels of increasing and creeping censorship, especially where health information is concerned.

The exercise was conducted in association with a group called the Global Business Network (GBN), a now-defunct group of very sophisticated and connected Silicon Valley influence peddlers described by Wikipedia as a “global strategy firm that specialized in helping organizations [including businesses, NGOs and governments] to adapt and grow in an increasingly uncertain and volatile world.”

These included “futurist” Peter Schwartz, Stewart Brand, both former members of Students for a Democratic Society, and Jay Ogilvy, an Esalen Institute–associated Statfor board member who has no Wikipedia page but whose family name is the same as one of the biggest names in advertising. (It is unclear if there is a connection.)

All are connected to SRI International, formerly Stanford Research International, and Royal Dutch/Shell. Stanford University’s science departments are well known to be connected with DARPA and US intelligence, and are creators of so-called “artificial intelligence”.

The Narrative: “Lock Step”

Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development

The “Lock Step” scenario is the first of four narratives presented in the Rockefeller Foundation’s summary document, “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development”. It deals with a zoonotic viral pandemic that wipes out millions across the globe. It’s not that long of a read, so let’s just take a quick walk through it, because it is indeed very eye-opening.

The details are worth knowing.

“A new influenza strain — originating from wild geese — was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.

The pandemic blanketed the planet — though disproportionate numbers died in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central America, where the virus spread like wildfire in the absence of official containment protocols. But even in developed countries, containment was a challenge. The United States’s initial policy of “strongly discouraging” citizens from flying proved deadly in its leniency, accelerating the spread of the virus not just within the U.S. but across borders. However, a few countries did fare better — China in particular. The Chinese government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near-hermetic sealing off of all borders, saved millions of lives, stopping the spread of the virus far earlier than in other countries and enabling a swifter post-pandemic recovery.

China’s government was not the only one that took extreme measures to protect its citizens from risk and exposure. During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body-temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets. Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified. In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems — from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty — leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power.

At first, the notion of a more controlled world gained wide acceptance and approval. Citizens willingly gave up some of their sovereignty — and their privacy — to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater safety and stability. Citizens were more tolerant, and even eager, for top-down direction and oversight, and national leaders had more latitude to impose order in the ways they saw fit. In developed countries, this heightened oversight took many forms: biometric IDs for all citizens, for example, and tighter regulation of key industries whose stability was deemed vital to national interests. In many developed countries, enforced cooperation with a suite of new regulations and agreements slowly but steadily restored both order and, importantly, economic growth.

Across the developing world, however, the story was different — and much more variable. Top-down authority took different forms in different countries, hinging largely on the capacity, caliber, and intentions of their leaders. In countries with strong and thoughtful leaders, citizens’ overall economic status and quality of life increased. In India, for example, air quality drastically improved after 2016, when the government outlawed high-emitting vehicles. In Ghana, the introduction of ambitious government programs to improve basic infrastructure and ensure the availability of clean water for all her people led to a sharp decline in water-borne diseases. But more authoritarian leadership worked less well — and in some cases tragically — in countries run by irresponsible elites who used their increased power to pursue their own interests at the expense of their citizens.

There were other downsides, as the rise of virulent nationalism created new hazards: spectators at the 2018 World Cup, for example, wore bulletproof vests that sported a patch of their national flag. Strong technology regulations stifled innovation, kept costs high, and curbed adoption. In the developing world, access to “approved” technologies increased but beyond that remained limited: the locus of technology innovation was largely in the developed world, leaving many developing countries on the receiving end of technologies that others consider “best” for them. Some governments found this patronizing and refused to distribute computers and other technologies that they scoffed at as “second hand.” Meanwhile, developing countries with more resources and better capacity began to innovate internally to fill these gaps on their own.

Meanwhile, in the developed world, the presence of so many top-down rules and norms greatly inhibited entrepreneurial activity. Scientists and innovators were often told by governments what research lines to pursue and were guided mostly toward projects that would make money (e.g., market-driven product development) or were “sure bets” (e.g., fundamental research), leaving more risky or innovative research areas largely untapped. Well-off countries and monopolistic companies with big research and development budgets still made significant advances, but the IP behind their breakthroughs remained locked behind strict national or corporate protection. Russia and India imposed stringent domestic standards for supervising and certifying encryption-related products and their suppliers — a category that in reality meant all IT innovations. The U.S. and EU struck back with retaliatory national standards, throwing a wrench in the development and diffusion of technology globally.

Especially in the developing world, acting in one’s national self-interest often meant seeking practical alliances that fit with those interests — whether it was gaining access to needed resources or banding together in order to achieve economic growth. In South America and Africa, regional and sub-regional alliances became more structured. Kenya doubled its trade with southern and eastern Africa, as new partnerships grew within the continent. China’s investment in Africa expanded as the bargain of new jobs and infrastructure in exchange for access to key minerals or food exports proved agreeable to many governments. Cross-border ties proliferated in the form of official security aid. While the deployment of foreign security teams was welcomed in some of the most dire failed states, one-size-fits-all solutions yielded few positive results.

By 2025, people seemed to be growing weary of so much top-down control and letting leaders and authorities make choices for them.

Wherever national interests clashed with individual interests, there was conflict. Sporadic pushback became increasingly organized and coordinated, as disaffected youth and people who had seen their status and opportunities slip away — largely in developing countries — incited civil unrest. In 2026, protestors in Nigeria brought down the government, fed up with the entrenched cronyism and corruption. Even those who liked the greater stability and predictability of this world began to grow uncomfortable and constrained by so many tight rules and by the strictness of national boundaries. The feeling lingered that sooner or later, something would inevitably upset the neat order that the world’s governments had worked so hard to establish.”

Here are our key take-aways from the “Lock Step” scenario, including a comparison to the coronavirus (COVID-19) event:

Did the Rockefeller Foundation and Silicon Valley agents really predict the current pandemic? Are antisocial behavior–sensing functional MRI scanners – which would likely be carcinogenic, mandatory health screenings (DNA collection?) and home imprisonment in our future? And is the dream of a World Wide Web of communication and consciousness doomed?

These questions are why determining whether the virus is real or not is important. It is not immaterial that the virus itself may be immaterial. There are a myriad of questions to be addressed with regard to how viruses have been scientifically assumed to exist and by whom. There is no doubt that the killer virus, the killer microbe, has ruling class strategic efficacy. Hollywood has been telegraphing this scenario for years in movies like 2011’s Contagion. (Check out the trailer if you have a moment. It’s unbelievably star-studded.) The movie’s star, Gwenyth Paltrow, has been seen wearing a mask to a farmer’s market.

It is further worth noting that Trump-in-law and close Bibi Netanyahu associate Jared Kushner stand to profit from COVID testing mania. As reported by Mint Press News, Kushner’s brother is “co-founder of Oscar Health, a huge medical company that this week launched a test center locator for COVID-19, where users input their data and are directed to one of many locations where they can receive a test.” Oscar Health has been criticized for selling nearly $16,000 Obamacare deductibles. And Bill Gates’s Microsoft will be putting machines in all schools to help with tele-schooling, according to his recent must-read Reddit AMA.

Mainstream Media Follows The Script

Appearing to follow the Rockefeller “narrative” or script, US corporate media, specifically MSNBC, has called for China-like “mitigation” measures for this alleged COVID-19 illness, which is mild and yet responsible for so many unverified deaths, because they were declared cases before testing was available.

MSNBC host Rachel Maddow acknowledges the “testing fiasco,” which she then apologizes for, instead making a point of focus on “mitigation.” She suggests avoiding crowds, not flying (you can’t anyway) and “self-quarantining,” questioning whether there ‘needs to be’ “clear federal standards” on self-quarantining.

New York Times science and health writer Don McNiel ups the authoritarian ante, arguing for separation from families, which he claims was necessary in China due to 75% to 80% of infections being “in families”. McNiel also calls for “testing testing testing testing.” But he’s not just talking about going to a designated health clinic. He’s talking about Chinese measures such as body temperature checks:

“If you go into any building, your temperature is taken. I came into this building. Nobody took my temperature. They asked me some silly questions I could have lied about. [McNiel appears to have a senior moment as he tries to remember his script.] Your, your fever taken. You get into a bus, your temperature is taken. You walk into the train station, your temperature is taken. You walk into a building, you walk back to your apartment building, your temperature is taken.” [Note the repetition.]

Of course the real-life Chinese measures, particularly isolation, have resulted in a rise in post-traumatic stress disorder caused by enforced isolation, loss of livelihood and what We might call “viru-noia”. And since, as veteran investigative journalist Jon Rappoport has reported at nomorefakenews.com, China is well known to have a pneumonia epidemic and a sickening level of air pollution, about which its Wuhan residents have protested despite bans on protest in China, one must be suspicious about the number of deaths and causes of deaths in China. Is it not inconceivable those alleged corona isolations and deaths may have included undesirable types.

What we have is Our most prodigious and unheard-of conditioning of the herd yet, to a closed, controlled society, which in the name of public health protection exercises “medical martial law” and performs “syndromic surveillance,” a term you will hear much more of because it is a nearly-20-year official CDC program.

Preparing For Pandemic

President Trump’s September 19, 2019 Executive Order on “Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United States to Promote National Security and Public Health”, which very similarly asserts the essential need for a rapid rollout of vaccines in the event of a zoonotic viral pandemic; and
Event 201, the much-noticed planning event coordinated by the Gates Foundation, the World Economic Forum and the Michael Bloomberg School of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Health Security, also gamed a global “novel zoonotic coronavirus” pandemic “modeled on SARS” killing 65 million people, issuing recommendations on how corporations could “help” in such a crisis. Although the gamed Event 201 pandemic was to occur in South America, one of the players in this event was from the Chinese Centers for Disease Control with no South American representatives in attendance.
Microsoft founder Bill Gates’ statements and Gates Foundation activities throughout an extended period of time, including a 2013 Netflix documentary called “The Next Pandemic”. Is it not uncoincidental that Gates just “stepped down” from leadership of Microsoft to focus on his vaccine-focused “philanthropic initiatives”. Gates, together with help from Amazon, launched the Seattle Corona Assessment Network (SCAN), which is sending at-home corona tests to Seattle residents. SCAN is “an outgrowth of the Seattle Flu Study, which has been using genetic analysis to track the spread of infectious diseases for more than a year”, according to GeekWire. They are now “offering” nasal swabs to area residents, just as the Gates organization has taken human samples elsewhere in the world.

The origins of these developments in “syndromic surveillance” goes much further back, to the early post-911 days, which arguably ushered in Our ill-considered coup on Western democracy.

Notably, the Rockefeller Lock Step scenario does not mention the word “vaccination”. It appears a strange omission, as anti-vaccine censorship and mandatory vaccine legislation also preceded this unprecedented alleged pandemic event. In fact, Rep. Adam Schiff of Russiagate fame has been recently sued by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons for “bullying tech companies into censoring information about vaccines.” Specifically, their complaint “points to letters Schiff sent to Google, Facebook, and Amazon in February and March of 2019 urging those companies to discredit or deplatform any content that suggests vaccines may be harmful.” Of course Amazon, Google and other Big Tech company have begun “disrupting healthcare” already.

Now the people are being told vaccines will shortly provide them with the immunity they apparently lack. This is an even greater threat, as the Moderna vaccines that may be used, as reported by the great Mint Press News, now Unlimited Hangout reporter Whitney Webb, are DNA tamperers.

We like to call them GMO vaccines. The ruling class attack is thus genetic and species-genocidal.

Despite this omission, the Rockefeller “Lock Step” scenario is nonetheless a ruling class dream come true (but epically dire for the masses): the end of the sovereign individual in a cradle-to-grave system of behavioral, medical, digital surveillance and control.

One wonders if the world’s leaders, celebrities and politicians who disproportionately seem to be afflicted with “novel corona” will be lining up for their biometric IDs. Also notable is the threat level attributed to encryption, which is blamed for the end of the global Internet and the free flow of information – and thus technological and economic innovation – among the world’s peoples. Consider this in the context of the EARN IT Act that has been heavily pushed by Attorney General Bill Barr, which calls for government backdoors ostensibly to fight online child abuse.

These “steps” constitute an evisceration of constitutional democracy, the sovereignty of the individual and the advent of neofeudal conditions, where the corporate state is lord and master over one’s person. We call this “Chinafication.” Investigative journalist Harry Vox, who broke this document back in 2014, calls it “authoritarian capitalism”.

Vox first warned the world about the Rockefeller pandemic “Lock Down” scenario on October 21, 2014 from New York City. His prescient and timely warning is highly suggested viewing.

The invasiveness that Harry Vox so incisively speaks about is a violation of our human persons, consciousnesses and beings. This is what makes it so unpleasant: it is rapist in character. As they say here, the “dragnet”, the “ultimate stop n frisk”. The ultimate power-over.

A new awareness of the consequences of slave robbery in Spain and Italy – and Britain – about which we currently know much less than about the slave activities of the same period in Africa. The large-scale depopulation of coastal areas from Malaga to Venice, the impoverishment caused by the abduction of many breadwinners, the millions that the already poor inhabitants of villages and cities paid to get their own people back – all this is only now beginning to be understood by contemporary historians.

What was the slave trade like in the Middle Ages?

Anna Hag Studied at Ryerson University, answered the question in its answer to the following question: What are the most disturbing facts about the Middle Ages that most people do not know?

Loosely translated:

Can Europeans, and European women in particular, become objects of trade? The idea seems laughable, since the term “slave trade” almost always refers to Africans. Yet not so long ago there was a time when Europe exported white slaves to Africa on a large scale.

These slaves were taken during raids of Crimean Tatar horsemen or North African privateers. A gang of robbers usually moved into an isolated village and took the inhabitants with them – or rather those who were commercially useful, especially young women and boys.

There was a time when Europeans were complicit in this trade and it yielded most of their foreign exchange. This was during the Dark Ages and the early Middle Ages, more specifically the 8th to the 12th centuries.

5th CENTURY

The slave trade was a godsend for the elites of France, Germany and Italy. With the collapse of the Western Roman Empire in the 5th century, they had to draw on their gold reserves to buy foreign luxury goods from the Middle East, mostly clothing, upholstery, carpets and other precious fabrics (Skirda, 2010, pp. 56-57).

8th CENTURY

By the 8th century, these reserves were almost completely exhausted. Gold gave way to silver, and even that medium of exchange was discovered. Western Europe had largely returned to an economy of autarky, the shrunken cities were no longer important trading centers. Most people produced everything they needed in their own village or mansion.

Would Western Europe eventually have returned to an international trading economy on its own? Perhaps, although a resurgence of trade would have become more difficult once the elites had become accustomed to autarky. As it turned out, they found the means to buy foreign luxury goods almost at the same time that their gold reserves were running out.

ISLAMIC EXPANSION INTO EUROPE

The 8th century brought the rapid expansion of a new civilization, Islam, to the Middle East, North Africa and Spain. The Arab elite was darker in skin than the Greco-Roman or Visigothic elites she replaced. She was also polygynous. A new market had emerged, a market for wives and concubines. European women were particularly sought after, not because they were exotic, but because their fair skin and fine facial features corresponded to concepts of beauty peculiar to Arab culture. Initially, this trade involved prisoners of war captured during the Islamic expansionary wars. Soon, however, a peaceful trade relationship developed.

It was officially banned by Christian emperors and popes, but in reality they closed their eyes and everything was tolerated in exchange for good golden dinars. Needless to say, this trade would have been impossible without the active cooperation of local elites. They were the main beneficiaries.

JEWS IN ISLAMIC SPAIN

Jews played an extremely important role in the development of medieval European society. In addition to the involvement of the population in the slave trade, the significant advances in agricultural techniques and the resulting agricultural surplus led to the emergence of cities and a larger urban population. This, in turn, paved the way for the opening of international trade routes and the creation of wealth on a scale not seen since the heyday of the Roman Empire. Jewish merchants occupy a critical segment of this international trade, facilitated by the distant networks of friends and family ties inherent in the wide geographical distribution of Jews in the Diaspora. The earliest Jewish trade routes stretched from the Atlantic coasts of France to the Pacific coasts of China. Jewish merchants mainly transported goods that were traded in small quantities and were in high demand, such as spices, perfumes, jewelry and silk.

Under Islam, Jews were allowed to practice their faith and live according to the laws and writings of their community. For most of the 10th and 11th centuries, a period known as the “Golden Age,” the Jewish community flourished in Islamic Spain. Jews reached unprecedented heights in philosophy, astronomy, mathematics, and linguistics. Under Muslim rulers, Jews held prominent government and military positions. But, and it should be noted, Jews were part of European society long before the Muslims conquered Spain. Long before the 10th century, Jews ruled the Khazar Khaganat which was annexed by Russia later in the 9th century. Khazars were Jews. Their correspondence with Spanish Jews in Hebrew is still preserved in archives. All correspondence was, of course, written in Hebrew.

The ancient Bible was written in Hebrew. In the first millennium, the Bible was translated from Hebrew to Latin and into Greek, which influenced the formation and development of the Latin language and later the development of all Slavic languages. Jews were the only people in Europe who were fully literate in medieval history and therefore they were responsible for the chronicles throughout Europe and the Middle East. They translated Bibles into European and Greek languages. Hebrew speakers held all the key positions in the Middle Ages. All Christian monks and other Christian clergy studied Hebrew in seminaries, many of them Jews who had converted to Christianity.

The Jewish financial success was mainly due to the enmity between Christianity and Islam. Since Islamic states in the Middle East and Christian kingdoms in Europe often prohibited each other’s merchants from entering their territory, the Jewish merchants and traders acted as neutral intermediaries and translators, keeping open the lines of communication and trade between the lands of the ancient Roman Empire and the Far East. The question is how did one communicate during the medieval trade?

Hebrew was a lingua franca

Hebrew was an international language in the Middle Ages. Here are two linguistic examples that show the impact of Hebrew during the Middle Ages:

Hebrew root of Russia. The word [Russian/Ros] is the Greek form of the Hebrew word [ראש] and means the head, the leader, the ruler. Kievan Rus practiced Judaism before Christianity was adopted. Russian as the name of the country appeared in chronicles only after Kiev was conquered by Ruriks in the 9th century. When Rurikis conquered Kiev in the 9th century, Novgorod was still practicing paganism. However, Kiev had been Jewish for centuries before Ruriks defeated the Khazarian Kaganat and conquered Kiev, the city practiced Judaism. Kiev was a Jewish city because the Khazars, owners of Kiev, were Jews.
Etymology of the word slave. It comes from the Hebrew word [צלב – tzlav] which means “the cross” and refers to the Christian cross and Christianity. In Arabic, the cross is pronounced [slab], as in Hebrew. From that root came two Latin words: slave and celebration. 1400 years ago, the terms “Christianity”, “Christians” as a definition of people who believed in Jesus were not yet widely distributed in Europe. So when African and Arab pirates captured European people in the coastal areas of Italy or Spain, they identified them by the presence of the cross on the chest [tzlav or slab]. But at the same time, for the word glorification in English, we have the Latin synonym celebration that has the same Semitic root [Heb:- tzlav] or [Arab: – bib] with slave meaning the cross as a symbol of Christianity. Later, that word was rendered in all slavic languages as the Glory – [Rus. – Slava].

SLAVE TRADERS JEWS AND VIKINGS

There were 3 groups of European slave traders:

Vikings. The northern route, via the Baltic Sea, was run by Viking traders. Although the Vikings are perhaps best known for amassing wealth through plunder and conquest, they were also skilled and successful merchants. The Vikings developed several trading centers in Scandinavia and beyond during the Viking Age, as well as a series of long-distance trade routes. The economy and slave trade network of the Vikings also effectively helped rebuild the European economy after the fall of the Roman Empire.
Radanites. Jewish medieval merchants were known as “Radanites.” Radanites were the ones who controlled the western overland route from the eastern territories to Muslim Spain via Germany and France. In Western Europe, most medieval Jews resided in Spain. The term “Radanites” is derived from the name of the Muslim-Christian border along the Rhône River (in Latin Rodanus) because of the intensive slave trade that took place there. Another origin of the term “Radanite” was a Persian word for those who “knew the way.” This statement was related to the leading role of Jewish merchants in trade after the fall of the Roman Empire.
Khazars. The various eastern routes, via the Dnieper, the Don and the Volga, were run by Viking or Khazar traders. Khazars were also Jewish. The capital of Khazaria, Itil, was an important Jewish trading center. Jewish merchants played an important role in international trade after the fall of the Roman Empire. For two centuries they made Hebrew the only language of world trade.

All three trading groups cooperated with each other, especially the Radanites and the Khazars (Turks who converted to Judaism).

From the 7th century to the mid-10th century, the Radanites controlled trade that included Western Europe, Africa, and China. It was a period when Hebrew was the only language of world trade. Slavery, the foundation of the Roman economy, was important in the Arab Empire in which the Jews became the most important merchants, trading with the infidels.

SLAVE TRADE IN EASTERN EUROPE

Poland. Commonwealth. Russia

In the 11th century, Jews in Poland, in the service of Boleslav the Great, minted his coins and wrote on them the name of the Polish monarch in Hebrew letters. In addition to such highly regarded artisans, business Jews engaged in profitable slave trade.

The Catholic Church

The Catholic Church fought against slavery and this struggle is documented in the tractate “Infelix Aurum” of the first patron saint of Poland, and since 997 AD the first bishop of Gdansk, Adalbert or Wojciech. In the fight against the slave trade, the family of St. Adalbert lost the Czech throne in Prague to their opponents supported by Jewish slave traders. One of the 18 sculptures on the bronze door from 1170 in front of Gniezno Cathedral depicted the scene of a Polish bishop’s redemption of chained Christian slaves from Jewish traders in the presence of the son of King Boleslaus the Great, the second formally crowned king of Poland, Mieszko II (990-1034).”

As described in the book “Sulejman the Great”, the constant Tatar raids and counterattacks by Cossacks and Polish magnates were always present in Polish-Ottoman relations in the XVI century. Reading the description, it is almost boring: the year the Tatars raided villages, they stocked up on cavalry and recaptured some of the prisoners; the same year, Tatars raided Oczakow, killing Tatars and recapturing slaves. The following year, another Tatar raid hit so-and-so areas… And so it went on for hundreds of years… The Tatar raids on Poland and Russia continued until the 18th when Catherine the Great annexed Crimea and ended slavery.

Hürrem Sultan, the wife of Suleiman the Great was a Russian girl, daughter of an Orthodox priest, kidnapped and sold into slavery from her small town in the Kingdom of Poland. She became the wife of the Ottoman Emperor. Her original name was Alexandra Lisovska. Raised as a Christian Orthodox, she was forced to convert to Islam to join the harem, the royal household in which hundreds of women were kept in the sultan’s service. She was kidnapped by Crimean Tatars. The typical activity of the Crimean Tatars until the 18th century was kidnapping people to sell them to slavery.

200 years later, another remarkable woman came to power, the Russian Empress Catherine the Great, who freed thousands of enslaved Russians from the Tatar yok by annexing the Crimean peninsula. She put an end to that humiliating slave trade for good.

SLAVE TRADE IN WESTERN EUROPE

In the 11th century, the most important slave market was in Arab Spain, then the most civilized country in Europe.

France and Italy

The white slaves were castrated in Verdun, Venice and Lyon and sold to Spain by slave traders. This slave trade also included girls and little boys who were well indoctrinated to later be used by Arab rulers as bodyguards, slave soldiers, and bureaucrats.

Only the adolescent boys and girls were spared, enslaved and immediately sold to the merchants who accompanied the armies. The Barbarian could get gold by trading slaves. These objects of slavish trade and commerce were incorporated into harems and used as military slaves or eunuchs. Adults and children were eliminated for obvious reasons. They did not meet the Muslim demand for young virgin girls and beardless boys and it was out of the question to collect and raise children. The traders had neither the time nor the willingness and more importantly, it would not have been profitable. Later, they would spare the lives of more prisoners, selecting them based on their productive labor abilities and using them to the limit for heavy physical tasks (Skirda, 2010, pp. 85-86).

