As physical beings with a divine potential, it is difficult to stay grounded, while still trying to become spiritually free or aware. There is plenty of scope for delusion such as that observed in people who are on stimulants natural or artificial, mushrooms, or something made from fermented cactus. It may be churlish to suggest we look for corroborating evidence to support what ever observations we make about our perceptions, as our brains can let us down. At least employ abstract reasoning and truthful questioning, to confirm that what you perceive is actually real and not made up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It may be worth noting, that 30% of people in the US population have a blood borne parasite call Toxoplasmosis ghondii. This parasite infects people who own cats, but is found widely in the US natural environment due to the number feline species present there as well as feral cats. This parasite produces after its active phase, cysts which become stuck in the tiny capillaries of people&#8217;s brains, although not in their active state, these cysts produce neurochemicals which influence thinking and behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apart from that l have noticed people whose countenance suggests they have had traumatic childhood experiences that have not been resolved. Rather the harm of these emotional experiences are buried deep in people&#8217;s psyche and have been papered over with an invented persona with does not rely on past events grounded in truth, reality or personal history. People will tell themselves anything to avoid dealing with emotional pain of childhood trauma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another interesting factoid, relates to what a psychologist in 2005 declared was an appropriate term to describe the mood of the nation&#8217;s psychological. That the US as a whole suffered mass psychosis. This does not bode well for individuals who claim to have pure insights into their spiritual reality and what comes next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I personally believe having lived for over 6 decades that the path to feeling lighter, is not so much how many glasses of wine you drink, or how much chook you smoke, but developing a clear understanding and relationship to the physical you first, not make the journey of discovery a purely intellectual conceptual exercise. The physicality of who we are has a direct connection to our spiritual and devine self, such that, understanding our physicality and its limitations, may help us become more aware of what our own divinity is. Because part of understanding of our physicality and relying on it includes the physicality of what we eat and drink, and which also helps us let go of those unnecessary aspects of physicality such as those associated with avarice and greed and gluttony, that clutters our physical space, we may assume that it moves us further from the minimalist physical realm. This lack of stuff, this lack of collecting things as a substitute for developing a positive emotional to our spiritual nature is a component of spiritual learning and awareness we need to attain, to be able leave our bodies (at the right time where practical), with an enlightened spirit, when the time comes. Which yields the most readily to vibrations passing through it from the other signs Virgo&#8217;s philosophical Blends. The ideal with a practical in a marvelous manner very discriminative has large reasoning Powers precise in details possessing the power to psychomet and sense psychic connections from the higher standpoint capable of making wonderful progress in Spiritual Development also connected greatly to health and wellness.<br>Has great recuperative Powers but also there&#8217;s an enhancement of the autonomic nervous system during Virgo&#8217;s season and so it&#8217;s important to be mindful of what we put into our body now in terms not only in terms of like our diet and water and drugs for example which will go through the body more speedily but also the information that we bring into our body and how that influences us psychologically the patterns and behaviors that we create. And then how that results in actual perhaps physiological outcomes and so when there are people discussing the schuma resonances from a standpoint that&#8217;s not in alignment with higher spirit and truth and reality then this can create karma not only for them of course but<br>also for anyone that gets kind of wrapped up in that karmic Loop.<br>So let&#8217;s talk about it now I think some of the regular viewers already know where I&#8217;m going with this but in general what we see is a lot of people discuss aumar residences by looking at this data and then making spiritual proclamations that&#8217;s to summarize it that&#8217;s basically what it is and so what is this to start this is data out of tomsk Russia from the space observing system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For some reason it&#8217;s the most popular public data fee for the schuma residences though it&#8217;s not the only one there&#8217;s also data out of Hungary a geophysical Observatory that there which I went to it&#8217;s<br>fantastic um learned a lot in that process we also have live data Feeds out of Italy and Canada and there&#8217;s a whole bunch of private data observation stations for the schuma residences uh throughout the world.<br>We just don&#8217;t have Public Access you have to be part of a university or Professor something like this and that&#8217;s in specifically like Japan there&#8217;s a bunch of them Japan all throughout Europe United States some down in like Mexico South America uh a couple in Africa Australia so they&#8217;re all over but but people really fixate on the schuma residences out of TOS Russia because they have these really nice data graphics and it&#8217;s publicly accessible.