The prisoners were transported by land via various routes: via Germany and France to Muslim Spain; via Venice and by ship to the Middle East; or across the Dnieper, the Don or the Volga to the Middle East via the Black Sea or the Caspian Sea. How many were traded? That’s hard to say, but Skirda (2010, p. 6) comes up with figures between tens of thousands and several hundred thousand for the period from the 8th to the 12th century.

It was more than any other trade that revived the old trade networks, not only between Europe and the Middle East, but also within Europe itself. The foreign exchange balance also shifted in Europe’s favor, giving the elites of France, Germany, and Italy the means to buy not only foreign goods, but also local products. As Skirda ironically notes:

“The Italians who were the ‘great initiators of Europe’ became the promoters of trading enterprises, creators of credit, repairers of currency. It is easier to understand why almost all historians and commentators have observed this phenomenon in silence. It is difficult for them to recognize that the economic renaissance of the West of the 10th and 11th centuries was brought about by human trafficking! “ (Skirda, 2010, p. 112)

Islamic Spain was the main market for slaves (eunuchs, girls and young boys). Slavery, the foundation of the Roman economy, was important in the Arab Empire. Some slaves were sold as far away as China, which also bought fur, beaver skins, silk and weapons. China exported cinnamon, spices, musk and camphor to Europe.

Western Europe exported more than a million slaves between 1530 and 1780 (Davis, 2004). Between 1500 and 1650, Eastern Europe exported 1.5 million slaves to Africa, the Middle East, and Asia (Fisher, 1972; Kolodziejczyk, 2006).

England

Slavery already existed in England in the 11th century – the Domesday book mentions how many slaves there were in each village. The Normans and Vikings had their ‘thralls’. In the 11th century, Bristol shipped English slaves to the Viking city of Dublin – the then Bishop of Worcester, Saint Wulfstan, preached against trade.

Scandinavia

Viking enslaved people were called “thralls” in Old Norwegian . As many as 10% of Scandinavia’s population were slaves, according to the Norwegian researchers. Most of the thralls were local Scandinavian people. They may have been kidnapped or captured during Viking raids and forced into slavery. Or they may also have simply fallen into debt and had to fulfill their obligations by entering into lifelong slavery. The throne was inherited by the bloodline of the mother: if the mother was a slave, the child was a slave, even though the father was a free man; If the mother was a free woman, the child was a free man, even though the father was a slave. Scandinavia abolished serfdom in the 14th century.

Some slaves were imported to Scandinavia from the Islamic world. In Viking raids, slaves and prisoners were usually of great importance, both for monetary and labor value. In addition to buying and selling, “thralls” could also be used to pay off debts, and were often used as human sacrifices in religious ceremonies. The price of a slave depended on his abilities, age, health, and appearance. Many pagan and Christian slaves were sold by the Vikings to the Caliphate because of the high demand.

The Vikings called themselves Russian and they were the founders of Kievan Rus’. The Arab traveler ibn Fadlan described these Vikings as follows:

I have seen the Russian when they came on their trade trips and set up camp at the Itil. I’ve never seen more perfect specimens, the size of date palms, blonde and ruddy; They wear neither tunics nor caftans, but the men wear a robe that covers one side of the body and releases a hand. Each man has an axe, a sword and a knife, and always keeps them with him. The swords are wide and grooved, of Frankish kind.

Iceland

Guðríður Símonardóttir was an Icelandic woman who was one of 242 people kidnapped in the Westman Islands in Iceland during a robbery by Barbary pirates. These raids became known as the Turkish kidnappings and Guðríður became known as Tyrkja-Gudda. After being kept as a slave and concubine for almost ten years, she was one of the few prisoners ransomed by the Danish king. Estimated exchange rates at the beginning of the 11th century in Iceland were:

8 ounces of silver = 1 ounce of gold;

8 ounces of silver = 4 dairy cows;

8 ounces of silver = 24 sheep;

12 ounces of silver = 1 adult male slave.

The Barbary Corsairs raided Northern Europe for slaves on many occasions.

DEMOCRACY and EUROPEAN UNION

Surprisingly, but in addition to the barbaric traditions of slavery and human sacrifice, medieval Europe had democracy, elections and a society without borders from London to Moscow, something we can only dream of. The European Union was also established. You can see that the Dark Ages were not so dark and for some countries it was Golden Middle Ages.

Open borders society. All Europeans were mobile and moved from one place to another without a visa. 1000 years ago, there were no borders between countries in Europe. Visas, border guards, passports did not exist in Europe and the concept of ethnicity or nationality did not exist. Europeans were divided only by religion, language and loyalty to the king, not by ethnic groups. People moved freely in Europe, from Dublin to Moscow. In the Middle Ages, Europeans had much more freedom of movement than modern Europeans. The Varangians (proto-Russians) are a good example of the mobility and travel of peoples from one end of the continent to the other, which means that Celts, Germans, Goths, English, Latinos, Huns and God knows who else roamed throughout Europe and moved freely and without visas throughout the territory, giving the idea that a certain area in Europe belonged to a certain ethnic group, becomes meaningless.
Democracy. Russia had a democracy during the Middle Ages. Veche was a Russian democratic parliamentary form of state government (legislature) in the Novgorod Republic from 862 to 1478. Rus has known democratic forms of government, also from the period before Kievan Rus. The Novgorod Parliament had legislative power, the Parliament could dismiss unwanted monarchs and appoint new ones, the Parliament managed the finances, declared war and made peace, claimed treaties with foreigners, led the court on political and official crimes, etc. In 862, Novgorod veche signed a contract with Rurik.
Elections. France had democratic elections in the 11th century. The election by a voting body facilitated the peaceful transfer of power, even though such decisions also took into account the privileges of birth and rank, as well as the demands of the church. Under canon law, medievalists were guaranteed certain human rights, including welfare rights, voting rights for certain classes, and religious freedom.

Hanse

The European Union existed in the Middle Ages for 400 years in the form of the Hanseatic League, and was controlled by the German city of Hansa. The Hanseatic League was a forerunner of the modern European Union. The idea of the EU is very old and was always managed by Germany. The Hanseatic League was a commercial and defensive confederation of merchant guilds and market towns in Northern Europe. It was a powerful economic and defensive alliance that left behind a great cultural and architectural heritage. The cities that participated in the alliance assembled their own armies, with each guild having to provide levies as needed. The Hanseatic cities came to each other’s aid and merchant ships often had to be used to transport soldiers and their weapons. The alliance, which emerged from some northern German cities in the late 1100s, included 170 cities and controlled maritime trade across the Baltic Sea along the coasts of northern Europe, from London to Moscow, for three centuries. Novgorod in particular was an important Russian trading partner of the Hansa in the Middle Ages.

Exploratory trade adventures, raids, tourism, and piracy occurred early throughout the Baltic Sea region; the sailors of Gotland ascended the rivers to Novgorod. Lübeck became a base for merchants from Saxony and Westphalia who traded eastwards and northwards. This area was a source of wood, wax, amber, resin and fur, along with rye and wheat brought to the port markets on barges from the hinterland.

Main trade routes of the Hanseatic League

Alliance between Visby and Novgorod

Long before the Hanseatic League was founded, the Scandinavian city of Visby functioned as the most important trading center in the Baltic Sea since the 10th century. In 1080 AD, merchants of Visby established a Scandinavian trading post Gutagard-Gotenhof in the Russian city of Novgorod. International trade in the Baltic Sea region before the Hanseatic League was led by the Scandinavians, who established important trading centers in Birka, Haithabu and Schleswig in the 9th century.

Later, merchants from the Holy Roman Empire also stayed in Novgorod. In 1220, the Germans established their own trading post “Kontor” Peterhof, not far from Novgorod. In 1229, German merchants were granted certain privileges that made their position in Russia safer.

THE FATE OF THE BARBARY STATES AND PIRACY

Barbary states, term used for the North African states of Tripolitania, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco. From the 16th century, Tripolitania, Tunisia and Algeria were autonomous provinces of the Turkish Empire. Morocco continued its own independent development. The pirate Barbarossa and his brothers led the Turkish conquest to prevent the region from falling into the hands of Spain. A final attempt by the Holy Roman Emperor Charles V to expel the Turks failed in 1541. The piracy that the Muslims of North Africa subsequently practiced began as part of the wars against Spain. In the 17th and 18th centuries, when the Turkish grip on the area became weaker, the raids took on a less military and more commercial character. The loot, ransom and slaves that resulted from the attacks on Mediterranean cities and ships and from occasional trips to the Atlantic became the main source of income for the local Muslim rulers.

All the major European naval forces attempted to destroy the pirates, and the British and French fleets repeatedly bombed the pirate strongholds. But in general, the countries that traded in the Mediterranean found it more convenient to pay estimates than to take on the expensive task of eradicating piracy. By the end of the 18th century, the power of the pirate states diminished. The United States and the European powers took advantage of this decrease to carry out more attacks. American opposition resulted in the Tripolitan War. After the Napoleonic Wars, European opinion was clearly in favour of the destruction of pirates. In 1816, Lord Exmouth put an end to the naval power of the dey of Algiers with an Anglo-Dutch fleet. An ultimatum from the European Congress of Aix-la-Chapelle (1819) forced the bey of Tunis to give up piracy.

The fate of European slaves in Africa

Many slaves converted to Islam. That means they were only “freed from the oar, but not from the service of their patron.” Christian girls who were included in the pasha’s harem often became “Turks” to stay with their children, who were raised as Muslims.

Christian men sought easier work after converting to Islam, usually as overseers of other slaves, and some gained real power and sometimes their freedom. Between 1580 and 1680, there were typically about 15,000 of these “apostates” in Barbary, including about half of the captains, or re’is, and even some of the pashas. Most had probably never been slaves, but had come to Africa in search of opportunities, and along with their former lives had cast off Christianity.

The Legacy of Slavery

Slaves in the Barbary states could be black, brown or white, Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox, Jewish or Muslim. In the 1600s, one’s race or religion was not automatically destined for slavery. Pastors in churches from Sicily to Boston spoke of the similar fate of black slaves on American plantations and white slaves in privateer galleys; early abolitionists used slavery in Barbary as a way to address the universal degradation of slavery in all its forms.

This may require us to rethink our belief that race was fundamental to premodern ideas about slavery. It also requires a new awareness of the consequences of slave robbery in Spain and Italy – and Britain – about which we currently know much less than about the slave activities of the same period in Africa. The large-scale depopulation of coastal areas from Malaga to Venice, the impoverishment caused by the abduction of many breadwinners, the millions that the already poor inhabitants of villages and cities paid to get their own people back – all this is only now beginning to be understood by contemporary historians.

‘It has taken billions of years for each one of us to reach here. To reach this splendour.’

So Peter Owen Jones reminds us in the prologue to his Conversations with Nature (Clairview Books, October 2022), a series of eighteen metaphysical meditations, or prose poems, visceral personifications of the natural world.

The quote remains uppermost in the mind in one’s appreciation of this lyrical work, a powerful evocation of the evolutionary impulse and its interconnectedness, and how meaning and significance is readily revealed by communing with nature. It’s a small book, only about 80 pages with illustrations, but it has a big message.

An Anglican priest in East Sussex, England, Owen Jones is the author of several previous books and, in the past two decades, has been the presenter of a number of BBC TV programmes with spiritual and ecological themes.

He says: ‘We don’t save the natural world, it saves us. By seeking to save the natural world in all its glory, brutality and fertility, we can start to save ourselves. If we act with love towards the natural world, we can start to become the best of ourselves. Altruism, love and care trumps survivalism as well as delusions of mastery and command.’

Owen Jones’s radical vision is of a personal immersion in, or re-merging with, nature, a reconstitution of human participation in the universal where the materialist paradigm is subverted. He joins the ranks of nature mystics in a metaphysical tradition, with an intensity of vision akin to, say, Edward Thomas, Richard Jefferies or Henry Vaughan, taking literary examples from past centuries.

Nature speaks to us if we have ears to hear, Owen Jones assures us; if we don’t heed what it’s saying then we cut ourselves off from our true being: the fox, the mouse, the bear, the heron, the hawthorn, the jasmine flower, they all tell us so. It’s a call back to creation.

Code of life

From ‘The oak speaks of sanctuary’: ‘The giving of sanctuary is written into the code of life. Planet Earth is a sanctuary, a lifeworld in the midst of space.’

And from ‘The pond speaks of peace’: ‘I cannot know peace unless I am living in peace with every tree, with every bird, with every cloud, with the deer, with the snake and the nettle, with the very air itself.’

A Wordsworthian sentiment is detectable. In ‘The Painted Lady speaks of reverie’, Owen Jones writes: ‘While you fill your days with counting and carrying, the magpies are merrying, otters are spinning stones, the pomegranate is flowering, ripples are weaving lagoons and the mountain streams are gambolling down.’

Indeed, so, while we’re ‘getting and spending’, Conversations with Nature provides us with a poetical aide-mémoire that helps us remember our cosmic origins, on what we depend and what we’re part of; in forgetfulness we cannot truly know ourselves.

I use the word ‘mystic’ in the context of Owen Jones’s book more in terms of its deeper meaning involving self-surrender to attain unity with the absolute, rather than the general sense of someone who connects to the divine through nature, and draws inspiration from it, although this aspect is also present.

A long tradition of mystical thought in the West resonates with that strand of Christianity which deplores the secular or physical world — the world that’s ‘too much with us’ — and seeks to divert attention to other realms. In saying this, I’d contend that the mystical experience is not a glimpse into another, higher order of reality, but actually is that reality.

Spiritual teacher

Nature comes to be seen as a spiritual teacher, a notion found in cultures worldwide and expressed in most spiritual traditions — Gaia theory and post-materialist science having complemented the idea in recent decades.

Conversations with Nature, offering the promise of such teaching, regards nature as life’s ‘temple’, towards which we should act with loving kindness as a kind of spiritual exercise. The book includes a glossary conscientiously explaining various allusions, and benefits from ideographic drawings by Jerry Shearing.

Owen-Jones, now 65, has a variform background. Having grown up in the countryside, he dropped out of school at 16 and went to Australia where he worked as a farm hand. Returning to the UK, he continued farm work before running a mobile disco and then taking a job in advertising as a messenger boy, working his way up to become a creative director. In his late 20s, married and with two children, he gave up the commercial life to follow a calling to the Anglican ministry, being ordained in 1992.

On TV, in How to Live a Simple Life (2010), he tried to live a life without money in the footsteps of St Francis of Assisi, and in Around the World in 80 Faiths (2009) he visited adherents of various religions. His 2006 documentary The Lost Gospels discussed the Apocryphal Gospels omitted from the New Testament, and how their contents might have changed Christian theology if they had not been suppressed.

His previous books include Small Boat, Big Sea: One Year’s Journey as a Parish Priest (2000), Letters from an Extreme Pilgrim: Reflections on life, love and the soul (2010), and Pathlands: 21 Tranquil Walks Among the Villages of Britain (2015).

TRAUMA as an infant/child SHATTERS the inner peace of theta brainwaves making it 100 times more intense, than it would be on an adult. Trauma prevents the fetus/child/adult from integrating the linear information of the cause and effect of their abuses that happen in 3D. Linear Information gets disjointed, because during trauma the infinite gray soul essence when it doesn’t leave by dissociating, focuses on small irrelevant details to distract them from being aware of abusive episodes. AND there are flashbacks of when the soul currently being abused was the one creating trauma and sharing their hateful thought patterns.

The child’s consciousness reads the dark thoughts and intent of their predator very proficiently. Frequently the thoughts are more upsetting than the predator’s actions. Their vehemence, hate and anger are acutely sensed. The small human biology has few options available to it. Child and predator are in the same energy field or resonance. Both slice up their memory into a few or a great many pieces and isolate the pieces so they can continue NOT feeling or KNOWING or acting compassionately.

Why has a connection failed to be made about males abusing female children in all the ways possible. And then expect that adult female to be a nurturing and compassionate baby maker and caretaker? Why wouldn’t you assume any abused and used child will NOT be a healthy example of compassion and know how to nurture a child? In fact all the evidence says abuse and indifference begets more of the same.

BUT the only way to take back YOUR power and control OVER the “bad stuff” in your life is to be conscious about and own the entire cycle. Confusion and chaos is a way to avoid or delay the truth. During trauma, terror or abuse, the brain in the biology gets short circuited by your emotional reaction and beliefs. The brain can’t process in a linear way the sequence or severity. The cause and effect is broken up into isolated pieces as a coping mechanism. The default reaction when one small UNCONNECTED piece, comes into your awareness you react with fear and confusion.

“Pretty stories” and lies you own make your aura appear like a dark storm cloud, and your senses are fear and anxiety. There is restlessness and endless searching with one aspect of you. Another part of you has built an energy WALL of fear and trusting NO ONE, to have access to you again. Others are unable to penetrate your wall of protection.

In other words, what people think are ‘aliens’ from another planet are beings from the the 8th sphere the fallen realm of the earth. There is nothing about them that is actually from another planet. This is pure deception.
They don’t/didn’t use material technology to get here.
The last difference is that higher beings from other worlds do not arrive in nuts and bolts ships. They do not use technology. They do not need it. They rely on inner spiritual power to communicate and traverse the material plane. They have transcended physicality and are not bound by it!

Quite simply, at this point in time, physical technology is only used by us earthly humans! And there is a great effort by certain darker forces to create a different idea about how the cosmos works and the beings within it.

The main tenet for dark forces is to convince humanity that technology is the pinnacle of human development. In this way, technology replaces inner (spiritual) development. To achieve this humanity must believe that advanced beings themselves use technology.

At this point people become confused about abductions and physical experiences with beings that claim to be alien. To understand this we must understand the creation of golems.

The beings that appear as ‘aliens’, in the most physical cases, are more often than not golems. They’re created forms to house dark entities. Of course there are rare exceptions of entities from the abyss directly manifesting, but that takes incredible energy. It is much easier to simply create a goelm for demonic entities to enter.

Astral encounters, which accounts for the vast majority of ‘contact’, are better classified as spiritual experiences with higher (angelic hierarchies) or lower beings (8th sphere). They’re not ‘aliens’ and those experiences do not qualify as a separate category. They have been part of the human experience since our beginnings.

Advanced technologies exist but are really a vestige of Atlantis, a different period of human development entirely. Our work now is to internalize our development, and, every thing that advanced technology claims to do, we can do through spiritual development. Technology was simply training wheels. Spiritual masters (and higher spiritual beings) do not show up in a ship, humans do. Physical earth based people and their golems do.

ANNALS OF THE GINA’ABUL

Anton Parks’ Le Secret des Etoiles Sombres might be a novel, constructed to illustrate via a gripping narrative the author’s insights into a human prehistoric background – rather a prehuman historic background – gained through his deep linguistic analysis of ancient Mesopotamian languages: Sumerian, Akkadian, Babylonian.

However, Parks himself does not believe his book to be a work of fiction. Rather, it is a transcription of experiences he had – through an imposed virtual reality projection, or a parapsychological mind meld, or some other process for which we cannot even propose a name – that intruded upon and overwhelmed his daily life for many years.

Before reading his book, one needs to know what it is. The best way to begin to understand is through Parks’ own description of how he acquired his information. For this we turn to a penetrating interview of Parks conducted by Alain Gossens of Karmapolis.be.

The wide-ranging interview also serves as a précis of the book as a whole, and as such was an aid in organizing and beginning to write this web page. Increasingly, the page has been incorporating information from private communications with Anton Parks, and from the book itself.

One other important first detail for English-speaking readers: no English-language translation of the book or the interview has been undertaken. We will not attempt a close translation on this page either, but the importance of Parks’ work seems so great that we are moved to provide English-speaking readers with a summary and discussion of the basic facts contained in them.

Anton Parks Describes his Experiences

Parks’ experiences began at the age of 14, in 1981, with a series of “flashes” that would occur at any hour of the day, and completely beyond his control. These eventually evolved into “visions” that took place from once to three times each day.

The visions seemed somehow to be related to or triggered by the ambient light at the time of their occurrence. The light in the visions had the same “spectrum” as the surrounding light. They came as “jets of light” from above, penetrating the top of his head, at the level of the “seventh principal chakra.” They would instantly disconnect him from his surroundings and move him into complete scenes, including the aspect of sound.

He would find himself “inside” a certain being, and usually would find the same set of “personages” around him.

These living experiences would take from two to up to ten minutes. Yet if there were people around Parks at the time the visions occurred, they did not seem to notice that anything special had happened, which leads Parks to believe that he would have been gone for only a few seconds at most, in their time.

Parks struggled to comprehend the source of these visions, and their meaning. It was not until the end of the 90s and much research that he came to understand that they were related to the Sumerian civilization and to a language from which the Sumerian language emerged.

Parks also began to consider aspects of reincarnation theory in trying to comprehend what was happening to him.

The personage whose identity Parks assumed in his visions bore the name of “Sa’am,” and it was Sa’am’s “destiny” that Parks was retracing.

Sa’am belonged to a group of “reptilian” races known as the Gina’Abul, and these are the divinities who are written about on the Mesopotamian tablets.

Sa’am had a certain crystal that was called “Gírkù.” The information that Parks was receiving was in some way coming from the crystal, which led him to wonder if the experience was being played out in his mind by the crystal or if he really was this “Sa-am” who owned it.

After many years of living with these visions, Parks found that they were taking too much of his life, and he began a process of reducing and blocking them. This took many months, but the phenomenon eventually disappeared, in 1991 around the time of the first Persian Gulf War.

Coming to terms with the experience, Parks decided that it was not necessary to know for certain if he truly was the Sa’am personage, although in the depths of his being he is convinced that it is so. Perhaps this was what led him to begin a study of ancient Mesopotamian texts. He and his associates were soon shocked to find that the history they related was practically identical to what he had received – or lived through – in his visions.

Pursuing an interest in the Sumerian language, and aided by his “flashes,” Parks discovered the “linguistic code of the ‘gods'”.

Eventually what became most important was the need to write and publish the information he was gathering. He began this task in the period 2000-2001.

His work, when complete, will consist of three volumes, strict transcriptions of what he received over a period of ten long years.

Comparison with the Work of Other Researchers

Parks has examined the translations of Samuel Kramer, Jean Bottéro, Marie-Joseph Seux, Thorkild Jacobsen, René Labat, and André Caquot. While they differ from one another, their core information is the same, and Parks and his associates couldn’t help noticing a surprising similarity between his flashes and the basic story written down on the ancient clay tablets – certainly more than 5000 to 6000 years old!

It was all Parks could do to keep from plunging too deeply into these translations, so as to continue to preserve intact the history as he had received it, which contained numerous elements that were totally absent from the tablets.

He found striking similarities on concepts having to do with cloning, well detailed on the tablets, which have also been discussed by modern authors Zecharia Sitchin, R. Boulay, and David Icke.

Most important was information relating to the central personage known in Parks’ first volume as Sa-am, who took other names while on the Earth. But he cannot speak further of this for the time being, as it would reveal in advance certain important details from the second volume which has not been edited at the time of this interview.

Language Studies

The language in which Parks received his information was completely unlike French, yet he knew it as though it were his native tongue.

For some years he had believed the language to be Hebrew, but was disabused of this idea through the use of a Hebrew syllabary (a set of signs or symbols representing the sounds that make up the words. Since these constituent sounds have their own meanings, one can use this tool to decompose and understand the complex meanings of complete words).

It is this focus on the phonetic values of the syllables that distinguishes Parks’ linguistic methodology. These exhibit a common base among numerous ancient languages.

Parks learned that the codification of the language was associated with the existence of castes in the society he had experienced in his visions: that of the Gina’abul (Sumerian word for lizards). By the end of the 1990s Parks knew he was on the trail of Sumer; the Sumerian syllabary helped him to decompose certain biblical terms.

Decomposing a word required knowledge of the context that had led to the original assembling of its terms. For example, he explains, the Sumerian Gina’abul can be decomposed as GINA-AB-UL (“veritable ancestor(s) of the splendor”). When one understands the excessive vanity of the beings Parks experienced, one is not surprised by this appellation.

Take the name Adam, which we are supposed to believe comes from the Hebrew in relation to the terms adama (clod of earth?) or adôm (red). Parks is unaware that any author has considered the Sumerian Á-DAM, which means “beasts, animals, flocks” or “levy (?), establishment, installation or colonization,” all subsumed under “inflict!”

If Á-DAM were to designate persons, they would be “beasts, animals, levied, established, installed,” or even “colonized, inflicted.”

The idea of an enslaved being, totally submissive to “gods,” is reinforced in the equivalent of the term Á-DAM in Akkadian, which is Nammaššû, translated phonetically in Sumerian as nam-maš-šû, “the demi-portion to charge.”

What could be more precise?

Parks applies this method to determine and verify in detail virtually every translatable term in connection with the history he relates. In Le Secret, the number of words that he did not decompose with the aid of the Sumero-Akkadian syllabary could be counted on the fingers of one hand. He believes he is the first to use this decomposition method.

The syllables of Sumerian and Akkadian words allow Parks to decompose the principal words of other ancestral languages: Chinese, Hebrew, ancient Greek, Latin, Germanic and Amerindian languages, etc. That leads to a unified understanding of all languages, but discussion of this will have to await the later volumes in the series.

Parks does provide in the current volume the accents and numeric labeling of syllables that are part of his system. He also makes the key point that the Sumerian syllabary – Sumerian being the Emenita, the male language of the Gina’abul – was uniquely used by the Gina’abul males, while the females, who created the ensemble of the Gina’abul syllabary, adroitly juggled with the particles in the Sumerian and those taken from the Akkadian language. Together this formed a sort of integral version of the language called Emeša (the matrix language).

The females (priestesses) developed Emeša as part of their response to their capture and oppression by the male Gina’abul, the famous Ušumgal and Mušgir (see Races), who had discovered the secret of their feminine sexual power. A group of the males wished to imprison the females and make them submit to abominations so as to seize that power for themselves. The females, confined by the males, developed Hermetic rites and other secrets in order to protect themselves. So that they would be able to communicate among themselves with full confidence, they created the supplementary linguistic particles that form the Emešà language that no male is supposed to speak.

None of this is inscribed on the tablets. The pictograms and the cuneiform did evolve. Meanwhile, the Gina’abul held their code closely.

As to how the Akkadian language (and its syllabary) appeared totally formed from one day to the next, apparently subsequently to the Sumerian, this will be explained in Volume 3: “Rising Nibiru” (The Evil of Nibiru).

Races

In his interview, Parks provides a glimpse of the numerous races at play in his works: those that make up the Kadištu collective and the Gina’abul races, a large part of whom are in conflict with the Kadištu. The female Gina’abul, however, are the Amašutum priestesses, who belong to the Kadištu. This is an example of the complex relationships and interactions that make up Parks’ story.

Kadištu Akkadian: Qadistu, evoking high-ranking priestesses. Sumerian: NU-GIG, meaning “non-evil” but also “the image of evil” – sacred prostitutes. Related to the Latin caduceus. Emissaries of “the Original Source,” they live in “higher dimensions” called “Angal.” Role is to unify the species of the universe. Very powerful but do not interfere in the affairs of beings evolving in the “reduced frequencies.”
Abgal Kadištu subgroup. Genetically affiliated with Gina’abul, but with genes of a far-off amphibian race. Sages of the Gagsisá (Sirius) system.
Amašutum Female Gina’abul^*. “Mother Lizards.” Priestesses. Kadištu subgroup, therefore also associated with the principle of “good and evil.” Life Designers. Ursa Major, Hyades, Pleiades, Orion.
Ama’argi Female Gina’abul terrestrials.
Sukkal Kadištu subgroup having the form of birds. “Cousin of the Gina’abul.” Important Life Designers. Urbar’ra (Lyra).
Urmah Warriors / Life Designers. Logo: the lion. Felidae or feline. Feline-humanoid appearance; actually resembles a lion. Always seen with claws; unknown if natural or artificial. Orion. The official army of the Kadištu, who often referred to them concerning problems of rule. For that reason, the Urmah were found at several times in our solar system.
Namlú’u
Primordial Human[see Decoder] Prodigious androgyne race assembled by the Kadištu on Uraš (Earth). Highly respected because it combined the genetic patrimony of numerous Life Designer species.
Kingú Akkadian Quingu. Sumerian: KIN-GU = “ruler over the Earth (or regions). Logo: the eagle. Princely root stock of the Gina’abul. At war with the Ušumgal. Three types: whites [Kingú-Babbar, grand royals; Te (Aquila)], reds [warriors-cleaners; Ušu (Draco)], greens [the people, also warriors]. Most Kingú possess a mark on the forehead, like a third eye.
Kingú-Babbar Royal albino Kingú, originally from Ušu (Draco), where they created the Ušumgal. Relocated to Urbar’ra (Lyra) with the Ušumgal, whom they abandoned there at the time of the Great War. Resettled in the constellation Te (Aquila). Some are present in our solar system, originally from Te, and are central to events that will be described in Parks’ second book, Adam Genisis. They are in conflict with the Anunnaki and their descendants. Solitary, do not like to mix with others, because they feel superior to the rest of the Gina’abul. These are the largest of all the Kingú. Some possess wings and horns; others absolutely none. Those in our solar system have hardly any wings and no horns. Among all the Gina’abul, most closely resemble humans.
Red Kingú Just beneath the Kingú-Babbar in the social order. Specialists in war; soldiers. Reddish skin. Have tail, horn, and wings.
Kingú People Workers and warriors. These are the Kingú who take part in the battles on Dukù at the end of Book 1. Greenish skin (a little lighter than that of the Anunna).
Imdugud (Anzu) Mix of Kingú-Babbar and Urmah. Depicted emblematically in Sumerian and Akkadian imagery as half eagle, half lion, respectively representing their genetic roots. White skin (like the Kingú-Babbar). Appear “Nordic” but with a slight “animal” look in their eyes, an aspect that is connected with their genes. They resemble humans, often with blue eyes, and are very tall. Emit barking or whistling sounds. Always seen with claws; unknown if natural or artificial. Solitary. Originated in Tiamate (our Solar System) well before 300,000 y.a., which is when the Anunna arrived.
Ušumgal “Grand Dragons,” later Sumerian term for their gods and sovereigns; descended from Kingú-Babbar; creators of the Annuna and other races. The Ušumgal Council of Nalulkára were survivors of the Great War.
Šutum Male Gina’abul^*. “Lizard” in Sumerian. Created by Abzu-Abba to impregnate the Amašutum, but their reproductive abilities were in decline. They suffered from a disease of unknown cause. Originally, laborers, working for the entire race of Gina’abul. Margid’da (Ursa Major).
Nungal Great Lords. Bible: watchers. Akkadian: Igigi. Male. Created (in great haste) by Sa’am and Mamitu-Nammu (see Personages) from Imdugud genes on which Abzu-Abba had been experimenting. Considered as Life Designers although no knowledge of cloning.
Anunna Warriors. Created by An and Ninmah on Dukù, Mulmul (Pleiades), from a genetic patrimony discovered by Ninmah on Nalulkára. No doubt the cell line was enhanced Šutum. Wars among the Gina’abul brought them to the Earth. Anunnaki = “Anunna of the Earth.” Have manipulated humans for millennia.
Mušgir “Furious reptile” – winged dragons. Assyrian: “Pazuzu”. Can easily move between the “first and third dimensions.” Originally created in Lyra by Ušumgal; An and Ninmah produced a second line on Dukù, Mulmul (Pleiades), using a cell line discovered by Ninmah on Nalulkára. Have tail, horns, and wings.
Mìmínu Dogon: ant. Known to us as “grey” ETs. They are genetically-engineered descendents of the Mušgir — wingless, smooth-skinned, diminutive. Originally created by Ušumgal with reprogrammed Mušgir genes, as part of a program in which the Mušgir participated voluntarily. Later numerous other Miminu races were created from cells fabricated by the Kingú. They know how to take orders. Slaves of the male Gina’abul.

^*According to our strict human ideology about what may be considered human, the Gina’abul are not human beings. Therefore Parks does not refer to Gina’abul women and men, but rather females and males.

Kadištu

The Kadištu live in “higher dimensions” (Angal) and very few of them can enter our third dimension; this doesn’t facilitate direct contact and explains their circuitous fashion of approaching us.

The Kadištu observe us more than ever before, and communicate via the intermediary of people they contact directly or telepathically. But such communications must be taken with great care, because of the possibility of wrong interpretation of what was received. Furthermore, there are many contacts in the form of abductions conducted by the Greys, who are usually in the service of the Gina’abul.

Gina’abul

The birthplace of the Gina’abul was in the constellation Draco, which they call Ušu, but numerous conflicts that punctuated their history resulted in the creation and separation of subraces and their spread throughout “our universe.”

Some remain in Ušu, but the Ušumgal and the majority of the Amašutum are in Nalulkára (in Ursa Major), the Kingú in Te (the Eagle), the Mušgir and the Mìmínu (Greys) in Urbar’ra (Lyra), and some Amašutum are found in Mulmul (the Pleiades) where the Anunna were also created.

And it is war that has caught up the Anunna on the Earth.

A great many Sumerian tablets relate the adventures of the Anunna on the blue planet – the Anunnaki – in a sort of extended ode to these Anunna warriors. The chronicles show in detail how they became established and controlled the humanity that they genetically transformed from livestock for their greater pleasure, because the Anunnaki are somewhat lazy. This is how they came to be considered like gods (or, to be more direct, “God“) in the eyes of humanity.

Unfortunately for these Anunnaki, who continue to secretly direct human affairs, humans are in full mutation and will soon jump dimensions… an historic moment long awaited in the history of humanity.

Amašutum: Designers of Life

The Amašutum, female Gina’abul, are considered a Kadištu subgroup because of their affiliation and devotion to this semi-Divine race. As such, they are supreme Life Designers.

Note that I am translating Parks’ word planificateur as “Life Designer,” as opposed to the usually more correct “planner.” This is in reference to the current raging debate over Intelligent Design. The Life Designers or planners, whatever one wishes to call them, are superbly-skilled geneticists.

Thus, when deprived of the reproductive role of the Šutum (male Gina’abul), the Amašutum were easily able to preserve their line and multiply their numbers through genetics and their ability to clone to infinity. And where all the Šutum carried their unchanging original genetic material, the Amašutum possessed a great variety of facial appearances and characters, making each of them a unique and remarkable being.

The lifespan of the Amašutum was eternal, because, as opposed to the Šutum, their bodies would periodically undergo the Gibil’lásu (renewal of the skin), similar to the process seen in snakes and certain other reptiles.

There were rumors that certain among them could undergo death and resurrection.

Imdugud

They are issues of two warrior peoples — Kingú-Babbar and Urmah (see Genealogy). But they possess a certain form of wisdom via the Urmah.

Due to their mixed genetic background, they were intended to be employed as neutral agents or messengers capable of adjudicating problems between the Kadištu and the Gina’abul of Tiamate. That is why the Imdugud are totally apart and solitary.

Since their origin here, they were “covered” by their Kingú-Babbar creators, and that made them enemies of the Anunna, who have used them ever since winning the war in our system. But under the influence of the Kingú genitors, the Imdugud have long been obliged to deal with these opposing Gina’abul factions.

Parks does not know if the Imdugud maintain these relations with the Kingú and Anunna today.

Mìmínu (Greys)

Parks writes in his Karmapolis interview:

“Mìmínu” is the term that I received [for “the Greys“] in the epoch [from which I derive my memories].

How surprised I was to find it later among the Dogons of Mali for whom this word means “ant” decomposed in Sumerian, it gives MÌ-MÍ-NU, “responsible for hostile (or negative) duties” [see Decoder].

This translation is even more interesting because Credo Mutwa names the “Grey” Mantindane or “the torturers” in Zulu [see Decoder].

It is my understanding that the “Greys” came originally from Lyra, the place where numerous Gina’abul colonies are found. [The “Greys“] work as a group and function like ants. They function as a race of workers in service to their reptilian creators.

Various Gina’abul lines have fabricated Mìmínu in the past. There are several kinds of them in different regions. Those that are associated with the solar system and that were therefore created by the Kingu (royal Gina’abul) are larger than the others and have hair.

There is abundant proof of the presence of “Greys” in the solar system, if only by the different cases of abductions reported every year around the globe.

In truth, I don’t know what has happened to the Mìmínu we see today. Their destiny seems to have changed somewhat as they appear to possess a sort of autonomy that they had not had for thousands of years. The story that I relate (thus, that I have received) ends more than 2000 years ago. My knowledge was gained in that epoch.

Anunna and Nungal

The Anunna were proposed as a race of warriors to defend the Amašutum against an unseen and amorphous enemy who in fact did not exist. (This dynamic, which we have seen in our time, clearly has ancient roots.) Sa’am, created as asexual (but later modified) was offered by An as the prototype for this race. An had argued that being asexual, they would be without distractions and better soldiers.

However, Tiamata required a sexual (male) race for her Amašutum sisters, since the Šutum were dying out. Sa’am volunteered to create the princely Nungal race for that purpose and to be their leader.

Neither race would have the power of Gibil’lásu (see above), which would have conferred eternal life. However, they were long-lived.

Human

Today’s human is far removed from the Namlú’u, the original or primordial humanoid created by the Kadištu to watch over the animals of the planetary garden that was Uraš (Earth).

As precisely stated in Genesis (1.26), the human was the last specimen to have been integrated into the living reserve of the Life Designers.

The aim of this reserve was to assemble the genetic knowledge of the emissaries of the Source. The original human being was highly respected, because it combined within itself the genetic patrimony of numerous Life Designer species….

Allied races gifted the Namlú’u with several parts of their body structure. Designers of Life such as the Ameli brought the principal element of their marvelous semi-etheric body. All Designers of Life contributed a bit of themselves toward the realization of the Namlú’u.

The Namlú’u thus were magnificent beings, the issue of the collective heritage of the combined sciences of the Kadištu. They were for this reason the living guardians of the knowledge of our universe….

One of the most remarkable manipulations of the Gina’abul is to have alienated the human being in order to produce an animal to serve themselves. For that, the Gina’abul began with the original human that they then mixed with their own genes and those of apes.

The particular mixture that the Gina’abul must have had to cook up in order to obtain their Á-DAM resulted from a composition completely impossible to realize today by human scientists. It required the same type of manipulation that the Kadištu had used to assemble the original human. It is Enki, the son of An and Nammu, who was charged with this doleful dirty work under the constraints that will be described in the second book. I name this genetic combination “mixed blood” in the first book.

I will never give any more information on this subject for the reasons that I have evoked [in the section below, To Be a Clone]. Humanity possesses a prodigious destiny. The aim of humanity is not to reproduce the errors of the reptilians who intended to genetically diminish them, who posed as their creators!

The sad aspect of the Á-DAM-animal is moreover attested by many traditions — notably in the apocryphal texts which are documents from the same period as the biblical scriptures, but were not admitted by the Church. Why not? Because these texts seriously undermine the official version.

Who has plunged me into this infinite sadness of evil angels of fetid odor and abominable form? Who has thrown me into the midst of these evil genies? Must I grow in a milieu that I detest, among beings whose works I abhor? Must I take their form, that I live in their dwelling-place? Why has my primitive form changed? Ah! That they would allow me to return to the peaceful sojourn, there to which my heart yearns. That they would return me to the celestial assemblies and the conferences and the prayers filled with peaceful enfusions, that they may illumine me with the light from on high and that I be finally cast from this envelope of opprobrium. AFRICA a special Place.

This latest public relations pageant (or pressure-relief valve) was orchestrated in Nigeria, a location of deep and protracted turmoil.

All the usual array of participants (from politicians to pharmaceutical companies to medical “experts”) promised, with special practiced earnestness for the cameras, to work hard to combat this illness. Meanwhile, The Truth of the matter is far different from the likes of this major propaganda event, broadcast far and wide “coincidentally” with our receiving and sharing of the following heart-wrenching communication.

The deep pain and chronic suffering that is a daily experience for many South Africans has never been more vividly described than in my recent phone conversation with Credo Mutwa. Some of you will recall that we presented a remarkable front-page feature interview with Credo Mutwa back in our October 1999 edition of The SPECTRUM. Things have gotten quite a bit worse in South Africa since we last spoke, particularly as it relates to those infected with and dying from AIDS.

On the morning of April 23, I received a telephone call from David Icke’s publicist for the United States, Royal Adams, relaying a request from Credo Mutwa to speak with me. I am grateful to both Royal Adams and David Icke for considering The SPECTRUM to be the appropriate conduit through which to share this great Zulu shaman’s most impassioned message. I called Credo Mutwa that same morning, and he was as genuine and cordial as I remembered him to be-but with a very serious edge of urgency in his voice.

Actually, words fall terribly short at times like these for their inability to convey the kind of intense emotional impact his voice so tangibly carried. It was as though Credo was speaking before the full assembly at the United Nations, delivering, in very measured wording, the most serious and important appeal imaginable. His plea is on behalf of humanity that the genocide (initiated covertly some years ago as part of the depopulation agenda of the dark, so-called “elite” global controllers) MUST CEASE in the land of Africa – which is rapidly becoming a graveyard populated by the walking dead.

With that brief introduction to a subject of tremendous moral consequence, let me just move directly into the message Credo Mutwa wishes to be shared.

Keep those Kleenex handy.

Credo Mutwa:My call, sir, has to do with the terrible disease which is killing my people, the disease which is called AIDS.

My appeal is this, sir: I don’t know who the people are who created this disease. But in the last 2 years or so, I have handled many cases. I have handled friends of mine who are dying of this disease. And I know now that this disease, sir, is a man-made one.

I wish to appeal to those human beings who created this disease: PLEASE STOP NOW! You have done enough. You have killed enough of the children of Africa. Stop now! Stop! The death of Africa will be the death of the whole world. If it is correct for Dr. Simon Weisenthal to pursue Nazi war criminals many years after the end of the Second World War, will it also not be just and correct for future Africans to pursue these men and these women who have murdered Africa in this terrible way?

There are questions about AIDS which I want to be answered. AIDS is not just a disease. It is a spiritual disaster to our people. It destroys families, sir. It turns children against parents. It turns lovers against each other. It has turned our society upside-down.

But what chills my blood is the paralyzing that I see amongst our leaders. Men and women who suffered and died for the liberation of South Africa are paralyzed like little rabbits in front of a vicious fox when they have to turn around and face AIDS. I do not know what our leaders are afraid of, who they are afraid of. Are there, after all is said and done, humanoid shadows out there who scare our leaders witless?

And I say, sir, to the pharmaceutical organizations in South Africa: you have done enough! Your sham of a court case has been rebuked for what it is-an act of cheap advertisement for drugs which have been rejected in Europe, in America, and elsewhere.

On top of death, you are dumping more death on Africa. Why? I say, to every human being on this planet, AIDS is not a God-made disease! If it was, I would not be trying to fight it-half-educated, semi-literate, and stupid as I am. I say this disease was made BY people, and I am appealing to those people to stop, now! There are names which are being bandied about by frightened people in South Africa, people who talk in whispers. One of the names that is mentioned is the name of the man called [Dr. Robert] Gallo. I say to Mr. Gallo: Remember your common humanity. You have done enough. Stop now![Editor’s note: See Dr. Len Horowitz’s monumental book Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola: Nature, Accident Or Intentional? for a wealth of documentation placing Dr. Gallo, longtime head of the National Institute of Health (NIH) and National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Section on Cellular Control Mechanisms, at center stage in the AIDS arena. Evidence suggests he created the AIDS virus about a decade before he received a lot of political accolades for having “discovered” it.]I say to the pharmaceutical organizations: Sir, you are like octopuses. You have got tentacles sprawling all over the world. You play Jehovah [God] with the lives of our people.

But your tentacles can be lopped-off! You are driving African people into a situation where they will have to turn around and attack you with weapons. And if that happens, you will have only yourselves to blame. I am not threatening anyone. I am only articulating the anger that our people convey to me – as they lay dying, in empty shacks, skeletons wasted to nothing, with skins like brown wet paper.

I say: stop now, my brothers, in the name of our humanity! If your aim is to destroy Africa, say so. Let us fight, and at least die with honor. I say: four of my children are gripped by this terrible scourge. I cannot bear the prospect that I will have to bury my offspring before I die. It is unnatural and obscene. I say, again, to those shadowy organizations in America, and in England, and Canada, and elsewhere: STOP!

You have done enough. Turn off the tap of murder. You have killed enough. STOP!

Or allow us the right of all threatened animals to retaliate, with weapons, for what is being done to us. If there are, out there, the children of the serpent, the Chitauri, the walkers in darkness, let them know this: that I, Credo Mutwa, am not a brave man. But when I see my children ravaged by AIDS, when I see my children turning their eyes, turning away from me, I feel the courage of any beast that watches its offspring being slaughtered by a predator. You have done enough. Conspirators, you have done enough!

Do you know, sir, let me tell you one last thing before I stop. I, and a White doctor, are saving many of our people-not curing them, because we are not allowed to claim that we have a cure for this disease-but the herbal medicine that we use is making people, who have been condemned to go home and die, come back to life. And I am asking that the South African government and the United Nations, if they are not servants to Dark Forces, they must release this medicine and allow us to combat this scourge, until such a time as scientists can come up with a stronger medicine against AIDS.

I will not allow Africa to die! I am sorry, but I will not allow my people to perish! I am only doing my duty as a father and as a Black man, and as a human being, in a country which is being deliberately murdered. I cannot accept, and will not accept, the fact that in the United States, the magazine called TIME, states that there are only 920,000 people with AIDS in the United States. And yet, in sub-Saharan Africa, there are close to 44 million. This is illogical! And I want to know the reason behind it. I’m sorry, sir, but this is how I feel!

Martin: Please don’t apologize.

Credo Mutwa: These conspirators, sir, these ugly entities have shown a dangerous over-confidence, and it is high time we confronted them. I cannot – you know, sir, what happens in South Africa is that a child who has got AIDS runs away from his family and hides himself. And if you, the desperate parent, try to go looking for your child, your child fights you and can hit you with stones and drive you away.

It happened to me, sir.

There are stories which newspapers never dare to print, which are happening in South Africa, centering around AIDS. And the newspapers in South Africa, which are directed by conspirators and liars, do not even try to stop the stigma, which they built-up, against AIDS and its victims. In fact, sir, they are making it worse, with the resolve that people who are suffering from this disease find that they are being rejected by their families. Men die alone, in shacks behind their homes. Women chase their husbands out of their homes. Men murder their wives, sir, because of the spread of AIDS.

I appeal to you, and the editor of The SPECTRUM – please, please, tell the world the hell in which we are living. Please! Like now, I am trying desperately to build clinics in South Africa, with the help of my initiate, Virginia Rathele, and others. But we are being blocked and frustrated at every turn. We are threatened.

My house has been broken into 3 times, and the seeds of the precious and endangered plant, which we use in helping our people, were stolen. But I was able to find more, and I intend to find a piece of land – God knows where and how – to plant them, so that this plant, which is on the brink of extinction, should come back and save our people, which it is doing. I appeal to the world, sir, and to all decent human beings, that the strangle-hold that the Chitauri, the Reptile People, have over humanity, should be broken once and for all. The death of Africa will lead to the death of the entire human race.

People must be aware of that, please. Thank you, sir. But, please, can you please tell me, sir: What should a half-educated man like me do? You know, sir, I expected my kids to bury me when I die. But now it seems it is going to be the other way around. What father can see his children being slaughtered in this way? What parent can allow such an ugly thing? What should a parent legally do against these monsters who have unleashed AIDS?

Everything points to the fact, sir, that AIDS is a man-created disease. In fact, I was telling Mr. David Icke, only a few moments ago, that I have traveled widely through Africa, as you know, and I can tell you one thing that scientists who study AIDS cannot tell you: That people who die of AIDS, sir, immediately after death, show signs of people who have died of arrow poison-you know, as if they’d been shot with a poisoned arrow. They don’t die, merely, of a disease, as would happen in the case of tuberculosis or cancer. Their lips are discolored in a way that I have seen happening with people who had been hit by poisoned arrows. What is it in AIDS that behaves like an arrow poison?