<br>And anyone can pull it up and start pointing at things and talking so what happens is you get these big burst of energy apparently in the schuma residences these large Power Burst right here&#8217;s one there&#8217;s another we have this group there and people will connect to them in certain ways and say oh well<br>during this Power Burst you had a huge flood of energy to your crown chakra and as a result you were stressed fatigued and tired and it&#8217;s possible you had uh an enhancement to your immune system and you got sick or something like this or your digestion went all wonky or this is why you know you had this terrible like rash that broke out on your skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"797\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>They connect the energies of the schuma resonances to different spiritual developments and energetic developments on our planet and then connect that to potential health and wellness symptoms but the question is what are we actually looking at.<br>When we are looking at this right is this some Global energy burst increased in energy for all of us that we&#8217;re experiencing simultaneously or is it something else well generally 95% of the time when we&#8217;re talking about the schuma residences and we&#8217;re looking at this data out of tosk or anywhere it&#8217;s something else it&#8217;s a local effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So let&#8217;s show that very clearly with some data here is our most recent schumann resonances spectrogram and you&#8217;ll see all these different Power bursts in the schumann resonances here is our power Legend white you can see is high power and we&#8217;re going from 0 to 40 Hertz this is time across the bottom now let&#8217;s read this before I show you and do the big reveal as to what&#8217;s causing these power bursts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schuma resonances Are vibrations created primarily by atmospheric and ionospheric phenomenon they exists globally at greater power than nearby frequencies in the EF range this is the extremely low frequency part of the light spectrum going from about 0 to 100 Herz and because of energy conservation through resonance their characteristics are then further modified locally based on weather conditions whether this this is fair weather or rain or thunderstorms or even greater like tropical storms things of that nature and so when you have changes to your local weather you have local atmospheric changes that causes a change in the Schuman resonances to that location and is no longer representative of the global signature the only time you really get a clear representation of the global energy signature of the schuma residences is during fair weather conditions when there are no clouds in the sky and as a result you are<br>connecting to the global electric circuit without these local disturbances.<br>So now let&#8217;s look at our spectrogram here is our timeline there and this is synced up with the weather for THS Russia circled in red we&#8217;ll also see our weather conditions down here in the time right there so you see we have normal conditions basically and then we see this rainstorm approach TOS precipitation increases and it lines up perfectly with those Power Burst and so when the precipitation starts to decrease like we&#8217;ll see a little bit here then that should shows the power decreasing in the local EF field see for example right there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The precipitation starts to go away but then it starts to come back now from the north instead of from that corner and then eventually it fades off again after this double burst there so we see that over the past 3 days or so there&#8217;s been a lot of local atmospheric weather patterns and rain in general over thps Russia causing these local increases to the power and the strength of schumann resonances because look back here right here we have almost nothing happening in terms of these Power Burst and look there is really no significant activity at Toms but then as this system travels in you start to see these increases in the power because of these local disturbances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s because of the global electric circuit and so we can better understand the schumann resonances by learning about the global electric Circ as a result we&#8217;ll also better understand why they are this<br>spiritual phenomenon and why they are impactful because they are this bridge between our own Consciousness and the consciousness of the planet and the consciousness of everyone else the collective consciousness of humanity.<br>Even connecting into the consciousness of the solar system the Sun and Beyond here we have a Graphic showing some of the things that influence the global electric circuit and we&#8217;ll look at the simplified one in. Just a little bit but this is important because we can see some of the different things that are<br>influencing This Global flow of energy which creates the shumon resonances this is connected to Earth&#8217;s magnetic field and all the different energy drivers that exist to keep our planet safe and hospitable for us. And so we see things like uh local atmospheric disturbances so thunderstorms or rain clouds or even larger systems like hurricanes or monsoons tropical storms even like if you&#8217;re to get hail anything like this any sort of cloud activity really big clouds dense thick clouds they have a lot of charge to them and they disturb the global electric circuit in that region.