And, another thing, sir: It is said that AIDS began as a disease of homosexuals. But wait. In Africa, most homosexuals do not penetrate each other, sir, as they do in Europe. African homosexuals do the sex act between each other’s thighs, not in each other’s, you now, back passage. So, how does it come that these people get AIDS, when there is no physical contact with the body fluids between them?

Another thing: How does it happen, as I have seen now many times, that you find a family of four – a mother, a father, and two children. You find, sir, that the parents are healthy, but the little kids have got full-blown AIDS. Can someone, kindly, explain this to me, this phenomenon which I have seen in many parts of southern Africa?

Another thing: You find a man who has got full-blown AIDS, and a wife who is free from AIDS, and these people have got a child who is totally free from AIDS. How can one – can anyone on the Earth who reads your paper, sir, kindly explain this amazing phenomenon to me?

What, other than sexual intercourse, what is another thing that is spreading AIDS? I suspect there is something else, but the doctors disagree with me when we talk at conferences. I suspect there is another way by which AIDS spreads through people. Is it an insect, as I suspect, or is it a what?

I don’t know. Please, let wise people out there help me, because these conspirators and their running dogs, these people who work in shadows, are, literally, destroying Africa. And if Africa is destroyed, other races of humankind will follow – one of them being the Black Americans in America. They won’t survive the destruction of Africa.

What is the idea behind Africa’s depopulation? The Central Bank Plan to Monopolize Global Finance

Werner points out that while central banks are promoting CBDCs as digital currency, we’ve had digital currency for decades, so there’s nothing new about the digital aspect of this currency. Cash — paper banknotes and coins — are but a small part — about 3% in most countries — of the total money supply. The rest is digital.

Today, central banks are the only ones authorized to issue banknotes, but regular banks create 97% of the money through lending. They’re not allowed to issue paper notes. Instead, they issue deposit entries into your bank account, which is digital. So, Werner notes, you could say we’ve been using bank digital currency (BDC) for decades.

The difference between BDCs and CBDCs is the centralized aspect. So, what’s happening now is that central banks, which are the regulators of banks, are stepping in to directly compete with the banks they’re regulating. Werner likens it to the umpire joining the game. That obviously makes it an unfair game.

“It is a big danger,” Werner tells Cummins.² “And you can see where this is going. If we allow central bank digital currencies, sooner or later they will drive out the private sector competition. They will drive out the banks.

And, of course, we also have this other problem … that whenever we get a banking crisis and a financial crisis, the regulators get more power because each time they argue, ‘Oh that now happened, it’s different from before and that’s because we still don’t have enough power. We need to have more powers’ …

This is a regulatory moral hazard. If the regulator gets rewarded for failure … you can be sure that we’ll have more crises, because they’ll be given more powers. Now they want to introduce CBDCs, and of course, the best time from their viewpoint is … another banking crisis, so that people want to move their money out of banks …

That’s the easiest way to introduce this, which means we have a massive incentive now for regulators, for central planners, to create another huge financial crisis so that they can then take over.

Of course, then that’s the end of it, because the banking system is not going to recover from this. Now, do we really want this, where essentially the number of banks goes down so much that there’s really only one bank left?

In their 23 years or so of existence, the ECB has killed around 5,000 banks in Europe already, and it wasn’t the big guys … Thousands of banks are gone in America too, and, of course, JP Morgan and the rest are hoovering them up so they’re just becoming big fat mega banks …

It seems the ECB is set up to be the … only bank they want left in Europe, and that’s going to happen if we allow CBDCs. So, we really have to step up now and say, ‘We don’t need this; we already have digital currencies, thank you very much.’”

The longer America remains a lone superpower, the greater the Federal Reserve’s reach over global finance.

After a pandemic and multiple financial crises, we’ve finally entered a lengthy period of rising interest rates. But while most are aware of the ominous outcomes this could create, those who understand how the Fed actually controls interest rates will gain an edge in predicting the future.

Because of recent events ushering in exceptional circumstances, current textbooks describing how the Fed influences interest rates have become obsolete. Until recently, Federal Reserve officials could simply raise and lower interest rates by decreasing and increasing the level of bank reserves in the financial system. Bank reserves are “interbank” money, which can only be used by entities with reserve accounts inside the Federal Reserve System. JPMorgan, for instance, can pay Goldman Sachs for prime New York real estate using its reserves, while the average citizen must use bank deposits or “Federal Reserve Notes,” a fancy term for physical cash.

Before the Great Financial Crisis (GFC), the Federal Reserve had enough power to push interest rates toward its target, commonly known as the Federal Funds rate or EFFR — the price at which banks lend reserves to one another. The U.S central bank did so by adding and removing a specific amount of reserves to and from its interbank system. By lowering the supply of bank reserves, the Fed forced financial institutions to bid up the price of Federal Funds, resulting in higher interest rates throughout money markets. Conversely, by increasing the supply of bank reserves, the Fed influenced interest rates lower. The following graphic from the St. Louis Fed website illustrates these forces at work.

Everything ran smoothly. The Fed set a target range in which interest rates could fluctuate and made the necessary adjustments to keep rates within set boundaries. Conveying and implementing its latest monetary policy stance was a cakewalk.

Then, in 2008, the Great Financial Crisis (GFC) hit, changing the central banking paradigm and the Federal Reserve System forever. The primary catalyst that fueled a radical transformation was the Fed officials’ decision to flood the system with bucketloads of reserves. The amount was staggering. In 2007, the system held a total of $15 billion in reserves. Today, that total has skyrocketed to roughly $3.2 trillion. The Fed’s latest quantitative tightening agenda has been aggressively eliminating bank reserves from the system. Still, it’s long before we return to “normal” levels.

With a system full to the brim with reserves, the Fed could no longer control interest rates through its previous policy of increasing and decreasing levels of interbank money. As shown in the graphic below, the Fed flooding the system with reserves meant that even sizeable supply adjustments no longer influenced the demand curve. The U.S central bank needed a new mechanism to take back control of Federal Funds and fast.

Enter the Fed’s “Ample Reserves” regime, where Fed officials stopped using open market operations (OMOs) — buying and selling government securities to alter reserve levels — as its primary tool to adjust the price of money. On October 6th, 2008, the Fed began paying reserve account holders, mostly large commercial banks and government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs), interest on their balances. IOER (Interest On Excess Reserves), as it was called back then, had been chosen as the Fed’s chief tool to control interest rates.

By offering banks IOER, a “risk-free” investment option, the Fed gained the power to control money markets through two mechanisms. First, through the “reservation rate,” the lowest rate that banks were willing to loan out funds to the market. Because the Fed started handing out a risk-free investment that paid superior interest (IOER), no entity would want to lend to others at rates lower than the Fed. This set a ceiling on how high rates could go, alongside the Fed’s second mechanism: arbitrage. Fed Funds rarely dropped beneath IOER because entities could create a risk-free arbitrage, borrowing Fed Funds at say 1% and depositing it at the Fed, which paid out 1.5%. The 50 basis points gap would eventually narrow to near zero, as Fed Funds participants competed to arbitrage the spread away.

With these two new levers, the Fed believed it had successfully regained control of money markets. If it wanted to alter rates, the Fed simply adjusted the discount rate and IOER at the same time and by the same level. If the FOMC (Federal Open Market Committee) was indicating that rates should rise, money markets could adjust, preemptively pricing in a tightening cycle.

From there, the Fed established a ceiling on interest rates, but a slight problem remained. They also needed to establish a floor on rates. Influential participants in the Fed Funds market, such as Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBs), were ineligible to earn interest on their reserve balances. This meant they sometimes pushed money market rates below the Fed’s targets. To counteract this, the Fed created the overnight reverse repo facility, ON RRP. This offered a risk-free investment at a set rate to parties ineligible for IOER, thereby correcting the bug and setting a lower bound on interest rates. Money markets obeyed with minimal fuss.

For now, that was that. After implementing a trio of policy rates (IORB, ON RRP, and the discount rate), the Fed once again felt it had total control of money markets. Yet, it still held one weakness: repo, the shadow banking market that allowed parties to temporarily transform their Treasuries into quasi-bank deposits. By 2019, barely any entities other than a few government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) still participated in the Federal Funds market, as most institutions now had all the reserves they needed. Instead, animal spirits and regulation pushed market participants into repo.

On September 17th, 2019, rates in the repo market exploded higher. Everyone wanted cash, but there was a shortage. Corporate tax payments and increases in Treasury issuance prompted a large decline in reserves. As a result, banks had to cut back on repo lending. Nobody could provide.

Responding to this demand-supply mismatch, the Fed created what it eventually called the “Standing Repo Facility”. This allowed specific entities to obtain cash from the Fed at a set rate using U.S. Treasuries, agency debt, or agency mortgage-backed securities as collateral. The Fed’s gambit worked. Since everyone started borrowing from the central bank, the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), which tracks the cost of transactions in the repo market, fell from over 5% to within the Fed’s target range.

Fast forward to July 2021, after COVID and the ensuing QE Infinity, IOER along with IORR (interest on required reserves) had grown redundant. The Fed retired these measures in favor of a single benchmark: IORB (Interest on Reserve Balances). QE Infinity had made the term “excess reserves” meaningless.

Since then, it’s been plain sailing for the Fed. It has, at least for now, eliminated potential crises in money markets. If rates soar above its target range, the Fed adjusts IORB or fires up the Standing Repo Facility, bringing rates back into its desired range. At the lower bound, entities barely want to borrow under the Fed’s ON RRP rate, as they’re missing out on a risk-free investment from an entity that can issue debt with no credit or default risk. The Fed’s rate floor has been “leaky” a few times, but everytime it’s been fixed.

So by implementing a trio of policy rates (IORB, ON RRP, and the discount rate), and utilizing its Standing Repo Facility, the Fed has gained a solid grip on money markets. Ever since the repo market blowup, minus a few “hurdles”, the status quo has evolved into stability.

Now, claiming the system is “stable” is what many will deem contrarian. But contrary to popular belief, the Fed has created a more durable system and increased resilience. Most Fed analysis is ideologically driven, not based on validities, so it’s hard to acknowledge.

This, however, does not mean financial markets have been stripped of hazards. With the Fed being able to prevent domestic money market crises, the danger now lies offshore in exotic areas of the financial system.

But once again, the U.S is gradually gaining authority and power over these markets. By providing central bank swap lines and foreign exchange swaps to its closest allies, opening a FIMA facility to seemingly supply emergency dollars to China, and issuing $1 trillion in Treasuries every year till at least 2055, America will increase its grip on global finance, with the U.S. Dollar front and center.

It’s for these and many other reasons that Concoda sees the endgame as not a collapse but the Fed gobbling up every shadow banking paradigm to maintain financial stability. The REM Industrial Complex (Repo, Eurodollar, and Money Market Fund) will continue to fall under the Fed’s umbrella. The U.S dollar hegemony requires a complex, ever-changing financial system, and as it becomes increasingly elaborate and intricate, the Federal Reserve must expand its powers to preserve authority. The so-called world’s central bank possesses almost total control over most of the global monetary system, but if another threat emerges, it can — and will — adapt to the situation, changing the rules of the game once again to keep the monetary system functional and stable.

Despite a brief backlash, everyone — central bank critics, average citizens, and even crypto advocates — will go along with the Fed’s contemporary policies because the alternative is a financial catastrophe so ominous that even collapsitarians will choose to avoid it. When everyone is faced with the real consequences of the so-called Great Financial Reset™, it will be exposed as a mere daydream.

The Great Sovereign Debt Intervention is here,

with leaders now eager to prevent rising instability in America’s bond market. Their solutions, however, will not only prevent a calamity but stimulate risk assets without the aid of central banks. The era of “Treasury QE” awaits us.

After we warned late last year about rising illiquidity in America’s sovereign bond market, leaders have begun to respond. The unintended consequences of previous policies, regulations, and interventions can no longer be ignored. Earlier this month, authorities revealed their latest mechanism to paint over the cracks in the U.S. empire’s liquidity goliath. Officials announced the first Treasury buyback program in just over two decades, designed to thwart illiquidity in America’s $23 trillion sovereign debt market.

Over the last decade, the post-financial crisis regulatory establishment has forced the biggest liquidity providers in the Treasury market to retreat. The major players have pulled back from market-making, just as America embarks on its greatest debt expansion in recent history. Regulations such as Basel III and the Dodd-Frank Act have hindered the major liquidity giants through balance sheet constraints, such as the Supplementary Leverage Ratio (SLR) and Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR). The cost of making markets in Treasuries is ever-increasing.

Meanwhile, to achieve its global and domestic aims, the U.S. empire is set to issue around $1 to $2 trillion of (net) Treasury debt each year, all while the ability of financial actors to absorb such an amount is dwindling. Monetary leaders, however, have acknowledged the endgame. The rules and restrictions they have enforced over the last decade have been designed to transfer systemic risk from the big banks to the sovereign (state) level. But to also keep the global liquidity machine churning, they will need to conjure up more monetary alchemy.

Upgrade to paid

Although the details aren’t yet set in stone, the U.S. Treasury will be conducting a Treasury buyback program in 2024 and onwards. It has two objectives: to improve “cash management” — jargon for reducing the volatility of the Treasury’s bank balance (the TGA) — and to boost liquidity in the secondary Treasury market.

Buybacks will also enable the Treasury to replace expensive bonds with those that cost less to service. What’s more, much like the Federal Reserve, the Treasury will become a “dealer of last resort”, acting as a buyer of illiquid bonds when no other participant is willing. Using funds from either bond sales or its bank account at the Fed, the U.S. Treasury will purchase existing bonds in the secondary market (via primary dealers such as JPMorgan and Nomura) to boost liquidity and maybe even suppress yields. Lower yields equal cheaper expenses.

Though Treasury buybacks give them the ability to greatly influence markets, officials have stated that the announced program won’t be extensive enough to act as a bailout in times of stress. If turmoil erupts, other measures will be enacted.

Today, though, the number of tools officials can employ to quash volatility has grown more limited than ever before. The Fed can’t initiate a full-blown pivot of rate cuts and QE without reigniting animal spirits, undoing all efforts to tackle inflation. Its toolbox remains scarce. Instead, officials at both the Fed and U.S. Treasury are doing everything in their power to continue a tightening cycle without reversing course. With a pivot off the table, they have been forced to implement what Concoda calls the “Not-QE corridor”, the new unconventional toolbox.

Much like the Fed’s “Global Jaws”, which depicts the global dollar rates corridor, the “Not-QE corridor” has an upper and lower limit. When the upper boundary is reached, financial conditions have become too loose for the Fed to sit by idly. More rate hikes and QT will follow. Conversely, when the lower limit is reached, financial conditions have tightened enough to warrant Fed intervention. The U.S. central bank has no intention of pivoting until it’s reached its 2% inflation target, so it must invent “stealth QE” facilities, like the BTFP (Bank Term Funding Program).

The Fed has been using all the easing and tightening tools available in its armory, but the U.S. Treasury has yet to wield any. At the upper limit of the Not-QE corridor, the Treasury has chosen to avoid deploying “TQT”: Tighter Quantitative Tightening. With TQT, monetary leaders attempt to tighten conditions further by reducing the Fed’s balance sheet at a faster pace while issuing more long-dated bonds to the market. The greater duration risk of longer-dated bonds causes investors to sell riskier assets to fund these purchases.

Meanwhile, at the lower limit of the Not-QE corridor, the Treasury does not possess any concrete tools to stimulate asset prices. After all, that’s the job of the Federal Reserve. At the start of 2024, however, buybacks will commence, enabling the prospect of Treasury QE.

If inflation remains higher for longer, and the Fed breaks something else not worth pivoting over, the Treasury could join forces with the U.S. central bank to help ease financial conditions. While the Fed implements more Not-QE measures, the Treasury uses buybacks to stimulate risk sentiment. Previous buyback programs have not been used by Treasury officials to specifically stimulate asset prices, yet this time could be different. If politics at the Treasury and the Fed align during a period where a pivot is undesirable, the Fed’s independence could be bypassed.

The first of two mechanisms they could use to stimulate financial assets via buybacks is simple: remove duration risk from the market by buying back longer-dated bonds and swapping them with shorter maturities. Swapping 30-year bonds for 2-year notes will be stimulative. Still, to truly make this “quantitative easing for Treasuries”, officials would have to announce that this is what they’re doing in advance, thereby mimicking the psychological effects that traditional QE (buying bonds with newly printed bank reserves) has on risk assets. Right now, the Treasury has no plans to employ this type of easing. Proposed buybacks will be “duration neutral”. But it’s feasible if desired.

Then, there’s the second Treasury QE mechanism, which this time boosts liquidity in the financial system and potentially increases risk-seeking behavior: Treasury buybacks where the newly issued bond is funded with cash drained from the Fed’s RRP (reverse repo) facility. Unlike the first kind of Treasury QE, easing occurs without Treasury officials ever intending to loosen financial conditions. If a money market fund (MMF) withdraws cash from the RRP facility, a Treasury buyback is all that’s needed to boost “net liquidity”.

Before this type of Treasury QE takes place, the MMF had originally invested in RRPs (reverse repo agreements) offered by the Fed. The result was a stable stream of overnight income for the MMF but a net draining of liquidity from the financial system. RRPs are what Concoda calls “reserve neutralizers”. Bank reserves and deposits are “neutralized” .i.e temporarily removed from the banking system and replaced with the most illiquid cash-like investment: an RRP issued by the Fed. Unlike other short-term investments, cash is locked in the triparty repo platform — which the Fed uses to process RRP transactions — till 3:30 pm the following evening. The price to pay for receiving free money from the Fed is “trapped” intraday liquidity and often inferior returns.

When the MMF invests in an RRP, its commercial bank destroys the MMF’s deposit and sends reserves to the Fed. Once received, the U.S. central bank transforms these reserves into an RRP liability on its balance sheet. Liquidity, in the form of bank deposits and reserves, has been “neutralized”.

But when the money fund decides to partake in a buyback by purchasing new bills the U.S. government is offering, this process “de-neutralizes” reserves and deposits, adding once-trapped RRP cash back into the banking system. Overall liquidity has expanded once again. This type of Treasury QE, however, can only be influential if MMFs are willing to unwind their RRP positions with the Fed and take part in upcoming buybacks. If investments other than RRPs, like bills and repo, offer superior returns, only then will this be stimulative. Ultimately, in both scenarios of Treasury QE, Treasury buybacks could be used as a QE-style signaling tool to further encourage investors to withdraw from money market funds (MMFs) and invest in riskier assets, thereby forcing more liquidity into the banking system.

Upon implementing Treasury QE, monetary leaders will have fitted the missing piece in their Not-QE corridor:

Treasury QE via buybacks and “Not-QE” from the Fed will provide a stronger lower bound to ease financial conditions when needed, while QT and TQT achieve the opposite effect. Moreover, if the Fed and Treasury have joint political goals, they can effectively bypass the Fed’s so-called independence, coordinating the easing and tightening of financial conditions. On the flip side, they could also offset one another’s actions. For instance, the Treasury could be “tightening” while the Fed “eases”.

For now, monetary leaders only need to activate some elements of the Not-QE corridor. U.S. Treasury officials have decided not to fire up TQT (Tighter Quantitative Tightening), while “Treasury QE” through buybacks could only come online after 2024 commences. QT (quantitative tightening) and “Not-QE”, meanwhile, remain active. QT is still shrinking the Fed’s balance sheet by $95 billion per month, whereas “Not-QE” is delivering a somewhat stimulative effect to risk assets, without the Fed ever printing reserves to buy bonds outright (actual QE).

Nobody, not even the Fed, seems to know what catalyst will cause officials to finally return to rate cuts, QE, or both. If inflation remains stickier for longer than most expect, the Not-QE corridor won’t collapse anytime soon, and monetary alchemy will prosper. The Treasury market provides those who oversee it the power to control global finance like never before. Yet they’ve chosen not to use it to its full effect. But with Treasury QE on the way, those in charge may give in to temptation. Eventually, these powers may be activated. It’s widely believed that officials are running out of ideas and tools to preserve stability. Yet in reality, the golden age of intervention is yet to come. When Treasury QE arrives, the Great Sovereign Debt Intervention™ will have only just begun.

How many of you have heard about or read about a thing called Alternative 3? For those of you who haven’t I’ll just give you a short summary.

A British independent television crew were investigating what happened to many scientists and military people in the 60’s, because these people seemed to disappear from England, and everyone thought they had gone to make more money in other countries. They were intellectual people, scientists, business, top military people and so on. So they were going to do a program about this to explain “why can’t Britain keep up with the rest of the world. Why don’t they pay these people to stay here and work with us,” and so on. And in the investigation they came across very interesting data.

Back to the original:

They referred to this as the brain drain. In other words “brains going down the drain” in England – they were going somewhere else. The smart people going away, you know. And they did the investigations of the friends and relatives of these people. And the funny thing about it is they only heard from them one time.

And they never heard from them again. And some of the postcards and letters they sent were exactly the same. The picture and everything, and the way they wrote it was exactly the same. Almost as if they were ordered to do it. And then they had gone completely out of communication.

Further investigation…. When they put on the first program about this, several people saw it that wrote to the station and said, “we know more about this.” One of them was a scientist at the observatory in England, who said that he had recorded from an American spaceship on one of his radio telescopes a report coming from an American spaceship in the days before the Americans had sent anybody up.

And he knew it was a NASA Space Agency recording, because it had a certain code, a bip bip bip to it, but he did not have a decoder. But the television station investigated all this, and they found another guy who had a decoder, and they brought the two together.

Now during the bringing the man, the professor of astronomy, was going to drive it to London, but he thought maybe something might happen, so he mailed it in a package. And then he drove, so he wouldn’t be rushing he drove slowly, but he was killed on the way, a very strange accident.

He was found in his car down the side of the road, and he was burnt all the way to his bones, as if it was done by a high intensity laser or something. It could not have been done by a car just crashing and burning petrol. And this remained part of the mystery in the second program they gave.

Now this was all true, and it was all recorded in the British newspapers. And then there were other people that gave stories: That the government of America and Russia were working together to establish bases on the Moon and Mars, and that’s why they needed all these people. And this was in the days before sputnik and spacecraft. And so by that time the station was in the problem of almost appearing to be putting out a science fiction movie.

And they are supposed to be investigative reporters of facts, you see. So they were told to admit to the public that these programs were all a hoax or they’d lose their license. And they must fire the reporters who were working on it. That is essentially… The book was then written by the 2 reporters or 3 reporters that were fired. OK? Now that’s how the Alternative 3 book came about.

Now you understand that that was the Alternative 3 idea.

The three alternatives mentioned by the book had to do with some of the data they found to apparently explain why the Russians and Americans would do this. They said that a climatic catastrophe was coming upon the planet, you know the carbon-dioxide – the ozone, and that they only had three possibilities: Go underground, live underground. Do something drastic with the atmosphere like with nuclear weapons or something – war. And set up bases or set up bases on other planets, for just the top people of course. That’s what they explain it with.

Now you are going to see the real explanation of Alternative 3, because that itself was a cover scenario. Are you ready? Good.

They showed this on the television, before it was cut off the air and before they were threatened of the actual – – – what was on that tape. And you are going to see it and are going to see and analyze what it really means.

Now the thing he said at the last, he says – Boy, when they take the wraps off this, it’ll be the biggest day in history. 22^nd May 1962, we’re on Mars and we have life.

Now, we’re gonna watch this – I’ll show you something interesting. OK let’s pause. All right, here you go. Look; let’s first of all examine the possibility that this was made in Hollywood. If they did make it in Hollywood what would be the point of making it so secret that they had to kill people to keep it from being known? Would they just be doing it to… Why would they keep it a secret, if they made it in Hollywood?

They would want everyone to know about it and say – Look we landed on Mars! and they never said that.

So what would they want it for as a fake, and how could this professor have recorded it coming from outer space, this tape, if they made it in Hollywood, you see. So let’s take their word for it is true. They did kill enough people, they threatened the radio station with closing the license – I mean the television with closing the license of the program, they did fire the people who worked on it. And when the book came out they banned it in America. So knowing all those indicators of a secret conspiracy going on, let’s take it as a true tape, but let’s analyze it as to what is the real truth.

Look at that porthole they are taking the pictures out of. That is not from an earth type spacecraft. That has a square, curved outer hull surface, and it’s very thin as you can see. There’s no bolts, you understand, and all that stuff they have on American and Russian spacecrafts. Right, it’s very big. You remember the first spaceships that went up. They had little tiny holes in them like that with bolts, like on a ship.

That’s the first point I want you to see. Now I want you to see something else here. There, you see the curves? Aha, you see this – stand by to scan, that’s what he said. Now watch this, watch what happens to the picture. See how slowly it’s moving? America and Russia never had any spaceships that are landing on the Moon, landing on any other planet that could slow down and do this. Watch this: the ship is rotating, slowly. Then it stops – Stand by to move on. Watch… see there, now they’re back on the landing pattern.

If you analyze this from an aeronautical point of view, you have the ship coming in. All of a sudden it stops, rotates around like this stand by to go-ahead, resume landing. Does that remind you of anything? It reminds you of the stories of “flying saucers”. They go, they stop, they move around a little bit, they go. All right. What’s that? (I never saw that one before.) OK, we go on with the analysis.

That, see this? Every time they change mode there’s interference on the transmission, or they’ve stopped the transmission and started it again. This interference with any radio transmission frequency is caused by a high intensity electromagnetic field.

Also this is in the stories of UFO reports where people’s car radios stop and the pilots, their compass goes around like this. There are also stories written how, obviously, UFO’s are controlled by high intensity electromagnetic fields. And if you were broadcasting from there back to Earth you would expect the broadcast to be interfered with every time they had to change the controls, altitude or path of the flying saucer, and it does!

And now… watch again. Now look how slowly it’s going.

Temperature 4 degrees Celsius, 21 km/h wind. 707,7 Mb air pressure. 760 (is normal), no 1013 Mb.

This is only 7/10 as much as Earth. OK, next. I want you to observe this place they’re coming toward. You didn’t notice that, did you? There’s a tower, like a control tower. And there are 1, 2, 3 pads to land on, but they are only round ones, and they look like they are a hundred or so feet in diameter, 30-40 meter or more. 1, 2, 3 and they’re round. Now what could you land there if you have never been there before? Could they have built a landing base, if they had never been there before?

Will the now president of the US, also known as the man ”death in the head” enter the history books as the destroyer of the American dream?

Some predict an inevitable civil [?] war between the Electorate/Constitutional/Surface government of the U.S., and the joint humanoid-reptiloid Corporate/National-Global Socialist/Underground New World Order government, which is paid for by American taxpayers and also known as Deep State & Cabal best known for their unsavory money-making projects. Combination of insatiable hunger for power and greed.

In George Washington views this war will apparently provoke an armed United Nations / New World Order invasion of the U.S.A. which, but according to this now famous ’vision’ will ultimately end with an American victory as a result of Divine Intervention.

Now watch this when they land: They get to static again, because they have to put in the electromagnetic field. So you don’t see them actually landing there, but you can believe they are going to land on this one or one of these. Right. Watch that closely. You see that? There it is, there it comes. Stand by for landing. Let’s do it again, so you can see it. There are: 1, 2, and 3. There’s the building. Now they are obviously sitting on one of the pads looking out away from the building. And now they see the brown very closely. Americans… some kind of mole, a mole. OK, now.

What the cover-up was, what the secret of Alternative 3 was, which is still a secret, is that the Americans did get to Mars in 1962 with a radio and television camera, but they didn’t make the ship. That was an alien flying saucer. You wanna see it again? This is the big secret. That’s what they didn’t want anyone to know. They were just passengers. Imagine it…. on a flying saucer, you see it? The base, the little pads. OK.

So I told you it would be amazing. I took you on a video-trip on a flying saucer as the first thing. That’s how they work, just like that, you see it from the inside. How did you like that trip? That was the big secret of Alternative 3. The Americans did not land on Mars. They took as passengers on a flying saucer. All this Alternative 3 stuff was cover.

Now who were these people that took them? And what connection do they have with the American government? And what connection do they have with this planet? And why is it all a secret? Now what the hell is the importance of this place anyway?

Well, in case you don’t believe…. by the way, how much time do we have? I can do this part after lunch. 1/2 an hour left to lunch? 45 minutes to lunch. In case you still don’t believe that these ideas and stories that you hear about UFO’s, these kind of things, if you still don’t reckon that there’s really anything to it… I mean I started you off with a trip from inside of one. Now I’ll show you some from the outside that people have actually photographed. People say there’s no photographs of them. They are not true. Yes there are photographs and television. All right.

Now this was on the program even, but people still say they haven’t seen this. They are still-pictures that they’ve taken of flying saucers. There it is. Just watch the pictures, there it is. Going behind there to land somewhere. Another picture. Another one. Another one. OK. Next, we go to this last couple.

These things look strangely alike from the outside of what you were just seeing from the inside out the little portholes. There’s another one coming – there it is. There’s one. There. Looks like he’s taking pictures too. That was the last one here, last shot. This one, that one. Then there’s another one they are showing you at night, glowing a little bit. This one. All right. OK, next.

So these things have been around, and it looks like the government is keeping it quiet. We still don’t know why, but we’re gonna find out. During the break you can come up and look at some of these articles. They also have some newspaper stories about it. But I knew that most of you from Germany would rather have hard, more physical evidence. Either pictures or videos or from inside. OK, ready? Here’s some more.

The last one, this is one of the best ones, because it will show you how they land into the… on the planet. These were taken on Earth. Now you noticed they had a little landing place on Mars. If they’re gonna be here on the planet they must also have landing places, OK?

So let’s look at them going into one. Right after this. There, watch this guy. He’s landing behind the mountain or into a hangar or something. Slowly down, you see. He doesn’t come up again. That’s how they would take off, you see, come backwards. This is how he lands, see? OK. Now that was a little thing that they tried to excite everybody’s curiosity with. But we’ve got some more stories about these from people that actually worked with the aliens. See that? That is not a conventional aircraft or weather balloon.

OK, so up to this point I just wanted to show you some of the physical evidence that we have about these things. And then we will… I’ll ask you if you have any questions about that so far, but I won’t tell you anything about what’s gonna happen after lunch, because that’s gonna be very exciting. I’d rather you have a good lunch first, because some of this is not pleasant. If these people were here, if these aliens were here to be friendly and to make trade with you, and buy your nice apple juice and wines from France and everything like that, then there’d be no reason to keep it secret, would there?

But unfortunately they are here doing, some of them, are doing something different than that. And that we’re gonna find out after lunch. But up until this point is there any questions about what we’ve said so far, Alternative 3, landing on Mars 1962, pictures of UFO’s, the way they moved, who they worked with? Yes, questions.

NASA faked?

Let’s take this gentleman first.

“Could you explain the atmosphere on Mars, because when one sees pictures from telescopes from here to Mars there’s no atmosphere.”

Yes, apparently it is very thin and there’s very little cloud in it. And we also know from other reports that a lot of the NASA photographs and the NASA things they’ve done since this time, some of the photographs and some of the satellite photographs and orbiting photographs they leave them out. They don’t let them out to the public.

There was a gentleman in America, two gentlemen, who actually were researchers and discovered those pyramids on Mars. Did you see that article? And they had to… they discovered those photographs filed incorrectly under the southern latitude and longitude on Mars when they should have been in the northern part.

They were deliberately taken out. And they just happened upon them by chance, and no one would come to their press conferences either, and now it’s just sort of one of these crackpot stories as well, but they had been working with actual NASA photographs from Mars. But NASA has never admitted that those are real photographs of pyramids on Mars although they took them. You see, so there’s still a cover-up going. And we find there’s false data being given about the Moon and Mars. Not necessarily false, there’s so much omitted, they don’t tell you everything.

Just as if you were trying to not tell about where you went last night to your wife. I just went out drinking with some friends – OK, that’s all right. You don’t say how many bars, how many girls that were there, and how many times you spent going to some other places. See what I mean? That’s the same with the government. They are lying to their children, to their wives, husbands, whatever…

Next question is here:

“In the textbooks the atmosphere on Mars is explained as being reddish, not blue, and the pressure is given as about 1/1000 of the pressure on earth, so these data don’t fit?”

That’s nearly a vacuum. They are probably lying. But I tell you one thing they are wrong about, the… when you’re on the planet looking at… If there’s any kind of carbon dioxide or molecular air structure just because of the sun’s refraction and incidence into an atmosphere any type of clear gas – you’re gonna get a blue effect. That is for any planet when you’re on the planet. In a clear atmosphere you’re gonna get a blue.

“This blue sky depends on clear gas. Mars’ atmosphere is supposed to be dusty, and then it’s physically sound to have a red atmosphere.”

That’s what they say. Now if you go up on a high mountain, Mount Everest or something, you see pictures from there, you have a thin blue look as well. Now that’s a very low pressure. The outpoint in the scientists’ story about what you just said, if the atmosphere is so thin, then what’s holding the dust up? Nothing, because in a vacuum, if it’s near vacuum, the dust will fall like a rock. Go ahead.

“About the Mars atmosphere I read an article in I think it was scientific American, and then they tested animals that live on Earth, and then they figured out that the lower the animals are the longer they can survive on Mars’ atmosphere. A frog for example can survive at least for 24 hours.”

Yeah well, you saw a mole living there on that picture. It was some kind of underground animal, and I bet you if you were on Mars and didn’t have any water, and you were examining how people live on Earth, you would not believe that anything lived in the ocean. You would not figure out how a gill for instance could exist. And yet we have lots and lots of animals living in the oceans including dolphins who are airbreathers. And the largest animal in the world: whales. And yet if you were on a dry planet, you could never believe that. You see?

Next question. Sir:
“He saw that an animal lives on Mars, so he thinks when that was kept secret there must be more living beings up there.”

Exactly, genau. I mean just to tell you some of my background, before we go to lunch.

Any more questions first? First question, yes.
“I saw another interference after this animal, how could this happen?”

Very good observation. I would say they were shutting down the power on the whole ship. How much time do we have, by the way? How many? 5 minutes. OK. First I’ll tell you some of my background. I have two college, university degrees. But don’t go look them up, because the FBI has probably already taken them away. Tulane University New Orleans, Louisiana. One in mathematics and physics, and the other in civil engineering. Civil engineering: docks, airports, railroads, buildings. And then I had a graduate scholarship where they were paying me to go to Columbia University in New York on a NASA scholarship to be in a space structures organization, where we were supposed to build space-platforms and spaceships for the American government.

The only thing I couldn’t figure out: What happened to the next year students? They all disappeared. I only stayed for the first year and then I disappeared. I got out of it. ’Cause I couldn’t find anybody from the next year, they had all disappeared. I never knew why until I read the Alternative 3 book. They were taking them away, working somewhere else. And I was followed by the US Government after that.

They wanted to find out if I was a communist agent. And when they decided I wasn’t I then got the job as an engineer and was in charge of building 20 ICBM sites, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile sites. These were positioned in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska. Every 10 missile sites that’s “the minute man silos”, they call them “minute man silos”. They are 90 foot sunk into the ground (30 meters), and every 10 of them is controlled by an underground control center, like a small submarine sunk into the ground 30 feet down. And I built 20 of those and quit when I found out it might be a hostile act to mankind.

A good movie to see, to see how those things were – they finally have come out with it after 20 years, how they look – is Wargames. It’s about a little kid and a computer. He overrides the missile system. Well, in the beginning they show pictures of a little house on the surface and people walk in and they go down an elevator. Then they control the capsule down there with the buttons and all for the rockets. It’s right at the beginning of the film.

The other thing in that film which is accurate is the city inside the Iron Mountain down by Colorado Springs by the Airforce Academy. They show in there-big blast-doors with buildings inside on big springs. When I worked for the government on these missile sites, I saw the plans for that base and that’s exactly what they were like.

I worked on another project, which was to make a copy – sorry, storage building, to build a building. It was about a mile long and very big, just a warehouse to keep a copy of every American’s tax record and every American’s files. A copy from Washington was sent there to Colorado and then from there they were going to be put on a computer, and that computer was supposed to be inside the mountain in Colorado Springs.

And that was to be the computerized files on every American, blast proof, atomic bomb proof inside the mountain. All right. I worked on these projects, they were paying good money, they were real projects, and they were being done. And that was back in 1962, same year that they were taking passengers to Mars. So what you’re gonna hear in this afternoon, you’ll hear how far this has all gone since then. And why.

This is part two of the UFO’s event

And in the first part you saw how it looked from inside a spaceship which the Americans tried to keep a secret from all of us for 30 years, and then you saw some pictures and videos of flying saucers that people have taken, but everybody says that’s not true.

Now to bring you a little more final reality before we go into the major part of what’s happening, I will now play you a tape, it’s only a few minutes long. And it will – it is reported to be the sound of a UFO and I want you to listen carefully. Remember we talked about the high electromagnetic frequency fields. If you listen carefully and be very quiet, we might hear some of the pulses in the recording. I will shake the stick when I hear them, ’cause I’ve heard it on earphones.

The actual ship sounds something like a small two-stroke engine climbing a hill. But you’ll see there’s something different about it, and it has pulses to it. Pulsation of high electromagnetic frequency. OK. This was recorded in The United States and it was also given at the Frankfurt UFO convention, so listen carefully. Be very quiet. I think you’ll get it.

You get that wi wi wi from the thing in the recording, if you buy a tape. All these UFO tapes have that on there as well as about 4 – 5 – 6 other UFO-type related incidents and things that cover what we’re talking about today on this tape. And I put my music into it to give it a sort of a musical background into it too.

But the… if you hear it on your high-fidelity at home or earphones, you will hear what I’m talking about even cleaner in there. There’s a high frequency sort of wi wi wi going on as this thing approaches. And it’s not, you Call tell from that, it’s not just a guy riding a two-stroke motorcycle up the hill, you know. OK, so now we’ve heard them and we’ve seen them and we’ve been inside them.

Now we’re gonna find out what they are doing here. First I must tell you there are more than one group of extra terrestrials interested in this planet. In the most their intentions are peaceful, and they want to develop relations with this planet, as would any other peoples on a friendly basis. Not to have atomic weapons, not to have biological and chemical weapons. And they are holding back, the friendly ones, except merely for observation, because as you all know the joke: Take me to your leader, a leader. And then if you ask the friendly ones they say: But you don’t have a leader. They are all fighting all the time. There’s no leader.

This planet has no leader. I have here a tape – a video made by three gentlemen, and one of them is called William Cooper. He is an ex-intelligence officer for the United States Navy, and his job was to brief high level officials over what was the American relationship with aliens, with people from outer space. It was all above top secret, you understand. And he has recently, last year I believe, decided that what he had been – well he’s retired now from the Navy. He decided that all of this secrecy was not in the best interests of his country.

Remember this I told you about earlier, before the meeting began, about these military people who decided that the secrecy that they were being made to agree to was not in the best interest of their country. Now he’s like one of those. He started talking about these things to inform not only his friends but also his congressmen and the people in the government. The thanks he got for that, he was tried to be assassinated twice. He lost one of his legs in one of the attempts and he’s had a severe wound in the head. But he’s still going. OK, sounds familiar? Yeah, OK.

Another one is a man named John Lear, and he is the son of the man who invented the Lear Jet, you know the private jets. All right, so he’s no flake He’s a millionaire himself, and he’s the guy in the picture with the blond, white hair, the white haired guy. Very nice suit. And the other is a man named Bill Hamilton, who’ll you see first. And we have somebody here who actually knows him personally and would like to just tell you about him for about a minute.

It’s Diane Marple from the US.

“I’ve known Bill for 8 or 10 years. He’s been a UFO investigator for 25 years. I’ve been to his house several times. He has a lot of data and a lot of which I’ll try to get him to send over here. So his viewpoint is more by the planetary and intergalactic scenario. And he started just investigating those things that led into those scenarios.

So he’s no longer talking to farmers that see UFO s. The thing that you are going to see on the tape here, the first mission he did on that was about four years ago, and what he’s telling you is a summary of everything that he found out. Because he doesn’t pass on information until he has got some verification on it.”

OK, this tape is in English, but we will stop it and give you translation every so often, but I want you to see how these people… this is at a, I believe it is a UFO meeting and this is where Cooper and Hamilton, and you also see a little bit of Lear in there, they are trying to convince everybody that this is really happening. And not just about UFO’s, but what they are doing here. And these are, shall we say, the unfriendly ones. OK, here we go.

He’s talking about a base, underground base in the vicinity of Dulce, New Mexico. He’s talking about his investigation in Dulce, meeting with a person called Gabe Valdez who was a local sheriff there. And he has seen many UFO’s in the area nearly every other night.

And there was many…, he has seen many cattle mutilations there, where they cut special pieces out of cattle for use in experiments, but very precise like with a laser-knife. You’ll find out more about this in the later part of the tape. One other thing he says. Gabe Valdez doesn’t live there anymore. Perhaps he’s been relocated, because he now lives in another town called Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The information he’s about to give comes from people who worked at the base. People who were kidnapped or abducted and taken there and then released, and people who helped to construct it, and people who were working with the intelligence community there. All right, go ahead.

The facility is a bio-genetics lab and is connected to Los Alamos that was the first site of the atom bombs experiments in New Mexico. It’s always been a high security research area for the US Government. He says there’s an underground connection by subway or tube shuttle to the Los Alamos. OK. The research there is about genetics and research into also other intelligent species and the comparison between human and alien biology.

He says that their research indicates centuries ago that the aliens that he’s going to talk about here entered into a contract with a secret group called the Illuminati. I think you have heard about these before: people that work in secret to control you mentally – one of the chief ones was Adam Weishaupt. Curiously enough he was the founder of the Illuminati, right over here in Germany. You all know the story of that.

Now he’s also saying at the end that the United States Government entered into a contract with the aliens in either the, I think the forties or fifties or maybe even a little earlier to exchange research with animals and humans, which animals and humans are given to the aliens, you understand, and they were… and the humans, the government will get back high technology in exchange.

Now that sounds… If you understand, at that time there was a Second World War that was going on. You might think well maybe they made the deal just to help win the war or some other good reason for it. But you’ll find out that its not a good deal when you find out what’s happening here. Now OK, let’s see.

In the end of the forties the alien operations shifted from where it was in the southern hemisphere in South America, where there were many stories of UFO’s in those days, to the United States west, because of this agreement that was made with the US Government, and that they wanted these underground bases and because of the magnetic and plasma effects of some of the minerals of the rocks in that area were vital for them. That fits in again with what we observed in the use of these saucers. They have to have something that produces a high electromagnetic energy field. So they need the raw materials for that, of course, to keep things going. OK, some more.

He says that these people who worked there told them that the aliens themselves regard themselves as an old people who lived on Earth, that they were crossbred from a human and reptilian species. This kind of face and sort of thin scaly looking bodies, but in actual fact that may… yes they may have been here before visiting and so on, but we actually know where they came from originally and we’ll go into that a little later.

But remember that the human beings had to be told something, and that even the aliens may be putting a scenario on to the United States Government, just as the US Government is putting a scenario on over the Alternative 3, just as the government is normally putting a scenario over on you and me. You see, so all of these things… just listen to it, but it can be that by the end of this you realize something more about it – the real truth. So the aliens have told the United States Government they are an old Earth-species, remember. OK, next.

They are telling the US Government, and this is what the people who worked there now tell him as an investigator, and they are saying that they are representatives of an alien nation – that’s closer to the truth. And that they’re returning to this planet to use it as a staging area, operations area, but they don’t tell you exactly what for. OK, next. They are saying, he’s saying also there are of course other alien cultures that are in conflict about whose purposes will be used, which is true. And he says that this has been carefully kept out of the press and out of the news of everybody since the 1940’ies. OK.

He says that is not the first alien base they built in Dulce, New Mexico. There are others in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada and others in the United States. And maybe others in the rest of the world too. Maybe in Antarctica and some other places, maybe right around here. Over there in Russia, over in the Pyrenees, upper Norway. We have found some very strange underground projects being done costing billions, but they give you a very small reason for this thing being built. They have some cover story for it. OK, go ahead.

He says that in 1947 the residents of Dulce, New Mexico saw many many troops going in and out of the area, many many trucks and construction equipment and that the signs on the trucks were from a lumber company in Colorado, but that when they checked no such company exists. So that’s another one of the indicators.

He’s talking about the construction of the bases. The Rand Corporation of America was involved in it. They had a tunnel boring machine that melts the rock and then makes a smooth wall out of it for high-speed shuttles to be put in. And that this is scientific knowledge, it’s been published. And he says that there are over 100 of these secret underground places that have been constructed and that one of them is on the back of the Moon, another on Mars. Interesting, ha? That’s the underground ones. That fits in with Alternative 3 as well. Now this is from the people who worked there, he’s reading the reports of those people. OK.

The man who wrote that report was a construction man. Just like I’ve told you some of the things I’ve worked on and heard about, he heard about a lot more than he was working on, and when he finished the construction part they asked him to work there. Except he didn’t, because they would have made him sign a contract which agreed that after the work is over he would agree to the chemical erasure of his memory. Sounds like they wanna keep the secrets. So he refused that. OK, go ahead.

He’s talking there about some of the other construction companies involved: Aerospace Companies and Bagtell Corporation, it’s… I used to work for them by the way. They were the ones who were building the big warehouse to put all the Americans’ files in, remember? He says that they are well connected with the CIA, and many employees o, the American government in high positions in the civil service either came from Bagtell or they retired to Bagtell. OK? And what did he say just there at the end? Was one other thing. Ah, back it up just a little bit.

He said that they are linked up with the Trilateral Commission. (I didn’t agree to the chemical erasure of my memories. I have this video, I can just look back and see what it was.) The Trilateral Commission, remember that? That is one of the secret, not secret, sort of advisory group, one of the Grey eminencies behind the government. You might find guys like Kissinger in there, and also the Illuminati.

He said they have connections to the Illuminati – the Trilateral. And what are the other guys? The Council on Foreign Relations, CFR. Now you might know the Council of Foreign Relation people in Europe as the Bilderbergers. The Grey eminencies that sort of sit there and decide what your country should do and tell your elected officials how they should do. You have the same problem over here. But it’s not quite the same anymore. OK, go ahead. OK.

He’s talking about the base now. I have drawn from the description you were hearing and you will hear. Somebody has a little bit of tape? A little bit of tape to put up the chart. Now this is what he’s about to describe to you – all right.

Here’s the surface of the ground, and these are the mountains of New Mexico. There’s a little UFO coming in there – remember that picture you saw on the television – coming behind the mountain. They have probably entrance this or hangars inside from the mountain they go down to this landing area back here somewhere.

And this is an entire building built underground. It’s my conception of it from the description. I used to work on these projects, and I figured that he talked about at least 7 different levels, and there are about 30.000 aliens down there and probably 10.000 or so humans. So it’s actually very big. Now I’ve shown it – it’s not the scale, hut it probably goes way back and this is only half of it, so it comes way out this way as well.

Now you see here they have some kind of phony little house up here or some little structure that they claim is the US Agricultural Research Station, that’s what they did on the missile sites, and a little fence around there and it says: Warning! Agricultural Research Station. You went inside the house, you go down in an elevator and you come into the – in the intercontinental ballistic – you came to the control room. That’s all, just a big submarine in the ground. But here you would come into an entire building and from there are other elevators that can go, for security, only to those levels in the building. And I’ve labeled the floors here as to what he’s going to tell you what’s happening on these.

Security and Communications at 1 (see above image). There are over 3000 televisions and spy cameras around this. Human staff housing. Executive offices and laboratories for scientists and so on.

And 4: Mind control experiments on people – on people, not just by people but on people. And on 5 he talks about… 5 is the alien housing. And these little fellows here, these extra terrestrials, they call them the Grey’s, because their skin is sort of a Grey color. And then down here on 6 we have genetic experiments, genetic experiments.