<br>Here we have our ionosphere it&#8217;s the uppermost part of our atmosphere it has a charge of about 250,000 volts and so this creates a flow of energy from the ionosphere to the surface where typically the charge is zero during Fair weather conditions where there are no clouds or really any disturbances you have this fair weather region current this current going down like this and the schumann resonances are vibrating in this current. These Are vibrations nested in that vertical electric field direction right going from the ion here down but when you have en enhanced disturbances whether it&#8217;s from most notably like local weather systems or for example like Galactic cosmic Rays let&#8217;s say there&#8217;s a cosmic ray burst or you&#8217;re at the solar minimum period And so there&#8217;s greater cosmic rays you know bombarding the Earth this all Alters the global electric circuit and then you have things like uh radioactivity from the ground and you can have things like power lines and cell networks that affect the local atmospheric properties you can also have U clouds that are higher up which disturb the global electric circuit overall. But no most notably as it relates to us on the surface in the troposphere it is clouds and weather activity that influences the suma resonances and this is important because they connect to us at a very deep Primal level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We evolve within them and as a result we utilize them for our best fitness from an evolutionary perspective and so that&#8217;s why our brain waves it seems have the same frequency and strength as schumann resonances our heart rhythms overlap with schumann resonances or are reciprocal with them at various frequencies at different magnitudes and they connect to our DNA they connect with our cells different proteins ion channels they they we keep finding more and more connections with the schumann resonances in our body and these effects are quite profound even though their field strengths are low. So when you have a thunderstorm roll overhead and the field strength goes way up in the schumann resonances it goes up an order of 50 it goes up 50 times let&#8217;s say from one picotesla to 50 picotesla that can have health consequences but not if it&#8217;s not happening to you locally if we go back here if this is from a thunderstorm happening in tomps Russia but you are living in Minnesota and its fair weather conditions you are not having this energy affect you you are having the global background signature of the schuma residences at that moment in time which we can see really nicely here if you&#8217;re in fair weather conditions in Minnesota you&#8217;re having these normal energy Fields like this not these Disturbed energy fields from local weather activity and you can see these amplitude spikes how high up they go this is going all the way to 89 for mode one whereas normally it&#8217;s in this like one to two to three range and then you see mode two at 14 Hertz going up to 73 mode three going to 64 mode four at 25 Herz going to 54 right these are these modes here mode 1 2 3 4 7.8 HZ 14 Herz 20 HZ 26 Herz these can go way up in their power during local weather phenomenon they also can respond to solar flares and different geophysical events like volcanoes erupting or earthquakes but 95 times out of 100 when you&#8217;re looking at this data out of TOMS Russia and you see these power bursts you have to check the weather it&#8217;s a local effect here is our simplified diagram showing the global electric circuit and the production of schuma resonances here we have this battery this Earth battery you have this separation of charge this polarization because the iere has this electric potential of 250,000 volts and then Earth surface typically is about Z volts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s neutral compared to the ionosphere and so you have this positive charge here and you have this negative charge running through the surface and the atmosphere sits in between it is resistive typically and so it doesn&#8217;t allow that much energy to flow down or else these two would equalize very quickly but there is a small amount of energy that trickles down and as that energy propagates downwards like this from the osphere to the ground surface it creates these resonances in addition to things like lightning strikes ion here Sunrise these vibrations are created by these phenomenon and then sit on top of this natural current that flows down they also exist in the ground surface schumann resonances are some of the most notable uh toric currents that exists you can stick some metal rods in the ground with the right equipment you can actually measure these vibrations at Shuman frequencies in the ground surface.<br>So if you&#8217;re walking around Barefoot you&#8217;re grounding your earthing you&#8217;re connecting to the schumann resonances as you are also uh just in general because these vibrations are propagating everywhere through the atmosphere and we connect to them through our autonomic nervous system our brain and our heart you have this global electric circuit this flow of charge and in general across the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"784\" height=\"340\" src=\"http:\/\/humanityandearth.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/change-in-orbid-for-planet-earth.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6675\" srcset=\"http:\/\/humanityandearth.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/change-in-orbid-for-planet-earth.jpg 784w, http:\/\/humanityandearth.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/change-in-orbid-for-planet-earth-300x130.jpg 300w, http:\/\/humanityandearth.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/change-in-orbid-for-planet-earth-768x333.