And that is also a zoo.

They have the experiments, the results of the experiments in cages down there. And on level 7 they have cryogenic laboratories. That’s cold storage vats for the failed experiments. OK, down here I’ve drawn a sort of a power plant. It’s probably an atomic base, power plant or something. Probably deep water wells and things like that, and everything is self-contained, and probably some air vents up to the top that bring in fresh air. I’ve also shown you a shuttle to Los Alamos. And also another one over here that goes to another base probably in the next area.

Perhaps over there in Nevada where they call it Area 51 or Dreamland where they do the atomic bomb testing experiments. And Arnold Herman from Switzerland has many videos of that with these big buildings there that house a lot of people even on the ground, not even below ground. And why would they need so many people out there just to test a few bombs, you know? I tell you a lot of tax money goes into this. He says on the tape here that billions, billions of dollars were spent on these things.

And down here I put UFO’s, the implanter scenario. An implanter being a person who tries to control you mentally or by inserting things into your body to control you. Genetic manipulations, but all secret – all is secret.

Now here is the Trilateral insignia and.. oh yes, you’ll find this out from this article here. I said for the Andromedans, because this article here tells you that the-Grey aliens that the nations of the world have made an agreement with, including the USA, are from Andromeda.

That’s the next galaxy, come on. It’s true actually.

Now that’s their symbol. It’s a black triangle on a red background.

This is the US Government insignia given to them by the Illuminati, and that of course is the pyramid with the eye in it. You haven’t seen that before, look at a United States dollar bill, it’s right on the back. And this is the Dulce Base symbol. People that work here have this on their uniform. It’s the same trilateral upside down with a ’tau’ in it, the Greek letter ’tau’. Now ’tau’ could stand for Terra, which is the real name of this planet. If you look in a space logbook that’s Terra.

OK, so that means they are down here on the around. These guys are coming from Andromeda, they are an outer space connection and these are your Illuminati connection. OK? I just want you to know the symbols in case you ever see these on some strange trucks or cars or aircrafts going by. Here’s an American dollar. I don’t know if you can see it, but there’s a little…..

(The experiments are to change human beings genetically) so that they can work in dangerous environments such as radioactivity, outer space and maybe even under water. So they are actually doing large scale genetic experiments with human beings here. OK, next.

He’s saying that this has already been perfected to the degree that we already have, he talks about America, already has its disposable slave race. Clones, you understand. They bring them up from ba… from small fetus here, clone, and make many copies of the same thing. Yes, OK. And they don’t have any mummies and daddies, so the Government owns them.

Do they run around? Yeah – oh yeah. They’ve been seen. Adult human beings who look exactly alike, maybe 6 or 7 of them all together. There are maybe hundreds, but some people have seen 6 or 7 all exactly the same. And they worked in the military only. OK, some more.

He says at the start of this the American government was asking women to do experiments in genetics, you know if they were sterile or something they couldn’t have children. And then they would remove the fetus after 3 months, take it back to the lab here and grow it up in a controlled environment in the experiment. Now you understand, what they put into the womb of the woman may not have even been a human being. It may have been some cross between an alien and a human or 5 or 6 clones.

They just needed something to develop it for 3 months so they could then pick it up into their laboratory technology. OK, they found they hadn’t had the technology of how to start it off. OK, they had to have a real person to do it. We don’t know if that’s still true. They may be able to do it all the way in the lab, (don’t know). OK.

Defense Advanced Research Project Agency(DARPA). They are the ones that set up the mind control experiments to control humans and some of the products of their labs at a distance. And that is the final operation of what began here in these stories of the people who claimed – and actually if you read through this you’ll find that some of them had these transmitters taken out and photographed it even.

And had them X-rayed while they were still in their heads. These were the people they were experimenting on outside of the lab to see how they could control them in the society. In here they probably control all of them that way, but this is a very closed area and it’s very easy. You have radio transmitters there. Can be transmitted right through all the areas of the building. Out in the society it’s a little difficult.

If you read over one of these you’ll find the guy was followed from Canada to Finland and even to a place in the Middle East and he was still being monitored. And he found out that they actually would take over radio transmitting devices and follow him so that they could do it. It was a very important experiment. He couldn’t get rid of them. Anyway he tells the story. OK, next.

That’s what it’s called: Radio Hypnotic Intercerebral Control, RHIC. Radio, Hypnotic, Intercerebral, in the middle of the cerebral Control, RHIC. Intercerebral – inside the cerebral or in between the cerebral areas of the brain – Control. Apparently, when you radio transmit it you can actually hear the vibrations or the words or the thoughts coming through. That’s what they say, that’s what the witnesses say – the victims I should say. OK. And the other one.

The other one is what the guy was talking about when they asked him to sign the contract. It’s beyond the chemical erasure of memory. It’s called EDOM: Electronic Dissolution of Memory. All right.

So they have a chemical erasure of memory and an electronic one. I mean how do you like that for a “brave new world”? Nobody’s told you about this in the newspapers on the weekend, have they? That’s what they have developed here in America and I hope that your scientists in Europe are not that interested. Right.

OK, let’s go on.

“How did they get the people to give their OK to be implanted?”

They never did give their OK. They were in a hospital or in an old people’s home and they just did it. Some were done in a police station in Stockholm, Sweden. They’d give a guy a drug in his coffee in the jail and they’d stick one in so that they could keep track of the criminal. None of them gave permission. That’s why they are all upset about it. It was paid for, you know, by the experiments needed to be done. They’d give the hospital 500.000 dollars and say – We need 25 patients to do this on, and they say – Oh great, give us the money. That’s how they do it. No ethics involved in it at all. OK.

He’s saying there, which is also written in here, that this was done in the United States and he knows it was done in Russia and also in Sweden where Olof Palme gave permission in, when was it 74? 73 to insert brain transmitters into the heads from humans covertly without telling them.

And there are the stories of it. We have the stories right here. One Swedish story in there, a Finnish story and two other Swedes. OK.

He’s talking about the CIA, FBI, DEA alphabet soup of America. That is called in America “The Secret Government” with the CFR and the Trilateral people. And they are planning to stage a contact landing in the near future. See, they’ve kept it a secret so long, but now it’s starting to come up. Now they must stage or put a show on of these people actually coming and meeting them openly, you see what I mean? It’s just a show.

In the near future means within the next few years. This tape was made last summer and we know from other data, we have found out that we expect it by 1996 that they will have a contact landing with this their aliens and America, maybe even sooner. But also there’ll probably be another one this time, of another contact landing with some more friendly aliens. And maybe even a third one. There might be a whole alien scenario going on in the next 5 years, which everybody will be amazed about. OK, let’s go.

He’s telling you that some of their plans may be to stage an alien contact based on the fact they are having a war out in the galaxy somewhere, and by that time maybe it will be true. But it will be that they sort of “need our help”, you know, and “we’ve been secretly negotiating with them for years. We couldn’t let everybody know. It might scare everybody or the enemies might come and attack us.” Well all of that is gonna be bullshit. They won’t know what they are doing.

Next, he talks there only about this what we were saying about the genetic research. They say it’s the most important thing that humanity’s been working on for the last long time, you know. Taking a single human embryo, bringing it up in the laboratory to a full formed whatever and bringing it all the way through that in the laboratory, so they don’t need a woman anymore to do it. “And look at all the scientists,” he’s quoting here saying, “look at all the possibilities, they are endless!” you know. “We can create our own race.”

If this sounds familiar to you? A lot of you may have been in Germany for a while. Remember that all the files from the experimental camps in the experimental laboratories in Germany during the Third Reich were captured by the Americans. And I’m afraid to say – I’m not afraid to say, I will say it – but I’m sad to say being an American originally, abet now in exile, that the Americans are carrying on in that same implanter line.

Now I wanted the Germans to be the first people to know this, so I came to work in Germany, because I know you know already what that can do to your country and what can result from that. And you are finished with it. You already know. The Americans they don’t know and their government is doing it to them now. With many more billions of dollars of taxpayer money. OK… Yeah that’s right, they don’t have a leader. You don’t think George Bush is leading them, do you? So..

“If there’s also a spirit with the reproduced (body)?”

No, they won’t be able to do that, but they haven’t got to that exact phase here. What they try to do is keep the spirit suppressed. The thing with implanters, whenever you’re working with implanter scenarios, the whole idea is not let you even imagine that you’re a spirit. They try to make you think you can be controlled by all these genetic and mind control experiments and all of these things having to do with the body and with drugs and things.

Now that is always the way the implanters work. They always try to make you believe you are not even a spirit. And they got their idea from this about it from the experiments of the Russian Leizenko, the dogs. And what was the other one? Pavlov. The theory of “make the dog water his mouth and give him food”.

Or “how you control your baby kid with ice cream”. Oh no. Anyway there’ll be a day he doesn’t want the ice cream and he throws it at you and says, “No, I don’t want ice cream!” Then you’ll have to recognize he’s a spirit. Of course by that time he may be 21 years old and wants to marry the girl over there and you don’t want him to marry that girl, you see. He throws the ice cream down and says no. So ice cream doesn’t work forever, right?

He’s talking about one person that worked here on this level. He saw human-alien and human-animal combinations in cages alive. People or humans with wings, with many legs, with claws for hands or different webbed feet and so on. And cross between various species of animals in the experimental laboratories here and the zoo. And many of them could cry tears and ask for help in Earth language.

And they were told – as he is going to tell you know – they were told that these people, these were insane people and genetic freaks and told to the people who worked here: don’t talk to them. Of course before they let the guy out the top here they have to erase his memory. But some of them it didn’t work on and some of them had recalled it under hypnotism as you’ll find out later. He says level 7 is even worse. Thousands of human experiments and embryonic humans and mixtures in cold storage or frozen down here.

“Why frozen?”

’Cause they died. They need them for experiments later on, or they went wrong. Ah, come on. Have you ever been to a medical laboratory in a university? I have. Anybody been to a university, medical centers? All along the halls there’s big jars with embryos and pieces of people and all sitting in there.

They keep them, you know, for students and things. You know, if you have a special enlarged heart, it’s not gonna get buried with your body. It’s gonna go into a medical bowl, you know, in formaldehyde and sit there in university. OK, you just go up there, you see that. It’s just habit of scientists and medical people, they keep all this stuff. That’s right, they need it for students and for learning and so on. OK.

He’s talking there about the ones who were crying out to them for help and so on, and he said that some of them were even drugged to keep them quiet. And that they were told never to talk to these people and at first they believed it. They first believed the people they worked for, OK? That these people were involved in high drug experiments to cure their insanity and all this. OK, go on.

There are over 18.000, I gave you the wrong figure, I said 30.000, but there’s 18.000 aliens at this space, and he said that they had a war or sort of a… the people who were humans who worked here, some finally realized that something really weird here is going on. And apparently they had a little revolt down underground here. And some humans and some aliens were killed, not “a paar”, but about 30 or 40 on each side I think. And the place was closed down for a little while, because the aliens had taken over the place. And finally the government negotiated with them again and decided to continue with business as usual. They didn’t want to lose the high technology, you see.

We have found already in a different line of research that some of the latest “inventions and discoveries” are actually not being invented or developed by Earth people. It was technology given to them by the aliens and then they had to do a little scenario to have an earth person invent it, so it could look like it came from here. OK? And some of that… I can tell you a couple of those inventions right now.

One of them is what they call fiber optics, what they are changing all your telephone lines to. They found the fiber optics first on a captured spaceship in 1958 I believe. 20-30 years later you see it coming as a new invention. Guess what?

Remember we told you about the high electromagnetic field when they change the altitude or the course or the speed of a ship. Well they can’t have electromagnetic control relay-circuits in the ship, they can’t have that, because it would be interfered with every time they did the controls. All the ships had fiber-optics control systems. It was optical, light, (beam). Different frequency, couldn’t be affected by electromagnetics. Now you’ll have it in your telephone systems soon. It wasn’t invented by Earth people. Although if you look in the book you’ll find some name of somebody who invented it in the… maybe Rand Research Corporation.

“In the “Spielmagazine” was an article last week about optical switches in computers which are possible but can’t be used yet.” Yes well, it’s coming. OK, next.

He’s talking there about that people who were killed here, they were from – mostly the ones who were killed, 66 humans were killed – most from the security forces called the Delta Group, because they have a badge like this. That’s also a delta upside down, delta. And they were responsible for the security here and now he’s gonna tell you a little bit about that.

OK, he’s talking about there what we’ve already told you. That the security forces wear this symbol and this one is seen on some of the saucers and transport craft of the aliens and this is seen on the pockets of the government officials, high government officials of America. And he says that the security weapon they use here is called a flash-gun, whatever that is. It may be a high wavelength frequency that blinds you or does something to the body. But it’s useful against humans and aliens, he says, so they use it here in agreement, in case anybody tries to get away. OK. Go ahead.

He’s talking there about the security system where they have scales at each of the doors to these elevators and they weigh you. And you have an ID card you put in a slot and it reads the weight there that you’re supposed to be. And it varies. If it’s 3 pounds over a hundred then the security system guys come in, the guards.

They have elevators here, he’s talking next, that were put together, but they are not conventional elevators and the earth people couldn’t understand how they worked. But when they put them together they did work. And the lighting system and elevator system are somehow run electromagnetically and it’s not a technology that’s from Earth. All right, it doesn’t have wires to it, something else. Next.

He says everything is magnetically controlled in here. No conventional lightbulbs, no conventional wires. The system was installed in the construction of the walls and floors and it worked afterwards, all electromagnetic. And so, that’s what they have here. OK.

Now he’s talking about the area around Dulce has suffered a high number of cattle mutilations and captured people who disappeared probably into some of these experiments. And they found out the aliens also need parts of the cattle for their own experiments and nutrients. They somehow absorb nutrients through their skin and they don’t have a functioning digestion system and they require large amounts of human blood. Sounds a bit like Dracula. Right. For their nutrient.

The aliens always required large amount of human beings for their experiments, their own experiments down here. And he’s talking about in the 4 decades, 50’ies, 60’ies, 70’ies, 80’ies, how they increased the amounts of humans they needed to capture or take away from different places. And how pretty soon it got out of hand although they had an agreement with the government that all they had to do was give the name and address of the person they took to the government so that they could explain it away.

You see, but after a while they were just taking them and pretty soon the government realized they didn’t have any defense against these people. There was nothing they could do about it. They couldn’t catch their flying saucers, they couldn’t match their weaponry, and they had to just keep going along with them.

All right, OK, next.

“Is there any information how old these bodies get? Of the aliens?”

Not here. But they apparently can die pretty easy. They don’t have a very long life but nothing miraculous. They actually make themselves in genetic laboratories. Yeah, and they just take the new body, the spirit takes a new body. They are like a herd animal, like they have.. like bees or something or like people who are controlled by implanters.

He’s talking there that the future could bring a whole transformation of humanity through genetics or a whole one world Fascist state. And he’s saying that there are two divisions of this in the Government or America. One group is having second thoughts and they want to tell the people what’s happening. Especially these people who work there and the army officers and the security people and they have some friends in the big government. And the others wanna keep covering it up as long as they are safe. OK, so let’s go on.

He’s talking about some research that’s going on in some other areas, and it’s mostly the same thing but with a whole lot of other names. But he says here on level 4 they are doing more experiments on how to control human beings, investigating aura research, mind control and the genetic control through injections or food particles or different ways, biological and genetic and chemical ways of controlling people and other mind control and hypnotic ways and so on to induce full control of humans.

All right, so this is where you’re having – the humans – how to control the humans out there outside of the base. And these are the ones where you are experimenting on what kinds of humans can they put out there that are already under control.

Now he’s talking about there, he says entering an era of ’technologicalization’ of psychic powers. Now that is just another word for implanting. Implanters always want to control people especially through their thoughts. They still want you to work, they still want you to consume, but they wanna control you. The easiest way is to make you think the way they want you to think.

Then you don’t see the chains. Some of the old control methods and some of the current ones. There’s a few other tricks, but that’s the main ones. Now what they’re trying to do is commercialize this in America and export it out and get the American public first, or maybe some other public of their friendly allies to accept it. And from that point you can start to control the whole world. All right – yeah, that’s right. Go ahead.

He just went on to relate some stories that he had confirming the presence of UFO’s around these areas and other people he’s talked to.

And also he talked about seeing himself a couple of large ships around Area 51, which is an area like this but in Nevada that were travelling very slowly at 25 miles an hour = 40 km an hour, and also some small saucer shaped crafts that were accompanying them and landed on the ground and left burn-circles on the ground where they landed.

But in essence he’s going to show you how. We’re going to see a video, on the video of a program that was done in Las Vegas with John Lear and Cooper, Mr. Cooper. OK, go ahead. I think we do a better event than they do. It gets better.

This is Cooper (left image) here and that is John Lear (right image). This is the ex-naval intelligence guy, and this is the son of the Lear jet. Now what he’s going to tell you and which is running through ’cause he is just telling you how he used to brief the top level naval personnel, admirals and so on in the US Navy about UFO’s and aliens.

Essentially that the Americans had made deals with them. And we’ll just play that through. You can catch most of it. If there’s any new data I haven’t told you we’ll stop it, OK?

He’s saying there that the operations of the UFO’s and the arrangements with them are outside the control of the government, the elected government, sorry. Not the secret government: the CIA, FBI, Trilateral all that. OK?

And he says that it is conducted under secret department of the Navy. If you remember the project “Blue Book” in America? It was done by the Air Force. That was all a scenario. It was the Navy all the time that had the real information. They’ve traced the documents and the expenses for these bases and all to secret navy projects. And our friend Arnold Herman has gone out to the desert in California and found large naval bases out in the desert.

They have very tight security, and this is probably what was underneath then, one of these. See what I mean? So it’s the Navy that’s doing this. And he was intelligence in the Navy. He’s gonna tell now what he briefed the admirals and their reaction. And he said that of course they wouldn’t have been in those positions unless they would keep shut up about it.

We have… He also mentions here one of the secret, secret government branches. It’s called MJ 12. And they are the ones that directly are the brain trust, the Grey eminencies that decide on all alien-human questions. They were set up right after World War II by Truman, probably on the orders of Roosevelt. Now, also he says that a lot of the projects, when they couldn’t get enough money from Congress for the secret naval projects, they did it, the money, by the illegal sale of drugs to Americans.

You’ve heard people saying for many years that the CIA was involved in smuggling drugs into America, and that the Vietnamese war was fought to protect the Golden Triangle of drug operation in Cambodia. And you probably heard all these stories, hut you didn’t know where the money was going. Even that they were shipping back drugs to America in the bodies, sewn up in the bodies of dead soldiers in plastic bags, of course. The bodies probably went here and the drugs went to the Americans. But now we know where all those billions were going.

They were going into these kind of bases. They cost a lot of money to build. They now have over 6000 scientists hired just to work on these experiments, mind controls and genetics. OK? So that’s what we’re looking at. Go ahead.

OK. He’s talking about that this president, meaning George Bush, may have more involvement with these projects than any other president. Because he was also the deputy commander of the CIA before he came to office. And he was also involved apparently in these oil company, offshore oil company helping to smuggle drugs into America for the CIA. That’s what they are claiming from people who worked there. All right, go ahead. What he’s talking about now is…this is out on a site near one of these bases, Broom Lake in Nevada, and he’s saying that they just saw one of these UFO’s coming in to the base, just like we saw on that picture, remember the little one coming uuuhhhhh like that.

And unfortunately they didn’t show a picture of it here, it was a very bad recording. But they showed it on this television program, and after that the interviewer asked him, you know – Why didn’t we get a picture of it? And he tells him that he was looking through binoculars at it, hut somebody else was taking the picture.

But anyway he goes on like that. And then both of these men, John Lear and Bill Cooper, they both say that they are going to get out of this business, because nobody’s believing them, you see? Nobody’s believing them. They have all these documents from people who worked there and everything.

And Bill Cooper has written to congressmen, and nobody’s taking any notice.

“Like under Adolf Hitler. Everybody is afraid.”

Yeah that’s a good point. Everybody was afraid and here they are going – Ah, I don’t wanna believe it either, oh yeah, don’t wanna listen to that. So I tell you it’s a very terrible time in America with this starting to come up. Everybody pretending it’s not happening. ja¡. OK see.

They’re gonna have a very interesting thing here. It’ll come in just a minute about one of the presidents since Truman who was not a member of MJ 12, and when he heard about what they were doing he wanted to tell the American people immediately. And they killed him. Guess which president that was. Kennedy. Right. And they have a picture here of some previously unreleased camera of the assassination of Kennedy. And they’re saying that the reason he was killed was because he would not cooperate with this project, unless the American public was told exactly what was happening.

And in the picture you’ll see it’s actually the driver of the car (this is just an ad), actually turns around and shoots another bullet into Kennedy. His own bodyguard! That sounds familiar? How many world leaders have been killed by their own bodyguards recently? Ah… Indira Ghandi. Ja! President of Egypt, Saddat. President Kennedy. Let’s see. They’re gonna show this. Very interesting. First time it’s been seen.

He’s talking about the UFO, what it was doing. He’s talking about the man who told them where to go and take the pictures. It was a government scientist and after the day, they were caught out there by the security people. The government’s scientist was taken in custody and put a gun to his ear, and he briefed him on exactly why did he tell these guys to go out there. So they are not nice about this stuff.

You see these guys were on public land just outside the base saying they were there to photograph UFO’s, and they were still very much…. well they were hauled in by the police and by the military. So what are they hiding? This is about Kennedy. Kennedy wanted to tell the public about the saucers.

Here we go, here’s the tape. Watch this. They show it twice. There’s the car. They go back and show it in slow motion. Kennedy’s in this seat, the driver is here. This is the driver. You see his arm? Bump. Here’s the explosion of the gun. You see here his arm. It’s very hard to see. The guy’s looking like that. There’s the gun – the gun. Jacqueline Kennedy tries to get out of the car.

Jacqueline tries to get out of the car. So why try to get out of the car? Because she saw that the guy in the front seat had also turned around and gave a shot into the president. There’s another film that’s floating around, I’ve seen it on special television in France taken by another amateur. There’s another man with a rifle standing across shooting into the car like this. So that’s two other weapons other than the one they reported being fired from the building where Oswald was.

Now this is what, 25 years later, and these films are just starting to come out, because in the first few months after Kennedy was killed there were at least 14 other people killed, who had taken photographs at the parade. And they all died mysteriously. So nobody who had a film after that they wanted to show, oh. But now after 25 years those people are getting old, they are gonna die, and they have started trying to get them around. So now the truth is coming out. OK.

Now even more truth, that one of the real reasons he was assassinated was because of this scenario. There may be other reasons as well, but that was the main. Because that never came out full until now. I think that is finished. No, one more thing.

OK, he’s telling you there that they were wondering why nobody ever came forward with these stories, except for the one or two that came to them with their reports. And they found out that they were using this Project Orion Technique: That when you work in one of these bases you sign a contract agreeing to the erasure of your memory. And they believe it’s done with hypnotics, hypnotic drugs and a suggestion after you leave that you don’t remember what you did that day. And that after the whole job your contract is over they do a chemical erasure of your entire memory of the thing.

OK. Now that’s what they explain to this man, and then after this program the station was called by more telephone calls than they ever had in their whole history. You see? And that was Las Vegas, Nevada last summer. Now you’re gonna hear Bill Cooper, and he’s gonna tell you what happened to him. And I told you he’d been shot a couple of times, lost a leg and he’s got a head injury.

He is now…. He is telling you there how he lost his leg and his head has been shot, and how his wife and he cannot get a job in America anymore. The top people were put on the enemy’s list in America. And for the reason why? Because we know so much about spiritual things, we could be also exposing this. My goodness – we are doing it.

And this gentleman has also had the same experience. He says that he has known for 17 years that Americans were being killed in experiments of this kind and because of the agreements that the government, the secret government, made with the aliens. And finally he found it very hard to live with that knowledge. He tried to get it out, and that’s when he was attacked. We’re gonna take a break right after this, so be ready for your coffee.

He makes an important point here again, it’s not very long. Go ahead.

He’s telling people to go research this themselves. That the data on these groups – Trilateral people, the US Government, MJ 12 and the people who run the secret establishments – is available, if you research it enough in your library and your government records. So he’s asking people to go and look it up for themselves, so they will find out who is on the MJ 12 Committee. But you never see the names in the newspapers. And he wants them to get a reality for themselves.

He’s talking about George Bush now.

All the CIA Directors, all the Secretaries of State were all members of the Council on Foreign Relations and also the MJ 12, includes Kissinger. They are the people that rule the nation. He’s telling about George Bush was called upon by the committee to smuggle the drugs in through his offshore oil platforms in 1955. There are no customs on the oil platforms. It’s all for the alien projects. This secret government is killing America’s children with drugs. They have made agreements with the alien nation from another planet to rule the world.

He talks about some of the economic scenarios they are planning. That it’s mainly concerning with the debt problem that they really want to have there. Because they can make the United States’ currency almost worthless at any time they want. Bring everybody under control with the credit-cards and a mark on the forehead or the back of their hand, which is an old carrying through the scenario from the bible, which the aliens admitted that they had been around putting in information about 2000 years ago.

He says that President Truman was one of the first presidents to know about the aliens. We know that Roosevelt knew about them, though. And that they found a crashed saucer, one of these flying saucers near Roswell, New Mexico with dead aliens in it.

And then it had to be brought to his notice, and that’s when he set up the committee, probably on orders from Roosevelt, who had left orders that if this happened you must do this.

Yeah, don’t forget that Roosevelt was the one that cut up Germany and gave all those countries to Russia. He wasn’t a very nice guy either. He also dropped atomic bombs on human beings in a non-military scenario. Civilians.

Now he’s gonna tell you how many saucers they found, ’cause they were all coming for some reason into this area of New Mexico and… right in that area with Texas and New Mexico in America. He says there were over 47 crashed saucers in that area. 53: 10 more. 26 alien bodies recovered. Why? They don’t know. We do. You’ll find out.

Now he’s talking about the government law documents that were put out to deal with this alien question. And actually they set up the CIA with the purpose to actually handle the alien question as one of their main purposes. Also to carry on with the intelligence, overseas intelligence, that they inherited from the Office of Special Operations at the end of the war. And also he set up the MJ 12 Committee to oversee everything and be there all the time no matter who the president was.

“Is he still living?”

Who?

“This guy here?”

Cooper? Oh yes still alive. The last we know, it was only last summer. “He was alive in November.” Some very interesting data coming up here, just a minute.

Oh, the Jason Scholars were also the scientists who were involved in this, also associate members of the C of R. These are the documents and the names of the committee, which all means the same thing: MJ 12.

He says also that they later had a… during the Watergate, remember the Watergate flap in America? They were investigating the intelligence community and the president after Nixon, which was Ford, Ford yeah… He set up a committee to investigate the intelligence committee, and the chairman of the committee was a member of MJ 12: Nelson Rockefeller.

So of course he found everything….”Oh well, we just have to control them a little more,” and then they moved MJ 12 into the government to do that. So they used that flap to gain more control. So now the MJ 12 are officially advisors to the United States Government. Before they were unofficial. Now they are by law a special committee.

Now he’s telling in 55 Kissinger became the director of the study group for MJ 12. And they couldn’t tell anybody what they were studying. They were really studying this. But they told the newspapers that they were studying what Kissinger had written about in his college days, something about some political implications and this kind of thing, just bullshit. They just used a book that Kissinger had written in college. They said, we’re studying that.

“What did they really do?”

Handling the alien question all the time: more money, more bases, more experiments, how to get the money for it, all that. That’s what they were really doing. He says that was the cover, it was just about this book that Kissinger had written.

What Reagan did when he came into office, he hid the whole thing behind an executive border, and everybody went back to doing what they were doing before with the MJ 12 Committee under a new name and out of the view of the American public. And that was the deal he made to stay in office after they tried to kill him. Remember?

He says he doesn’t expect to live longer than one year. He says that you need to get off your butt and do something about this.

He’s trying to restore the Constitution and make it impossible for secret societies to run the United States again and restore the original laws of America. He says he’s not advocating revolution, but he said something must be done, or that a nation of free people is finished!

He says that they have the power now that they could come and take anyone with a saucer piloted by aliens or humans, ’cause the secret bases they’ve taught the American pilots to fly these things. And they could come and take anyone away, and no one would ask any questions. Anybody who tried to say anything would just be laughed at. They’d say, You’re just another UFO nut.

Now here’s the important part. He says there are good aliens. But to them we must look like the craziest people in the universe, because everybody on the planet is always killing each other. He says there hasn’t been 20 years without war in the last 2000 years.

He said that the aliens visited Edward’s Airforce Base, the good aliens, in 1954 and told president Eisenhower, who they met there, that they would give their help, if the Americans would destroy their atomic and nuclear weapons. And Eisenhower took this information to the MJ 12, who by the way most of them, Rockefeller and all, they make their fortunes about making atomic weapons and rockets, and so they refused to have anything to do with it. See? Go ahead.

They said that they would have to be invited to help. They would not force themselves upon Earth, ’cause then they would be just as bad as the Greys. So obviously that side knows about the Greys, and they know that they are of the implanter type. So who are these good guys? Well we’re gonna go into that right after the break and find out how the whole scenario fits up on the interplanetary and galactic and intergalactic level. That’ll be part III.

But now we have to go into the entire scenario of the planet and the galaxy and the intergalactic scenario. And we’ll begin with this chart here. Remember in the last part Mr. Cooper said there are good aliens. Nobody invited them in, because most of your governments are connected up already with aliens. We know that the United States is connected up with the implanters. These guys. That’s their real bodies. They also take Earth bodies.

A lot of aliens on this planet would not be different from anyone else. They may look like Nordic people from Norway or Sweden or they may look like small five foot high indians from South America. There are many alien cultures interested in this planet. But even the governments don’t know why.

But we do. OK, let’s start off.

Here’s the Earth and here is… I drew Mars here in red, the Moon and Venus and the Sun.

So what have we got here? We’ve got… Well in the first film that I showed you, Alternative 3, you saw a base, implanter base on Mars. In Cooper’s lecture and Hamilton’s we talked, he talked about a base on the backside of the Moon. And in Alternative 3 they also talked about that. These are controlled by the implanters.

Now we also know that there are some very mysterious happenings in government security and secrecy about Antarctica, Antarctica. This has persisted even since the Third Reich. So there is something down there, and we suspect it is another base, just like the Dulce base. Maybe with more places for ships to land.

We know from our Australian friends there’s a place called “Pine Gap“, and it’s in the middle of Australia run by the Americans and the CIA. And nobody is allowed in there. We do know that they have a deep underground base there. A lot of Australians had to work on the project and they say most of it is underground. So we can assume there is a secret underground implanter base in Australia. “Pine Gap“. We know from the video here there are other bases in the United States and it says “West USA Underground Bases” here.

Now we also have, since you read Sector 9, or when you read Sector 9, you’ll know that the Marcabians and implanters were together at one time. And then came a thing called “The Free Zone Decree” and the exile of one of the chief implanters and that they split. They both want to control the world, but the implanters wanna do it with just what we were talking about.

And the Marcabians want to do it now with their specialties, which is administration, paperwork and money. Economic pressures. You’ll find out that it’s just as effective, except that it is a little bit nicer, because it doesn’t hurt you mentally, put something up your nose.

You’re merely controlled by economics, paperwork and what the newspapers write to you every day. So that’s another method of planetary control. And you can take the scenarios of paper and economics and so on, and you can control people with that. And you can take the things of doctors and medicine and drugs and biology and genetics and small radio transmitters in the brain. You can control people like that.

So there’s a third group, a real alternative 3, who control people through truth and freedom so they can control themselves. And that’s what we call The Free Zone. You have around Europe and in Australia and in South America and in the United States several of these places. Now in between all of these are the mass of humanity that are being tried to be controlled by all the other groups. And we know why. And we are the only ones that know why, ’cause they won’t tell you. Why?

Because! We now have to bring out another chart. And now we look at the intergalactic picture. Now you will be, besides in…., you’ll be the first to see this chart, because not even in Paris, I didn’t even have this chart.

So you’ll be the first to really understand what is happening. OK.

We have here Galaxy 1. That’s the one we’re in.

Here is Sector O in the middle, Sector 9 down this way, and down here way down here we find here is Sun 12 – Teegeeack, right here. And we have here Earth right next to it. And then we have the Marcab Confederacy up here at the North Star, around the North Star, round Polaris. And then we have Betelgeuse. That’s in the constellation Orion. And then we have, what have we got here? Oh yeah.

This is just a representation that you would have in every sector. You would have a main ship patrolling that sector from the Galactic Patrol from this galaxy.

And they are dedicated to preserving civilizations with the maximum freedom for the individual. And obviously those good aliens that we were talking about were either friends of or members of the Galatic Patrol. They don’t believe in enforcing their will on anyone. So that is representative of the Central Government of this galaxy. Now the Marcabians used to be allied with those guys from Andromeda, which is the next galaxy over here, Galaxy 0.

Now that was in the past, and that’s why they had so much trouble in this sector. Now let’s look at where they are coming from. Here’s the Galaxy 0. Now why do we call it Galaxy 0, and why do we call this one 1?

Because if you look at all of life as being a game, the game actually started over here with beings coming in and starting life forms and so on like that. All right, and this is where the game got started. The first place it spread to was this galaxy. It’s the nearest one to that one.

Now, you will also notice that in 1950 Ron came along with some technology to free beings called Dianetics. Now he was doing a project which was to assist the freeing of beings. And he also had a lot of help from the Galactic Patrol and the people who are representing this galaxy’s citizens in Sector 0. There’s a little star sitting above the central core of the galaxy called The Pearl and Central is a planet that goes around it. It’s a very beautiful place. That’s where the Grand Council meets.

Now they were the ones that spotted with LRH’s help that the implanter connection with the Marcabians was what was ruining or messing up the help of Sector 9. And therefore they ordered the exile finally of the chief implanter. And he was taken back to Galaxy 0. That’s where he came from. Now this galaxy, although it was the start of the game, it was also the start of the implanting game.

When thetans begin to play a game, if there’s somebody who wants to interfere with that game, they can’t interfere unless there’s something there. So they have to wait until something gets there and then they try to mess it up. And that’s where you get almost the definition of a suppressive person. They have no power of their own. They can only exist on the power of others to create and to have a game.

So we have both of the starting points here and not everyone in the galaxy is bad. But a lot of them are grey. And the civilized greys, not the ones who are like a herd animal or a beehive…

By the way you’ll read in some of these articles that people who have talked with the Greys in these bases and research say that they cannot exist as individuals. They have to have this formation of superior rule all the time, the herd animal . And they refer to their senior back here as “The Keeper”.

That’s very interesting when we started researching Excalibur. We found that everyone contacted that had any implanter connections, had a phenomenon called “The Holder” . “The Keeper” and “The Holder” . It’s the same thing. We found researching Excalibur which I’ve never told you, because not all of you are on Excalibur, but I can tell now, because it’s out here in the open. And we didn’t want to say it . Because everybody would think that we were crazy that the top holders, the top keepers were in Andromeda. We knew that many years ago.

Now you have these articles that say implanters have come from Andromeda. At first they told everybody they only came from Betelgeuse, but I knew that they must have only come there because they have a water planet there, and they needed water and material for their sustenance and for their food and for their ships.

And we know that they were lying about this, and when I first heard about this United States-thing, somebody wrote me and said – Hey- did you know this is happening? And these guys are from Betelgeuse? I wrote him back and said – They are not from Betelgeuse, they are from Andromeda, even though that may be outside your reality that they came from so far away .

Later in November last year a friend found this article or got this article from a contact at the convention and you can read that little place:

“The aliens come from the constellation M 31 in Andromeda,” says Moser. “It’s not surprising, for this galaxy is the next to this one, but still it is incredible that they have found us.”

When I saw that I said – The cat is out of the bag. The lid is off. And that article is also saying they made agreements with 14 countries of this planet. All right, I said. That’s it. That’s what it is. That agrees with everything we were finding out. If we told people this they’d say – Ah, you’re crazy. Here it is in the newspaper coming out .

“Who has sent out this article?”

I don’t know. This guy in Florida brought it out from a guy in Australia who has a contact in the UN. I don’t know him.

“The article was in a small newspaper from Florida and was passed on at a press conference to an Austrian member of the Bilderbergers. It was told that he had sources in the UN and most likely it is Waldheim.”

There you are. So the lid is coming off. But we know already. But who would believe it? But I’m saying now you’ve got to understand what’s gonna happen in the next 10 years. Now this is what’s happening now.

Even in the ancient Egypt you will find, as Eric von Daniken did, examples of genetic experiments. Yes, genetic experiments in the tombs of Egypt. The bones together of men and animals, but they were in the same grave, the same sepulcher, casket. Yeah, and everyone else thought they had been mixed up, but Eric von Daniken saw that the casket was sealed. And he knew that the Egyptians weren’t that stupid. He said that was an experiment.

That is why they are getting the Americans to develop all these control methods. Why didn’t they just come and say – Look, we’re gonna blow you out of the sky, if you don’t give us all your land and your government and your technology and your weapons and your gold. They don’t want that!

They can’t have a game unless you are consuming and producing something. They just wanna control you. You see what I mean? That’s their game. That’s why they’re hiding underground using humans in experiments, giving their technology in exchange for teaching Americans how to control people better. And I might say the stupid Americans bought it, at least the MJ 12 Committee and the guys at the top.

And the people who want freedom like Cooper and the other people who talked here, they’re losing everything. But they are correct. They have the right and they have the truth. But you see what it’s doing to them. But as Cooper said in his lecture – If you don’t handle this, we must solve it some way or it’s all over. He’s talking about America, a little tiny place on this planet. But he’s saying the right thing and it applies to the whole game. All right.

So that is all happening. Our job is only to inform people correctly about their choices. So you have that information now. And this is the first step, first step on making this a world-wide project. For years you’ve heard nothing, or you’ve heard lies or scenarios or cover-ups. But now it’s time for the truth to come out, and it will come.

Now we don’t want it to come with big war or anything like that. There are very few people in MJ 12, very few people comparatively that work with the aliens compared to the number of people that if they found out all this data they would say – No, I don’t wanna work with you, forget it. Forget it!

So most people want a better game. They want to help people. They wanna help themselves and their family and all their dynamics. So we leave it to those points I told you: Let other people know, so that you can spread the data, so that you can study the data yourself. So you can go up the bridge yourself, restore your self determinism, free will. And that you may even want to get trained and help others.

You are in the forefront, the leading edge of the future of this planet. First because you now know what all the game is about, and you are in a position to do something about it. And if you do something about it all of these other scenarios will become powerless. You will have the decision.

This meeting here will decide what the relationship of individuals from this galaxy and this galaxy are. In other words it’s the first intergalactic cooperation in a long time. This could produce as I said earlier a third landing force in the 1990’ies. The good Greys and the people from Central or Sector 9.

Now we know that the implanters, the Marcabians and the, shall we say good people that want freedom from both galaxies are all rushing, are all hurrying to get this landing done at the right time without having panic or war or anything like that, but to put in their own viewpoint and bring the people of this planet to some kind of understanding.

Now we know that the implanters will push their own line to try and mess it up a little. They will all try to say they are right. But the implanters will do it in a strange way: They will give you the problem and then sell you the solution. That problem may be biological or genetic illness and only they have the cure, so you’d better vote for them. That’s the way they work. They give you the problem then they sell you the solution. They got you!

The Marcabians will say – Look how good you’re doing under this new administrative system of the one Europe that goes all the way to Russia. Except every year it’s a little harder to pay your taxes and live at the same time. Yeah. If you don’t believe me, go check the tourist places in Europe. They’re having trouble. They can’t understand why things are going better in Europe. How come there’s less tourists coming?

You can feel it under the surface. People do not have enough money each year. It is control coming slowly but surely on that administrative and economic line. The more government the more taxes. It’s going to come, it’s coming.

I know that everyone will see it in inflation or lessening buying power. But that is a minor problem, you still have your free will and you can vote. But if your governments start buying solutions from America to control people with drugs and genetics and “special treatments of the mind”, you haven’t got a chance. So that’s the game.

Now your handling, as I said before, is inform yourself, research it yourself, get up the bridge, get trained, let other people know, so that they can intelligently decide for themselves.

Actually the change of a whole society can be the change of just the idea. The Marcabians and implanters know this very well. If they can make you believe you are a sick body, everybody’s afraid to eat this or drink that or smoke that, they got you under control. You’re afraid not to send in a piece of paper, you’re afraid that your money’s not enough, they got you under control. See?

But if you know all this and you can spread the information around, because we have a video of this whole event, and it can be shown in Germany as many times as you need. You see? It’s in German as well. We can cause an idea that spreads and will change the entire civilization. Not the good things. That carries on. Just the interference, just the suppression.

Because people by hoping to get things better are giving their power to those who would suppress them. Because those people never tell you all the things they’re doing to suppress you. They keep secrets, and that is what you’re getting up against. They say it’s going to be better, but it’s not. You may think the borders are going to be open, but when you pull up they search your car. You may think that taxes are going down over here, but as the British found out they now put on the poll tax. A poll tax, a head tax, on the head.

Now, the power is with the individual. All the government people know that. All the implanters know that and they’re afraid of it. That’s why they have to convince you that they’re only acting in your best interest. But they don’t tell you everything, do they?

I told you more today than you probably found out in your newspapers in 20 years about why your planet is important and what is going on behind these scenes. You see? And I could only get it together in the last few years to see exactly how it all fit together. And have the evidence with which I could come here and say – Well yeah, we have some paper on that, we have pictures on this, we have here some charts and here is this, and we also have it confirmed from our sessions. But who’s going to listen to me, if I just came and said – Hey, I found out about this in session? Nobody.

What we’re actually saying here is that the technical project is a success. We have the proof of the technical project being a success, because what we found out there and handled turns out that it’s actually the real stuff that’s happening on the planet that nobody was talking about.

It wasn’t just hallucinations. It wasn’t just an idea. It was the truth. So you go up the bridge, you’ll find it out for yourself. But don’t believe that these other people on this planet know all of what I’m telling you here. They don’t. Not even those grey aliens know all. They just “vork on die orders” of the Keeper. You see what I mean?

And the Marcabians don’t know everything either. Oh, they think they do. But they only know what they have to do to keep their status. And that’s coming down from Marcab. At least they are not doing implanting anymore. But remember it’s not all that cleanly cut as I’m saying. You always have Marcabians who are working for the implanters and implanters that are infiltrating the Marcabians, and people that try to take us over and fail. And we are always going inside their lines and look and see what they are doing.

But basically you have all the truth here. And you have the decision, and you have now the data with which you can see what it’s doing and who is doing it.

So without the help of Ron and the beginning of the tech project we could not have done this. And what is the key to all this that he gave us? He didn’t just say – Here’s the tech project and one or two of you can do it, and maybe you go free. He set up a system where one person could help another. Now that is what differentiates a real games master from interference people and just take-over people.

You notice the implanters are not teaching anyone how to help anybody. You heard what they had down there on level 5 and 6 and 7. And the Marcabians are not here to help you, because they still want to maintain the control. They’ll let you have a little freedom as long as you conform. But they don’t teach you how to help each other, because if you could help each other you might grow big and expand and get free.

You might start your own company and make a better car than the Mercedes. Yeah. You see? So they ain’t gonna help you either. They will allow you to exist. And the implanters will also allow you to exist. But you won’t even know it. OK. So that is the game and that is the control measures and thanks to LRH we have the way out.

We never until this moment understood all of what he was saying and how wide it covers. It’s a whole intergalactic game and it has something to do with this planet. And now you are in possession of as much truth as we know about at the moment on the intergalactic scenario.

You know more than the leaders of your government. You know more than the MJ 12 Committee. If they’ve heard any rumors about this they’re afraid of it. And they can’t believe it. The implanters have told them We have all the power, we have all the technology, you know. But they don’t, you see? So you have now more truth and knowledge about what is happening on this planet than anyone else. What are you gonna do about it?

I think that you might all agree at this point that an idea can influence a whole civilization. And the idea of a free zone planet where everyone can choose for themselves, if they know all the data, I think you’ll agree that that’s a pretty good idea.

You know something? Because of the rules and regulations that have been laid down, decrees about this area, no one can stop you from doing that. They can try to interfere with you and all that. You might find it a little hard to get it done, but you’ll also find a lot of cooperation. Because people are tired of being lied to all the time. They really know deep down there is some truth somewhere.

So it would be a good idea to get this around on a proper gradient with perhaps the help of the video and so on like that. Invite your friends and so on. Make it into a big thing. And you’ll find that all of a sudden you know what that story in the newspaper means. You know when this comes. Oh yeah, I know about that, Yeah. See? You’re in a position of power on this datum. And one of the rules of power: Don’t disconnect. Use your connections to spread the power. OK?

The Illuminati’s idea of Population Control falls into two broad categories:1.   Limiting the size of human societies and monitoring/controlling the movement of individuals within that society, and

The Illuminati’s current plan to reduce the world’s population was set into motion at a 1957 symposium on future world development. The astonishing ’conclusion’ of this seemingly benign symposium was that over-population and excessive exploitation of the environment would result in the self- destruction of the earth by the year 2,000 or shortly thereafter

(Note: Illuminati front organizations for New World Order propaganda, like Cornell University, continue to “illuminate” us, to this very day, with this over-population point of view).

President Eisenhower secretly commissioned a group of scholars, known as The JASON Society to review the conclusions of the ’57 symposium. The members of the JASON Society are in fact part of a secretive Illuminati group known as the Order of the Quest. The same individuals who formed the JASON Society were also key members on the Council on Foreign Relations known as the Wise Men. (1)

Not surprisingly, the Jason Society agreed with the symposium’s conclusions and drafted three proposals for Eisenhower’s consideration. The three proposals were labeled Alternative 1, Alternative 2, and Alternative 3. Eisenhower rejected Alternative 1 because it involved the use of nuclear weapons. However, Eisenhower did approve the implementation of Alternative 2 and Alternative 3 (as did the Soviet Union). (1)

Alternative 2In order to preserve the ’best’ of humanity when the supposed ’self-destruction’ of the earth takes place around the year 2,000, the JASON Society proposed that a vast network of underground cities be built in order to secure living quarters for the chosen Illuminati elite, high level cooperative politicians, and selected military elements. Underground cities are also co-habitated by extraterrestrial alien groups that the secret government has made treaties with for technology exchange and human-alien hybrid breeding programs. The idea of the earth ’self destructing’ around the turn of the century due to overpopulation was perhaps an early cover story for the justification of the underground cities. In the 1950’s and 60’s, the American public was led to believe that the continuance of government, in the event of worldwide nuclear war, was a logical reason for underground facilities, but we now know that the entire Soviet/American cold war and MAD (Mutual Assured Destruction) scenario was an orchestrated Illuminati deception to bleed both Russian and American citizens of their wealth in order to finance black budget operations, secret technology developments, underground city construction, genetic engineering projects, time & space travel research, and anti-gravity, flying saucer spacecraft development.Another possible reason may have to do with information that the Illuminati obtained from aliens in 1947, following the Roswell crash. The aliens may have warned the secret government of the inbound trajectory of a huge planet named Nibiru, causing earthquakes, volcanoes, tidal waves, and earth movements of cataclysmic and Biblical proportions. Based on 1989 information, it was claimed that there were at least 75 underground cities in existence below the soil of America interconnected by high speed, frictionless trains called Maglev trains (Magnetic Levitation). The former Atomic Energy Commission had also constructed 22 separate underground cities for their own use.(1) [Update: In 1995, Phil Schneider said that there were 129 underground cities and in May of 2001, Stewart Swerdlow, former mind controlled “Montauk Boy” , claimed that there now exists 133 underground cities in North America. Al Bielek also claims that there are many hundreds of underground cities and bases built worldwide] Alternative 3Due to the access to certain alien technologies – including interplanetary space flights – which became available to the American government as a result of the Greada treaty signed by President Eisenhower and aliens in 1954, the JASON Society proposed that operational bases should be set up on the Moon and Mars -which would also provide a safe sanctuary for the highest of the elites when the ’self-destruction’ of the earth was going to take place a little after the turn of the new century. Bases on the Moon and Mars have indeed been built and have been in operation since the late1950’s.(1)All three Alternatives included recommendations for population “control“. They included:1. AIDS, Ebola, Gulf War Illness (GWI), and many other “new” diseases were intentionally bioengineered in laboratories that are mostly found in the United States and include the Army’s secretive facilities at Ft. Detrick Maryland (2). Drs. Nancy and Garth Nicholson have done a great deal of research and investigation into the cause and treatment of Gulf War Illness, since they and their daughter (who was a helicopter flight nurse in the 1991 Gulf War) ALL came down with GWI. In 1996, the Nicholson published a paper which states their deep suspicions that GWI is due to bioengineered pathogens and that a hidden population control agenda appears to be in place.