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 784px) 100vw, 784px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are lightning strikes happening every single second about a 100 every second which produce<br>these specific frequencies a whole range of frequencies but is the schumann resonances which don&#8217;t<br>die out as easily because they are resonant with the earth based on their wavelength and the Earth&#8217;s wavelength uh the Earth circumference is about 40,000 km speed of light is 300,000 km per<br>second and so you do the math and you get these natural harmonics as a result just like a music chord and so these are the brain waves of the earth that have higher strength on average than other frequencies nearby that aren&#8217;t resonant and they exist continuously because of this global electric circuit<br>it and as a result they&#8217;re just kind of always there and so they are very impactful as it relates to our health and our wellness and our spirituality. They are one of these portals into Spiritual Development which is a very Virgo thing I talked about that right Virgo is attuned to all the subtle vibrations of the environment and of other people and they&#8217;re very sensitive in that way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that&#8217;s why they have to develop these powers of discrimination and learning what is theirs and being self-contained you could say uh but it&#8217;s also this gift in terms of feeling into these psychic Fields but if you have someone that is ignorant or willfully ignorant of what is the reality at play with something like the schuma resen is and they are saying you&#8217;re going to feel a certain way because of something but<br>it&#8217;s not reflective of reality now you are put on a path that is different and add an angle to your TR purpose Soul life mission. So that is something I find you know I deeply care about because I don&#8217;t want people to be misled I want people to be healthy I want people to be wise I want people to be self-empowered and uh there&#8217;s in general that requires a little bit of homework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do your own research and to be educated on things and that&#8217;s a very Virgo thing as well to to do the work to be educated and therefore to to gain in your wisdom and to know what is you and to know what is also not you so before we talk more about the health and the wellness aspects of schumann residences and in general for Virgo season and what to be aware of some of my recommendations I want to just go over this data one more time so you can better understand what this is how to read this data understand it for yourself which is really the best path forward as it relates to schumann residences that&#8217;s why I don&#8217;t make videos on them every day because I think it&#8217;s better for you to learn how to read this data yourself and to understand what&#8217;s at Play.<br>And so here we have our 0 through 40 Hertz vertical electric field denoted by easy spectrogram this is zero Hertz up top this is uh a Hertz is basically frequency so one Hertz is one pulse per second 8 Hertz is eight pulses per second you go from 0 to 40 we&#8217;re measuring the background vertical electric field this is where you have all this energy from lightning strikes across the planet and some other sources physically blending into this field that does exist globally but it&#8217;s influenced by local effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"542\" height=\"480\" src=\"http:\/\/humanityandearth.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/brain-mindoperations-and-schuman-resonance-part2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-436\" srcset=\"http:\/\/humanityandearth.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/brain-mindoperations-and-schuman-resonance-part2.jpg 542w, http:\/\/humanityandearth.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/brain-mindoperations-and-schuman-resonance-part2-300x266.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 542px) 100vw, 542px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>So we see This Global signature here the Schumann resonances here&#8217;s mode 1 7.8 HZ mode 2 14 Herz mode 3 20 HZ mode four at about 26 Hertz mode 5 at 33 you have mode 6 at 39 mode 7 at 45 Hertz they decrease in strength as the frequency increases so mode one is the strongest has about 70% of the energy within it it&#8217;s the foundational mode but at times the other modes will increase in power due to certain things and you often see very interesting things in the Shumann resonances like pre-earthquake signals or releases of energy from earthquakes or volcanoes or solar flare impacts geomagnetic storms sometimes they show up in the Schumann resonances uh globally at various different observatories at the same time but not every single time there are a lot of mechanisms at Play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And so it&#8217;s not a perfect fit all the time but as it relates to this activity we saw how that that was very clearly weather in thomsk Russia and was not a Global Effect because if you didn&#8217;t have<br>thunderstorms near you you weren&#8217;t feeling that like I&#8217;m in San Diego it hasn&#8217;t rained since basically I think it was like August 1st we had 30 minutes of light sprinkles on August 1st uh it&#8217;s been fair weather conditions every single day since and so this here this energy I haven&#8217;t experienced any of it<br>unless you are living in tomsk Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You did not experience this energy but if you have a thunderstorm rolling overhead let&#8217;s say you live in the midwest or you&#8217;re in Europe Eastern Europe you have a thunderstorm roll overhead this is haracteristic of what you may experience you may feel that big surge of energy that big increase of energy that&#8217;s actually one of the best times. If you are someone that practices any sort of manifestation or magic that&#8217;s one of the best times to do that because there is a supercharge of the entire energetic field during something like a thunderstorm the schumo resonances also vary in their frequency across time they<br>aren&#8217;t static so the foundational mode is not always 7.8 Herz or some people say 7.83 Hertz it varies there is a range of them you see how there&#8217;s a bit of you know thickness to that right. It&#8217;s not a super thin line there&#8217;s a range there where the energy in general is greater here&#8217;s our power Legend we see green is higher than blue but there&#8217;s also a peak power frequency and that&#8217;s what they measure here they are measuring the part of that frequency range which has the most power within it and then they plot this across time so we see here mode one colored in white the only reason they have different colors is to help you differentiate between them the colors don&#8217;t mean anything this is just a way for you to see what mode one is you know mode two mode three if they&#8217;re all white it would be confusing for example so mode one<br>here in white we see that it&#8217;s ranging from 7.2 Hertz up to 8.4 and that&#8217;s<br>interesting if we think about how they change in their frequency uh over a 24-hour diagonal time span because these<br>connect to our brain waves and lower frequency brain waves are connected to some of these more intuitive connected<br>states of being more like these dreamy creative States like in the high Theta<br>range from 4 to 8 Hertz and so if you have the foundational mode in that uh 7<br>Hertz range perhaps you are feeling that more strongly and then if you have it go up more into the higher U range of like<br>8.4 Hertz which is a low Alpha wave then the characteristics are different but<br>that is always being affected and how this is influencing you is very much local in effect and that&#8217;s the problem<br>is that we don&#8217;t have these observatories All Around the Globe for public data access uh and that&#8217;s why<br>people default to this but again this is not reflective of your reality then we see that mode 2 here 14<br>Hertz on average also has a range it&#8217;s going all the way from 12.8 Herz at the bottom up to<br>14 I think that&#8217;s 14.8 Hertz and so of course this is because of that local<br>atmospheric change when we see this big power increase coming from the local thunderstorms we see the frequency goes<br>down and then it will start to recover as that weather system changed and<br>passed away we see same thing for mode 3 Mode 4 U so they have these variations<br>in their frequency within a specific range as we can see here very nicely with this band and that&#8217;s further<br>Modified by local atmospheric phenomenon and so when someone&#8217;s pointing at this<br>you have to be aware of the local weather you have to see if they even know what they&#8217;re talking about and and<br>I just in general I just want people to be healthy and well and not to buy into<br>things that aren&#8217;t actually true and so it pains me a little bit to see when people are giving themselves uh these<br>health symptoms as a result of believing someone that they form this emotional<br>connection to let&#8217;s say on YouTube and then they manifest that into reality and<br>now they actually have that stress or they actually have that headache or that fatigue and it&#8217;s really this kind of<br>vicious Loop that a lot of people get into which is very unfortunate and it&#8217;s under the guise of spiritual advancement<br>and development but that is not the case spiritual advancement and development is doing the work reading the books doing<br>the meditation feeling the things making sure you&#8217;re eating healthy and you&#8217;re well you&#8217;re exercising treating your<br>body as a temple and then and then feeling into those fields seeing what you get from it and really being<br>conscious and aware that is what that is what I believe spiritual develop to be and that&#8217;s what I educate on my channel<br>during Virgo season it&#8217;s very important to be mindful of your autonomic nervous system and in general your overall<br>circadian rhythm and your health and your Wellness your diet because there is<br>this really big axis in your body the system the microbiome gut brain axis<br>this is how your diet is influencing your microbiome how your gut is influencing<br>your brain and how your brain and your psychology influences your behaviors and<br>your Consciousness and so we can shift this in a favorable Direction by being<br>mindful of our gut health by being mindful of our microbiome and feeding it<br>let&#8217;s say probiotics and prebiotics and you know not eating too much sugar which feeds pathogens and being aware of our<br>vag nerve and how for example if you are in an anxious and kind of sympathetic<br>fight ORF flight state if you eat a meal it&#8217;s not going to digest well and that&#8217;s<br>only going to further your energy volatility and the stress on your body so learning how you can utilize<br>different techniques to enhance parasympathetic uh activity in your body like laying down Yoga Nidra breath work<br>for example meditation just applying mindfulness heart-c centered meditation<br>where you focus and talk to your heart than your heart and that was very calming as well to your autonomic<br>nervous system all these things influence in a reciprocal manner your microbiome your gut brain AIS and your<br>Consciousness and so it&#8217;s a loop and during Virgo season is the opportune time to focus on this because these<br>energies are naturally enhanced and so what I&#8217;ve in my own personal experience what I found is that during Virgo season<br>you can have for example flareups in your gut health or with the increases in<br>irritability anxiety and things of this nature because the energies are enhanced if you&#8217;re not uh focusing en Haring them<br>appropriately but because those energies are enhanced if you are doing the work it&#8217;s also an excellent time to make<br>rapid progress with those things and so during you&#8217;re kind of focused elsewhere then they will force themselves on you and that may be a gut health flare up or<br>some sort of microbiome problem um that is something that I&#8217;ve seen myself I&#8217;ve<br>also seen a lot of people in the community mention that during Virgo season so that may not be true for you but in general Virgo season is a great time to focus on that I&#8217;m