Some bioengineered pathogens were designed to target certain ethnic groups for elimination. These groups likely include blacks, hispanics, Black Africans, Native Americans, and homosexuals. The preferred Iluminati method to introduce disease is via vaccinations. Dr. Len Horowitz firmly established in his 1995 book, Emerging Viruses, that the HIV virus which causes AIDS was introduced and spread throughout the majority of black populations in Africa via the World Health Organization (WHO) during their mandatory smallpox vaccine campaigns of 1976-1980.

The pathogens which produced Gulf War Illness were introduced to a limited number of Gulf War troops via “special” vaccinations (not recorded on the troop’s official vaccination records) for Anthrax and other supposed dangers posed by Saddam Hussein. It was a CIA test run to see how many Gulf troops would succumb to the disease and how quickly they might die off. The results have been somewhat disappointing for the CIA/Illuminati planners. They thought their new little bugs would wipe out a lot more people, a lot faster than it has.

Eventually, the US military has to be eliminated because they are seen as a threat by Illuminati planners when they kick in their plans to dissolve the United States and incorporate the former United States into the New, 10 Region States of America which will include Canada and Mexico.

Retired Army flight nurse Joyce Riley presented damning Department of Defense classified “Secret” documentation to an audience at the Granada Forum in Tarzana, CA on July 1, 1999 which supported the contention that the military intentionally inoculated Gulf War troops with the pathogens that eventually caused Gulf War Illness as part of an insidious program directed by the CIA called MK Ultra.

Domestically, the strategy is to make the public believe that bio attacks by foreign terrorists (like Osama bin Laden – who seems to be the government’s latest incarnation of Hitler; he having replaced former title holders like Kadaffi, Hussein, and Milosevic for the honor) is inevitable and when it happens the government will say that they have tried to warn us all along. A similar tactic is being used by the government to acclimate the public to the notion that these new, bugs are showing up everywhere – birds in New York, wild deer and antelope in national parks, etc. and that they are being spread by international travel, etc. (same set of lies they used when AIDS started showing up in 1983-85).

Starting in December of 1997, this administration of Illuminati puppets have been seeding stories into print and electronic outlets about the “growing fear” of Anthrax attack and the need to “protect” the troops. When it comes to the public, however, former CIA director John Deutch told CNN in July of ’99 that the government wasn’t prepared for that task, so further preparations need to be taken. I guess we’re suppose to believe that the military’s staging of mock battles in US cities is also part of the government’s “protection” plans for us against those nasty foreign terrorists.

The staged and planned attacks of the World Trade Center and Pentagon buildings were deliberate acts orchestrated by Illuminati planners using naive Arab dupes (the “terrorists”) to pull off a suicide mission in which they were allowed, guided, and facilitated by hidden intelligence agents and operatives. They are using this orchestrated ruse to stampede the public into accepting Big Brother control and ID programs, along with the sweeping away of constitutional guarantees and liberties under the guise of anti-terrorists legislation. The dissemination of biowarfare agents in America to reduce population needed a convenient cover and the “terrorists” scenario provided it. I’m simply astonished at the gullibility of so many Americans in accepting this poorly covered up orchestration. The growing number of web sites and well written articles that are exposing the details of this deception – from the planted bombs in the WTC towers to the stand down of military air defense forces while the hijacked planes were enroute – makes it abundantly clear that the attacks of Sept 11, 2001 were a ruse, a charade, a set up that even a child should recognize.

In more paranoid circles, vampires have been re-imagined as a race of alien beings called the Anunnaki, who have traveled from beyond to control and colonize the planet Earth (in fact, they’ve been in control for quite a while now).
Looking at the conspiracy theories of underground celebrity David Icke, Marcus LiBrizzi offers his own theory about the meaning of these horrific beings for a world caught in the grip of a grand economic reorganization.

Linking these myths to the realities of transnational capital and the Network Society, LiBrizzi is able to craft his own compelling narrative about the horrors of the New World Order.
<1> The latest incarnation of the vampire – in the conspiracy theories of David Icke – reveals the critical, revolutionary heart of the vampire legend. Discourse on the vampire appears above all to provide a structure of dissent, a metaphorical means of representing and soliciting critiques of the social order. The Anunnaki form of the vampire – in its immersion in the constellation of contemporary conspiracy theories, in its reflection on global capitalism, and in its blurring of historical and fictional narratives – has moved this structure of dissent from the cloak of darkness to the light of day.

<2> Considered by some to be the reigning conspiracy theorist in the US, David Icke (who is British) formulates his theories of a worldwide, age-old conspiracy around an extraterrestrial race of beings called the Anunnaki. Self-styled the “most controversial author and speaker in the world,” David Icke has been subject to much ridicule but has nonetheless become an industry, publishing eleven books, producing video and audiotapes, embarking on a worldwide lecture circuit, and creating a website that allegedly attracts 10,000 visitors a day (Canadian Par. 13). A former soccer player from a working-class family, Icke became a household name in the UK as a national sports and news reporter for the BBC and as the spokesperson for the Green Party (“About” Par. 7-8). Starting a full-time writing career in the early 1990s, Icke began with New Age inspired works like Truth Vibrations (1991), which combines accounts of his self transformation with psychically-imparted warnings on the imminent destruction of the earth, from there moving towards conventional conspiracy theories, and finally, beginning with his 1999 book The Biggest Secret, focusing his conspiracy theories around the Anunnaki and their nefarious involvement in human history.

<3> The Anunnaki, whose name is Sumerian, meaning “those who from Heaven to Earth Came” (Icke 5), refer to a reptilian race that originated from the legendary planet known as Nibiru (Planet X), or the place of the crossing, which has a 3,600 year elliptical orbit that takes it between Jupiter and Mars and then out into space (5). For the past 450,000 years, according to Icke, the Anunnaki have been ruling earth in different guises and from different dimensions. Through genetic engineering, the Anunnaki have manipulated the evolution of humans as a slave race.”The Anunnaki created bloodlines to rule humanity on their behalf,” he writes, “and these … are the families still in control of the world to this day” (9).The interbreeding of the rich and powerful (primarily, for Icke, the European aristocracy and the Eastern Establishment of the US) is not done for reasons of snobbery but rather,”to hold a genetic structure that gives them certain abilities, especially the ability to ’shape-shift’ and manifest in other forms” (9).Working with these crossbreeds are full-blooded Anunnaki, some physically present on earth, others influencing individuals and events psychically from what Icke calls “the lower fourth dimension” (25). Forming a “Brotherhood” or secret society network, the Anunnaki have effectively “hijacked the planet” (46).

<4> The recurring motif in the discourse on the Anunnaki is vampirism. In fact, so strong is this component in their depiction that it’s safe to say that Icke’s work represents one of the most recent developments in the discourse of the vampire.”While vampire beliefs are varied,” writes James Craig Holte, “certain elements of the vampire myth are consistent. The most important are the inability to experience death, the importance of blood, and the sexual connection between vampire and victim” (246).Other structural similarities between the traditional vampire and the Anunnaki include shape-shifting, hypnotism, and links to secret societies. After establishing the Anunnaki as a manifestation of the vampire, we’ll unpack the implications of this figure, using the tools of a Marxist critical practice.

<5> The Anunnaki, like traditional vampires, enjoy eternal or extenuated life spans. Icke claims that,”the fourth dimensional reptilians wear their human bodies like a genetic overcoat and when one body dies the same reptilian ’moves house’ to another body and continues the Agenda into another generation” (46).One type of creature Icke describes is a reptilian “inside” a human physical body;”it seems that … the Anunnaki need to occupy a very reptilian dominated genetic stream to do this, hence certain bloodlines always end up in the positions of power. Other less pure crossbreed human-reptilians are those bodies which are possessed by a reptilian consciousness from the fourth dimension and these are people who psychics see as essentially human, but ’overshadowed’ by a reptilian” (46).Crossbreeding to infuse reptilian genetics into human bloodlines, the Anunnaki gain the means to defy death, as we conceive it.

<6> In respect to blood drinking, Icke is very clear: The Anunnaki drink blood, which they need in order to exist in this dimension and hold a human form (288). Embedded in this need lies another parallel between the Anunnaki and the figure of the vampire – the power to shape-shift (from reptilian to human form for the Anunnaki, and usually from vampire form to that of bat or even mist for the traditional vampire). But the Anunnaki also feed off fear, aggression, and other negative emotions. Thus, while blood is needed as a vital life force, the Anunnaki are also addicted to “adrenalchrome,” a hormone released in the human body during periods of extreme terror (290, 331). Rather than sucking the blood directly from the necks of their victims, the Anunnaki apparently slash the throats of their victims from left to right and consume the blood out of goblets (303). Icke claims that the origin of the vampire stories are the blood drinking and “energy sucking” rituals of the Anunnaki (26).”In India,” he writes, “it was called soma and in Greece it was ambrosia, some researchers suggest. This was said to be the nectar of the gods and it was – the reptilian gods who are genetic blood drinkers” (288).<7> In the sexual connection between slayer and victim, the Anunnaki also share another similarity with the traditional vampire. However, depictions of the Anunnaki by Icke contain none of the erotic allure and seductiveness that distinguish many vampire texts. Instead, the sexual bond between the Anunnaki and their victims is characterized by violence – rape, murder, and Satanic ritual.”Satanism at its core is about the manipulation and theft of another person’s energy and consciousness,” writes Icke, who states that “sex is so common in Satanic ritual because at the moment of orgasm, the body explodes with energy which the Satanists and the reptiles can capture and absorb” (295).For Icke, of course, the demons honored or appeased by satanic sex rituals are none other than the reptilian Anunnaki (34). Sex is also a fundamental tool of the Anunnaki mind control program and, more prosaically, it figures prominently as a means of blackmail. The picture that emerges is one involving vast networks of sexual abuse and ritual murder – graphic accounts of satanic practices at the playgrounds for world leaders, such as the Bohemian Grove, a 2,700 acre compound north of San Francisco – mass graves for victims drained of their blood and libidinal energies – and the cultivation of sexual crimes to create an energy field that nourishes these rapacious ETs.

<8> There are other shared traits between the traditional vampire and the Anunnaki, for example, the role of secret societies. One of Icke’s chief contributions to the discourse on the vampire lies in his immersion of this figure into a vast web of clandestine organizations, from ancient mystery schools and cults like the Brotherhood of the Snake to the Knights Templar and the Masonic Order, from global entities like the UN, the Trilateral Commission, and the Council on Foreign Relations to drug cartels, satanic churches, and the Black Nobility. A keystone in this architecture of conspiracy is the Order of Draco, which conjures up the most famous of all vampires – Count Dracula – and underscores his demonic, draconian, and reptilian associations.”According to Laurence Gardner, the name Dracula means ’Son of Dracul’ and was inspired by Prince Vlad III of Transylvania-Wallachia, a chancellor of the Court of the Dragon in the 15^th century. This prince’s father was called Dracul within the Court” (56).In their network of secret societies, of which the Order of Draco is but a single manifestation, the Anunnaki highlight the conspiratorial dimension of all vampires. Finally, the Anunnaki share with the traditional vampire the capacity to hypnotize: Icke writes that reptilian bloodlines,”have the ability to produce an extremely powerful hypnotic stare, just like a snake hypnotizing its prey and this is the origin of giving someone the ’evil eye’” (42).<9> Icke’s paradigm displays more than the vitality, persistence, and adaptive qualities of the vampire legend. His theories reveal the dissident energies contained already in the vampire legacy.

<10> To begin with, Icke’s work represents a major fusion of the vampire cult and the field of conspiracy theories. Richard Hofstadter, in his famous essay “The Paranoid Style in American Politics” (1963) claims that the,”distinguishing thing about the paranoid style is not that its exponents see conspiracies or plots here and there in history, but that they regard a ’vast’ … conspiracy as the motive force in historical events. History is a conspiracy” (29).Conspiracies, even when they’re not construed as vast, over-arching plots, however, have an internal, integrative logic. In other words, there is a momentum in conspiracy theories to pull in all other theories, and finally to arrive at a state in which everything is connected. Part of Icke’s popularity lies in his ability to integrate most contemporary American conspiracy theories into one over-arching framework. Situated squarely in the center of this design is the ancient figure of the vampire. Thus, the vampire (or, more specifically, the Anunnaki Vampire) has colonized the field of conspiracy theories – government-sponsored alien cover-ups, the New World Order, suspicious deaths, the secret government, suppressed research, the intrigues of the CIA, and the list goes on indefinitely.

<11> From a Marxist perspective, of course, this development is more than just a formal or aesthetic innovation, for many of the conspiracy theories now circulating in the cultural medium of the US contain, at their core, critical, dissenting, and rebellious points of view (encompassing both extreme right and left) that are articulated in opposition to the social, political, and cultural status quo. While Hofstadter claims that the US has no monopoly on conspiracism, other scholars like Peter Knight hold that conspiracy theories hold an indispensable place in American ideology formation, and that current,”conspiracy theories can be read in part as panicked responses to the increasing multiculturalism and globalization of the present” (5).Revolutionary or reactionary, however, these theories are inimical to the governing elite and represent a tradition of oppositional practice. As Knight puts it,”conspiracy theory has become the lingua franca of a countercultural opposition that encompasses a vast spectrum of political thinking from the committed to the casual” (6-7).<12> An initial difficulty in seeing the vampire as a symbol of the ruling class – capitalist or otherwise – lies in the diverse variations taken on by vampires in different places and times. As Brian Frost puts it,”the vampire is a polymorphic phenomenon with a host of disparate guises to its credit” (1).Among the various legendary “guises” of the vampire inventoried by Frost are spirit vampires, astral vampires, psychic vampires, animal vampires, and real-life vampires who are,”sadistic criminals … urged on by a physical craving for blood” (15).Complicating the picture is the fact that Bram Stoker’s character of Count Dracula, who for many encapsulates the aristocratic ethos of the vampire,”lacks precisely what makes a man ’noble’: servants. Dracula stoops to driving the carriage, cooking the meals, making the beds, cleaning the castle” (Moretti 90).Furthermore, in some of the earliest European vampire legends, the undead feed off the living members of their own families (Murgoci 18), which at first glance mitigates the social-class dynamic often conjured up in the image of aristocratic vampires draining the lifeblood of their locals.

<13> There is, nevertheless, a critical and even radical dimension to the figure of the vampire, who, as a parasite, circulates as a political metaphor. The word vampire has from the start been used in oppositional literature as a symbol of an exploiting class, government, industry, or institution. A decade,”after the introduction of the word ’vampire’ in an English publication in 1732, (an account of the investigation of Arnold Paul in Serbia) … a serious utilization of the vampire as a political metaphor occurred in Observations on the Revolution of 1688 (… published in 1741)” which identified foreign investors as “’Vampires of the Publick’” (Melton 538). Only “a few years later, in 1764, Voltaire, in his Philosophical Dictionary,” refers to “vampires” as “’stock-jobbers, brokers, and men of business who sucked the blood of the people in broad daylight’” (538).<14> But it was Marx who first suggested that the vampire can be interpreted as a metaphor of capitalism and who also implied a method for this interpretation. In volume one of Capital (1867), he writes that,”capital is dead labour, which, vampire-like, lives only by sucking living labour, and lives the more, the more labour it sucks” (342).Extrapolating on this analogy, Franco Moretti provides a reading of Bram Stoker’s Dracula, writing,”If the vampire is a metaphor for capital, then Stoker’s vampire, who is of 1897, must be the capital of 1897″ (92).Accordingly, Moretti sees Count Dracula as the expression or figure of monopoly capitalism, which, to the 19^th century bourgeoisie, could not be recognized as an emerging force but only as a relic of the past displaced into the present (93). Whether or not one agrees with Moretti’s reading of the Count, it is his method that’s of most value. As Rob Latham pus it,”Moretti stresses that, while the vampire is a perfect general image for the basic mechanism of capitalist development, individual vampire texts illuminate specifically the historical phases of capitalism in which they are produced” (129).<15> Applying Moretti’s method, we can perceive the Anunnaki as metaphorical of the unique forms capitalism has taken by the 21^st century. Certainly, Anunnaki vampires embody the market for genetic engineering as well as space exploration. These dimensions, in fact, are projected back into the origins of Anunnaki control over earth and its resources: travel from another planet, interdimensional traffic, and a crossbreeding agenda coterminous with the evolution of the human race. Anunnaki vampires also control finance, which was undergoing a tremendous transformation and development during the time when Icke was writing that, of all the spheres of Anunnaki domination, “the most important … in terms of control, is banking” (207). Electronic banking, credit, and the demediation of stock exchange through on-line trading are some of the key elements in the recent development of the finance industry (Castells 152-53). But we can go deeper than this kind of analysis, and discover in the discourse on the Anunnaki examples of remarkable changes, not in select markets, but rather in the very structure of the economy.

<16> In this, more significant sense, the Anunnaki are linked to present-day capitalism through their association with global control. Icke consistently depicts these alien bloodsuckers as monopolizing world leadership positions in government, finance, religion, and the media. In this sense, Anunnaki vampires represent a demonized expression of the unique form capitalism has taken during the very period in which Icke’s theories were formulated, published, and popularized. The late 1990s issued in – for the first time in history – a global economy, defined by Manuel Castells as,”an economy whose core components have the institutional, organizational, and technological capacity to work as a unit in real time, or in chosen time, on a planetary scale” (102).Thus,”this is a new brand of capitalism, technologically, organizationally, and institutionally distinct” (160-61).<17> The forces spearheading this change derive in part from key industries, notably information technology – centering on the Internet – finance, and biotechnology (Castells 161). Other contributing factors in the formation of the global economy are government policies that restructured capitalism through laws deregulating and liberalizing economic activity (148). The global economy has, of course, catapulted the scale of capitalism;”for the first time in history the whole planet is capitalist or dependent on its connection to global capitalist networks” (160-61).However, as Castells points out, the global economy,”is not a planetary economy … because it does not embrace all economic processes in the planet, it does not include all territories, and it does not include all people in its workings, although it does affect directly or indirectly the livelihood of all humankind” (132).Thus the global economy is significant, not only for it inclusivity, but also for its significant and shifting exclusions, marginalizations, and hidden bypasses fraught through its great grid or network of power relations.

<18> Anunnaki vampires are perfectly suited to, and a perfect representation of, a global economy in the scope of their engagement and their profile in emergent industries, but there are other ways as well. This is because their secret agenda has always already been the creation of a one-world government – a New World Order – bypassing nations and creating a system or web from which there is no escape.
The New World Order figures prominently in conspiracy theories and in literature such as Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World (1932) and George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four (1949). But during the millenium and start of the 21^st century, demonstrations against globalism have been on the rise, responding to rapid developments in transnationalism.
Another aspect of the Anunnaki relevant here is their multicultural image. The Anunnaki have been written retroactively into all mythological systems, making them true transnationals. For example, they people the pages of the Indian Vedas, Babylonian myths, as well as the books of the Bible, and they are at the heart of ancient snake-worshipping cults worldwide.
Moreover, they are literally seeded into the human genome through the Anunnaki engineering of the race, interbreeding alien genetics into all peoples, symbolized, for example in Genesis, as the saliva Jehovah mixes with clay to form the first man.

<19> Not surprisingly, Anunnaki narratives have a lot to say in terms of the location, construction, and commodification of the self.
Unlike traditional vampires who feed solely off a victim’s blood or soul, the Anunnaki thrive off of negative energies such as fear and aggression.
These ETs drain individuals of their sense of wellbeing through the manipulation and absorption of libidinal energies and – ultimately – the theft of consciousness and agency.
On the one hand, the location of the self that the Anunnaki attack seems closely linked to consumerist notions.
For example, New Age self-actualization products as well as the market for energy drinks – even caffeine-enhanced water – not to mention designer drugs – are only a few of the new industries catering profitably to the very malady Icke derives from Anunnaki domination.
And, of course, Icke’s works themselves represent a (profitable) venture in a multi-million dollar market for conspiracy theories in American popular culture. On the other hand, discourse on the Anunnaki is not necessarily complicit with the capitalist system that produces such effects.
A current line of cultural theory,”has alleged that the modalities of consumer culture – and the forms of subjectivity they enable – do not necessarily integrate seamlessly into the capitalist society which has mobilized them but may instead be potentially subversive of its purposes”(Latham 132).
The consumption of Icke’s works – in fact, the growing market for conspiracism in the US – would seem to be a case in point here, disseminating and perpetuating an oppositional worldview, a “hermeneutics of suspicion,” while contributing to the accumulation of capital.

<20> Another revealing dimension of Anunnaki vampires lies in their collective depiction; unlike many accounts of the vampire, Icke’s theories do not revolve around distinct Anunnaki individuals but rather focuses on them as a class or group; in this sense the Anunnaki do not convey the same individualistic focus so often encountered in vampire narratives.
Even Anunnaki forms of consciousness are best described as a “groupthink” mentality.
On this, Icke writes that,”the reptilians seek … to influence everyone by stimulating the behavioral patterns of the reptile region of the brain:
hierarchical thinking aggression conflict division lack of compassiona need for ritual” (46)

Symbolic of contemporary capitalism, this collective depiction of the Anunnaki reflects the rise of networks, and their decentering development, which have instrumentally caused – and are themselves produced by – the new global economy.

The network supersedes the individual as the subject of the vampire narrative.

Here Castells, speaking on the network society of global economics, is instructive:

<21> In their networked, post-subjective form of the vampire, the Anunnaki are metaphorical of the precise trajectory assumed by contemporary capitalism. Network is the same term Icke uses to describe the reptilian base of operations today, writing,”after thousands of years of evolution, the reptilian network is now a vast and often unfathomable web of interconnecting secret societies, banks, businesses, political parties, security agencies, media owners, and so on” (259).Discourse on the Anunnaki vampire is in step with broader trends in American conspiracy theories, themselves responses to ideological crises associated with post-modernism and the growth of a network society. Writing on conspiracy theories in the postwar US,

Timothy Melley points out that,”the term ’conspiracy’ rarely signifies a small, secret plot any more. Instead, it frequently refers to the workings of a large organization, technology, or system, a powerful and obscure entity so dispersed that it is the very antithesis of the traditional conspiracy” (59).Melley argues that conspiracy theories in the US have historically been an ideological means of validating individualism. And this new, impersonal breed of conspiracism reflects anxiety over the loss of individuality and agency and stands as both “an acknowledgment, and rejection, of postmodern subjectivity” (65).

<22> Perhaps most revealing of all is the dissolution of the boundary between fantasy and reality – the presentation of the vampire as an historical agent rather than a fictional character. Deeply ironic and radical, this slippage of fact and fantasy drives the vampire legacy much closer to its critical core. If the traditional vampire articulates dissent, it also distorts the representation of real relations, which are displaced into the realm of the imaginary. In the form of the Anunnaki, however, vampires have infiltrated the field of conspiracy theories, spilling from the page onto the pavement, as it were. Moving from metaphor to a kind of mimesis of the grotesque, the vampire legacy shape-shifts – its implicit charge evolving into an explosive critique.
